Sherrie just saw the last group of guests go out and a new lot come in.

She pretended she was talking to someone, as she always did. In the background, Bill was talking with someone else. Then Sherri called Bill over and…

It was routine, really. They'd been doing this for years.

At the end of the working day, Sherrie stood up and stretched.

'Ah, my legs are asleep,' she complained.

'At least you haven't been on your feet all day. Twelve hours, Sherrie,' Bill complained. 'I need some more comfortable shoes.' He looked down at his loafers in contempt.

'I don't know about you, Bill, but I'm starving,' she said. 'Good thing the Food and Wine Festival is going on.'

Bill shook his head. 'It's shut by now,' he said. 'They stop selling food at a certain time.' He checked his watch. 'It's IllumiNations time now.'

'That sucks,' said Sherrie. 'I'm really hungry. And I have to go to the bathroom.'

'Go then,' said Bill. 'I may play your boss, but I'm not actually your boss.'

'I know, we answer to the Mouse,' said Sherrie.

'Yeah, he's the big cheese around here,' said Bill.

'Don't say cheese. Now I'm hungry again,' said Sherri.

'Ah, Food and Wine may be shut, but I'm still going to get some food,' said Bill. 'You want in?'

Sherrie nodded. 'Yeah. Sounds great.'

'Every night we do this,' said Bill.

'Every day we do Test Track,' said Sherrie.

'I can recite that pre-show in my sleep,' said Bill. 'The neighbours must wonder why I talk about anti-lock brakes at 3am when I don't work with cars.'

'Such is the life of a Disney World character,' said Sherrie. 'Anyway. I'm going to pee.

'Me too,' said Bill. 'Meet you outside for food?'

'Sure,' said Sherrie.

A/N

Bill McKim and Sherri appear in the original Test Track pre show.

Kinda miss them to be honest.
