There was still so many questions I wanted to ask my father, though I restrained myself. He looked genuinely hurt when I mentioned my mother. I just didn't have it in me to torture him any more.

I slowly headed towards the dungeons still stuck in my head when I accidentally bumped at someone. With a loud crash that echoed through the corridor we both feel down.

"Watch where your going you idiot!" I shouted holding my sore elbow.

''S..s..sorry,'' I heard a trembling voice say. I immediately looked up still cleaning dust from my robes. In front of me stood a little boy with a round face.

''Your Neville, right?'' The boy avoided my eyes at all cost.

''H...how do you know my n...name?'' He stuttered, looking down at his shoes. Seriously how this guy ever ended up in Gryffindor?

"I remembered it from the sorting ceremony." My face remained emotionless even if I was curious why he was so scared of me.

''Oh. I... Well... I have to g..go!" Poor kid just wanted to leave this place. Before he could run I stopped him by grabbing his wrist.

"Wait!" He then lifted his free hand to cover his face.

''Please don't hurt me!'' He cried.

''W...what?'' I said puzzled. Why would I hurt him?

''I don't want to...'' He was desperately trying to get free from my tight grip. Then in a split second the whole corridor was full of students who were watching the scene before them. Seriously can this become any worse?

"Let him go!" I heard loud voice sound from behind me. It was Harry and his beloved Ron. Their faces were priceless. They looked so angry as if I just killed someone.

''I said let him go!'' I released Neville from my grip. He ran away whimpering. I slowly turned around and shoot my head straight up, smiling evilly. I don't have time to explain myself and I don't want to.

''I see you finally managed to say something for yourself!'' I spat with pure anger threading every word. He opened his mouth to say something but closed it just as fast.

''What Potter? Do you want to say something, or do you need permission first from your dear friend?'' I sneered walking right pass them. I had class to attend and I was not going to let these to gits distract me.

I could hear loud yelling and howling while I passed the corner of the corridor but I didn't care one bit. They are just right foul gits I don't need them anyway. I was half way to the dungeons when I saw the time on one of the grandfather clocks. I was late for my flying lesson.

''What? Am I seriously going to be late for class on my first day!'' I said while running to the courtyard. When I arrived Madam Hooch was already there.

"Sorry I'm late Professor." I said trying to catch my breath. "Seriously Miss Moore this is your first day and you are already late!" she looked very angry. I could have sworn that her yellow eyes went slightly red for a second.

''Sorry something came up.'' I didn't want to say what actually happened, she just sighed.

''Okay please join your classmates and we will discuss your punishment after the class!'' I noded and went to stand between Draco and Pansy. I stepped beside my broom while they both shot me, confused glares.

''I will tell you later,'' I said looking at Potter who was, of course talking with Ron.

''Now we will continue with the lesson.'' Madam Hooch said.

''You all already stood by your brooms so now I want you to stick out your right hand over your broom and said 'UP'!'' she shouted.

''This is going to be easy!'' I smiled.'' I already know how to fly the broom!'' I said proudly.

''Speak for yourself, I'm terrified of heights!'' Pansy shuddered at the thought of being up so high. She began mumbling about why this was a horrible idea.

I just smiled and said, ''UP.'' But nothing happened. What? My smile vanished from my face. ''UP!'' I said once again. This time broom shoot straight into my hands. Stupid broom, I almost made full of my self.

After a few minutes almost everyone had their brooms in hands. Madam Hooch showed us how to mount our brooms without falling.

''At my whistle you will kick of the ground!'' Before her lips even grazed the whistle, Neville was in the air. He went higher and higher although Madam Hooch was ordering him to come down.

''Instead of shouting she could just fly over to him and help him to get down.'' I whispered to Draco.

At some point he fell of his broom. Madam Hooch run over to him.

''Broken wrist!'' She helped him to get up. ''If I see just one broom in the air you will be out the Hogwarts before you can say 'Quidditch.'!'' Then she left, probably to take Neville to the hospital wing. He is useless!

"Did you see his face, that great lump?'' Draco was reading my mind, but unlike him I didn't want to insult Neville. I don't like him, but that doesn't mean I have to make fun of him. On the other hand it's was actually very funny. So I remained quiet waiting to see what is going to happen.

I could hear that some Slytherins were laughing until one girl, I think her name was Parvati, stepped in.

''Shut up Malfoy!'' She shouted.

"Ooh, sticking up for Longbottom?" Pansy said with huge smirk on her face. "Never thought you'd like fat little crybabies, Parvati." I couldn't contain the laugh that was brewin inside me.

I was right her name was Pervarti, but why do I know her name? She didn't look worth remembering. When I am not interested in someone I won't remember them. So why now?

''Look!'' Draco said, snapping me out of my thoughts. He then bent over and took something from the ground.

"It is Longbottom's stupid remembrall!" I tapped Pansy on the shoulder.

''What is he talking about? How does he know that is Longbottom's ball?'' I asked trying to catch up what was going on.

''Oh that happened this morning at breakfast but we were late and we missed it. Draco told me about when we were in common room after Snape's class.'' she said with huge grin on her face.

While I was talking to Pansy, Harry decided that he was going to act brave. He ordered Draco to return rememberball, but Draco stubborn as he was, refused. They were both now high in the air, trying to knock one another from their brooms. I couldn't hear what they were saying, but from the look on their faces they were probably arguing.

Then at some point Draco threw the rememberball. Harry dived for it and, caught it. He freaking caught it before the ball crushed on the hard stone path. He then triumphantly landed, holding the ball high in the air. All the Gryffindors went and hugged him like he had done something amazing. Though I guess catching something that small after only one incomplete flying lesson, was kids cool. I just snorted in disgust. I was not going to let on that I was impressed.

''Look!'' One of the Slytherin boys shouted, pointing at rather stern looking McGonagall. She held up her long dress so she could move faster. He dark eyes were locked on Harry.

''Harry Potter!'' She shouted as loud as she could. ''Never... in all my time at Hogwarts!'' She was almost speechless. ''How dare you? You could broke your neck!''

''He is going to get expelled!'' Draco mumbled with huge grin on his face. I don't know what to feel, should I feel sorry for him or should I be happy that I don't need to watch him every day. Part of me wanted to help him but I didn't know how.

I couldn't hear them, but it looked like McGonagall was fusing at Harry as they walked back to the castle.

After that we had few more classes but I wasn't in mood for them. I was tired from all the stuff that happened today. So I decided to skip and go back to my room.

I was met in the hall by Madam Hooch later that day. She told me that I had to clean broomstick storage closet as punishment. Just when I thought this day couldn't get any worse. I opened the storage room, to find it stacked with junk. No one has cleaned this place in ages...
