16. Greed - Camp Discovery

Cooter Carter was well aware of what happened on Milo Thatch's expedition to Atlantis. He was well aware of what happened in New York on the night of New Year's Eve 1899. And what happened on Big Thunder Mountain some fifty years ago.

The common theme was always greed. People wanting more.

More land, more money, more gold, fame, notoriety, items that weren't theirs to take.

Cooter had learned their lessons.

That's why he, and he alone, came up with the idea of dogs flying his dirigible. It absolutely was not the idea of famed - and disappeared - explorer Charles Muntz.
