Finally, the long-awaited first September came, and I was, once again left at King Cross station to wait for Hogwarts Express.

Many people had started to gather since it was almost time for the train to come bustling down the tracks, but there was no sight of Draco nor any of our friends.

The train came, and only when almost everyone loaded their trunks, Draco came in as if he wasn't late.

"Where were you, the train almost left!" I asked him when we found a place to sit.

"I am fashionably late." He smirked like always. "This beauty is hard to pack up," He pointed at his so-called amazing look.

"Yea, right just keep thinking like that!" I smirked. He did look good, in fact, he really was good looking. He was now a little bit taller than last year, and his hair was slicked back with too much gel, just like last year. But of course, I couldn't tell him that, his ego will go too high.

"What, you don't think that I am not good looking?" Draco sounded as if he was hurt.

"Meh..." I made grimace just so I could satisfy my crazy side.

Pansy and Blaise were trying so hard not to laugh at our conversation, but it was pointless as they howled with laughter seconds later.

I missed those sounds, I missed my friends, and it was so good to be back at school.

The ride was really pleasant, we talked about how we spent summer, we even come up with few ideas of how to make fun of Potter and some of them were really nasty, and I liked them.

Hogwarts once again lit up, when kids all kinds of ages rushed inside the Great Hall. The hall was full of amazing food and decorations, it looked amazing as ever.

I ones again remembered how I used to hide behind my father's chair, while first years Sorting Ceremony was on hold. Since then, this time of year is my favorite time.

After the ceremony we went back at our common room, and I finally could enjoy in the sea of green and silver that was in almost every corner.

Pansy and I went straight to our room to leave our trunks.

"We are so gonna win this year's Quidditch cup," Pansy said, out of the blue.

"What are you even talking about? You don't like Quidditch," I couldn't believe what she just told me. She didn't like Quidditch to the point when she didn't want to show up to the game itself.

'They are all sweaty and disgusting' she would often say referring to the boys.

And that is stupid reason if you ask me.

"Where did you get that?! I love Quidditch!" She said and looked at me with face that clearly showed how obvious it was what she said.

"Since when?"

"Since Draco is on the team, duh!"

"He is on the team?" I looked at her with my mouth hanging open. He haven't told me anything.

"Yes! Oh, don't tell me, he haven't told you?" Pansy smirked. "What a shame." Her smirk grew even bigger.

"Well he told me!" She squealed with that high-pitched voice of hers.

'What the heck was that?!' I mean what is happening to her, she didn't usually act like that.

"His father even payed for brand new brooms, and he gave them to the whole team!" Pansy was shining with excitement that she didn't even notice my shocked expression.

'So daddy's little boy got into the team with his money.' I was furious, but I didn't said anything. And how could I when I need to stay with her on good terms since we are going to to be in the same dormitory, or else my future years at Hogwarts would be hell.

Next day we were sitting in the Great Hall and we were having breakfast. Maybe fifteen minutes past since I arrived and an owl rushed trough the window dropping the dark red letter, somewhere in the middle of Gryffindor table.

"Oh somebody got the howler!" Some guys from our table shouted happily.

"Ronald Weasley...!" High-pitched voice shouted through Great Hall.

Apparently Weasley got the howler from his mother.

Even if it was extremely loud I couldn't quite hear what was happening, since everybody were laughing for this sudden outburst.

And from what I could hear it has to do something with cursed car and being late to Hogwarts express.

I mean it was a shame that they even made to Hogwarts.

After this crazy breakfast Draco suddenly stood up like he was on springs. He almost looked like he would start jumping any moment.

'He probably thought of another thing that he could use to make fun of Potter.' I thought while I was walking towards my father's classroom.

"Dad, are you in here?" I shouted inside an empty potions classroom.

"I already told you not to call me like that when the school starts!" My father demanded as he walked behind the huge shelf.

"I apologize... professor Snape!" I said slowly cracking up a little smile.

"That is better" He paused for a second. "What brings you here?" He also added 'My dear' through whisper but it was enough for me to hear it.

"I was thinking if there is chance that you allow me to..." I tried asking, but I was unable to think of right way to ask him about Quidditch.

He was patient so he didn't interrupted me while I was quiet.

"Um... would you allow me to play Quidditch this year on our team?" I asked in one breath not really thinking of my words.

"You want to play Quidditch in Slytherins team?" he sent me an weird look.

"Yes!" I now said with more confidence.

He inhaled loudly. "As much as I would like to allow you that, I can't. You have to do that on your own. There were no female player in Slytherin's Quidditch team in my years, and the game it self is extremely rough." Even though he talked slowly I could easily understand what he said, even when he made a small pause to think.

"I do not wish for you to get hurt!" He said and slight bit of emotion could be seen on his face.

"Don't worry I will be okay, and I always told you that you are the best teacher I could ever had." I smiled widely. "Let's show them what you taught me!" I jumped and hugged him as hard as I could.

He hugged me back "Okay." He whispered into my hair. My dad is that type of person who loves hugging and all the sweet words, but he pretended that that annoyed him.

SNAP

The sound was followed by white light, which surrounded the classroom.

We immediately separated, and looked towards the door. An small boy, probably first year, was standing at the doorway, holding what looked like muggle thing for taking pictures.

When he saw that he was being looked at, he turned and run away.

"He saw us!" I mumbled.

I looked at my father and he was furious. "Those stupid Gryffindor's, always sticking their nose where they don't belong!" He shouted and started walking towards the door. No he wasn't walking, my father was running! He was running!

I started running behind him and I almost ended up bumping into his back, since he stopped at one corner." He got away." he mumbled.

"I will take care of it." I quickly said. "I know the boy!" I lied. But I will definitely found out who he is, and I will get rid of this stupid picture, but first I have to get into the team.
