Isaribi loved living with Naruto, she already considered herself part of the harem. Her scales had become less dull and more shiny thanks to the more frequent bathing, and she loved smelling like flowers instead of fish and seaweed. She still covered up when leaving the house but inside the house she received compliments on how shiny her scales had gotten, and being pampered by Haku definitely helped make her feel like she'd gone from peasant to nobility.
She wished she had skills which could help around the house more, but there wasn't much need for divers around Konohagakure no Sato. So Isaribi settled herself with helping Kin and Haku with house chores, the thought that she was acting like a housewife just made her feel giddy as she'd never even considered she might get to be one after what Amachi did to her.
The purple haired girl couldn't help but feel like she was now drowning in luxuries compared to her former life, but she loved every bit of it. Isaribi wondered how best to make it up to Naruto, she didn't have much to offer besides her body. She was still self conscious about it and the other girls were usually far more aggressive about going after his attentions, she realized why Anko had warned her about the competition for his attention by now.
So Isaribi tried to join the blonde for baths more, she realized that he seemed to like attention as much as she did and tried her best to grope and lavish him whenever she got the chance to help wash him. She learned the blonde was a bit of a masochist by now, and that he loved rough treatment, but she couldn't bring herself to cause him pain even if he did enjoy it.
For his part Naruto actually liked the gentle treatments during baths at times, finding it a nice contrast to the domineering and rough side he'd pulled out of Hinata. Karin was a bit like Naruto, but had a lower tolerance for pain and liked being the one to give sensual pain a bit more than he did.
The Hyuga was surprisingly the most dominant, the white eyed girl seemed to love making others, mostly Naruto, writhe in a mix of pain and pleasure. Maemi mostly watched, she was a Daemon so actually joining in would provide her no more pleasure than she already received from feeling the pleasure they gave each other. The Muse wondered how well Anko was holding out with her new empathic powers, she also wondered how much longer Kin would resist begging to join in.
At one point Hinata even bought Naruto a leather choker, along with a few other things that raised the eyebrows of the store owner she bought from. Maemi needed to know what store the girl had gotten them, a short leather whip that was clearly designed for the bedroom, chains, and felt rope. Naruto had of course been the willing and eager test subject for each item.
Despite their home becoming a den of debauchery the blonde still found time and energy to train, baffling even the other Uzumaki with his stamina. Hinata managed to get some training in too, but had found that much like Neji she was hitting the limits of what she could naturally bring Juken to. The Hyuga girl tried incorporating her electrical build up into her taijutsu, but the best she could figure was that she could lure an opponent into attacking, block the attack, and then strike them while they were stunned by the electricity.
Maemi meanwhile was just stunned at how well things were going, Naruto had a position of some authority among the Konton Gundan, a black ops division within the military of Konohagakure no Sato, arguably one of the strongest shinobi villages even after Orochimaru's attack had killed a bit of their military force, he had the chakra to summon a lot of Daemons, and now a small herd of Beastmen marked for Slaanesh had joined him. Orochimaru had really screwed himself over on that last one, the Muse suspected he had simply sent them off and considered them as disposable without realizing that an actual champion could potentially recruit them.
To be fair to the traitorous Sannin, Beastmen usually did not enjoy working for humans. It was a testament to the blessings the horned blonde had been given that they surrendered like that, the Muse suspected it was mostly the horns. Still, it was a stroke of luck that the beasts were excessive, had the Shaman been more in line with another god or another Ninso gotten the kill against the large monster then the herd likely wouldn't have surrendered so readily.
Tsunade rushed into the hospital as quickly as she could without causing further distress to those who were injured, schooling her features when she found what she'd been warned about. Shizune had been wounded on a mission, thankfully she was alive but her left arm was gone.
The kunoichi had been on patrol with Genma Shiranui, Aoba Yamashiro, and Gaku Inuzuka. Two tokubetsu jonin and two jonin should have been enough for anything, but it seems Gaku's age had caught up with him as both he and his ninken had not returned. Genma merely had a broken leg and some broken ribs, and Aoba was simply comatose.
"What happened?" Tsunade asked and Shizune shivered and clutched the stump where her left arm had been.
"Otogakure." Genma spoke up with a wince, "They've got worse monsters than we thought." he clarified, "Seems that old snake has his own Konton Gundan already." he managed as Tsunade approached him and worked on fixing up his ribs so he could explain easier, since he seemed to be the only one capable of giving the report currently, "Thanks, Hokage-sama." he said gratefully as some of his pain was relieved.
"Don't waste words thanking me for doing what I should be doing, report." Tsunade said sternly, what she'd heard and seen so far was cause for a lot of concern.
Genma nodded in understanding, "Five of them, same marks as our own Konton Gundan, but their leader had that same mark as Shino Aburame." he explained, being part of the Hokage's guard he knew a bit of the Konton Gundan by now, "I didn't get a good look at all of them, the only reason we even got away is that they seemed to be arguing with each other and themselves." he explained.
"Themselves?" Tsunade asked curiously, wondering about that.
"It seems that except for the one I mentioned, they don't fully get along with the Konton no Kami they've been marked by. No idea why but it's the only reason we were able to get out of there." Genma answered before frowning, "Well, those of us who got away at least." he added sadly.
Tsunade didn't bother saying anything, Gaku's name would be added to the memorial stone but that was a given and Genma probably didn't want to hear it, "Can you give me a report on what you did see?" she asked.
Genma nodded again, "The one with the mark of the Zetsubo no Kami, he had white hair and green eyes, with two red dots on his forehead, he used bones, shot them out of his body like projectiles and wielded them as blades." he explained, "One of them hit Gaku and he started to rot instantly, he was dust before we could save him." he explained with a grimace, "The one saving grace is that seeing that allowed me to sever Shizune-san's left arm when she got hit." he added regretfully.
Tsunade sighed, "Thank you, for saving her." she added, not blaming him for the missing arm but concerned by the ability of their opponent.
"The big guy," Genma continued, "the one that got me, he had orange hair, he used Doton no Jutsu. Got me good with a boulder." he continued, "They had a girl with them, either red or dark-pink hair. I think she got Aoba with a genjutsu using that flute of hers, then she started swearing at herself about having 'disgusting thoughts'. There was a six armed guy too, and a guy with blue-grey hair and green lipstick, those two were arguing with each other about something. If Raido-san and Iwashi-san hadn't found us we'd all be dead despite their arguing."
Tsunade listened to the report quietly as she set his bones as best she could, "Alright, you can rest. I'll figure out a way to deal with this." she assured him before going to check on Aoba, carefully healing his mind before finally checking on Shizune, "How are you holding up?" she asked.
Shizune shivered again and clutched her left arm stump tightly, "I won't give in to despair," she muttered, mostly to herself, "I will be fine." she insisted a little louder.
"You just rest." Tsunade said, unable to think of anything else to say. She was surprised that Naruto's philosophy had actually stuck with her dark haired apprentice given the situation, and with that thought she left to go have him and his team summoned to her office.
Kin was very concerned that she was called to the Hokage's office with Naruto, especially when the others there were Sakura, Sasuke, Kakashi, and Shino. She suspected some Konton nonsense was going on, she wondered if she was being forcefully recruited but was certain the horned blonde was too soft to allow that.
"Kin Tsuchi," Tsunade began, "do you know anything about any Oto shinobi with six arms, or that can use bones, or cast genjutsu with a flute?" she asked, going for the most obvious traits.
Kin turned as pale as a ghost as all the blood rushed from her face, "Shinobi Gonin Shu..." she muttered, looking on the verge of a panic attack.
"Speak up." Tsunade requested, glad the girl seemed to know something at least. From the report she couldn't blame the reaction of the girl.
Kin shook her head in an attempt to clear it, "Otogakure no Shinobi Gonin Shu," she reiterated, "they're Orochimaru's personal guards." she explained, "But, bones? I heard he was hospitalized with some kind of wasting sickness, I don't know the details. They were well above my pay grade!" she managed, then her eyes widened, "You aren't just sending these five against them, are you!?" she asked in a further panic.
Tsunade frowned, "I'm afraid I may have to, according to the shinobi that rescued a patrol from them, they're likely to simply attempt escape against a larger amount of ninja." she explained, "They also seem to be marked like these five." she added.
"Then don't!" Kin snapped, "If Kimimaro is fully healed and marked by a Konton no Kami, then it would take a Sannin to kill him! Even Sharingan no Kakashi might not be able to beat him!" she warned desperately, "They're capable of barriers and cooperation most Otogakure shinobi just aren't, they might seem like they argue and bicker, but they're the ones who held up a barrier against Anbu while Orochimaru fought the Sandaime Hokage, and they assisted with killing the Yondaime Kazekage and the Shinobigashira no Kusagakure no Sato!"
Tsunade's eyes widened in alarm before they narrowed in annoyance, "Then what would you do!?" she snapped, silencing the girl with a glare, "Those five killed one of my jonin, crippled my apprentice, and badly wounded two more tokubetsu jonin, including a member of my goei shotai!" she informed, Kakashi was startled by that, and wondered who died and who out of Genma, Raido, or Iwashi had been wounded.
Shino's hive buzzed, the only indication he gave of his irritation, "Shizune-sensei was crippled?" he asked in a neutral tone.
Tsunade nodded, "Regardless of how dangerous they are, I can't let them skirmish my patrols as they want. The five Ninso in this room are likely our best bet, I'd like to send Anko instead of Shino if I'm honest, but she left on a mission before this report came in." she explained, "Now, what should a Hokage do?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.
Kin shivered, realizing she'd overstepped her bounds and knowing the only reason she wasn't being further reprimanded was her apparent worry for Naruto, a fact that embarrassed the girl. Naruto however just cracked his neck to the side, "A Hokage should protect people," he pointed out, "the Hokage is the strongest shinobi, so I hate to say it because I want to go kill the guy who crippled Shizune-chan myself, but shouldn't the Hokage go kill these bastards?" he asked.
Tsunade sighed at the rather simplistic answer, "Believe me, I want to." she responded, "However the Hokage doesn't protect people, they protect the village, which is a lot of people. That's why I need to send out my shinobi, my soldiers, to fight and die in my stead." she said with a grimace, "This is without a doubt the worst part of the job, even worse than paperwork." she grumbled.
Naruto frowned as the idea of being a leader who didn't fight seemed wrong to him, leading from the front appealed to him far more. For once though he kept it to himself, "Then I guess we're off to go fight." he said instead, "However, those Kemonojin are stealthy right, can't I use them?" he asked.
Tsunade sighed, "Unless you can summon them, no." she refused.
Naruto blinked owlishly at that, "Wait, why can't I summon them? I just need to contract with them, right?" he asked, curious. Maemi grinned at the idea, nodding to emphasize that it would definitely work.
Tsunade hadn't considered that but frowned, "They did agree to be your vassals." she mused, "But what would even be the point? Wouldn't it be better to summon Daemons?" she asked.
Maemi frowned but nodded, "Well, technically yes." she agreed, "They'd cost less chakra and have their own tricks though." she added.
Tsunade sighed, "Then save contracting with them for later." she decided, "I want these five enemies dealt with." she ordered plainly, "Kin-san, can you give us a run down on what you know?" she asked.
Kin frowned but nodded, "Kimimaro is the leader, he can use his bones as weapons and armor, shaping them to his will." she began.
"And the bones rot people?" Tsunade asked for clarification.
Kin jolted in surprise, "What? Not that I ever heard of!" she revealed with an alarmed tone.
"Perhaps a boon granted to him." Shino guessed, already trying to figure out a way to deal with the enemy.
Tsunade nodded, "Perhaps, continue, Kin-san." she urged.
Kin looked disturbed but continued, "Anyway, the one with six arms is Kidomaru, he has a contract with these spiders and jutsu that make him even more spider-like than he looks. I think he might be a sensor." she explained, "The fat one is Jirobo, I heard he eats people." she added with some disgust.
Sakura flinched as Sasuke scoffed, "Like for survival or just because he could?" Naruto asked with a raised eyebrow.
Shino raised an eyebrow at the three, "Did you three eat someone?" he asked.
Sasuke shrugged, "Only for survival, tasted kind of like pork actually." he answered honestly.
Kin turned a little green, "Uh, I don't know, but he refers to his enemies as food usually. I heard someone mention he can absorb chakra but I forget the context." she continued despite the disturbing interruption, "There's also this guy who looks kind of androgynous but not as much as Naruto-chan over there," she remarked derisively, "he wears green lipstick, it so doesn't suit him." she added, "I don't know as much about him except that his name is Sakon, he was made leader when Kimimaro was out of commission though so I guess he must be the second strongest." she explained more seriously, "Finally, Tayuya is the girl, not that you'll be able to tell from her attitude, if you can destroy her flute do it because she can use sound based genjutsu better than I could ever dream to with that thing." she finished.
Tsunade nodded at the in depth explanation, "Thank you, Kin-san." she said, "Now, from what I know from the reports, Kimimaru shares the same mark as Shino-san, but no one saw the others. That being said this Jirobo apparently uses Doton no Jutsu." she added, "In order to lure them out you'll act as if you're on a five person patrol, hopefully the presence of Maemi and Genkei don't ruin this idea. Don't risk your lives trying to capture the enemy, just put a stop to them, and be careful." she ordered.
As the five Ninso and two Imps left, Kin stayed behind. Tsunade watched her for a moment, and realized the girl didn't want to return home and be questioned on where Naruto had gone. The Godaime Hokage was surprised the dark haired girl actually seemed to care so much considering how aloof she'd heard the girl acted, but decided to let her stay without comment for now.
Tsunade eventually had to force Kin to go home, but she decided to go with the girl and explain where Naruto was. Hinata understandably looked very worried, especially since Kin seemed perturbed. Haku frowned, wishing he could have gone on the mission too but his status as a slave made such a thing unlikely to be allowed due to the suspicion it would draw. He made a mental note to get a new mask so he could help anyway.
Karin was starting to wish she'd joined the Konton Gundan as a field iryonin, but reminded herself of how powerful Naruto was. Isaribi lacked a crucial understanding of how shinobi worked, and was the least concerned due to what she'd seen the blonde accomplish but picked up on the worry everyone else felt.
"Hokage-sama," Hinata ventured, "why couldn't Kiba-kun and I have gone with them?" she asked.
Tsunade sighed, "Honestly, I didn't even want to send Shino-kun, but he has a sword with a Daemon bound to it and has some iryojutsu so I reluctantly selected him as a fifth for the mission." she answered, "I understand your concern, but Kakashi-san is one of my finest jonin and a good commander, despite his flaws. You'll all just have to trust in the abilities of those I sent out that they come home safe." she explained.
Hinata frowned, still obviously very worried but she took a deep breath, "I trust Naruto-kun, he's Slaanesh-sama's favorite." she answered, Karin nodded in agreement despite her own concern.
Haku smiled at the faith they had, "Naruto-kun is fast and can hear the Tatakainouta, I am also confident he will be fine." he agreed, Isaribi was relieved by the confidence everyone felt. Kin however couldn't share in it, she was terrified of the power of Orochimaru's elite guards and struggled to do as Maemi instructed her ages ago in throwing away despair.
Kakashi was nervous about his mission, mostly he was nervous about the four genin under his command. They'd displayed ability to match up against B rank threats at minimum, and Naruto could probably handle A rank threats if he doped up, but the enemy they were hunting all sounded A rank.
Despite this the Hatake focused on a plan, "I'll challenge Kimimaro," he told his team once they were out of the village, "I'll try to kill him as quickly as possible, but I might still lose my arm to do it." he continued, deciding not to mention that he might die even if he did kill the enemy, "Sakura-chan, I want you to challenge Tayuya, your choker makes you immune to genjutsu. Shino-kun is best suited to Jirobo from the sounds of it. Sasuke-kun I think you should challenge Kidomaru, your Sharingan should be well suited to dealing with him and spiders are very flammable. Finally, Naru-chan, I think you should take care of Sakon, your ability to think fast during combat and the Tatakainouta make you best suited for dealing with unknown variables." he ordered.
The jonin and buntaicho was glad when he heard no arguments, a quick glance told him all four of the genin had serious expressions as they followed him. Kakashi was proud of them, it seemed like they all understood the gravity of the situation. Now the only concern the silver haired man had was that everything went to plan.
It wasn't until the second day of fake patrol that Naruto heard an enemy approaching them and snapped his attention sharply towards them, "Five sets of footsteps," he warned quickly before his eyes narrowed in confusion, "but six heartbeats?" he wondered curiously.
"Seems rumors of the blondie having heightened hearing aren't so exaggerated." A voice declared as the five revealed themselves, Naruto stared curiously at the speaker, Sakon, who was the one with two heartbeats. He recalled that one was supposed to be his opponent.
"Who gives a fuck? Kakashi Hatake is the scary piece of shit here." Tayuya said and Naruto frowned, despite her attitude he already didn't want Sakura to kill her. Maemi frowned for different reasons, detecting a mix of emotions that were hard to parse from the foul mouthed girl, more so than her teammates.
"It's not lady-like to talk like that." Jirobo spoke up, sparing an exasperated glance at the girl.
"Bite me, fatso-wait no shut up not like that for fuck sake!" Tayuya growled and grabbed the back of her neck, Maemi realized the girl was an ill fit for the Daemon of Slaanesh within her Juin and tried to figure out what Daemons to others had.
"If you trash don't stop bickering," Kimimaro spoke up, "I'll kill you after I kill them." he threatened as he started to step forwards.
Kakashi reached for his hitai-ate, "Kimimaro," he began to issue his challenge.
"In the name of Nurgle-jisama I challenge you." Shino interrupted, pointing his wakizashi at the white haired young man, startling his entire team.
Kidomaru smirked, "Damn, smart kid, realized the best way to deal with us is to try and distract Kimimaro-san while Hatake kills the rest of us. Seems kind of low level though, I doubt he can pull it off." he stated with some amusement, Maemi realized that the six armed one had a Daemon of Tzeentch in his Juin.
Shino shook his head, "No, I am merely being selfish, I simply desire to avenge Shizune-sensei, because I believe I am quite capable of doing so." he confessed, Kakashi cursed under his breath as his plan came apart.
"I challenge Tayuya-chan then." Naruto decided, since the plan was already thrown completely out, "I'd rather capture her than kill her, sorry sensei." he added, not sounding the least bit apologetic.
Sasuke sighed, "I'm still challenging Kidomaru." he said, trying not to let the plan be too messed up.
"I suppose I'll challenge Sakon." Kakashi decided, knowing that unfortunately interfering with challenges was a bad idea no matter how much he wanted to. He resolved to reprimand Shino heavily if the Aburame survived this.
Sakura's eye twitched at the plan falling apart immediately and looked to the only opponent left, "Fuck it, his skull will do, I challenge Jirobo." she grumbled, although at least some of her anger was born for worry for Shino.
Kimimaro raised an eyebrow, "I see, so you are also all blessed by Konton no Kami." he mused, understanding from Orochimaru's warnings that if they denied a challenge they would be cursed instead of blessed as punishment, "I accept your challenge." he told Shino before shooting a bone bullet from his left index finger at the boy, only for the Aburame to disperse into a cloud of insects.
Naruto popped a combat drug in his mouth and leaped at Tayuya as Kakashi weaved hand signs, Sakura charged at Jirobo with Genkei following, and Sasuke leaped to the side as he tossed shuriken at Kidomaru. The six armed shinobi evaded the shuriken and took cover in the trees as the Uchiha activated his Sharingan, Sakon took a fighting stance as Raiton chakra pulsed in the Konoha jonin's right hand, and Jirobo met Sakura's charge by slamming his hands to the ground to lift a section of it like a tatami mat.
Tayuya cursed under her breath and leaped back from the blonde, bringing her flute to her lips and playing a melody. Naruto's eyes widened as he found himself alone in a barren wasteland, tied down by chains, "Mateki: Mugen Onsa." Tayuya's voice echoed around him, informing him of the name of the genjutsu.
Kakashi rushed at Sakon, thrusting his Raikiri at the younger shinobi and slipping his hand under his guard thanks to his Sharingan. However to his surprise another hand slipped out from under the guard and grabbed his wrist, then Sakon attacked with three arms. The Hatake was startled as his Sharingan was confused but he managed to break the grapple and pull back with only a glancing blow to his right cheek. He bunted a right side kick with his left leg from the blue haired boy only for another right leg to come out of the kick he bunted to deliver a round kick to his left thigh.
Sakura charged through the stone defense of her opponent, brandishing and swinging her axe viciously at the unarmed shinobi. Jirobo stepped back to evade before stomping back in on his right foot and thrusting his right palm into the chest of the armored kunoichi, the bludgeoning power of his strike ignoring her armor and sending her flying back with some cracked ribs. Genkei ducked under his master and shoulder checked the large orange haired shinobi in his right shin with the blade of his left pauldron, but the plump ninja proved his strength and fortitude by sliding his right foot back to deliver a downward palm thrust with his left hand that had his full weight behind it to make a Malice shaped crater with Genkei's armored form.
Sasuke frowned as he lost sight of his opponent, then odd golden thrown weapons came at him and he evaded them as he tracked their flight pattern. He noticed they were arcing through the air and followed them as best he could, pushing more chakra into his eye he caught a glimpse of Kidomaru's keirakukei hiding behind a tree. The Uchiha felt like he was being challenged to a battle of shurikenjutsu, and so he obliged by tossing shuriken with attached ninja wires, tugging them to alter their trajectory towards his hidden target.
Kimimaro watched as a trio of Shino approached him, waiting until they were close before he allowed his bones to burst from his skin and twirled. The Mushi Bunshin and two regular bunshin were dispelled easily and the white haired young man sighed, "If all you can do is probe my defenses with insects-" he began only to halt as he felt his skin go numb where what he had assumed was insect blood had touched him, he realized it must be some kind of potent venom and narrowed his eyes.
Naruto watched his right arm melt and was amazed by the genjutsu he was under, he could feel the flesh sloughing off his bones. He heard something coming at him through the Tatakainouta and jerked his body roughly to the right, feeling like he'd pulled his left arm from his body as he flared and fluttered his chakra. Breaking the genjutsu revealed to him that Tayuya had lunged in with a kunai and was startled by his dodge, so he pressed his newfound advantage and tackled the older girl.
Kakashi noticed his opponent had the eight pointed star that represented the undivided attention of Konton hidden under his bangs as he engaged the younger ninja in taijutsu, but as he tried to analyze whatever jutsu Sakon was using against him he realized why Naruto had commented on the blue haired ninja having two heartbeats. The jonin wasn't sure how, perhaps a blessing, perhaps Orochimaru's body modifications, or maybe a rare Kekkei Genkai, but there were two people within Sakon.
Sakura winced as she pulled herself to her feet, her opponent was good enough at taijutsu to match her even while she was armed and strong enough that her armor, designed to halt cutting or piercing weapons, meant nothing. Even as enraged as she was, the girl was smart enough to recognize that his strength was also enhanced by his taijutsu style putting his weight behind attacks similar to that of sumo. Jirobo was surprised that Genkei hadn't been dispelled but finished the job by reaching down to absorb the chakra of the stunned Imp, then he lifted a boulder out of the ground with a blend of raw strength and Doton chakra, "Doton: Doryo Dango." he intoned to name the attack and reveal it was ninjutsu before throwing it at Sakura.
Kidomaru dodged through the trees to evade his opponent, realizing he was outmatched in shurikenjutsu he attempted to lay traps but it seemed the Uchiha could detect and avoid them with his dojutsu. The six armed ninja realized Sasuke's Sharingan was different, for one they were supposed to be blood-red not glimmering sapphire-like blue with golden tomoe. He also realized he would need more than shurikenjutsu to match his opponent and bit his thumb open before weaving hand signs.
Kimimaro continued to dance with Shino's bunshin, evading hollowed out poison senbon with ease as he dispelled various Mushi Bunshin and cut shuriken out of the air with graceful movements. He knew that if it came down to a stamina battle that his opponent was losing some insects with each defeated Mushi Bunshin, but also that he himself was losing feeling in his limbs as more potent venom sprayed on him with each one. Then he finally felt something solid collide with his bone blades, Shino had engaged him with the wakizashi.
Naruto and Tayuya rolled across the ground, down a hill as the blonde struggled to pin the older girl. However her Juin activated to match his strength, then it evolved further than he'd ever seen Sasuke use it and a crown of horns of her own burst from the head of the enraged kunoichi as her skin darkened from fair to brown, her hair lightened to pink, and her irides turned yellow with blackened sclerae. Naruto was surprised but couldn't help himself, "Beautiful." he murmured, mostly to himself, which just seemed to anger the girl further as she attempted to headbutt him. This merely had the two Slaanesh marked shinobi locking horns as they rolled further from the other conflicts.
Kakashi used Kawarimi no Jutsu to get out of melee range with his opponent, personally the Hatake thought it was the most useful ninjutsu ever thought of and wondered why more people didn't train to master it without hand signs. Setting that thought aside for now he sent a Raiton: Kage Bunshin to distract his opponent as he weaved more hand signs, the electrical bunshin cost even more chakra than the normally chakra intensive kage bunshin but if it worked then it would be worth it.
Sakura cursed as she dashed and leaped to the right to evade the thrown boulder, her choker was useful for protecting her from some jutsu but it was practically useless against Doton no Jutsu. It negated genjutsu and blunted the force of even most ninjutsu, protecting her from flames and wind, but Raiton no Jutsu still hurt despite being blunted, and Suiton or Doton ninjutsu tended to still have physical weight behind them and of those rocks were usually heavier. She mentally cursed Shino and Naruto for forcing her into a match up against the worst possible opponent for herself, but she focused that anger and charged her opponent again.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow at the massive spider his opponent had summoned with Kuchiyose no Jutsu and activated his Juin to pour chakra into an Aka-en in his right hand, the bolt of red flame serving to fend the creature off so he could jump back and toss a handful of shuriken with his left hand. The Uchiha decided he'd need to take his opponent at least a bit more seriously, "Kiiro-en." he intoned and a bright yellow flame burnt away the eyepatch over his left eye to reveal a golden orb within, the orb itself was nothing special, just a golden filler to keep anything harmful from getting into his empty socket, but it was a good conductive material for this Mahojutsu.
Kimimaro easily proved his skill and plunged a bone blade from his right hand into Shino's stomach in exchange for letting the wakizashi dig into his left clavicle. Even with his bone halting it the Daemon blade it still hurt, he was vaguely reminded of the cutting power of the Kusanagi, "You should have simply kept up trying to numb me for longer, but I presume you ran out of chakra, trash." the white haired shinobi scolded only to be alarmed by Shino gripping the pommel of his weapon in his left hand and almost decapitating him if not for his bones sprouting up to defend his throat.
Maemi moved to follow and keep up with Naruto, having ascertained that everyone was in mirror matches against the same mark and that most of the enemy shinobi did not fully align with their marks despite the Daemons within their Juin. She found the two Slaanesh marked shinobi wrestling on the ground, each trying to pin the other but it seemed Tayuya had a slight strength advantage. Then Naruto turned the tide by startling the older girl with a kiss on the lips while their horns were locked, infuriating the girl further she struggled to bite him but this just made the kiss more violent as their teeth clashed painfully together before the venomous fangs of the blonde pierced her own lower lip.
Kakashi formed another Raikiri as Sakon dispelled his Kage Bunshin and became stunned by the Raiton chakra within, rushing in and thrusting the blade of electrical chakra around his right hand into the heart of his target. However what seemed like Sakon's identical twin burst from the right shoulder of the original and delivered a right hook that sent Kakashi stumbling back as the blue haired boys stumbled back themselves, the heart of the second one compensating for the destroyed heart of the first as they activated their own Juin, the eight pointed stars spreading out to cover their skin.
Sakura halted her charge and slit open her left wrist as Jirobo prepared to meet her in melee, startling the larger and older shinobi as her molten blood splashed on him, igniting his clothes and burning his arms as he raised them to protect his eyes. Then the pink haired kunoichi threw her axe at the orange haired shinobi as he stumbled back with a startled cry of pain, narrowly dodging the thrown weapon as the girl weaved hand signs.
Kiiro-en, the yellow flame of Tzeentch, Sasuke hadn't gotten a chance to practice with it but he already thought it was amazing. It didn't cost all that much chakra and emphasized exactly what made Tzeentch the Lord of Fate, in his minds eye the Uchiha could see possible futures with predictive ability that far surpassed his Sharingan. It was limited still in the time it could see into the future and he still had to react to things in real time, but it made him feel practically untouchable as he stayed multiple steps ahead of his opponent.
Kimimaro stepped back and narrowed his eyes as he wondered how Shino wasn't disintegrating, the Aburame pulled open his jacket to inspect the injury for himself, "Oh good, it works." Shino mused as he revealed the decayed hole that went into his stomach surrounded by necrotic flesh, his kikaichu swarming around the hole to stop his organs from falling out. Kimimaro's eyes widened in surprise at the fortitude of the Aburame, wondering exactly what the genin had done that had 'worked'.
"Fuck!" Tayuya cursed once her lips were unsealed, spitting blood into the face of her blonde opponent. She could already feel her strength weakening from the venom as her lips went numb, she hated to admit it but using a kiss to get his fangs into her had been an intelligent play from the blonde considering their locked horns. Her Juin allowed her to resist the venom but she couldn't get her flute to her mouth and her strength was fading fast.
Kakashi frowned as he tried to think of a way to beat his opponents, he doubted they'd fall for the same trick twice and he really didn't have the chakra to risk another combo like that. Sakon gasped and clutched the hole in the left side of his chest as his brother hunched over him, he hadn't expected the white haired jonin to manage a mortal wound so early in their fight, "Ukon-nii, I'll act as legs still, but you're going to have to fight now." he managed to say despite his damaged left lung.
Jirobo activated his Juin, revealing it to be the same mark on his opponents forehead, as Sakura thrust her left palm down while crouching and lifting her right arm to twitch her fingers, tugging on nearly invisible chakra threads to pull the axe back through the air, "Kuchiyose!" the pink haired kunoichi announced as she flared her chakra and the axe flew at her opponent. The orange haired ninja's eyes widened at the display of chakra control from his smaller opponent, evading the axe again as the smoke concealed what had been summoned but it seemed to be big.
Kidomaru frantically dodged another hail of shuriken, feeling like he was getting cornered. He felt like his opponent had two distinct dojutsu and neither one really seemed to actually look like the Sharingan, although the Uchiha's right eye did at least resemble one despite the coloration and four tomoe. Sasuke used a break in line of sight to pull out a fuma shuriken and tossed it with his right hand, throwing another handful of smaller shuriken with his left and tugging a ninja wire with his right to direct the fuma shuriken towards where Kidomaru would dodge.
Kimimaro activated his Juin and pushed his bones to act as both armor and weapons against his younger opponent, acknowledging that the Aburame had somehow figured out a way to avoid being completely killed by the decaying properties his bones had been blessed with. Shino didn't bother explaining, simply methodically continuing his attacks as his hive swarmed around him. The two clashed in a deadly kenjutsu duel for a few more moments, but both seemed perfectly matched to deal with the advantages of the other.
Naruto sighed with relief as Tayuya finally went limp beneath him, he checked her pulse to make sure she was alive. He was glad she wasn't dead but frowned at her lack of breathing, it seemed his venom had paralyzed her airways. The blonde hadn't wanted to use his venom but he hadn't worked hard at subduing the pretty older kunoichi just for her to suffocate, he was no iryonin but even he could manage mouth-to-mouth and chest compressions. Maemi approached to help, noticing the way her master's bone spurs retracted like the claws of a cat as his feet became bestial cloven hooves. The Muse supposed he didn't need sandals anymore, and the Beastmen would approve.
Sakon charged Kakashi as Ukon palmed a kunai in each hand, ready to strike the silver haired jonin down. The Hatake sighed at the straight forward attack, "Doton:" he muttered before a kage bunshin burst from the ground and delivered a vicious uppercut directly into the hole in Sakon's chest, "Ressenga." Kakashi finished as his bunshin used Kawarimi on him so he could catch Ukon's kunai with his hands, plant his right foot on Sakon's shoulder, and tug Ukon free of his dying brother so his kage bunshin could ram a kunai into the base of his neck.
Sakura caught her axe out of the air as her new mount charged Jirobo, a large mechanical monstrosity, akin to a rhino but with a massive axe blade for a horn. It seemed to be a blend of biological and mechanical, with a plated body of brass and iron. The orange haired shinobi pushed his Juin to level two, his short mohawk becoming a mane that reached his shoulder, his skin turning reddish-brown, and warts appearing across his body as he caught the head of the charging Daemon to stop it goring him, but Sakura leaped at him from the saddle anyway, "Gimme that skull!" she cried out as she slammed the blade of her axe into the larger ninja's neck.
Kidomaru managed to catch the fuma shuriken on his upper-most right arm, sacrificing the mobility of the limb for his own life only to widen his eyes in alarm as a second one flew past his neck in the shadow of the first to embed in his giant spider summon. Then Sasuke was on him with a Chidori chirping in his left hand, Kidomaru activated his Juin and spat golden web to form a shield but the pulsing assassination ninjutsu tore through his defence, the left side of his chest, and sheered away all three of his left arms.
Kimimaro managed another glancing blow on Shino and realized how he had negated his decaying ability, the kikaichu that seemed to have necrotic venom were reacting to the decay by killing the flesh around the cut and separating it from the Aburame's body as they fought. The white haired bone user was impressed, and wondered how the young genin was able to keep moving despite sustaining such continued damage. He frowned as he noticed his allies had all been defeated, he didn't even see where Tayuya had gone with the blonde but the lack of her flute sounding across the battle was telling.
Naruto sighed with relief as he managed to get the lungs of his newest spoil of war working again, Maemi finished tying the kunoichi up as he did. He finally noticed that his legs were now like the hind legs or some kind of animal but without the fur and shrugged, he was already used to balancing like that and lifted Tayuya's tied up form in a bridal carry to return to his team and check on the others. With his bone spurs retracted and his altered leg shape his fast and graceful movements were more like a prance than a run, if he didn't look like a hengeyokai before he definitely did now.
Kakashi dropped the corpse of Ukon, noticing with some surprise that the holes in his hands from the kunai sealed up remarkably quickly. He supposed regeneration must be a boon the Konton no Kami could grant as well, he'd noticed that his blessings had been subtle or nonexistent until now. He was pretty sure he'd gotten faster recently, and his canines had lengthened into fangs but that was about it until now. Not that the jonin was complaining, but he didn't really want to use the fangs in combat.
Sakura removed the head of her opponent, and without the adrenaline of being in combat to distract her she winced. A few of her ribs were broken and blood dripped from her left wrist, if she tried to stem the bleeding any bandages would just ignite. That was one downside of the molten blood, thankfully it did coagulate and stop bleeding a bit faster than natural. The kunoichi noticed her formerly fair skin take on a metallic brass sheen, it was different from Kiba's metal scales, probably not quite as hard but it didn't seem to affect the flexibility of her limbs. She decided to summon Genkei before her wound stopped bleeding, figuring he could explain what kind of Daemon she'd managed to summon.
Sasuke flinched in surprise as his left leg writhed, his sandal bursting away under a clawed avian foot as his skin seemed to grow wings and fly out from under his pants in patches. Thankfully it seemed it wasn't bleeding despite the rather odd method of change, and he now had a scaly and crumpled black bird leg for a left leg. The Uchiha figured he could probably use it for taijutsu, and he supposed it was capable of grasping things even though it lacked the dexterity of his hands.
Shino didn't let up his attacks, and when Kimimaro ducked back from his assault again he breathed out a Dokugiri at close range. The white haired shinobi held his breath and pulled back, but found to his alarm that despite being a mist the poison he'd barely touched was a contact poison. Kimimaro attempted to push his Juin to the next level but his skin was sloughing from his deformed skeleton until he looked more like a bone golem than a man, he formed a bone lance on his left arm and charged his Aburame opponent.
Wakizashi clashed with lance of bone, the Daemon weapon actually cracking under the strain and rust spreading from the point of contact. Shino managed to shove the attack to the side as his kikaichu attacked the exposed organs of his opponent, finally Kimimaro fell as his body was unable to keep up with the damage but the Aburame himself was a rather gruesome sight to behold as well when his team found him.
From just above Shino's hitai-ate a single horn burst forth, almost like a rhino horn but being of black chitin suggesting it was more like a rhinoceros beetle, "Shino-san, are you alright?" Kakashi asked with concern, cautious to approach the boy due to the dangers of his specific Kami.
The Aburame nodded, "I am fine." he assured, "I am still capable of moving, my kikaichu are currently replacing the bonds between my lost muscles while they resore them." he explained.
Kakashi was relieved to hear that and turned his attention to Naruto, "Do you really need another spoil of war?" he asked with some annoyance.
Naruto clutched his new prize possessively, the gagged and bound girl looking irritated by the action, "Mine," the blonde insisted, "she doesn't seem to get along with her Daemon so I'm going to show her how awesome Slaanesh-kaasama is!" he added, Sasuke rolled his eyes at his obsessive teammate and Sakura rubbed her temples with a metallic grinding sound.
Kakashi sighed, "Alright, whatever, she's your responsibility then." he agreed, if the blonde could capture her then he could probably keep her captive he supposed. With that the jonin gathered up the corpses for research and sealed them away in separate scrolls, "Shino-san, we'll discuss your insubordination with Hokage-sama when we get back." he added, for now he was just glad they'd all survived.
