"You alright kiddo, you've been really quiet all evening, is everything alright you know you can tell us anything, Peach and Raya too." Rocket asked Casey that night at dinner since they were having shwarma, one of Casey's favourite selections for dinner.
"Yoko really, really wants to go to Avengers-Con but she's anxious to ask Aunt Piper and uncle Rocke, like Kamala being anxious to ask her parents, to let her go to the first Avengers-Con plus uncle Rocke is worried about her, when she's fine." Casey told them making Rocket, Gamora, along with Pupia exchange a look.
"I get it, as your uncle and aunt got messed up by the Secret Wars in their dimension so Rocke and Piper are just worried, in case anything happens to Yoko while being Tenuki Girl but she should be allowed to go to Avenger-Con if she wants." Rocket explained seeing Casey thinking about what he said while eating, seeing Peach and Raya giggle seeing their mom, feeding Honey and making faces to get the female-infant raccoon to eat which made Gamora and Rocket smile at that hearing Casey excuse herself which surprised everybody as it was dessert and her favourite part of dinner so Rocket would save her some, seeing a frown on Pupia's face and her whiskers droop feeling Rocket gently squeeze her paw explaining to her about Yoko and how she and Casey were friends.
"Thanks as she considers Yoko a good friend like Peach and Raya." she told him.
Meanwhile Casey was with Yoko in her room on campus, bringing her shwarma leftovers feeling her hug her asking her if she talked to her parents about Avengers-Con seeing her shake her furry head with her fur-hair bangs in her eyes feeling Casey squeeze her paw gently which was helping her feel a little better.
"Uncle Rockie explained that you should be allowed to go to Avengers-Con if you want to, along with why your folks might be scared about you." Casey told her surprising Yoko after she explained seeing her in thought.
"I get it, but I'm meant to be Tenuki Girl, like Emmy being an electric-trainglist in her school band or Shockee leading a musical revultion with her band, the Rebel Rousers so they should be supportive of me." Yoko said her whiskers sparking with energy.
"You've got the frazzles Alright but calm down, before you hurt somebody or yourself." Casey said seeing Yoko taking deep-breaths calming down as they were having a picnic including donuts drinking ice-tea which was helping Yoko relax.
"Yoko your folks might be worried, but you have to do you, and I know being Tenuki Girl and being here makes you happy, so just be you." Casey told her seeing her smile at her words feeling better seeing Rocket enter, checking in on them relieved seeing Casey and Yoko were feeling better.
"I talked to your dad, about relaxing on you as he encourages Emmy and Shockee in their musical passions." he told Yoko seeing her furry cheeks go pink, as she didn't want to cause trouble however, Rocket was getting a message from Carol talking about citizenship tests for Casey, Linda and Shocket unaware Casey and Yoko noticed the look on his furry face asking what was wrong, hearing him take a deep-breath.
"Some of us have to take a citizenship-test, or risk having to live somewhere else." he said to them surprising Casey and Yoko hearing they had to take this test along with Linda and Shocket making Casey frown, as she and Yoko would do their best to pass along with Linda only Shocket was a slacker making Rocket understabd.
"We'll talk to Shocket about how important this test is." he said to them leaving Yoko's room hearing Casey ask, if she wanted to have a sleepover seeing Peach and Raya join her and getting supplies making Yoko curious as to how they would do this.
"They have their ways, Yoko." she told her.
"Ohhhh but what about patrolling." Yoko told her.
"It might not be a good idea, after what happened." Casey said to her, only an idea came to her mind that might convince Rocke to let Yoko go to Avengers-Con knowing like Rocke, the female-Tenuki-kit could put others under a trance by singing like hypotising them knowing Yoko could do it only she felt bad when she practiced her musical-magic which she kept secret from everybody only Casey knew.
"What're you thinking." Yoko told her.
"Maybe you could put your dad in a trance using a certain melody, then you will be able to go to Avengers-Con, then you can snap him out of it, it's just an idea." Casey told her seeing her quiet that she was thinking it over.
