Now Hogwarts formalities had been done they headed back to the Castle before dinner was served since Ginny had requested a Vegatable Shepherds Pie as her mother used to make it for them soon after her brothers came home from Hogwarts using some of the early summer crop.

Chapter 13 - Explaining Things

A Mr.William.Weasley was visiting the director of the British Gringotts Bank. The young man was very confused as to why the Director wanted to speak to him. So it was with fear and anticipation that he approached the door and knocked sharply against the solid oak.

"Mr.Weasley" Ragnok greeted with the usual snarl when he stepped inside

"Master Ragnok" Bill greeted with a bow "May your enemies blood paint your blade" he greeted back. This guesture shocked Ragnok to his core but he quickly brushed it aside.

"And you, yours. I will be blunt Mr.Weasley we goblins require a urgent meeting with Lord & Lady Potter" Ragnok states going straight into business "it is about family matters pertaining their vaults"

"I'm sorry but who is Lady.Potter?" Bill asked confused the only potter he knew about was Harry though logically he could claim the title.

"I believe you are most familiar with the people in question" Again he didn't answer who exactly they were "Here is their address" Ragnok passed a piece of parchment to him ignoring his question. Looking at the piece of paper it just read 'Earlington Palace' and so giving me no clues.

So I left Ragnoks office confused and staring at the peice of crumple parchment in my hands.

That night when I got home I penned a letter to the Lord and Lady Potter. Though when I tried to send it off with Gylfie he wouldn't take flight. Just as I was about to lose hope a distant screech sounded in the darkened night. Looking out I saw the figure of an owl looming closer to my home. Once inside I saw no letter tied to its leg like I'd expected but the owl hopped onto my letter and hooted with a demanding tone. So I tied the letter to the owls leg before it took flight again.

A few days later I got a response from my letter.

Dear Mr.Bill.Weasley,

While unexpected the goblins are accomplishing business matters with you. It shows you are worthy of their trust so in turn we trust you. If you can come either tomorrow or next Wednesday at 5pm we would be happy to talk.

The enclosed parchment is charmed to let you and only you through the wards. Please burn it to ashes once read.

Also the owl is called Oswald the only owl of ours who flies letters through the wards from outside sources.

Sincerely Lord and Lady Potter

With a slight smile I read over the letter. In order not to betray the blind trust they put in me I made sure to burn the parchment to fine ashes once I'd read the letter. Then I penned a reply back and sent it off with Oswald.

So the following day just shy of 5pm I stood just outside of the wards protecting my home and focused on the address that was written on the now burnt piece of parchment.

After a particularly dizzying experience apperating a loud pop sounded in my ears and I landed in front of wrought iron gates. A small figure stood by and immediately stepped it to greet myself

"You must be Mistresses guest" the figure I now recognised as a house elf said "State your name"

"Mr.William.Weasley" I said. Thankfully the gates opened with a mild creek not like they needed oiling but rather adding to the overall grandeur of the place.

"Come I will guide you to Mistress and Master" the elf said and started walking up the long driveway.

I noticed many things on the walk up. One was the property itself. The grounds alone were obviously well kept. Grassy areas, hedges, trees and flowers dotted around gave the land I could see a very nature and natural like vibe. But it also held a sense of royalty. Though the castle itself was nothing short of magnificent. It had all the makings of a castle that looked even more marvellous than Hogwarts. Possibly even older if that was possible. As we neared the main entrance to the castle two young shadows stood. Their posture showed their stature in the wizarding society marvellously.

I wasn't aware I stopped walking once I saw their faces until I felt a tug on my leg. Looking down to see the curiously wide eyes of the elf I shook myself free and stepped forward.

"Mistress" the elf greeted "Your guest Mr.William.Wheezy"

"Thank you Feekey" said the woman in a familiar voice. 'Was that Ginny?' I thought

"Come we welcome you" said the man. I did not recognise the mans voice. They turned and led me deeper into 'their?' home.

Inside was even better than outside. The carpets were luxurious in the sitting rooms and the wooden floors were well polished but comfortably worn to give the place even more of an aged feel. While there were many paintings thankfully they were not all portraits of ancestors. Probably only one or two in each room but the rest portrayed landscapes and more. My personal favourite was in the room we ended up in which was a large snitch. The room had antiques mixed in comfortably with newer and sturdy furniture. This one was a bit less formal than some rooms we passed on our was but not so informal it was improper for guests like myself. I quickly realised I hadn't done a greeting and cursed inwardly.

"Please excuse my silence it is a pleasure to meet you both Lord and Lady Potter" I said.

"You too Mr.Weasley please sit down" the man said waving his hand towards a comfortable ish looking red armchair faded slightly with age. I thanked them both and sat in the surprisingly comfortable armchair.

"Would you like a drink or Jakky made some excellent biscuits yesterday" the woman asked me

"Yes please that would be much appreciated" I said now I was certain the woman was Ginny but I still had to keep up formalities

"Mabky" the man called

"Yes master" said a very grand elf in its resplendent uniform a moment later who wore a beaming smile

"Would you be so kind as to bring some tea to go with Jakkys biscuits he made yesterday" the man (or boy I should say) asked the elf kindly

"Of course master does you require anything else?" The room fell into silence for a second before the man spoke again "My lady would also much appreciate some pumpkin Juice" the elf nodded, bowed and popped away.

"All serious conversation will begin when we have our refreshments" the women said dismissively when I opened my mouth to speak. Nodding closed my mouth.

"So you are Mr.Bill.Weasley oldest of 7" the woman snickered at the mans words but he did not even crack a smile.

"You are correct sir"

"How are your parents these days?" The man asked "wonderful people. Wonderful people they are yes" he seemed to mutter to himself

"My parents are good. My father is just hoping for some time off due to all the extra hours he'd had to do" I answered. Mabky and the earlier elf whose name was Feekey popped back into the room carrying trays of drinks and biscuits. Not just tea but also a pitcher of pumpkin juice too. Then we were left alone. Once we'd all taken our fill the man and women burst into fits of laughter.

"You can say what's on your mind now" the woman said once they'd composed themselves.

"Okay?" I asked mildly confused but feeling embolden by their antics I spoke "You remind me of my youngest sister Ginny are you her?"

"Correct" she said and fully revealed herself from the robe she wore. My breath hitched in my throat at the sight of my youngest sister.

"And who are you?" I asked the man when I felt myself able to form words again

"Harry Potter. William" he paused before saying my name. I hate to admit it but I scowled at my full name. This only caused them to fall into fits again.

Taking a bite of the biscuits I did have to admit it that they were very good and was almost tempted to stuff myself with them. Possibly better than mums shortbread.

"I'm sorry I have to ask how are you both Lord and Lady. Harry is Young but not incomprehensible. But you Ginny could only be a lady if you were married which is impossible" I asked because as they say curiosity kills the kneasel.

"Bill you've heard of the phenomenon of a soul bond haven't you?" Ginny asked me

"Of course it is required as a curse breaker but they are just myth aren't they?" I was now very confused

"No they are not. William" the boy - Harry. I corrected punctuated my name. Which caused a deeper scowl.

"Bill you have permission" Ginny said with a soft sigh

"Permission for what" I asked flabbergasted

"I know you can read auras. You have permission to read ours" she elaborated. Confused I nodded and 'switched' the ability on.

Again my breath hitched. I saw three gold strands. The strongest was surrounding their hearts which glowed a magnificently blinding golden white. Fainter was the strand that connected them were the soul resided. The last was the faintest of all. This one was just a cloud of gold covering their bodies proving they were connected.

"Wow" I breathed when I 'switched' it off again.

"Incredible isn't it" Harry asked me

"Indeed it is but I ask how is it possible" so they explained to me the story that took place since the disastrous end to Ginny's first year at Hogwarts

As they finished the story my eyes welled with tears. Instinctively I moved and hugged my sister offering any comfort I could. Once she'd been calmed down I spoke just needing to clarify a few things.

"So because of the Bond you and Harry are married and have full adult rights?"

"Correct" Harry said with a curt nod

"What does it mean for you?" I asked them both

"From our understanding the bond we share has always existed but it just so happened to activated a Saviour Soul Bond. That is a stronger form of love possible because the acts that occur before hand is magic itself judging our bond."

"William right now the bond is stabilising which means if we break contact it causes us pain. Grave pain" he uttered the last part in a voice that was so serious it sent shivers down his spine.

"This is because the contact helps our magic, souls, our everything if you will, merge it's the first part of the bond is a process where our bodies mind and magic become one. Without contact the process is unstable and unpredictable" Ginny finished

"So the bond is stabilising itself" bill concluded

"Indeed"

"And so you are here not at Hogwarts because it is easier for you both?"

"Yes. Since exams have been cancelled for those deeply affected like myself and Harry we don't feel bad about skipping the last few weeks left of school. It is easier being on our own so we can learn more about each other and better understand each other therefore building the basis of our relationship away from prying eyes. Also the portraits here have invaluable amounts of knowledge which is helpful for us since we also have many other magical abilities which we need to learn how to use in order to prevent major catastrophes if our emotions were to ever get away from us" Ginny explained

They finished up the conversation just before dinner so bill stayed with them enjoying the delicious dinner the elves had prepared for that night before he said his final goodbyes and headed home.
