Hey guys! And that's finally the end of the second part of the story, pretty intense it came out. I hope you like it, I tried to keep the characters, but I also want to develop the characters further, depending on the situation. Still really hoping for comments, I really need it, thank you for reading.

Takumi looked for his prey as he wandered the corridors of the cafe, which were drowned in the evening darkness. He walked past the dressing room, making sure that only a couple of waitresses could be heard outside the door, and then he moved on.

Hearing a faint movement in the kitchen, Takumi crept along quietly, like a leopard, using the only sense he had - his hearing, for unfortunately the blond could not have good eyesight, and his lenses were useless in the dark. He heard a faintly maiden scolding, and the light from the kitchen glimmered just a little. Walking more confidently down the corridor to his destination, Usui saw the "object" he was looking for.

His eyebrows shifted involuntarily on the bridge of his nose, his lips curled in a straight line, only slightly pressed with barely perceptible disgust. His eyes visibly radiated coldness and emanating danger from the young man, whose muscles tensed beneath his thin skin as if ready to leap:

- Hello, Honoka-sempai,- such a quiet but palpably icy tone fell upon the unsuspecting head waitress. As her gaze crossed Usui's piercingly prying eyes, something stirred inside Honoka. They were so beautiful... But at the moment, they radiated a dangerous coldness. Clearly he hadn't just come to her to say hello.

- Ahem, hello, Usui-kun, did you want something? - Sweetly and amiably, as she usually does with guests, Kinoshita began the dialogue, clearly trying to ease the growing tension. But when she saw only misunderstanding in the former cook's eyes, she knew that it wouldn't work with him.

- I wanted to talk to you about today's... incident,- Takumi began slowly, stepping closer to her companion, thus forcing her to move further away. - You haven't gotten along with Misa for a long time, but... - At that moment, Takumi's hand crunched as he clenched his fist. The girl swallowed. - There's a limit to everything, and what happened today doesn't fit in any frame of reference,- he whispered finally, and the boy was almost on top of Honoka.

- All I said was the truth! Don't you realize that yourself? - She put her other devilish side into it, and she tried to lighten the load. But when she looked into the hushed boy's eyes, she immediately regretted it.

- The truth? - An eerie whisper came to the waitress' ears. - And let me ask you, the truth about what? That I'm such an scum that I would cheat on her just because she wouldn't spread her legs for me? Or that she's so selfish that she doesn't think about my needs? What do you think I am, some kind of animal? - He snapped, he spat on formality, on respect for the sempai, and he wasn't going to stop.

The scariest thing here was that he didn't turn to shouting. It was only the menacing, creepy whisper that cut through the cold smoothness of the silence that made the girl's insides tremble. His eyes... She had never felt so terribly uncomfortable with them, they poked out, piercing through, tickling Honoka's rapidly beating heart, all her pride and nastiness and confidence melted away in an instant. So bright, lightened to a yellowish-green hue, they resembled the poison that was now poisoning her system.

- Listen to me carefully, I'm not going to tell you twice," he said, but he pulled himself together. - I love her with all my heart, I've been trying to get her to trust me for years, and we've literally gone through Yomi with her. And I'm not going to lose her to people like you. What I saw today... I've never seen before," the blond man's voice sounded sad, becoming even quieter. - I couldn't bear it if she lost the trust that had been so hard built between us... Do you understand me?

But Honoka seemed to be amused by this. Oh Kami, what children they are...

- That sounds awfully sweet. Will you hold hands for the rest of your lives? - Clearly mocking and losing her temper, flashing a laughing golden eyes, Kinoshita said.

- Have you lost your sense of self-preservation?

- What are you going to do, hit me? Go ahead, try to hit the girl," her irony infuriated the normally cold-blooded boy, forcing him to demonstrate his strength.

A hand whistled next to her head, his fist hitting the wall with great force, causing a deafening sound that knocked Honoka down and made her freeze as a statue in place. His knuckles looked like they were about to bleed, but they didn't, much to the boy's surprise. His skin burned from such a blow, but that was the least of Takumi's worries at the moment.

- I warned you. If you ever do something like that again...- Takumi snarled, hovering over her and looking into her eyes sideways. - I'll find a way to silence you, and violence in this case is unacceptable, you're just lucky I'm different, the others would have hurt you long ago.

Kinoshita's heart skipped a beat. He was clearly not joking. Swallowing, she still nodded softly, unable to shift her gaze from Usui's venomous eyes. She was clearly going to look at him differently now.

Someone came into the kitchen. The ruffles of her dress rustled.

- Why is it so dark in here,- the sweet, incomprehensible voice of the boss came from very close by. - Oh, Usui-kun, I didn't think you'd decide to come in, is something wrong?

- No, I just wanted to talk to Honoka-sempai, - A cute smile bloomed on the former client's lips, and there was no trace of the threat. - I was just leaving.

- Oh, good, 'cause we're closing after all. I'll see you on Tuesday, Takumi-kun, don't be late, something big is coming up! - Satsuki-san grumbled in her usual optimistic tone.

But as soon as the woman turned away, Usui looked down at Honoka again, morally destroying her with a single look.

- Good night to you, Honoka-sempai,- Usui said goodbye in a casual tone as he turned around.

- And... Same to you,- the dazed girl mumbled faintly.

Walking out the door, Takumi exhaled irritably. He hoped Kinoshita wouldn't do any more rash things. Noticing his lover's concerned face across from him, the boy forced out a shaky smile. Still, despite the seemingly eliminated situation earlier, Usui was very worried about her, and frankly, he didn't know when he would tell Misa about it himself.

- It's okay, Misa-chan, weren't you afraid that ghosts would kill me? - A girl's hand brushed sensibly under his rib. I think the reminder of her fear was unnecessary. - Okay, I'm sorry, - Takumi laughed, pulling an indignant Misaki to him. - Just talked to Satsuki-san, she told me that there's something unusual coming up on Tuesday, do you know what she's talking about?

The girl's face turned a delicate crimson hue in the light of the evening lanterns, Ayuzawa's eyes darted around, hoping to hide from the surprised feline.

- Y-yeah, it's nothing, just another cosplay, that's all,- Takumi smiled mockingly when he heard a squeak instead of an intelligible answer and saw the girl's face turn away from him momentarily. This "another" cosplay probably carried something more embarrassing than usual. There was hardly anything you could get out of Misa now, so all we had to do was wait humbly for the day.

Taking Misaki, still crimson as a mantle, under his arm, Takumi intertwined his fingers with hers. The couple slowly wandered home, enjoying the quiet August evening, all their unresolved problems overshadowed, if only for a short while.
