Disclaimer: I Don't own Doctor Who that goes to the BBC

The Rory duplicate was resting against a log with Amy's body across his lap, "So the universe ended. You missed that. In 102 AD. I suppose this means you and I never get born at all. Twice, in my case. You would have laughed at that. Please laugh! The Doctor said the universe was huge and ridiculous, and sometimes there were miracles. I could do with a ridiculous miracle about now."

The Doctor then suddenly appeared before wearing a red fez and carrying a mop, "Rory! Listen, she's not dead. Well, she is dead, but it's not the end of the world. Well, it is the end of the world. Actually, it's the end of the universe. Oh, no. Hang on!" He then tapped coordinates into Jack's vortex manipulator and disappeared.

"Doctor? Doctor!"

The Doctor then suddenly reappeared without the mop, "You need to get me and Rose out of the Pandorica." He then reached into his pocket and pulled out his sonic screwdriver.

"You and Rose are not in the Pandorica," he told him.

"Yes, I am. Well, I'm not now, but I was back then with Rose. Well, back now from your point of view, which is back then from my point of view. Time travel, you can't keep it straight in your head. It's easy to open from the outside... just point and press. Now go," he explained as he activated his screwdriver before handing it to Rory and disappeared again, "Oh, when you're done, leave my screwdriver in her top pocket. Good luck!" He then disappeared for the final time.

"What do you mean? Done what?"

Rory used the Doctor's screwdriver to open the Pandorica and saw the Doctor and Rose sitting inside and they both looked at him, amazed.

"How did you do that?" Rose asked him.

"Your husband gave me this," he explained as he held up his screwdriver.

"No, I didn't," the Doctor said as he pulled out his screwdriver.

"Doctor, You did. Look at it," Rory insisted.

The Doctor then stepped out followed by Rose and held his sonic screwdriver to the one in Rory's hand and they both sparked with temporal energy.

"Temporal energy. Same screwdriver, at different points in its own time stream. Which means it was me who gave it to you. Me from the future. I've got a future, that's nice," the Doctor explained, happily.

"Also known as a Blinovitch Limitation Effect," Rose added.

They then looked behind Rory and saw petrified remains of their enemies, "That's not."

"Yeah. What are they?" Rory asked them.

"History has collapsed. Whole races have been deleted from existence," the Doctor answered.

"These are just like after-images. Echoes, fossils in time. The footprints of the never-were," Rose added as the Doctor touched the fossilized remains of one of the Nestene Romans.

"Er, what does that mean?" Rory asked them.

"Total event collapse. The universe literally never happened," the Doctor explained.

"So, how can we be here? What's keeping us safe?" Rory asked.

"Nothing. Eye of the storm, that's all," he explained, "We're just the last light to go out."

"I can't help but notice that Amy's missing," Rose said, "Where is she? Where's Amy?"

Rory then took the Doctor and Rose to Amy's dead body as the Doctor squatted down beside it and lifted back the blanket covering her.

"I killed her," Rory admitted.

"Oh, Rory!" The Doctor muttered.

"Oh, Rassilon," Rose gasped in shock at the same time.

"Doctor, Rose, what am I?" Rory asked them.

"You're a Nestene duplicate. A lump of plastic with delusions of humanity," the Doctor answered, rudely as he used his sonic screwdriver on Amy.

"Doctor!" Rose scolded

"What? It's the truth, Rose," the Doctor told her.

"I know, but you don't have to say it like that," she told him.

"But I'm Rory now," Rory told him, "Whatever was happening, it's stopped. I'm Rory!"

"That's software talking," the Doctor muttered.

"Can you help her? Is there anything you can do?" Rory asked him.

"Yeah, probably, if we had the time," the Doctor answered as he stood up, causing Rose to stare at him in shock.

"The time?!" Rory asked him with disbelief.

"All of creation has just been wiped from the sky," he explained, "Do you know how many lives now never happened? All the people who never lived? Your girlfriend isn't more important than the whole universe." Rory then whipped the Doctor around and punched him, knocking the Time Lord to the ground.

"She is to me!" Rory yelled at him.

"Welcome back, Rory Williams!" The Doctor exclaimed, laughing as he stood back up, "Sorry, had to be sure. Hell of a gun-arm you're packing there. Right, we need to get her downstairs. And take that look off your plastic face. You're getting married in the morning!"

The Doctor, Rose and Rory soon placed Amy's body in the Pandorica.

"So you both got a plan, then?" Rory asked both Time Lords.

"Bit of a plan, yeah. Memories are more powerful than you think, and Amy Pond is not an ordinary girl," the Doctor told him, "Grew up with a time crack in her wall. The universe pouring through her dreams every night. The Nestenes took a memory print of her and got more than they bargained for. Like you. Not just your face, but your heart and your soul," he then places his hands to either side of her face and closes his eyes, "I'm telepathically leaving her a message for when she wakes up, so she knows what's happening." He then used his sonic screwdriver to close the Pandorica.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. What are you doing?" Rory asked him.

"He's saving her, Rory," Rose explained, "This is the ultimate prison. You can't even escape by dying. It forces you to stay alive."

"But she's already dead," Rory said with confusion.

"Mostly dead," the Doctor explained, "The Pandorica can stasis-lock her that way. All it needs is a scan of her living DNA and it'll restore her."

"Where's it going to get that?" Rory asked him.

"In about 2,000 years," the Doctor answered as he looked at his watch before he grabbed Jack's Vortex Manipulator from the bottom of the Pandorica.

"She's going to be in that box for 2,000 years?!" Rory asked him.

"Yeah, but we're taking a shortcut. Jack's vortex manipulator from when he was a Time Agent from the 51st Century," the Doctor confirmed as he typed coordinates into the Vortex Manipulator as he opened up the Vortex Manipulator's cover, "Rubbish way to time travel, but the universe is tiny now. We'll be fine."

"He's a brother figure to me, Rory," Rose told Rory, "He died a long time ago but I absorbed the Time Vortex when I was chameleon-arched and accidentally made him a Fixed-point in time, meaning that he's immortal. He can die but just can't stay dead."

"So the future's still there, then? Our world?" Rory asked them.

"A version of it. Not quite the one you know. Earth alone in the sky. Let's go and have a look," the Doctor said as he held his arm out as Rose placed her hand on the Vortex Manipulator, "You put your hand there. Don't worry, should be safe. Me and Rose have done this before from the year 100 Trillion to 2008 when a childhood friend of ours who turned evil stole our Tardis."

"That's not what I'm worried about," Rory told him.

"She'll be fine," the Doctor reassured him, "Nothing can get into this box."

"You both got in there," Rory reminded them.

"Well, there's only one of each of us," the Doctor told him, "I counted."

"This box needs a guard. I killed the last one," Rory told him.

"No. Rory, no. Don't even think about it," the Doctor begged him.

"She'll be all alone," Rory told him.

"She won't feel it," the Doctor told him.

"You bet she won't!" Rory retorted.

"2,000 years, Rory. You won't even sleep, you'd be conscious every second. It would drive you mad," the Doctor told him.

"Will she be safer if I stay?" Rory asked him, "Look me in the eye and tell me she wouldn't be safer."

"Rory…" the Doctor sighed.

"Answer me!" Rory yelled.

"Yes. Obviously," the Doctor relented.

"Then how could I leave her?" The Doctor asked him.

"Why do you have to be so...human?" The Doctor asked him.

"Because right now, I'm not," Rory answered as he walked to the other side of the Pandorica and the Doctor began pressing buttons on the manipulator.

"I'm staying too, Theta," Rose said as she removed her hand from the Vortex Manipulator.

"What?! Why?" The Doctor asked her.

"What would happen if he gets damaged beyond repair?" She asked him, "Besides, I want to keep her safe as well."

"We all want to keep her safe," he told her.

"But this could also be the chance for us to be about the same age again," Rose added, "You know how much I wish we were the same age again."

He then took a deep breath as he looked at her for a moment, "OK, Rose," he relented as he kissed her passionately for a moment before stepping away from her as he began typing on Jack's Vortex Manipulator.

"I love you, Theta," she told him.

"I love you too, Arkytior," he replied, "Listen to me, Rory. This is the last bit of advice you're going to get in a very long time. You're living plastic, but not immortal. I have no idea how long you'll last. And you're not indestructible. Stay away from heat and radio signals when they come along." Rory then put his Roman helmet back on, "You can't heal, or repair yourself. Any damage is permanent. Rose, you've got limited regenerations, you're on your third and have nine left. 2,000 years is a long time, don't use them all up. So, both of you for Rassilon's sake, however bored you get, stay out of…" the Doctor then disappeared

Alone, Rory and Rose nodded at each other as Rory pulled out his sword and sat down at the edge of the Pandorica while Rose went to find one as they took up their long vigil.

The Doctor appeared in a museum in Britain 1,894 years later between Amy and a Dalek that was stone, "...Trouble." He then saw Amy and her younger self from when she was seven, "Oh! Two of you? Complicated."

"Exterminate! 'Weapons systems restoring," the Dalek said as it began to move it's ray-gun.

"Come along, Ponds," the Doctor said as he took both Amy and Amelia's hands as they ran away from the Pandorica to another exhibit.

"Exterminate!" The Dalek exclaimed as the Doctor stopped at an alcove display representing North Africa and stumbled into one of the mannequins and took the fez from its head.

"What are we doing?" Amy asked the Doctor.

"Running into a dead end, where I'll have a brilliant plan, that basically involves not being in one," he answered

A female night guard then appeared with a torch in a blue jacket as the Doctor, Amy and Amelia hid behind the Pandorica, "What's going on?" The woman said in a Northern accent.

"Get out of here. Go! Just run!" The Doctor ordered the night guard.

"Drop the device" The Dalek ordered the woman.

"It's not a weapon," the Doctor told her, "Scan it. It's not a weapon, and you don't have the power to waste!"

"Scans indicate intruder unarmed," the Dalek announced.

"Do you think?" The woman asked.

"Hey, Pepperpot!" A male night guard said as the Dalek's eyestalk swivelled around towards the man as the man's hand opened to reveal a gun as he fired the gun at the Dalek's eyestalk.

"Vision impaired! Vision…" the Dalek muttered as it powered down.

The guards moved out of the shadows to reveal themselves as Rory and Rose and they watched as the Dalek was drained of energy and the Doctor arrived from the Pandorica room, his sonic at the ready with Amy behind him.

"Amy?" Rory called.

"Rory!" Amy said as she ran to him before they hugged each other.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I couldn't help it. It just happened," Rory apologized.

"Oh, Shut up," Amy said as she kissed him.

"Rose," the Doctor breathed.

Rose then ran up to her husband and began kissing him like there was no tomorrow. Well, there was no tomorrow, "Hello, Theta." She then pulled away and smiled as she stuck her tongue between her teeth.

"Yeah, shut up, 'cause we've got to go. Come on!" The Doctor told Amy and Rory as he stood between them.

"I waited. 2,000 years, I waited for you," Rory told Amy.

"No, still shut up," Amy said as she gave him a long kiss.

"And break! And breathe! Well, somebody didn't get out much for 2,000 years," the Doctor muttered as he watched them kiss.

"I'm thirsty. Can I get a drink?" Amelia asked the Doctor as she tugged his sleeve.

"Oh, it's all mouths today, isn't it?!" He muttered, sarcastically as he puts the fez on her head but she shoves it back at him as he looked back at the Dalek, "The light! The light from the Pandorica, it must have hit the Dalek." He then saw the Dalek's ray-gun move and realized that it was coming back to life, "Out, out, out!" He then rushed Amy and Rory out as he grabbed Amelia's hand with Rose's in the other.

Rory then closed the door behind them as Rose took out her Sonic screwdriver and sonicked the door's lock.

"So, 2,000 years. How did you do?" The Doctor asked Rose and Rory.

"Kept out of trouble," Rory answered.

"Oh," the Doctor said as he realized that he still had the fez and put it on his head, "How?"

"Unsuccessfully," Rose added as the Doctor picked up a mop, planning to use it to block the door.

"The mop! That's how you looked all those years ago when you gave me the sonic," Rory told him.

"Ah! Well, no time to lose then," the Doctor said as he activated Jack's Vortex Manipulator and disappeared to 102 AD Stonehenge before reappearing, "Oops, sorry," he then used the mop to block the door.

"How can he do that? Is he magic?" Amelia asked as the Doctor disappeared again and reappeared in 102 AD , Stonehenge and gave Rory his Sonic Screwdriver.

"Right, let's go then," The Doctor said as he reappeared in the museum and began to head up the stairs before stopping, "Wait! Now I don't have the sonic, I just gave it to Rory 2,000 years ago." He then tapped on the manipulator again and told Rory's past self to put his screwdriver in Amy's top pocket when he's done, "Right then," he then reached into Amy's pocket and pulled out his screwdriver, "Off we go! No, hang on," he turned to Amelia, "How did you know to come here?" Amelia reached into her coat pocket and pulled out a pamphlet with a sticky note, "Ah, my handwriting. OK!" He rushed to a stand and grabbed a pamphlet before rushing to a desk to grab the note. He then activates the manipulator and reappeared outside her house and slipped the museum pamphlet slips through the letterbox before reappearing earlier in the day and grabbed a drink that was in Amelia's hand from her hand before disappearing and reappeared back to the present and handed Amelia her drink from earlier, "There you go, drink up!"

"What is that? How are you doing that?" Amy asked.

"Vortex manipulator," Rose answered

"Cheap and nasty time travel," the Doctor added, "Very bad for you. I'm trying to give it up."

"Where are we going?" Amy asked.

"The roof," the Doctor answered.

At the top of the landing, another Doctor appeared, his jacket smoking before falling down the stairs and rolled to a stop near them. The Present Doctor rushed over to him and used the sonic on him.

"Doctor, it's you. How can it be you?" Rory asked.

"Doctor, is that you?" Amy asked the Doctor.

"Amy, it is him," Rose told her, "The Doctor from the future."

The future Doctor opened his eyes, sat up and grabbed the Present Doctor and whispered in his ear before moving to Rose.

"I will always love you, Arkytior," he muttered before falling back to the floor unconscious.

"Are you... I mean, is he... Is he dead?" Amy asked, trying to understand what happened.

"What?" The Doctor asked before standing up, "Dead? Yes, yes. Of course he's dead," he then climbed over his body and went up the stairs with Rose following him, "Right, I've got 12 minutes, that's good."

"12 minutes to live? How is that good?" Amy asked him.

"You can do loads in 12 minutes... suck a mint, buy a sledge, have a fast bath," he answered, "Come on, the roof!"

"We can't leave you here, dead," Rory argued.

"Oh, good! Are you in charge now? So, tell me, what are we going to do about Amelia?" He asked Rory.

Rory and Amy then turned around only to discover that Amelia had vanished with the cup from her drink, lying on the floor.

"Where did she go?" Amy asked.

"Amelia?" Rory called as he and Amy ran down the stairs.

"Amelia, never existed now," Rose told them.

"Rose is right, there is no Amelia. From now on, there never was. History is still collapsing," the Doctor said, agreeing with Rose.

"How can I be here, if she's not?" Amy asked them with confusion.

"You're an anomaly. We all are. We're all hanging on at the eye of the storm, but the eye is closing, and if we don't do something, reality will never have happened," the Doctor explained, "Today, just dying is a result. Now, come on!" He then headed off with Rose following him.

"He won't die. Time can be rewritten. He'll find a way. I know he will," Amy muttered as Rory covered the future Doctor with his jacket.

"Move it. Come on!" Rose called out to her and the Doctor's companions and Amy and Rory ran up the stairs after the Doctor and Rose.

The Doctor climbed out of the stairwell and onto the roof with Rose, Amy and Rory following.

"What, it's morning already? How did that happen?" Amy asked as she saw that it was around seven in the morning.

"History is shrinking," he answered, "Is anybody listening to me and Rose? Universe is collapsing. We don't have much time left."

"What are you doing?" Rory asked as the Doctor used his sonic screwdriver on a satellite dish.

"He's looking for the Tardis," Rose answered.

"But the Tardis exploded," Rory told them.

"OK, then. I'm looking for an exploding Tardis," he said as he removed the dish from its mounting.

"I don't understand. So, the Tardis blew up and took the universe with it. Why would it do that? How?" Amy said with confusion.

"Good question for another day. But for now... total event collapse means that every star in the universe never happened. Not one of them ever shone. So, if all the stars that ever were are gone, then what is that?" He asked as he stood on a raised section of the roof and pointed to a large ball of fire in the sky, "Like Rose said, I'm looking for an exploding Tardis."

"But that's the sun," Rory told him.

"Is it? Here's the noise that sun is making right now," the Doctor said as he held up the dish and amplified the dish with his Sonic Screwdriver as the sound of the Tardis came from the dish, "That's our Tardis burning up. That's what's been keeping the Earth warm."

"Doctor, Rose, there's something else," Rory told both Gallifreyans, "There's voices."

"I can hear them too," Rose said, agreeing with Rory as the Doctor adjusted the settings of the dish with his screwdriver.

"I can't hear anything," Amy told them.

"Trust the plastic," Rory told her.

"And I have better hearing than you do, Amy because of my superior physiology," Rose added.

"I'm sorry, Doctor and Rose," they heard River say from the dish.

"Sorry, Doc and Rose," they heard Jack say as well from the dish.

"Sorry, Mum and Dad," they also heard Jenny say from the dish as all three voices repeated what they were saying.

"Doctor, that's Jack, River and Jenny," Amy told the Time Lord, "How can they be up there?"

"It must be like a recording or something," Rory suggested.

"No, it's not a recording," Rose told him.

"Of course, Rose, it's the emergency protocols…" The Doctor realized, "The Tardis has sealed off the control room and put them into a time loop to save them. They're right at the heart of the explosion."

River connected the wires as the Tardis continued to spark and explode as Jack and Jenny helped her. River, Jack and Jenny's attempt to open the door soon sets more sparks flying from the console. They soon opened the doors to the Tardis only to be met by a stone wall.

"I'm sorry, Doctor and Rose," River muttered.

"Sorry, Doc and Rosie," Jack also apologized.

"Sorry, Mum and Dad," Jenny apologized as they looked back over their shoulder as the console exploded with a bright light as the Time Loop started over again and as the time loop ended the second time and as Jack, River and Jenny ran for the door, the Doctor appeared at the door.

"Hi, guys. I'm home," the Doctor told them as Jack and Jenny laughed in relief.

"And what sort of time do you call this?' River asked the Doctor as she checked her watch.

The Doctor then reappeared on the roof with Jack, River and Jenny.

"Amy! Rose!" River said, greeting Amy before noticing Rory, "And the plastic Centurion?"

"It's OK, he's on our side," the Doctor reassured her.

"Really? I dated a Nestene duplicate once... swappable head, it did keep things fresh," River said, causing Jack to give her a glare, "It was before I met you, Sweetie." She then kissed him, "Right then, I have questions. But number one is this... What in the name of sanity have you got on your head, Doctor ?

"It's a fez," the Doctor answered, "I wear a fez now. Fezzes are cool."

With a look from River, Rose grabbed the fez from her husband's head and threw it into the sky as River shot the fez.

"Oh!" The Doctor exclaimed as the fez disintegrated.

"Exterminate!" The Dalek appears, levitating up the side of the building.

"Go on, move, I'll keep it preoccupied!" Jack told the others.

"Do you have your squareness gun, Jack?" Rose asked.

"It's in my coat's pocket, Rosie," Jack answered as he took out his revolver to shoot the Dalek.

"Run, run, move, move. Go! Come on!" the Doctor said as he covered the rest of them as they retreated by holding up the satellite dish as a shield as the Dalek's ray-gun at Jack, killing him instantly as they saw his skeleton as he dropped to the floor as they climbed back through the stairwell.

Please review.

Also this was my very first Doctor Who episode I watched as I started watching it in 2013.
