Chapter IV: Vacation?
Author's Note
: I'm very sorry for the long overdue update, the short size of the chapter and especially the wait I put anyone through who enjoyed/enjoys this story. My mother recently passed away and with my mental health, I've just never found the time or will to work on writing. The original Chapter 4 was so long I would still be working on it, so I decided to cut it into two parts so that I could at least give you people something. Awaken the Asylum helped me patch this up a lot and I'd like to give another shout out to Archer404 for his amazing support and also giving my work a look over whenever I needed it. I hope this is satisfactory for now. Hopefully Part 4: Part 2 won't take me another two years. We can hope, right?

Ayane rose from her slumber, rubbing a forearm across her eyes in an attempt to wake herself up. She looked to her right and beside her laid a still sleeping Eliot, who looked like would be asleep for a while longer, had she guessed how peaceful he looked. As she swung her legs off of the bed and pulled on a purple fur robe she happened to have by her bedside, she opened a sliding door to the outside of her room and the Ninja building as a whole.

"Sleep well?" came a familiar voice from up above. Ayane pulled her robe together immediately as she recognized that damned voice, looking up into the forest to find out her suspicions of whom the voice came from was correct.

"Kasumi? How long have you been there? Or here, rather…" she asked, trying to hide her blush turning her side to her older sister while still keeping her eyes glued to her. Kasumi picked up the panic from her tone as she relaxed upon a stray tree branch, one smooth leg stretched outward and the other dangling off.

"Forgive me, sister. I didn't mean to intrude. I only arrived yesterday night but saw you had company, so I waited," she spoke before Ayane noticed her sister eyeing at something behind her. "Eliot, right?"

Ayane looked back to see Eliot's head peeping out of the door, curiously watching. Her blush deepened as she mentally cursed Eliot. "Yes, his name's Eliot, not that it's any of your business. I'm sure that you've seen him before at one of the tournaments. Before you say anything, I have two things," she replies with her usual cold, distant attitude towards her sister.

Kasumi frowned, seeing how Ayane was going to treat her like always, before jumping down a good twenty-feet out of the tree like it was nothing, and still managed to quietly, gracefully landing on her feet directly in front of Ayane, unknowingly impressing Eliot. A lot.

"One… why are you here? What's so important that you had to sleep up in a tree to tell me? Has something happened to Master Ryu?! …and two… did you seriously fucking eavesdrop or peep in on me last night?!"

Her face was full of anger, her cheeks were red from embarrassment, and Kasumi knew why, but she wanted so desperately to spare her younger half-sibling from any more embarrassment and to also make herself look less of a perverted woman into seeing her sister have sexual relations.

"Ryu is fine, that's not why I'm here. I apologize, Ayane. I did not mean to intrude on your privacy and I hope you don't think I was trying to spy on you... forgive me, please. You know I wouldn't return to this place if it weren't important or something I thought you would be interested in."

What Kasumi was referring to happened back a few years ago, when she defied a penalty-by-death rule by running away from home in a somewhat successful attempt for revenge, thinking that Hayate had been murdered by an ex clan member named Raidou. The one interesting thing to note is that Raidou is the biological father of Ayane, having raped her, Kasumi, and Hayate's mother Ayame long ago. Ayane always seemed to think it was the cause of her abnormal hair color and always being referred to as "the cursed child" in her youth.

"Then what is it?" Ayane asked, now a bit intrigued though anxious for any troubling news. She just remembered though about her second question that demanded an explanation. "No, answer the second one first. Now!"

"I… I arrived late last night right after I heard the news, but by the time I arrived I had only found you… in bed, with a boy…" Kasumi blushed softly, her hands together shyly and looking down. "I didn't see anything else, I promise Ayane. Your secret is safe with me." Kasumi bowed humbly.

"Like I give a fuck if anyone knows I got laid," Ayane vulgarly spat out without thinking, causing Kasumi's eyes to widen.

Ayane took notice and sighed.

"Sorry. Fine, whatever, don't tell anyone and keep it between us if that makes you feel like we're doing that sisterly-bonding," she told her almost just for the sake of hospitality and feeling bad for her attitude; to meet Kasumi halfway. It was nice to feel the sisterly gesture from her older sister, but Ayane always had trouble with how to handle her emotions and feelings with those types of things, and she never knew if she ever wanted to.

Just as the conversation was either about to continue and Ayane was possibly finally about to hear why Kasumi had intruded on her morning, Eliot popped out of the building behind them, interrupting.

"H-Hey, I remember you from the tournament," he says as he makes eye contact with Kasumi. She wore a similar if not the same blue Kunoichi garb that she wore every year at the tournaments. "Kazumi, right?"

"Um… almost. It's Kasumi, with an "s", she corrected, her polite smile and demeanor not fading as her eyes met Eliot's.

Ayane sighed, walking over to Eliot and instinctively grabbing his hand in hers almost as if to mark her territory towards her sister.

"Eliot, Kasumi is my older half-sibling, like Hayate."

"Oh, so are you the youngest?" Eliot asked with a friendly grin. Ayane glared at him.

"Yeah, whatever. She was about to tell me something important, apparently?" she says a bit annoyed, her grip on Eliot's hand growing tighter.

"I do not think I should speak of it with current company," she nervously says in her well-mannered way of speaking. She looking at the ground and hoped she hadn't sounded rude. "Um… No offense, Eliot." She smiles genuinely at him again apologetically, with her timid but cute features showing on her face.

Even though he was with her beautiful sister, Eliot couldn't help but blush at how cute Kasumi was and notice the elder half-sister's impressive cleavage on sight. The Ninja sisters wore the most revealing outfits he'd ever seen. He began comparing the two in his mind; Kasumi was taller and leggier, however, Ayane had a bigger bust and thighs.

Kasumi noticed Eliot was staring off, wondering what was going on while Ayane just kept her eyes on her older sister, still impatient.

"Um, none took, I guess," he finally, sheepishly responded. He decided to kiss Ayane on the cheek before going to leave, but Ayane did not let her grip go of his hand causing him to pretty much comedically almost fall over trying to walk back inside.

Kasumi put her palm over her face to stiffen a giggle.

"No, I think Eliot should stay. Anything you can say to me, you can speak in front of my boyfriend," she daringly spoke to Kasumi, pulling Eliot close to her side and rubbed her new boyfriend in her sister's face. Kasumi sighed, running a hand through her auburn bangs. She was used to having to keep her cool with her younger sister by now.

"Alright Ayane, but please do not get angry after I warned you. Do you remember the colorful guy from the tournament who invited us on those vacations?" she asked Ayane. The younger purple-haired Hajimon-Sect Leader eyed down at her feet with a dark pink blush across her cheeks while she bore down on her teeth.

'Great, that moron. What does he want, another stupid "Zack Vacation?" That was what was so important?' she thought to herself. Ayane always enjoyed having a "lone-wolf" personality; to not let a lot of things get to her, but it still bothered her that Kasumi is far too polite for her very own good. If anyone could get passed Ayane's shell, it would always be her older sister.

"Let me guess," she starts, sticking her hand out expectingly. Kasumi doesn't disappoint, sighing before reaching into a side pocket on her waistband and hands over an envelope to her sister. Ayane didn't even bother opening it, taking a glance at the front of the letter before discarding it over her shoulder. "What does that Muay Thigh pervert get out of trying to scheme us all into staying at his fancy island resorts? This is what, the third time now? I've never even seen him around to spy on us. At least Eliot put some effort into it," she smirked, her mind thinking back to when Eliot had followed her to her home.

"What?" Kasumi asked in confusion.

"I-It's nothing!' Eliot urgently interrupts, embarrassed. Ayane looks over at him with a sly smile and a hand on her hip.

"Yeah, it's nothing, just something about how Eliot and I came to be. So, are you going?" Ayane asks.

Kasumi's face brightens; she was too polite and well-mannered to inquire further. "Yes, I think it's well due that I do something for myself for a change," she responded, a bright innocent smile on her face. Ayane nodded, a sign of approval she more than likely wouldn't have shown had there been anyone else around. There may have still been bad blood between the two, but the days of wanting to kill one another, however one-sided it was on Ayane's part, were well behind them. For Ayane, it was more of a front to keep up so people would just assume she was fierce and fear her, or more importantly, stay away.

"I think we'll go too. It'll be a nice place for us to have our first date. Don't you agree, Eliot?" she asks eyeing back at him with a devilish grin on her face.

"Well, sure… if that's what you think is best, Ayane. Where are we going again? Some kind of island?" Before Ayane could answer, Kasumi unintentionally interrupted, placing her hand out to get both of their attention.

"Oh, um… I'm sorry, but Eliot didn't receive an invitation. Just like the previous two times, the only people who seemed to have gotten invites were female," the polite Kunoichi speaks with a roll of her eyes regarding Zack's trademark perversity. Ayane shrugged before letting go of Eliot's hand and stood in front of him protectively with her hand back on her waist.

"I don't see a problem with it. If the lecherous Muay Thai fool has something to say about it, he can speak to my blade," she callously spoke, resuming her possessive hold on Eliot's hand. "See you," she stated simply as her back turned to her half-sister.

Eliot looked back at Kasumi, giving her a weak smile as if to apologize for Ayane's behavior, though he noticed Kasumi doing the same thing with her head tilted; a cute, soft half-smile of her own before Ayane turned Eliot's head back away.

"Don't even dream about it."

"What? What are you talking about?" Eliot asked, making sure to keep his voice down just in case Kasumi could still be within earshot. 'Shit, was I caught staring?'

"You think I don't know how beautiful she is? Seriously, don't let my sister impress you too much. She might have height and cuteness going for her, but we are equal in everything else, not just ninjutsu or martial arts," she boasted to her boyfriend, giving him a suggestive wink as they walked back into her room.

'What kind of insinuation was that meant to be?'

"I'm sure I've even improved past her," Ayane boasted. Eliot had to think for a minute back to what she said earlier; was she trying to say she was a better lover than her sister? Was she that jealous…? How would she know if she was a better lover than her sister?

His thoughts broke off almost immediately before they could get perverted when her purple robe dropped to her feet, baring her body to him. Acting as if nobody were around and as natural as could be, she opened a drawer beside her bed, pulling out an unexpectedly casual signature-purple t-shirt that had the face of a panda printed on the front that she pulled on over her head. She looked over at Eliot and mirrored his look of confusion. "What?"

"N-Nothing, I just wasn't expecting you to get naked in front of me… not that I mind, obviously!" he laughed off, his hand nervously on the back of his head.

Ayane raised an eyebrow as she propped her elbows up, leaning against the dresser. "We've passionately fucked around three different times in the water, outside on rocks and grass, and hell, you've even met my entire family besides my parents which thank God by the way, and seeing me nude is still a shock to you? I hoped it would excite you but not make you fearfully nervous."

Eliot had to give her props for that, she made a good point. "I guess you're right, I'm being silly," he chuckled the embarrassment off. Now feeling more comfortable after her speech like he had those last couple days before, he walked over in front of his Kunoichi lover, placing his hands on her waist to lift her on top of the dresser, earning a slight squeal.

"My, I forget how strong you are," Ayane toyed, her hands flat beside her with her chest stuck out. Eliot groaned from sexual instinct, wishing this occurred before she had put her t-shirt on and his face lowered down to catch her lips with his, her arms wrapping around the back of his neck and her legs doing the same around his waist. She could feel his member pushing against her from his boxers as she slipped him a little tongue, giving a light uncharacteristic whimper as the kiss finally broke. "Save it for when we get to the Resort, okay?"

Eliot groaned, this time out of disappointment. "Do I have to?"

Ayane grinned, lightly pushing her boyfriend a few inches away from her before hopping off the dresser. "You do if you want those last three escapades to pale in comparison. Now get dressed."

A "yes ma'am" was uttered almost immediately.
