How unfortunate life can be. Ino had always helped her mother from managing their flower shop, it's not like she hates it. Along with being a ninja she actually love working in their shop due to her increasing fondness of flowers however today it's not a lucky or normal day for her. Ino didn't manage to guess that it will rain today.
If it's a normal weak rain she could have run and not ruin the flowers she is holding however today's rain is not weak and so does the wind.
Ino's glad she just finished delivering or else those poor flowers could have been ruined! Tho.. She is not happy by the fact she's stuck here waiting for the rain to stop or weaken in order to get home. Another thing that bothers her is how cold it is right now
'Ugh! Stupid rain! Why can't you wait to start raining till I'm home!?'
She shivers, holding both of her arm trying and looking for warmth. The poor yamanaka is currently sheltering in front of an apartment building. Why won't she enter? That's because it requires a key to go inside and she don't wanna disturb or trespass someone else property. As she continues to shiver and sneeze she hear a low groan and a complain near her.
Turning her head she saw sasuke, wet by the rain. He complain further to himself till he finally noticed ino looking at him "oh? sasuke kun it seems the rain had also caught out on you!" ino giggled before she was abruptly stopped and sneeze once again. Sasuke didn't response but only opened the door behind ino
'ohhh?? Sasuke kun lives here! What an unexpected discovery, sakura sure be jealous of me! hehe~'
"Go in and follow me" sasuke suddenly invites making ino comprehend first before speaking in embarrass...ment? "H-huh?" she mumble out shock, she's not expecting sasuke to invite her in.. After all sasuke seems to be a person who does not want anyone in his life let alone inside his home.
"or do you want to freeze here? The rain isn't stopping anytime soon." He added, his back still facing ino.
Ino wanted to deny it out of embarrassment however... Sasuke is right that the strong rain and wind won't be stopping anytime soon and she surely doesn't want to be freeze to death here!
"is it okay? then don't mind me sasuke kun!" although ino sounded cheerful or happy her face is actually so red that it's redder than a tomato to the point she hope sasuke won't look back because that will be the one to destroy her dignity and pride.
Sasuke didn't wait any second after her answer and starts walking forward with ino, following after him.

For the very first time or perhaps the very first person to enter Sasuke's apartment? other than sasuke himself of course. Ino noticed how clean and organized Sasuke's apartment is, everything is in rightful place, there is no left over plate on the sink tho ino thinks that sasuke doesn't eat here...
Sasuke had went inside the bathroom, what is he doing? probably showering or changing clothes. Regardless ino doesn't want to think about it!!
Ino being ino take a look around the moment he closed the door but no worries ino knowns when to not get curious about something! After all privacy is important. The only thing ino take a look around of is how wide and how his apartment look from the inside, and what is those books on the shelf that is clean but seems to not be used much. His apartment is high, probably at the seventh floor and he had a balcony outside! Ino really wants to take a look over there but the rain is ongoing sadly.
Back from what she is thinking earlier ino is concerned that there is barely food on his kitchen shelf and fridge
'its almost as if he only eats here if he doesn't want to be bothered outside..'
Ino heard the bathroom door opened, she would have turned around but her mind is so bad that an image of topless sasuke appears! She had to clear the blush that suddenly appeared in her face! she don't want nor need sasuke being more awkward around her.
"You should change as well. I have some spare clothes that you can use" Now's the time to turn and face sasuke well.. Not actually face him to be honest.. His back is turned against ino blocking her view of what his expression could be, he seems to be looking inside his closet before he finally pull put two spare clothes than he extends towards ino
Ino wanted to say no to his offer considering she already disturb him enough but knowing she can't continue wearing a wet clothe or else she would be sick... Ino silently sigh and accept Sasuke's offer, thanking him in return.
Once inside the bathroom to change ino now then realize what happened and started blushing furiously
'Ahhhhhh- I can't believe it! S-sasuke kun lend me his clothes- Sakura could never!'
She always tease sakura, making stories that she hold Sasuke's hand.. that she hugged him and etc. But those are fake.. A Believable fake story that sakura had fallen into. But this one... Ino considered teasing sakura with this the next time they met, on how ino coincidentally met sasuke in front of his apartment and on how he let her in and- and how he lend her clothes to wear- Sakura would be so So SO Jealous! but then...
If ino do tell sakura about this... she surely will bother sasuke about how unfair it is when she's his teammate, that could be a huge annoyance to sasuke..
Ino 'knows' sasuke 'wouldn't' like her but she doesn't need him hating her ya know! Well ino is smart so... She can just make up a story how sasuke let her borrow his jacket in a min time while it's raining because it's cold! Sakura would believe that regardless and she wouldn't even know whether it's true or not due to ino being cheeky and sasuke not responding most of the time!

'ugh... It's already 8:30pm! and it's still raining! It didn't even weaken so i can't still go home!' Ino groaned frustrated, she been here on Sasuke's apartment with sasuke himself.
Ino talk to him and tell him stories which ino guess, doesn't mind? He doesn't respond actually only with 'hn' 'hm' 'hmp' 'hmf' but it still enough to know that he actually listens to ino talking!
After that the two of them went silent and starts whatever distraction that could be use such as ino reading the novels she didn't know sasuke... would have. This continues till ino yawned and notice how sasuke had taken a nap and how dark it is by now outside.
Ino can feel her stomach rumbling, she sighs and close the book she was reading and proceed to take action. Surely sasuke is hungry by now as well right? As thanks for his kind offering and action towards the Gorgeous and Talented Yamanaka! She will now cook delicacies as dinner for both of them!

It's not long till sasuke was awoken by a.. Delicious aroma in the air. The smell and the warmth around him remind him whatever his mother had just finished cooking and is now setting the table.. It made him smile however. Snapping back to reality sasuke sat up as quick as he can upon realization that this couldn't be HIS mother cooking and setting the table.
Noticing how he was in his bed all he had to do is turned to his left to see and- ...
"Oh? sasuke kun you're awake! I've cooked dinner for both of us, I hope you don't mind since I been feeling hungry eheh" ino shyly spoke, inviting to eat dinner with her.
She told herself not to be shy about it after all there is no other meaning of this action than thanking sasuke for letting her take shelter.
Sasuke seems to be in trans, his just there.. Staring at her before he actually finally snapped out of it and get off the bed, approaching the table where ino had already taken a seat.
The time both of them eat together is not as awkward as ino had thought it was... It's actually fun. Although it's ino that talk the most, telling him how she made and work hard into making of their food, sasuke had also complimented her cooking which make ino shy but take pride of it.

That was nice.. I'm glad i took courage into asking her to go in.
The clothes i lend her suit her, maybe i can find excuse to let her keep it.. But i hope she'll wear it even if not outside
She tells lots of Stories but most of them are about her teammates...

I was shock to find out that i had fallen asleep.. I really thought that I'm back with my family, that smell... Really did remind me of my mother
Truth to be told i didn't expect ino to know how to cook let alone the food actually tasting good... How lucky of her teammates is what i wish to say but suddenly she told me that shikamaru and choji never tasted her cooking yet
I'm glad that im first to taste her cooking

It's already late, i told her she can use the bed to sleep which she tries to argue against sadly she lost heh how cute
As cute of her sleeping face...
Tomorrow the rain would have probably stopped.. I don't want to sleep yet but my team have a mission tomorrow I can't go looking weak and tired.
I'll just see her again tomorrow...

Next Day
Sakura's jealousy can be felt a mile away as ino repeatedly tease her on how she manage to get Sasuke's jacket
Although the story is different she indeed get Sasuke's jacket which she wore for the very reason of teasing sakura, tho another reason is the comfort of wearing Sasuke's jacket.
