Disclaimer: I Don't own Doctor Who that goes to the BBC

At Stonehenge above the underhenge, the Roman soldiers who had come with Rory looked up at the sky as Rory arrived above the underhenge and saw the ships in the sky. The ships aim their beams of light on Stonehenge.

"You're surrounded, Doc. Have you and Rose got a plan?" Jack said into a communicator, contacting the Doctor as he, River and Jenny watched from a distance on horseback

Back inside the underhenge, the Doctor is lying on the ground by the Pandorica with Jack's Vortex Manipulator on the side of the bottom of the Pandorica as he used his sonic screwdriver on the Pandorica while Rose watched, "Yes! Now you, River and Jenny hurry up and get the TARDIS here. We need equipment!"

Both Jack and River rolled their eyes and rode off, heading towards the Tardis.

"What are you? They're all here, all of them, all for you. What could you possibly be?" The Doctor asked the Pandorica as he stood up.

"Theta, I think you should give them a speech if they want the Pandorica," Rose suggested to her husband.

"I was already thinking that, Arkytior," he said as he gave her a quick kiss on the lips.

As the ships fly overhead Stonehenge, the Doctor's voice echoes in the night, "Sorry, sorry, dropped it." Rory then looked around trying to locate the Doctor, "Hello, Stonehenge! Who takes the Pandorica, takes the universe. But bad news, everyone... he then jumped up on a flat stone, 'Cause guess who?! Ha!" he then used River's communicator, "Listen, you lot, you're all whizzing about, it's really very distracting. Could you all just stay still a minute? Because I am talking!" The spaceships then stopped moving and stood still, "The question of the hour is, who's got the Pandorica? Answer... we do. Next question, who's coming to take it from us? Come on! Look at me, no plan, no back-up, no weapons worth a damn. Oh, and something else, we don't have anything... to... lose! So if you're sitting up there in your silly little spaceship, with all your silly little guns, and you've got any plans on taking the Pandorica tonight, just remember who's standing in your way. Remember every black day we ever stopped you. And then, and then, do the smart thing. Let somebody else try first." He then held his arms outstretched, daring someone to try. The ships then took off as Rory exhaled before the Doctor threw his communicator to him and jumped down, "That'll keep 'em squabbling for half an hour! Romans!"

Soon Jack, River and Jenny entered the Tardis and River immediately goes about setting the coordinates to take it to the Doctor and Rose.

"Whoa, it's bigger on the inside," Jenny muttered.

"Your parents never told you?" Jack asked her.

"I never got to see their ship," Jenny explained.

"OK…" River said as she activated the Tardis's dematerialization circuit and it dematerializes with a jolt.

"What the hell was that?" Both Jack and Jenny asked at the same time.

"I have no idea," River answered before speaking to the Tardis, "What's the matter with you?"

"They're still out there. What do we do now?" Rory asked both Time Lords.

"If I can stop whatever's in this box getting out, then they'll go home," the Doctor told him.

"If that is even possible," Rose added.

"Right," Rory muttered.

"Rory, I'm sorry, you're going to have to be very brave now," the Doctor told him.

"You're finally awake, Amy," Rose said as she saw that Amy had woken up and walked towards them rubbing her head and walking right past Rory to the Doctor.

"Oh, my head," Amy said with pain.

"Aaaahhh," the Doctor said as he opened his mouth.

"Aaaahhh," Amy repeated as she opened her mouth as well.

"Just your basic knock-out drops. Get some fresh air, you'll be fine," he told her as he gave her a cursory examination.

"Is it safe up there?" Amy asked.

"I don't think so, Amy, but it's fresh," Rose answered.

"Fine," Amy said as she turned around and nearly bumped into Rory, "Oh, you're the guy, yeah, the one who did the...swordy thing." She then made a gesture of using a sword.

"Yeah," Rory confirmed.

"Well, thanks for the swording. Nice swording," she said as she tapped him on the shoulder and walked off.

"No problem," Rory said as he realized that she didn't remember him before turning around towards her, "My men are up there. They'll look after you."

"Good. Love a Roman!" She remarked, sarcastically as she went up the stairs.

"She doesn't remember me," Rory muttered before turning to both Gallifreyans, "How can she not remember me?"

"Because you never existed," the Doctor explained.

"Because you were erased from existence," Rose said at the same time.

"What's wrong with the Tardis?" Jack asked as he noticed that the Tardis wasn't behaving for River.

"I don't know, sweetie, it's not behaving for me," River answered before speaking to the Tardis again, "What are you doing, what's wrong?"

"There are cracks. Cracks in time. There's going to be a huge explosion in the future, on one particular day. And every other moment in history is cracking around it," the Doctor explained to Rory as he and Rose used their sonic screwdrivers on the Pandorica.

"So how does that work? What kind of explosion? What exploded?" Rory asked them.

"We don't know Rory," Rose answered, "But we suspect that it's our Tardis."

"Doesn't matter, the cracks are everywhere. Get too close and you can fall right out of the universe," the Doctor answered at the same time as he recalled when he and River found out the date of the origin of the cracks in time and when he grabbed the shrapnel out of the crack with a handkerchief in 2020.

"So I fell through a crack and now I was never born?" Rory surmised.

"Basically," the Doctor confirmed.

"How did I end up here?" Rory asked them.

"I don't know, you shouldn't have," the Doctor answered as he walked up to him, "What happened? From your point of view, what physically happened?"

"I was in the cave, with you, Rose and Amy. I was dying and then I was just here, a Roman soldier. A proper Roman. Head full of Roman... stuff, a whole other life. Just here like I'd woken up from a dream," Rory explained, "Started to think it was a dream. You, Rose and Amy and Leadworth. Then today, in the camp, the men were talking about the visitors, the girl with the red hair. I thought you both would come back for me. But she can't even remember me."

"Oh, shut up," the Doctor said, rudely at him.

"That was rude, Doctor," Rose told her husband.

"What?" Rory said with confusion.

The Doctor then reached into his pocket, and pulled out the ring box and tossed it to him, "Go get her."

"But I don't understand. Why am I here?" Rory asked him.

Because you are. The universe is big. It's vast and complicated and ridiculous, and sometimes, very rarely, impossible things just happen and we call them miracles, and that's the theory. 900 years, never seen one yet," he answered.

"What about finding me when I was Chameleon-Arched?" Rose asked him.

"I meant besides that, Rose," he explained before turning back to Rory, "But this would do me. Now get upstairs, she's Amy and she's surrounded by Romans. I'm not sure history can take it."

Rory nodded as the Doctor slapped him on the back as he headed topside.

The Tardis soon stopped with a jolt.

"Have we finally landed?" Jack asked.

"I'm not sure, sweetie but I think we have," River answered before speaking to the Tardis, "OK? You OK now?" She saw that the scanner was acting up and whacked it a few times before leaving. "Jack, Jenny, let's go." After she said that, she stepped outside with both Jack and Jenny following her, the monitor then showed the location as Earth and the date as 26/6/2010. The screen then cracks in a familiar pattern and a voice practically growls.

"Silence will fall."

"Why have you brought us here?" River asked as she, Jack and Jenny left the Tardis as she noticed that the Tardis had landed in the garden of Amy's house.

"What is this place?" Jack asked her as she held out her scanner as they slowly after the three of them took out three torches and switched them on and walked towards the door and the scanner began to beep as they saw alien symbols burned into the grass.

"This was Amy's house when she was a kid and is still her house," River answered before bending down towards the alien symbols, "OK, so something's been here."

"Lot's of something's," Jenny added as the door was off its hinges and the three of them proceeded carefully into the house.

They then proceeded up the stairs to Amy's room and as soon as they entered Amy's room they saw two dolls that looked like the Doctor and Rose's current incarnations with the one that looked like the Doctor wearing his shirt, tie and clothes of his previous incarnation looking raggedy.

Jack tried his hardest not to laugh as soon as he saw the dolls, "Amy had an infatuation with the Doctor and Rose when she was a kid?"

"Not necessarily, Jack, they promised that they'd come back to her five minutes after repairing their Tardis but they returned 10 years later," River explained, "Amy... Oh, Doctor and Rose, why do me and Jack both let you out?" And then they saw Amy's homemade wooden replica of the Tardis before they saw a children's book of Roman Britain, a soldier featuring prominently on the cover and as they saw the soldier, the three of them recalled what the Roman commander said to them about being from a place more deadly and more powerful than his soldier's tiny minds could imagine before they saw a book on Pandora's Box and in their heads, they recalled hearing Amy saying that it was her favorite book as a child.

"That looks almost like…" Jack and Jenny said at the same time.

"It is," River confirmed, "Oh no…"

Back at Stonehenge, Amy was sitting on a log with a blanket wrapped around her when Rory found her, "Are you OK?"

"Did the Doctor and Rose send you?" Amy asked him, "I'm fine, the Doctor just fusses, while Rose doesn't."

"You got a blanket," Rory noted, "That's good. Who gave you that?"

"One of the fellas," Amy answered.

"Which one?" Rory asked her.

"Just one of them," she answered, "Does it matter?"

"No, no," he answered, "Forget him, it. Forget it."

"What's your name?" She asked him.

"I'm... Rory," he answered as Amy looked at him weirdly, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing. It's just not what you expect Romans to be called," she told him, "What's it short for? Roranicus?"

"Yeah," he answered before he studied her face, "You're crying." She then puts a hand to her face to wipe the tears.

Back under Stonehenge, the Doctor placed his communicator over his ear, "The Tardis, where is it? Hurry up!"

"Don't raise your voice, Dad, don't look alarmed, just listen," Jenny said on the Tardis's phone.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Rory asked Amy.

"Nothing. It's like... It's like I'm happy," Amy said, confused on why she was crying, "Why am I happy?"

"They're not real, they can't be. They're all right here in the story book, those actual Romans, the ones me, Jack and Jenny sent you and Rose, the ones you're with right now," River told the Doctor as she flipped through Amy's book about Roman Britain, "They're all in a book in Amy's house, a children's picture book."

"What are you even doing there?" The Doctor asked her with his communicator.

"What's wrong, Doctor?" Rose asked as she approached him.

"River, Jack and Jenny are at Amy's house," he answered, "Not sure why."

"Doc, the Tardis flung us to her house and the future, and I don't think it's 'cause I'm a fixed-point," Jack told him on the communicator.

"Doctor, how is this possible?" River asked from the Tardis.

"Something's using her memories, Amy's memories," the Doctor realized.

"But how?" River asked him.

"You said something had been there," he reminded them.

"Yes, there's burn marks on the grass outside, landing patterns," Jack answered.

"If they've been to her house, they could have used her psychic residue," the Doctor surmised, "Structures can hold memories, that's why houses have ghosts. They could've taken a snapshot of Amy's memories. But why?"

"Doctor, who are those Romans?" River asked him from the Tardis.

"Projections. Or duplicates," he suggested.

"But they were helping us," Jack said with disbelief, "River's lipstick even worked."

"They might think they're real. The perfect disguise. They actually believe their own cover story, right until they're activated," the Doctor surmised.

"Dad, that Centurion…" Jenny said as she looked at a photo of Rory and Amy with Rory dressed up as a Roman soldier.

"What's the matter?" Rory asked Amy.

"Nothing," Amy answered as she reached out with a hand and caressed his face, "I don't know why I'm doing that."

"It's me. Amy, please... It's me," he explained.

"It's a trap, it has to be," River told him, "They used Amy to construct a scenario you and Rose believe, to get close to the two of you."

"Why? Who'd do that? What for?" He asked her, "It doesn't make sense."

The console began to spark as the Tardis shuddered.

"River? Jack? Jenny?"

"What's happening?!" He asked them with his communicator.

"I don't know, it's the engines. Doctor, there's something wrong with the TARDIS, like something else is controlling it," River answered.

"You're flying it wrong," the Doctor told her.

"I'm flying it perfectly. You and Rose taught me. And you both taught Jack a bit when the Earth was stolen and dragged across the universe," River told him as she and Jack began to pilot the Tardis.

"Where are you? What's the date reading?" The Doctor asked her.

"It's the 26th June, 2010," Jenny answered as she checked the scanner.

"You need to get out of there now! Any other time zone, just go," he told them.

"We can't break free," River told him.

"Well, then, shut down the Tardis. Shut down everything!" He told them.

"I can't!" River told him.

"Silence will fall. Silence will fall," Jack, River and Jenny then heard the voice

"What's that?" Jenny asked.

"No idea," Jack answered.

"But I don't know you, I've never seen you before in my life," Amy said as she pulled away from Rory and stood up.

"You have. You know you have. It's me," he pleaded with her.

"Why am I crying?" She asked as she backed away from him.

"Because you remember me. I came back! You're crying because you remember me," he explained.

"Someone else is flying it. An external force. we've lost control," River told the Doctor with the Tardis's phone.

"But how? Why?" He asked them when he and Rose suddenly heard a high-pitched whine, causing the Doctor to cover his other ear while Rose covered both of her ears as the Romans dropped into a bent forward position.

The Romans outside respond in a similar manner. Some move away as if entranced as Rory was fighting against it.

"Listen to me, just land her anywhere. Emergency landing, now. There are cracks in time, me and Rose have seen them everywhere, and they're getting wider," the Doctor told River with his communicator as the Romans straightened behind the Doctor as one of them grabbed Rose, "The TARDIS exploding is what causes them, but we can stop the cracks ever happening if you just land her!"

"Let go of me!" Rose said as she began kicking the Romans, struggling to get free from them.

"It's not safe," River told him.

The Pandorica began to open as the two sides sliding away from the closest corner to the cavern entrance. The light shines on the Doctor's face as he lowers the communicator.

"Well, now. Ready to come out, are we?" He asked the Pandorica.

"Never mind that, Theta! Help me!" Rose yelled at her husband as the Romans that weren't holding Rose turned in unison and lifted their right hands in front of them.

The Romans walked towards Stonehenge while Rory was still resisting, "No! No, please, no! I'm not going. I'm Rory!" Amy watched, not knowing what was happening.

"Doctor, we're down. we've landed," River said on the Tardis's phone.

"OK, now the three of you, just walk out of the doors. If there's no-one inside, the TARDIS engines shut down," the Doctor said on his communicator.

"Just get out of there," the Doctor told them.

"We're going, Dad," Jenny told him.

"Run!" He shouted as he rushed towards the Pandorica before noticing that the Romans were holding Rose hostage.

River, Jack and Jenny then ran to the Tardis's door.

The fingers of the Roman soldiers' hands flip downward revealing guns. They march forward towards the Doctor, who was using his sonic screwdriver on the Pandorica, "Don't worry, Rose, I'll rescue you."

Jenny tried to open the Tardis door but it wouldn't budge. She grunted in frustration before she ran back to the phone, "Mum! Dad! We can't open the doors!"

As the Doctor bends down to pick up the communicator, he sees the Roman soldiers advancing towards him as well.

"Amy!" He yelled.

"Listen to me, you have to run. You have to get as far away from here as you can! I'm a thing. I'll kill you. Just go!" Rory ordered Amy as he was struggling against his programming, "Please, no, I don't want to go. I'm Rory! I'm... I'm…"

"Williams. Rory Williams from Leadworth. My boyfriend," Amy said as she held him by the shoulders as she suddenly remembered who he was, "How could I ever forget you?"

"Amy, you've got to run. I can't hold on, I'm going," he ordered her.

"You are Rory Williams and you aren't going anywhere ever again," she refused.

"Doctor, Rose we can't open the doors!" River and Jack both said at the same time with worry in their voices.

"Mum, Dad, please, we've got seconds!" Jenny said at the same time.

The Doctor was now being held by two of the Roman soldiers, like Rose and was both being led away from the Pandorica.

"Plastic Romans. Duplicates, driven by the Nestene Consciousness, eh? Deep cover, but what for? What are you doing? What's in there, eh? What's coming out?" The Doctor asked the Romans.

"Doctor, I think that's the least of our worries right now," Rose told him.

Jack ran jumper cables from the console and attached them to the main door.

The four Nestene duplicates were facing the Pandorica with the Doctor and Rose between them, facing the opposite direction.

"The Pandorica is ready," one of the Nestene Romans announced.

"What, you mean it's open?" The Doctor asked.

"I think that's what they meant," Rose told her husband.

"You both have been scanned. Assessed. Understood. Doctor and Rose Smith," they heard a Dalek say and both Gallifreyans slowly looked over their shoulders and saw a Supreme Dalek, a drone Dalek and a strategist Dalek from the New Dalek Paradigm as they soon materialized beside them.

"The ring. Remember the ring?" Amy asked him, "You'd never let me wear it in case I lost it."

"The Doctor gave it to me," Rory told her.

"Show it to me. Show me the ring," Amy begged.

"Amy…" Rory said with pain in his voice.

"Come on! Just show it to me," She urged him and with shaking hands, Rory took out the box and opened it.

"Scanned? Scanned by what, a box?" The Doctor asked as he and Rose were both now facing the Daleks and Nestene Romans.

"It seems that way," Rose muttered.

"Your limits and capacities have been extrapolated," they heard the voice of a Cyberman say before they looked around and saw Cybermen appear followed by Judoon, Sontarans and Ice Warrior.

"The Pandorica is ready," the Sontanan told both Gallifreyans.

"Ready for what?" Both the Doctor and Rose asked at the same time.

"Ready for the both of you," the Supreme Dalek answered and both Gallifreyans saw that inside the Pandorica. Amidst the advanced technology were two chairs with restraints. Both the Doctor and Rose tried to pull away from the Nestene Romans holding them. The soldiers pulled them forward.

"There it is. You remember. This is you. And you are staying," Amy told Rory as his hand opened, revealing his gun.

"No…" Rory said as he unconsciously fired his gun and Amy gasped as she was shot as Rory pulled her close towards him, "No! No!"

River then connected the wires as the Tardis continued to spark and explode as Jack and Jenny helped her.

The Doctor and Rose now saw Silurians, a Hoix, Roboforms, blowfish, Uvodni, Zygon, Weevils, and more species as they were pulled towards the Pandorica.

River, Jack and Jenny's attempt to open the door soon set more sparks flying from the console.

The Doctor and Rose's enemies watch as they are forced along the gauntlets towards the Pandorica.

Rory's tearstained face watches in anguish as Amy's body fell backwards limp in his arms.

The Doctor and Rose were both placed in both chairs within the Pandorica and clamps were placed around his wrists and ankles and a large yoke came down over their enemies stood at the opening to gloat over his end.

"You lot, working together, an alliance... How is that possible?" The Doctor asked them.

"The cracks in the skin of the universe," the Supreme Dalek explained.

"All reality is threatened," The Sontaran told him.

"All universes will be deleted," one of the Cybermen added.

"What? And you've come to us for help?" Rose asked in disbelief.

"No. We will save the universe from you and your husband!" The Sontaran said, correcting the Time lady.

"From us?" The Doctor asked with confusion.

"All projections correlate. All evidence concurs. The Doctor and Rose Smith will both destroy the universe," the Cyberman told them.

"No, no, no. You've got it wrong," the Doctor said with disbelief.

"The Pandorica was constructed to ensure the safety of the alliance," the Cyberman added.

"A scenario was devised from the memories of your companion," the Supreme Dalek told them.

"A trap the Doctor and Rose both could not resist," the Sontaran added.

"The cracks in time are the work of the Doctor and Rose Smith. It is confirmed," The Supreme Dalek stated.

"No. no, no. Not us, the Tardis. And we're not in the Tardis, are we?" The Doctor asked them.

"Only the Doctor and Rose Smith could pilot the Tardis," the Supreme Dalek argued.

"Please, listen to my husband!" Rose pleaded.

"You and your husband will be prevented," the Supreme Dalek told her.

"Thanks, Rose," the Doctor told his wife before turning to their enemies, "Total event collapse! Every sun will supernova at every moment in history. The whole universe will never have existed! Please, listen to us!"

"Seal the Pandorica." The Cyberman ordered as he clenched his fist.

"No! Please, listen to us! The Tardis is exploding right now and we're the only ones who can stop it! Listen to us!" He pleaded as the Pandorica slams shut.

River, Jack and Jenny then finally opened the doors to the Tardis only to be met by a stone wall.

"I'm sorry, Doctor and Rose," River muttered.

"Sorry, Doc and Rosie," Jack also apologized.

"Sorry, Mum and Dad," Jenny apologized as they looked back over their shoulder as the console exploded with a bright light.

Rory held Amy's body and sobs as all around the Earth, every single star in the universe went supernova, including the sun and exploded leaving nothing but darkness.
