"BUNTA!?" Hikari thought out loud in a high pitched voice. Her teammates looked at her.

"HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME!?" the toad demanded, he was losing his temper now. How this human, and a woman for kami's sake, knew that jutsu and even his name.

"I-I…" she was at loss of words. The Takishima shook her head and cleared her throat, he might not be the same Gamabunta she knew, but that was not the time to be afraid. She checked if there was some enemy, but fortunately they were alone in that part of the forest, so she took some steps forward passing through Izuna's protection and faced the huge creature. "I can't tell you how, or why, but I know you, and you will know me"

"Hnnn" Bunta growled. "That is not an answer; you know I can kill you three for trying to assault our dimension?"

"I know, you're the Toad's Boss" she said "you're one of the strongest after Gamamaru-sama aside from Fukusaku and Shima baa-chan." The mention of those names and the honorifics made him look at her with more attention. This human knew stuff that nobody outside the mount knew and he could tell she was not lying and didn't seem to have dark energy surrounding her. While checking her chakra he found something odd, the seal.

"Who are you and why is your chakra sealed?" he went straight to the point.

"I am Takishima Hikari, and I can't tell you that…" she mentioned "but I can show you…" she raised her hand to him.

"You don't think I'm going to fall for that" he said "what if you use a genjutsu to control my mind"

"It doesn't matter how good at genjutsu should I be, I would never be a match for you" Hikari sentenced "but If you don't trust me, I'll show you something first" she gathered nature charka and turned into sage mode. The toad took a step back. That was no genjutsu, she actually was using their sacred sage mode.

"H-how did you…?" he stuttered

"I still can't tell you here" she said as she turned her mode off, she didn't want to bring unnecessary attention "but I can show you how I gained this ability" she took another step towards him. Gamabunta was frozen in his spot, crouching trying to get a better look at her, and Hikari took that advantage and put her hand in between his eyes.

"Ah…" Bunta's eyes opened wide as images of Hikari's past flooded his mind "This is no genjutsu at all… she' is actually showing me her life. WAIT" he thought.

"Stop" he said. "It's dangerous to keep doing this here" he added while cutting their connection. "I will bring you to Mount's Myoboku entrance and I will see if Gamamaru-Sama wants to see you" He motioned to grab her by her wrist but her friends moved.

"Wait!" Toka said clutching her kunai "You won't take her alone"

"That's right" Izuna added, Sharingan on "We won't leave her" The toad looked at them.

"Please Gamabunta-sama" she begged "Let my friends come with us, they'll stay outside the domains with me. I assure you they represent no threat, there are just worried about me"

The toad stopped on his tracks for a moment and took his time to evaluate the situation.

"Very well then," he said in a croaking voice "I'll take you three but if you intend something funny I'll kill you all" he grabbed the Takishima by her shoulder as she took Izuna and Toka by their wrists and they suddenly disappeared from their spot.

"Stay here, I will go to speak to Gamamaru-sama" the toad said as he left the humans in front of a huge mountain.

"Gamabunta-sama" Hikari called "Please ask Gamamaru-sama if my friends can also come to your dimension"

"What makes you think he would let you all in?" Bunta snorted.

"I know he will" she faked security, and it seemed to work because the creature was taken aback with her answer, and disappeared in a poof of smoke. The Takishima sighed.

"Whoa, that seemed to work" she said seating on the grass.

"What the hell were you thinking?" Izuna screamed "that beast could have sat on us and kill us"

"Oh, yes he would have" the brunette said sweat-dropping "But after what I showed him… He wouldn't do that. I have a contract with the toads, and he could feel it, activated or not, because it's a blood pact, like you with falcons"

"So you risked your life to approach him just to show him that?" Toka said

"Yes, I didn't mean to put you in danger, and I think we weren't actually in danger" Hikari explained "If he hadn't been curious, he would had killed us the moment he appeared"

"That is more reassuring" the Uchiha snorted. Suddenly another puff of smoke appeared and this time Bunta showed up with Fukasaku, the other elder toad. Her friends were confused with this appearance, but the Takishima seemed to know him because she quickly stood up

"So you are the human that seems to know us" the elder spoke

"Fukusaku-sama" she bowed and the toad jumped right over Hikari's head. Izuna and Toka grabbed their kunai on instinct.

"Don't panic!" she exclaimed to her friends that were ready to attack if it was needed. Fukasaku put his hands over her head and some green chakra appeared. He opened his eyes wide as Bunta had done just a while before.

"Let them in" he ordered the huge toad "The three of them" he looked at the other shinobi as he jumped off from the Takishima's head.

"Thank you very much Fukasaku-sama" she said "Can we let our people know that we won't be reachable for a while? We use sage Falcons summons" The toad felt no threat on her 'why would she be a threat if she is…' he thought and nodded so she looked at Izuna and nodded too.

The Uchiha understood that she wanted to send a message to Hashirama and the others so he summoned one of Ozora-sama trusted falcons. Fukasaku recognized Aoi because in some way all sage new their kin and nodded as greeting. He was a black blueish falcon with piercing yellow eyes. Aoi did the same and waited for his master to deliver the message.

"Hokage-sama,

We've reached Mount Myoboku and will be out of contact for some days since we'll be at the toad dimension. We'll reach you back once we're out of it.

Izuna"

"Thanks for showing up Aoi-sama" the shinobi greeted. "Please send this to Hashirama Senju at the Hokage tower in Konoha"

"Done" the falcon grabbed the parchment and after greeting again the Old toad, disappeared in a puff of smoke.

"Shall we go inside?" Fukasaku said "It's not wise to stay this mucho out in the open. Fortunately we are alone, but who knows what the wind might bring" he looked at Bunta who made a hand sign and created a magnetic field that surrounded all of them and they disappeared from their spot.

It was late in the afternoon and Madara was waiting Sakura at the Hospital's front door. He wanted to tell her about tomorrow's meeting with the council

"Madara-san?" Sakura asked surprised.

"Oi, Sakura-san" he greeted "I hope I'm not intruding, I needed to tell you something"

"Oh, what's that?" her heart started to pound a bit faster for anticipation.

"Tomorrow we will have a council meeting about the Academy and we would like you to join" he said and she seemed 'disappointed? I am imaging things' the Uchiha thought.

"Hn Okay, at what time is it?" Sakura didn't want to sound down, and she wasn't really sure why she felt like that 'What was I expecting? For him to ask me on a date? Ugh…' she thought.

"It's early in the morning, 8am" Madara said smiling, it was a slightly forced smile because he felt a bit awkward and he wasn't sure why.

"Sure, I'll be there before my shift" the pinkette answered smiling awkwardly too. "So, I'll see you tomorrow then…" she bowed and turned to leave 'Seeing him outside waiting for me made my mind drift away and my heart flutter, what happened with all the confidence I had gained?'

"Wait" the Uchiha called and she turned back to look at him with a curious look "Did you have dinner?"

"You two stay here" Bunta said to Izuna and Toka "I'll bring her to Gamamaru-sama" the duo was tense, it was a wonderful place, but they felt trapped and aware. Hikari told them that it was okay, but that didn't seem to help.

"I'll be back soon, don't worry" she said as she left with the huge toad.

"Good Evening" a small toad greeted them as Fukasaku also left with the other two "Have you had dinner? I can offer you some fruits, for I assume you don't like larvae" Toka paled a little.

"Good Evening you too" Izuna said "That would be great… S-Some fruit, not the larvae" he gulped.

"Please rest here for a while" the small toad said "Your friend will be fine" he assured them "I'll be right back, if you need anything else just ask. I'm Gamaden"

"Thank you Gamaden-sama" Toka said.

"Oh, please don't use that honorific with me. I'm just a servant for Fukusaku sama" the toad said "Just Gamaden is fine"

"Okay, Gamaden. Thank you very much" she said and they both bowed. When he left, the kunoichi turned to look Izuna "I think there is more to this than only just the contract, don't you think? The way Fukasaku and that Bunta reacted, they were surprised and kind of afraid…"

"I guess so…" the Uchiha answered "I bet it's related to her seal and her special chakra. Do you think it's something she learnt from the toads in her time life?"

"Maybe, I know we known her for not too long, but I haven't seen anything fishy whit her. Although her use of nature is almost flawless" the Senju bit her thumb nail. "But she is sincere, there is no doubt about that. What worries me is that she might not be able to share what is going on with us because it might be too dangerous."

"Hey, don't feel bad." Izuna grabbed her by the shoulder "Everybody has secrets, and I'm sure hers is just to protect us from that evil being they are after"

"At some point she will need to tell us if she needs help" she was really worried about her friend.

"I think in the end they will want to fight that thing by themselves." The Uchiha sighed "I bet it caused a lot of suffering in their time, and knowing them, they'll feel it's their responsibility"

"I'm concerned on how much suffering they might be keeping from us" the kunoichi was really feeling down "What happened that seemed to almost destroy everything?"

"I guess we will never know because everything is different now if you compare with their past" he concluded

"How so?" she asked

"Because Takato and I were dead there." Toka paled and looked at him, so he caressed her cheek. She was cold, it was fear. "I also bet that maybe that had something to do with everything. You heard her, Tobirama still hated the Uchiha in her time. Maybe…" he made a pause as he realized he had been touching her for too long, she had blushed a little aside from her paleness so he withdrew his hand- "Maybe befriending him was a game changer"

"I-I can't understand how can you be so calm while saying that" Toka stuttered.

"I am calm now, but for almost the last three months I spent lots of time thinking…" Izuna said "that there had to be a meaning of this. For Takato and me to be alive. I am pretty sure Matsu did everything on purpose. When I reached that conclusion I tried not to dwell onto it anymore. The thing is I am here now, safe and sound and with you… and that's all that matters"

"I-Izuna…" Toka said mesmerized with his last words. They kept staring at each other for a minute or so, but it seemed an eternity. They were interrupted by Gamaden that had brought them apples and mangos, and some fresh water.

"Here you are, sorry for interrupting" he said when he realized they were having some sort of 'special' moment but it was too late to go back. Izuna cleared his voice.

"Yeah, thank you Gamaden-San" he moved a bit further from the kunoichi and started eating some red apples. The toad left them eat but still kept watch some meters away from them. Toka had regained her color and body heat. She was aware that they have had a tiny intimate moment 'does that mean he likes me back?' She thought and blushed, she cleared her throat and grabbed a mango.

Back in Konoha, Sakura was surprised to hear what Madara was asking. She took some seconds to answer.

"Hn, no, I haven't" she said blinking much more times than she wanted.

"Would you like to go to the Ramen Shop?" he blurted.

"Oh" the pinkette brighten up but then was taken aback by the sudden invitation "I think Matsu has already made dinner…" The Uchiha seemed down "Would you like to join us?" she asked.

"Wouldn't it be troublesome?" He excused himself "I mean for me to join without being expected."

"Hn… If I could tell Matsu that I won't make it to dinner…" she thought out loud.

"I could send a falcon" Madara interrupted.

"Isn't that to much?" Sakura sweat dropped .

"Just a small messenger, it will be fine" he assured her and she giggled.

"Okay then" she nodded.

Madara summoned a small falcon called Hiro, he told him to go find Matsu and after apologizing, tell him that Sakura was going to dine with him. When the bird was gone he looked back at the pinkette who was slightly embarrassed.

"Shall we?" The Uchiha asked, he was pure confidence just now.

In Mount Myoboku, Gamamaru was the eldest toad; he was the one that had taught Hagoromo, Hamura and Kokoro. So he was surprised to hear about a young woman that was a sage, and he became more surprised when Bunta told him what she showed him and Fukasaku confirmed it with his genjutsu to read minds.

It couldn't be… Why was she here? The prophecy had not yet been made. But there she was, Takishima Hikari… No Namikaze Hikari. That should have been her last name if that hideous creature wasn't looking out for her, for she was the reincarnation for Kokoro Ōtsutsuki, his former student, a natural born sage.

"You're the one from the prophecy I have yet to do" The great Toad said

"Hn. Gamamaru-sama…" she bowed "do you think it's good to speak about this near my friends.

"Oh, they aren't able to see us." The Leader said "this area is surrounded by a thick genjutsu. Think of it as an invisibility and muting shield"

"Oh, Right…" She was really nervous to finally talk with him.

"I assume one of your brothers sent you here, Am I right?" The girl nodded. "Fukasaku saw in your thoughts both Hamura and Hagoromo, but I am guessing it was the first, because the latter was obsessed with his son's quarrel." He smirked.

"Yes Gamamaru Sama, Hamura was the one to sent us here" she bowed to him.

"Us?" the toad asked

"Me and my friend Haruno Sakura" Hikari

"Jummm…" he said "Let me see" he opened his eyes wide and connected with her mind to a genjutsu.

Meanwhile, the Ramen shop was packed with people. That made Madara feel down again because he felt that he had failed in their first unofficial dinner date "WHY DID I THINK OF A DATE!" he screamed to himself in his mind and blushed.

"What!?" Sakura exclaimed "Why is so packed?"

"I guess you going there made the place really famous" he tried to sound cool.

"HA HA very funny" she mocked.

"So… shall we leave it for another time then?" the Uchiha asked, not sure to hear the answer.

"Hey! I'm hungry" the pinkette said "And we already told Matsu that I was going to dine with you" he wasn't expecting that answer. "I know!" she exclaimed "Lets order 'to go0 and eat at the square"

"That would do" Madara agreed "I'll order, what do you want to eat?"

Sakura told him her order and as he entered the shop, she went to another place to buy some juice. They had this system that used glass bottles that they have to return once used, so they could wash them and refill them. After some minutes she saw the Uchiha exiting the restaurant with two covered pots with handles. Smiling, she joined him as they walked to the park.

Once there they sat on a bench they distributed their food and beverages and started to eat.

"Careful, it's hot" Madara said as he opened her pot and handled it to her.

"Thank you!" she grabbed it and started to eat. The 'Ramen to go' had less soup so you could eat better without the mess. You could still enjoy a little of it though. They both stayed in silence for a while but they were really comfortable. They snorted from time to time whenever the other had trouble eating.

"I believe we must not do this again anymore" Madara said when he finished.

"Oh… So you don't enjoy my company?" Sakura commented sarcastically and a bit flirtuatious, the hot food had given her courage. That didn't take him aback this time.

"I do enjoy your company very much" he said straightforward surprising her. Her joke backfired. "Next time I'm going to make reservations with anticipation. Or maybe…"

"Maybe what?" the pinkette asked intrigued

"Maybe next time I show up at your work and invite you to dine with me, I can come with some bentos to make dinner easier" the Uchiha said while raising his shoulders. She snorted after seeing that gesture and both shared a nice laughter.

"How is it going with the Hospital? You're not overworking yourself, aren't you?" Madara asked.

"Oh, it's fine!" she answered "Everything seems to go flawlessly. People are eager to learn and help. We're lucky!"

"I'm glad to hear that" he commented and she smiled.

"How's security going on?" the pinkette enquired.

"I'm working on it. Tobirama is a bit busy right now" he explained "But After our meeting tomorrow I'm going to ask him for some opinions"

"It's good to see you two working together" she smiled.

"Yeah… Today we had an interesting talk" Madara said laying back on the bench and looking to the stars that were just appearing.

"Really?" Sakura asked "What did you two talk about?" she could see him smirk.

"That is a secret" he said taking his index to his mouth, a movement that Inner Sakura would thought that was damn too sexy 'Speaking of her, she isn't showing up lately. Oh… better not call her anyway' she thought and shook her head.

"Such a party pooper" she crossed her arms and mumbled.

"What?" he asked not understanding what she had just said.

"Nothing…" she excused but still had a look that meant she was dying inside to know.

"You're his therapist, you ought to know or maybe you'll know it soon" The Uchiha theorized.

"Oh, Right!" Sakura bumped her fist on her hand in a winning way. They stayed a moment in peaceful silence until the shinobi spoke.

"How do you think they are doing?" he asked still looking at the darkening sky.

"Izuna is strong" She simply answered, knowing what he was talking about "They all are. They'll be fine"

"Yeah, I guess you're right" he sighed and he sat a bit more comfortable at the bench leaning forward and resting his elbows on his knees. "Well, I think we better be going, it's getting a bit late, and I don't want the old hags bugging me or you for being here"

"What?" she asked surprised "Why would they… OH." She realized what he meant.

"Exactly" Madara Stood up and grabbed the empty bottles and pots as he murmured "It's too early"

"What did you said?" Sakura asked masking her surprise. 'KAMI DID SHE JUST HEARD THAT THING I MUMBLED?" he thought

"I-I said we need to be up early" he lied.

"R-right!" the pinkette agreed a bit nervous. "So, I'll go home and get some rest."

"Rest well! I'm going to ehh…" he motioned the things on his hands "take this to the shops. See you tomorrow" he bowed awkwardly.

"Yeah! See you tomorrow!" Sakura waved. "Thanks for the meal! I owe you one"

"Done!" he nodded and waited politely for her to turn away and leave. He was a gentleman, he wouldn't turn his back on a lady, nonetheless the one he fancied 'Oh Kami Come On, what am i? Twelve?' he thought. She left quickly and he sighed. As he walked to the shops he was debating in his mind 'I was right though. It's early for them to be suspicious. I would like to know her more before they start nagging me. If only I could solve the marriage thing… Why it has to be another Uchiha…' he thought and suddenly his rarely speaking inner voice told him 'OH SO YOU'RE COMPLAINING ON MARRING INTO THE CLAN THING BUT NOT ABOUT BEING MARRIED AT 25… MAYBE YOU WANT HER AS YOUR BRIDE ALREADY…' he became red as a tomato 'Shut Up!' he said to himself on his mind. Though he knew that was kind of right, just because of all the women that were around, she was the only one that caught his attention, and he was scared of how fast she was becoming someone important in his life.

Meanwhile Sakura was in a hurry walking to her home. She was sure she heard him say 'it's too early'. 'To early for what?' she thought when she was almost there. 'What does that mean? Oh… I need Hikari to be here to talk about this'. All her thoughts were blown of her head as she entered their home and saw Matsu eating and playing go with a hawk.

After seeing her whole life after being born in this reincarnation, Gamamaru spoke.

"So you know who you are and you have all your powers" He asked.

"I know all what you and Ero-Sennin told me. My parents didn't know too much about that, aside the prophecy" Hikari answered. "I don't have all her powers thought, my body can't resist them, that is why I have the seal"

"Why you say her?" the Toad questioned "She is you. You're a reincarnation, not a Jinchuriki." There was a small pause until the Takishima answered.

"I-I guess…" she started "I was always told I would have Kokoro's powers as if it was something foreign to me. Also anytime I released some of that power my body got injured . That's why they sealed it, they told me those powers could kill me."

"That's all wrong" Gamamaru said "You are you, the reincarnation of Kokoro Otsutsuki, but you're not her, in any case she is you Now. I repeat your powers are yours."

"What do you mean?" she asked

"Like I said, it's not that you're hosting a supernatural presence or power." The Toad explained "You're not a Jinchuriki. Who told you this?"

"Hn… you?" she answered timidly.

"Then I must have been old and blind" he mocked himself. "Release the seal"

"WHAT?" Hikari exclaimed.

"You heard me, release the seal. I want to see your real powers" the toad said. Bunta and Fukusaku looked at each other dubious.

"But it will kill me!" the girl said "And he.. He will notice me"

"Not here." Gamamaru sentenced "It won't kill you, and he won't sense you. Trust me"

Hikari was trembling, she reached her right forearm and pulled her sleeve over. She put her palm over the inner part of her forearm and a small seal with her Mangekyo form appeared in purple chakra. It released some stray strands around it but one was long enough that crawled over her arm to her chest. She had never done that, she didn't know if it would work because she had only studied that.

"KAI" she exclaimed.

AUTHORS NOTE

Last chapter I told the three person trio had light forest green capes, I was inspired by The Lord of The Rings movie, so you can think of them like the elven capes.

My man Izuna is very bright, also the most straight forward Uchiha. He resembles someone… Toka does not stay behind too.

Short but concrete MadaSaku, I need to apologize beforehand. MadaSaku here is slow burn, but because both are so dense, and also Madara as leader has some responsibilities he can't oversee (Yet) so he is fighting with himself. Sakura, well you know her, she is still aware with what happened with Sasuke and she is focused on her responsibilities too. I plan her to have more self-confidence around Madara, it has to be natural. There might be more of the ¿triangle? Tobi-Hika-Taka first but… that's just because it is easier to solve (or maybe not?) And it will also DEFINETILY bring MadaSaku with it. I have some epic Latin American soap opera scenes in the oven for both girls love interest LMAO. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the side stories too. I have already written the last chapters of the story so I don't forget where I'm going, but there's still a while to the end.

Don't worry. Mito is on the way, but the Village is just not too ready for that almighty Uzumaki (I assume she has her temper, so I need everything to really set up so she won't be upset with me. I already is because I'm delaying her appearance)
