Sakura looked at her new arm curiously as Haku gathered up all the unconscious bandits, the pretty boy managing to non-lethally deal with so many enemies, even untrained thugs, was irritating to the girl but she'd gotten more used to everything irritating her by now. The arm was strange, she might have more difficulty with getting used to it than before.

Besides the red arm being larger throwing off her balance, she would need to get it used to hand seals, it was stronger than her old left arm, even stronger than her right, but it was severely lacking dexterity. Then Sasuke revealed she shouldn't bother, "That arm doesn't connect to your keirakukei, I am baffled you can even move it." he pointed out.

Shizune attempted to use Shosen Jutsu on Sakura, but was baffled that the brass choker was incapable of distinguishing between harmful and helpful ninjutsu. She frowned since it hadn't done anything against chakra flowing through a weapon, the woman almost considered asking if Sakura could remove it but recalled Kakashi mentioning it was impossible.

Naruto had his new spoil of war, unconscious, and not a scratch on either of them. Sasuke was similar unharmed, but unlike Naruto he at least looked a little winded. However, also unlike Naruto, Sasuke had a new boon. If his nose was longer he might be mistaken for a Tengu, Shizune wondered if that was a boon the Maho no Kami could grant, since some boons seemed to have no benefits.

She understood the horns were ceremonial and a natural weapon, the bone spurs had been an odd natural weapon, fangs, claws, all that made some sense. Brass skin was hard, molten blood was strange but had proven a use, the thorns were understandable even. Despite currently irritating her the brass choker made some sense, wings she kind of understood. Even the bird's leg had a purpose, perhaps Naruto's deer legs had purpose too, human knees were flawed but she never considered their bio-mechanical design to be all that bad.

What bothered Shizune most was Sakura's tail, Naruto's face, and Sasuke's brow of feathers. Naruto used to have whiskers, but they were removed along with every single blemish on his face. Knowing his obsession with beauty, she wondered if this was a vanity gift, but it served little purpose. Maybe among Daemons it was another ceremonial thing, but having too perfect a face is unnatural to humans, uncanny if you look too long. Combined with his feral appearance Naruto really does look like some kind of yokai, the animal legs add little to that.

Sasuke's brow of feathers might keep things out of his eyes, but he can't wear his hitai-ate on his forehead for protection. Why feathers for that matter? Shizune didn't get it, and Sakura's tail was the worst of all. The fact her new arm didn't connect properly was also strange, without a keirakukei connection it was useless for hand seals.

Sakura flexed the arm and figured it felt strong so it would do, she grabbed her axe with it and her shield with her right hand. The kunoichi was annoyed not to be able to use Kuchiyose no Jutsu, Genkei could explain things. Sakura then wondered, "Those one handed seals, could you show me?" she asked.

Shizune nodded, "Yeah, I'm assuming you want to know the ones for Kuchiyose so you'll have to wait until we get back to Konoha." she said, about to mention the chakra control requirements but she'd already seen it. Sakura's chakra control was genius level, it was a shame she was so focused on being a brawler. Kurenai would be disappointed at the waste, but curiously Naruto had used genjutsu. He'd even formed a Rasengan with his off hand, Shizune was probably going to teach him iryo ninjutsu if he really was willing to learn.

"I'm honestly surprised Sakura managed to perform chakra nagashi already." Sasuke mused, an impressed tone in his voice. The tone caught the pink haired girl's attention.

So the kunoichi decided to brag a little, "I heard you mention your opponent doing it, and figured it would help me." she revealed smugly, surprising everyone.

Shizune blinked owlishly, "How the hell is your chakra control that good?" she asked, even Shizune wasn't that good, "Actually, you're a genius, if your only training with Suiton affinity has been ninjutsu then you should not have been able to pull that off." she pointed out.

"She did get tree walking on the first try." Sasuke informed, looking curious about how good Sakura's chakra control was.

"What about water walking?" Shizune asked with a raised eyebrow.

"First try, but I ran out of energy kind of fast." Sakura answered, still bothered about that but the statement made both of Shizune's eyebrows raise.

"Sakura, you should just build a puppet." Sasuke pointed out, if she was as smart as she seemed then any puppet built by her would be dangerous for multiple reasons.

Sakura frowned at the idea, "But, I don't know, it's not really me fighting then is it? Using a puppet to attack from range?" she pointed out, "I don't think Khorne-sama would approve." she added, a little disappointed to be shooting down Sasuke's idea.

Naruto was trying to make chakra threads without his Shibari no Ashikase, how could he have forgotten puppetry was a shinobi art? The blonde cursed his foolishness for not starting to master it. Then he made a bunch of kage bunshin, "Oh, are we capturing all the bandits and turning them into authorities instead of killing them?" Haku asked, sounding relieved.

All the Naruto bunshin and the horned blonde himself had not even thought of that so they stared blankly for a moment long enough to give away that it was not their intent before proceeding to do exactly that as if it was, "Good idea." he praised, giving away that he had not made the bunshin for that. Then his bunshin all started practicing chakra threads while carrying the bandits.

Sakura took the head of her kill, the original Naruto placed the corpses inside of individual scrolls, carrying his latest spoil of war personally. Shizune wondered how a simple genjutsu had rendered the woman unconscious.

As they were handing over the bandits, one of the lawmen noticed Naruto's prize, "The thugs I could understand, but you captured a ninja alive?" he asked in bafflement.

Naruto clutched the still unconscious woman, "Mine, spoil of war." he insisted greedily.

The man raised an eyebrow, "Kiri and Konoha are at war?" he asked curiously.

"No she's a nukenin." Naruto answered bluntly.

"I don't know if that counts." The officer mused but shrugged, "Whatever, it's shinobi business." he decided, knowing enough to know he wasn't paid enough to deal with whatever Naruto was.

On the way back to Konoha the group was stopped by Naruto, "I think I hear Kiba fighting someone a ways off, should we provide back up?" he asked, "They're outnumbered or I wouldn't suggest it, and one enemy sounds really big." he explained.

Shizune frowned but nodded, "Lead the way." she affirmed, unsheathing the ninjato she pilfered from her left hip, her tanto remaining sheathed under where her left arm had been. Sasuke decided to try out his wings and leaped above the treeline, he spread his new wings and flapped, slightly clumsy at first.

The Uchiha smirked as he got the hang of it, he recalled Naruto mentioning flight and wanting it. He supposed Tzeentch had heard his prayer of sorts, the wings were a bit clunky, but the muscles were already developed when they formed and he wondered if he could train them.

Not to be outdone Naruto left his spoil of war with a kage bunshin and joined him with Maemi on his back, leaping much further ahead and up with a chakra enhanced leap. He activated his Hoshi chakra and formed the Kujaku Myoho wings, the peacock feathers allowing him to glide ahead of Sasuke and lead the way towards Kiba's patrol. With such a vantage point, Naruto could even see the large creature he'd spoken of, as could his Uchiha teammate.

It was a red bull, but much bigger and with membranous wings. Also it glowed with heat, Naruto could see kunai melting uselessly against the creature and frowned, it was even starting a forest fire near the tree line where it was. Black smoke billowed from the creature and static sparked up from it's hooves.

Naruto didn't need Maemi to tell him this was some kind of chaos beast. "Dai-Oushiza." she explained anyway, naming the Great Taurus in the tongue of the land she was in for Naruto's sake. The blonde narrowed his eye at the creature, figuring he was best to deal with it with ninjutsu.

So he flapped his chakra wings and weaved hand seals, he hoped Kiba didn't consider the monster a challenge as he released a Raimeiton: Hakai Toppa. The attack was a high pitched keening sound until it hit the target and exploded, the creature unleashing a blast of flame that destabilized the attack some but not enough to save its left wing.

The red bull pulled back with a snort, circling around to glare at Naruto. Five kage bunshin were formed and six Hakai Toppa hailed down on and around the bull, making escape impossible as it dodged into one of the attacks going wide, and the explosion of flames was much bigger, crippling the great beast.

Another six Hakai Toppa and the Dai-Oushiza was dead, Sasuke stared at the red bull in shock. He knew Naruto had gotten stronger, but that had been excessive. The Uchiha tried to play it off, "Do you ever run out of chakra?" he asked blandly.

"I don't think so." Naruto answered with a shrug, "Oh, actually when I was trying to master the Rasengan, I guess I passed out a few times." he added, he'd trained harder than ever that time. He made a mental note to set aside a weekend to go at that tenacity again.

The two flying genin descended below the treeline, Naruto could still hear combat. Sasuke folded his wings as he landed, the Hoshi chakra receding within Naruto's Fuin.

Kiba was fighting alone, his teammates injured behind him. A squad of four Oto nin outnumbered the two Kiba, the one without the iron scaled arm clearly Akamaru, Even those two were bleeding pretty badly. Naruto and Sasuke looked at the weapons to see what might have caused it, but just seeing the battlefield said it had likely been some kind of shrapnel explosion, likely an ambush from Oto along one of their patrols.

Seeing as Kiba was outnumbered Naruto reached for his wakizashi and leaped, using an iaijutsu strike to take the head from one of them, "Hey, Kiba, did you challenge one of these guys?" he asked curiously.

Kiba sighed, "No, but I was trying to beat them myself, you might as well even the numbers, I'll challenge this one, Akamaru can have the other." he said, not expecting a boon from his opponent but wanting his skull anyway. He did want more but figured challenging the strongest enemy left while wounded from fighting a defensive battle was best.

The Inuzuka lunged, but his opponent was a mere genin even in Oto, without distractions Kiba was able to break through his defenses and put his claws through the young man's throat. Naruto delivered a swift kick to the head of one of the remaining Oto nin, who ducked but was struck in the face by Naruto's other hoof as the hermaphrodite switched kicking and standing leg with enough speed and force to crack the ground and kill the man struck.

Akamaru didn't even feign being human and ripped out his opponents throat with his teeth while looking like Kiba, dropping the Jujin Bunshin once the man was dead. Kiba frowned at the lack of boons from these men, but noticed Naruto hadn't gotten anything either at least.

Naruto frowned suddenly, "Oh, maybe we should have captured one alive." he realized idly, not having considered it until it was too late. Shizune showed up in time to hear that with Sakura, the jonin was a little concerned but the Haruno just looked annoyed with Naruto.

Sasuke sighed, realizing easily that the blonde's body was moving faster than his mind could keep up with. The horned genin was a good physical learner, but he was excessively impulsive.

Shizune hurried to treat Kiba's patrol team, thankfully none were lethally wounded, but they were lucky the Inuzuka was able to cover them despite his own injuries. None of them were permanently crippled, but Shizune couldn't fully restore them in her current condition and settled for the slower bandaging method.

The jonin figured she might as well start teaching Naruto, "Naruto-kun, see how I clean the wounds before applying the antiseptic cream?" she asked and he nodded as he approached, "It's important to do this before applying bandages, you can buy the supplies to apply this basic first aid at any pharmaceutical." she explained.

"Why?" Naruto asked, curious about the process. He usually healed so fast such first aid wasn't necessary, so he'd healed plenty of injuries without cleaning or antiseptic.

Shizune hadn't expected the question, "When a wound needs more time to heal," she worded carefully, aware of his healing factor, "it could get infected, cleaning it out with water or, in extreme cases medical grade alcohol, can prevent infection." she explained, "Antiseptic handles anything the water couldn't, and in cream form is stops the bandage from scabbing up too dry while healing." she added.

Naruto nodded as he considered the new information, watching what she did carefully. Seeing her do it for every wound he forgot why by the end of it, but knew to do it in that order anyway. Just in case he asked why again, Shizune tried not to sigh as she repeated her explanation word for word.

They traveled back to Konoha together with Kiba's patrol team, the chunin with him too wounded to continue anyway. What concerned Shizune was that the woman Naruto captured still had not awoken, she considered the woman faking it but a diagnostic revealed she was indeed unconscious.

"I'll ask Tsuna-baachan to look at her when we give the mission report." Naruto came up with a brilliant idea.

"Please don't call her that, and do it after we give the report." Shizune decided, figuring the girl was probably just traumatized.

"You gave her brain damage." Tsunade's diagnosis was rather blunt and unexpected, "She can't be a slave, but since you claimed her as a spoil you're responsible for her anyway." she informed.

"So she's my ward?" Naruto asked, feeling kind of bad for what he'd done. He'd only intended to capture her.

"Essentially." Tsunade confirmed, knowing that in Naruto's mind there was little difference, "More importantly why did you use Hoshi chakra in genjutsu?" she asked.

Naruto frowned, "Well, I figured I needed her finished, since she was too frenzied to tie up like normal and Shizune-chan needed help." he confessed with a shrug.

"Future reference, if a jutsu requires you to push your chakra into someone, don't use the Hoshi chakra." Tsunade lectured plainly, "You did more damage than than Itachi's genjutsu." she put in perspective, which made the horned blonde feel suitably guilty.

"Is this a bad time to mention Naruto-kun wants to learn iryo ninjutsu?" Shizune asked with a deadpan expression, the Godaime Hokage covered her face with her hands and groaned. The jonin suppressed a smirk at the reaction, "Also, I'd like to recommend Sakura-chan for special training." she added.

"One handed hand signs right?" Tsunade asked and Sakura nodded but surprisingly Shizune shook her head.

The jonin kunoichi got a few curious looks, "That too, but her chakra control is perfect." she explained, "I think you should teach her." she clarified.

Tsunade rolled her eyes as Sakura protested, "I don't want to learn iryo ninjutsu! Let Naruto learn that!" the genin insisted hotly.

The Godaime wasn't sure if she agreed with all of that but oh well, "Not that, just taijutsu." Shizune clarified, confusing the genin except for Naruto, who looked curious.

Tsunade raised an eyebrow, "You think she could learn my taijutsu?" she asked incredulously.

"Sakura-chan has better chakra control than me, and performed rudimentary Suiton chakra nagashi with her only former training with said affinity being performing jutsu like Suidan and Mizu Bunshin rarely." Shizune explained, startling Tsunade, "She used it after hearing about an opponent in a different challenge using it." the jonin clarified, startling the Hokage further.

Sakura looked a little bashful, she'd just been desperate and hadn't been aware her feat was that impressive. Sasuke looked a mix of impressed and annoyed, wanting the meeting to be over so he could ask Sakura for tips. The Uchiha had not learned that geniuses don't make the best teachers.

Tsunade looked curious, "I'll put it under consideration, she should at least get her Kuchiyose down one handed first." she decided, although they didn't have them for very long Sakura was the only ninja with a contract to summon Khorne Daemons still. The Haruno herself nodded in agreement because she wanted Genkei back, but Shizune understood that losing out on the Daemons even filtered through Sakura's chakra reserves was a blow in the weakened state the village was in.

Thankfully Naruto was home when the young woman he captured woke up, Tsunade and Shizune were there to explain the situation but that did not help much. Hinata figured she should meet the newest woman her future husband had brought home, a prospect she imagined should be shocking.

Understandably the woman was furious, curiously she had two red dots on her head that had been hidden by hitai-ate, "What do you mean that bastard gave me brain damage!?" she snapped.

"Sorry." Naruto said, having the decency to look guilty.

However the horned blonde had an odd effect, "Oh it's fine." she said with a pleasant smile, before she and the others looked confused, "What part of this is fine!?" she snapped, confused by her own reaction, "I'll gut you!" she began to threaten but when she focused on Naruto again her brain went blank, "Oh I hate this." she finally decided as she gathered her thoughts.

"That would be your new emotional instability, also Naruto-kun here is the source of your trauma but you seem to be handling his presence well enough." Tsunade mused, explaining some things.

"I am not handling his presence well!" The young woman snapped.

"You're coherent while he's in the room." Tsunade pointed out, which was a very low bar as far as the woman was concerned.

"What's your name anyway?" Naruto asked, he still hadn't learned it.

"Hanako Kaguy-" The woman began to answer only to bite down hard on her own tongue suddenly and violently.

Tsunade cursed under her breath and approached to heal the damage, "Clan name a touchy subject for a Kiri nin? Not too surprising." she mused, although what had been said was enough to confirm her suspicions. But the young woman had solely used kenjutsu against Naruto, implying a lack of Kekkei Genkai.

"Damn it, now what? I'm part of your sick eugenics program or something?" Hanako asked, as angry as she was resigned.

"I don't know what that word means." Naruto said bluntly, tempted to use 'ore-sama' but the fact he was admitting a lack of knowledge stemmed him a little.

Hinata considered it, "Uzumaki, Hyuga, Haku's Kekkei Genkai," she mused, "it really does seem like you're trying to create a super ninja." she pointed out, then she noticed his blank expression, "She thinks you wanted to breed Kekkei Genkai babies out of her." the Hyuga clarified for the still slightly dense blonde.

"Only if she wants kids." Naruto answered with a shrug, Tsunade sighed and Shizune rubbed the bridge of her nose, "And I am trying to create a super perfect shinobi, my magnificent self!" he added with a laugh.

"Oh well then I'd-" Hanako began pleasantly only to slug herself in the stomach, "rather die!" she snapped, apparently having a severe disagreement with herself. Maemi was baffled by the emotional range and intensity of the bipolar woman, it was like two separate personalities almost.

"Well you're a captured criminal, but because you were injured so uniquely instead of being a spoil of battle you get to be his ward." Tsunade said with faux cheer, "Shizune-san here will come by to check on you, and you're effectively under house arrest, but Naruto-kun here can't order you around." she explained, "Not that he ever does." she added dryly as she turned to leave.

Shizune waved as she followed behind the Hokage, Hinata silently agreed that the distinction between a ward and a servant was pointless to someone like Naruto. Hanako seemed oddly smug about it at least, the woman ready to defy any order her new landlord gave her.

"Have a good rest, Hanako-chan!" Naruto wished pleasantly as he and Hinata left the former nukenin alone.

"I won't!" Hanako answered smugly, then she frowned as she realized what their verbal exchange had been. Naruto and Hinata chalked it up to the Hoshi induced brain damage.

Kiba was not walking Sakura home, they were just both going to the shrine outside her home. This was what the pink haired girl had to say more times than she wanted to, when it finally came time to toss skulls she tossed hers lazily and went into her home to listen to her parents complain about her new boon.

Kiba put his and Akamaru's in, but there was nothing new for any of the skulls, "Damned Naruto, almost as bad as Sasuke now." he grumbled about the arrogant blonde as he left, knowing he could have offered more if the horned genin hadn't intervened. That giant winged bull had been a concern though, so he was grateful for Naruto there at least.

Sakura heard him and her ire at Sasuke being insulted was raised but she let it go as she controlled herself, knowing Kiba meant her teammates were too strong. The kunoichi silently agreed, Naruto and Sasuke had handled their opponents while she had barely survived.

Jiraiya decided to check on Naruto's training, hearing the blonde was attempting to learn iryo ninjutsu. The thought was downright absurd, but apparently he'd lobotomized a girl with an overpowered genjutsu. Still he'd heard Naruto was a bit of a dunce, yet the horned genin seemed to absorb things easily.

"Let's see your Hari Jizo." Jiraiya requested plainly, Naruto obliged and his golden spiky mane became a mantle of needle spikes made of hair infused with chakra covering his upper body, "Good thickness, terrible coverage." he praised and scolded, knowing the blonde had too much ego already, "Get it to coat your whole body and I'll show you another cool trick." he added as incentive.

Naruto immediately made a bunch of kage bunshin and they all started training, confusing Jiraiya at first. Then the Sennin realized what his student was doing and was baffled, there were sixty five bunshin training alongside Naruto himself. For each bunshin to actually have enough spare chakra to train was absurd, yet they were doing it.

"When did you think to do this?" Jiraiya asked curiously, "Training with kage bunshin." he added for clarification upon seeing his student and bunshin giving him confused looks.

"Like, the day Kakashi-sensei taught us." Naruto answered with a raised eyebrow, "Sasuke mentioned using it to read while he did practical training and I realized, 'why not chakra training?'" he recounted, reciting the last part as if it was obvious.

Jiraiya blinked owlishly, "Naruto you are literally the only person who has enough chakra for this to work." he pointed out, making the blonde's all stare in awe. The Sennin cursed himself for saying it, that would go to Naruto's head he was sure of it.

Tsunade stared at Tenten, used to the shenanigans of the Konton Gundan by this point, "Is at least one of those Fuin for protection?" she asked the girl with a raised eyebrow. The young kunoichi looked quite smug with herself, wearing a netted poncho covered in Fuin tags.

Tenten shook her head, "Not a one, why wear armor if I don't plan to get hit?" she asked with a cocky smirk, clearly quite proud of herself.

Tsunade sighed, beginning to suspect that those marked by Slaanesh just became more arrogant, "Disguise them better than an empty net at least, isn't your Kami supposed to be a patron of arts?" she scolded, Tenten looked surprised but then beamed happily.

The Hokage decided to forgive the young kunoichi for running off without being dismissed, at least her advice was being heeded.

Hanako was beginning to suspect Naruto had been completely honest, which was strange to her. The horned blonde clearly had issues, the others seemed used to him though. As the former nukenin lived in the Uzumaki house she came to learn that no one there was normal, talking of harems and sharing far too much information.

Like that they were all fucking, they expected Hanako to believe they weren't engaged in a secret ninja eugenics program and they couldn't even hide that they were fucking. Okay they had not even tried to hide it, even invited her with promise of contraceptives. Hanako trusted none of their contraceptives and refused outright.

The white haired young woman had attempted escape briefly, but either Naruto or Hinata was usually around to stop her. How the Hyuga found her was no mystery, but the hermaphrodite was a constant mystery. The fact that the former nukenin could not remember the genjutsu she'd been under or why it had been so potent was a concern, the fact that seeing the one who used it made her knees week was alarming.

Another mystery was Haku, who had halted her escape once when she attempted while Naruto and Hinata were both out. Hanako sighed, "What's the real goal of this place?" she asked curiously.

"Home? It's a place for rest and relaxation." Haku answered plainly, "In a way, because Naruto-kun lives here, it is something of a shrine to the Kajo no Kami." he explained.

"Home, huh?" Hanako asked with a raised eyebrow, "You ever heard of Mizu no Kuni?" she asked.

"I grew up there." Haku responded, startling her since he was clearly younger than her by a good bit, "Otousan learned of Okaachan's Kekkei Genkai because I didn't know any better, now they're both dead." he added coldly, "Zabuza-san will make the land better, and Naruto-kun seems to privately endorse such things." he explained quietly.

Hanako was stunned, suspecting a trick but unable to think of a reason why. She decided to wait and see, figuring such claims would prove themselves right or wrong eventually.

Naruto was surprised to be on a mission with Shizune again, "Okay this is a new kind of patrol," Tsunade began, pointing to a map, "I want you kids to memorize this route, and be extra careful with it because if this information falls into enemy hands I will need to rejig the entire patrol route system, because yours is a route to check on various other routes where we're encountering Orochimaru related problems, namely Otogakure shinobi and monsters." she explained, "This is a new patrol for Konton Gundan."

The other members were Hinata and Karin, however something else caught Naruto's attention, "Shizune-chan is in Konton Gundan?" he asked with a curious raised eyebrow, Maemi didn't detect a mark on the woman yet.

"Sensei." Shizune attempted to correct the blonde's honorific usage.

"Sensei-chan." Naruto responded with a cheeky grin.

Tsunade rolled her eyes, "No, Shizune-san is not officially in the Gundan, but I have Shino-san on another mission and she's worked with you bakemono before, so I'm attaching her to this patrol to assist Karin-chan with anything related to iryojutsu and provide back up." she answered with an explanation.

"Us three could probably handle it alone, but okay." Naruto agreed with a shrug, feeling like he was missing out on valuable leadership experience but having Shizune along gave him more opportunity to learn iryojutsu anyway so he wasn't upset.

The mission went as patrol missions tend to, however there was less waiting in certain spots to make certain and instead a quick check in on where other patrols were located before moving on to the next. Naruto was handling it fine, but his team were feeling the strain. Shizune kept up for the most part, being a jonin herself, but Hinata and Karin both doubted they'd be able to put up much of a fight without a rest or some combat stimulants.

The first hitch came when Naruto heard combat approaching their fourth meeting point, Hinata activated her Byakugan to more precisely confirm hostiles, "Izumo-san and Kotetsu-san," she said, knowing them from how often they took gate guard duty together, "they're with Kiba-kun, I wasn't even aware he went on another patrol so soon." she continued, "Oh, and a very old man, Maruboshi-san I think?" she vaguely recalled going on a patrol mission with him back when she had two arms, "They're outnumbered, even with Akamaru-kun." she added, "Sixteen young adult men, Oto symbols, however it seems they're accepting of challenges, one is fighting Kiba-kun one on one while everyone watches, even Akamaru-kun is just watching."

The ninken of the Inuzuka watching their partner fight without helping was not entirely unheard of, but it was strange for a real fight. As they got closer everyone else saw what Hinata described, Kiba was fighting an older Oto shinobi while Akamaru watched with the others. Even the other eleven Oto shinobi just watched.

Kiba parried a blow from his opponent's ninjato with his iron-hard scales of his left arm and grabbed his opponent's left wrist in his right hand, pulling the older man off guard and plunging his clawed hand, "Alright, first one down, seven to go and you guys will be facing my pal Akamaru." he taunted with a gesture towards his dog, who barked and wagged his tail happily.

Naruto got the impression they weren't needed here, and was about to move on when Shizune jumped down besides Kiba, "I know you kids have to accept challenges, but there is more than one of you! Fight two at a time at least!" she scolded, wondering why everyone was just standing around.

Kiba shrugged, "They're only interested in fighting me, and not all at once, so I figured I'd play with them." he answered plainly.

Shizune looked less than impressed, "This is just inefficient!" she snapped, "I'm taking one, I'll capture him alive so we have someone to interrogate." she decided, approaching the next Oto nin.

"Hey, we're challenging the kid." The man said, not interested in fighting the one armed woman.

"Well I'm challenging you!" Shizune snapped, palming a kunai and tossing it. The man dodged but the iryonin used shunshin to close the distance while he was slightly off balance and pressed the attack with a swiftly formed chakra scalpel, striking glancing blows against his guarding arms to make them useless, then tapping the base of his neck to paralyze him and his jaw to stop him biting down on any concealed cyanide pills.

Shizune did not recall actually being marked, so she was surprised to grow a new arm, a second right arm that ruined her shirt. The jonin was convinced, the Kami had a sense of humor, a very twisted kind. Naruto just looked enthused, "Welcome to the team, Shizune-chan!" he said boisterously, as if they hadn't already been on the same patrol.

The jonin knew he didn't mean the patrol team though, he was talking about Konton Gundan. Shizune began tying up her capture for transport, "This would be easier if my arms weren't on the same side, but at least I have two of them." she said, grudgingly grateful for the additional limb.

Kiba frowned at one of his kills being taken, "Damn it, I bet you got the only worth one of the bunch too." he grumbled.

"Actually, you're just strong enough that none of those are impressive individually." Maemi pointed out, "Shizune-chan was injured and has no blessings, so her display of perfectly capturing an enemy stronger than her with precise chakra scalpel strikes was a bit more impressive to Slaanesh-sama than your mindless slaughter is to your Kami." she explained.

This was the first Shizune heard of herself being marked by Slaanesh, but assumed the Imp had some way of telling without seeing the visual mark. Kiba still sighed, "Still, I had a set of eight skulls each for myself and Akamaru too, now it's uneven." he grumbled.

Shizune's eye twitched, "I could take five more and leave five for each of you, genin." she pointed out dryly.

Kiba shook his head vehemently, "Uh, no, that's fine, I'll take what I can get." he said, figuring more skulls was better than numerologically significant amounts.

Naruto laughed, "C'mon, Shizune-chan, we got two other places to be!" he insisted, fine with leaving Kiba with the rest. The remaining Oto ninja looked irritated at being considered no real threat, and it seemed some of them had lost an interest in fighting Kiba.

"I want to challenge you." One Oto shinobi intoned, pointing his ninjato at Shizune.

The jonin looked less than enthused, "No thanks." she said, and her new right arm became a tentacle, incapable of one handed seals, "What!?" she asked, confused and startled.

"This is why ninso accept challenges, you're lucky that's all that happened." Maemi pointed out dryly.

"I challenge you!" The same man declared loudly, grin audible in his voice despite his face mask.

Shizune sighed, then groaned, "Fine." she decided, dropping her tied up target. There hadn't been much point in tying him up but just in case she'd done it anyway, "I don't need another one of you though." she said and inhaled sharply, manipulating her chakra in her lungs, and releasing a Dokugiri at the man.

The Oto shinobi ran through it, obviously confident that breathing out with his facemask on would be fine. He went on the attack and Shizune unsheathed her own pilfered ninjato that she'd held onto to defend herself. If she had a second right arm still she could perform chakra scalpel and overwhelm the man, but a tentacle instead was a bit of a hassle.

The jonin decided to make use of it anyway, slipping the ninjato into it and using the prehensile appendage to swing the blade wildly as she formed a chakra scalpel. Shizune then forced her opponent on the defense, and glancing touches became crippling injuries that opened up his defenses and soon his guard was forced down and his throat was slit.

Shizune finally got her left arm back, however it had a mantis claw now. Still relegated to one handed signs, the jonin supposed she was being forced into it to help her thrive at this point. Still not used to the tentacle, she managed to clumsily sheathe the ninjato with it anyway.

Kiba noticed another potential enemy stepping towards Shizune and his eye twitched, "That does it! No more challenges!" he decided, charging in and performing a Tsuga, Akamaru got the memo about no challenges and joined in to make it a Gatsuga. The Inuzuka smirked at having taken eight of the remaining kills as his ninken partner took out the final five, the fact this brought his actual kill count up to nine was a minor issue.

Karin frowned, she'd wanted to challenge someone too.
