Day in, day out, Cumulus Isobar pretended to bail out his wagon of the rain he summoned.
Per his backstory, he was a snake oil salesman. A Rainmaker.
But he was not that. He was just doing a job, filling a character role.
After the last riders of Big Thunder Mountan left and the Magic Kingdom shut down, without fail, he hung out with his friend, Billy the Goat. They had fun together on Twitter. Watching films. Fireworks.
Cumulus Isobar considered himself lucky that his fellow animatronics didn't view him as a bad guy, despite the needs of the story.
