"Just out of curiosity. What are the normal wedding customs for the South Pole?"
"Well. Usually, the one asking for the hand will make a betrothal necklace, and they can ask the family, specifically the father before they start making the necklace, or they can just make the necklace and not ask the family."
"Well then. I guess I know what we're doing then."
"What?"
"Whenever the fight with the equalists is over we'll talk to your parents."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"What if they say no?"
We can continue our relationship until they say yes, or if they try to force you to marry someone you don't love we can just say fuck it and get married without their consent, and show up on the day they planned the wedding and show them that were already married and they can suck a dick, and to really piss them off we can either have a kid with another one on the way, or be expecting our first one."

The door opened and Halo walked in with Selene in her arms, nursing. "Hey guys. We've got trouble."
"What is it?"
Jason and Korra ran into the police station to see that Lin wasn't at her usual spot. Instead, it was a new guy.
Jason looked at him and noticed several things that set off warning bells inside his head.
They walked up to the guy.
"Where's chief Beifong?" Jason more demanded than asked.
"Who are you?" The man asked.
"I am a concerned citizen." Jason said.
"And I'm Avatar Korra." Korra said.
"I know who you are." The man said to Korra. I am Chief Saikhan. I'm Chief Beifong's replacement after she retired."
"Why the fuck would she retire!?" Jason demanded.
"She failed to stop the Equalist's twice. So, after the bungle at the Sato Mansion, Councilman Tarrlok suggested she ret..."
Jason pulled Saikhan onto the counter. "Where. Is. Tarrlok!" He seethed, letting his voice reach a low menace.
"Wh-why do you want to know?"
"JASON!" A voice yelled.
They looked around and saw Lin standing next to her office with a box.
"Let him go!"
Jason let go of Saikhan, letting him drop to the floor. "Chief." He spoke.
"Come with me." Lin said.
Jason and Korra followed Lin outside.
"Chief. What happened?" Jason asked.
"Well. Tarrlok was waiting for me when I came in yesterday. He talked some shit and left. He basically told me that I should leave and let him pick the next chief who would get the job done. I figured that I could use this time to go after Amon."
"Then I'll help."
"No. I need you to stay in the light to keep Amon and Tarrlok off my trail."
"I can do that." Jason said clenching his hands into fists.
"I figured that since these are yours you might want them back." Lin said handing Jason the box she was carrying. "Good bye Red Hood. Good luck."
"Happy Hunting Chief." Jason said.
Beifong nodded before looking at Korra. "Avatar Korra." She spoke.
"Yes?" Korra asked.
"Keep him out of trouble." She nodded at Jason before she left.
"What did she give you?" Korra asked Jason.
Jason put the box down and looked inside it before he closed it. "Let's get home." He spoke.
They headed for home, not realizing they were being watched.
The figure followed them back to their house. The figure took down the address and turned around to leave only see a very upset figured glaring at them.
"So." The other figure said. "You think you can spy on my friends?"
"No." The figure said. "I wasn't spying on them."
"Oh really? Then what were you doing?"
"I have a report to give Red Hood."
"Then why write down his address?"
"Uh, I, um."
The figure grabbed the spy and dragged him over to the house. "Hey Jason!" He yelled kicking the door open and tossing the man inside to see Jason and Korra with their hands up. Azin, Baani, and Halo were on the floor with their hands on their heads and Equalist's surrounding them.
"What the fuck?" Montgomery asked.
Two Equalists grabbed Jason and kicked him to his knees.
"What the hell are you doing!" Korra yelled.
One of the Equalists backhanded her. Jason tried jumping to his feet, but the Equalists pushed him down.
"Montey!" Halo yelled.
Montgomery jumped into the room, but Equalist shock gloves and Kali sticks grabbed him and stabbed into his back before shocking him. He reached for Halo, but he couldn't reach her.
He focused on Jason and glowed blue. Jason glowed blue, but a foot came down on his head. Knocking him out.
"MONTEY!" Halo yelled.
"Well, well." Amon said walking down the stairs. "You've been a thorn in my side for too long Jason Todd. Xing sends his regards."
"Fuck you!" Jason yelled. "You're..." He was cut off when an Equalist punched him in the face with a shock glove, shocking him. "Ya... Ya got another one in ya?" He asked glaring at a spot a few inches to the right of the Equalist.
"Now." Amon said. "Allow me to make you... Equal!" He grabbed Halo by her hair and pulled her head back.
"If you're pulling my hair!" She snarled. "You better be riding my ass!"
"Such passion! Maybe I'll let my men spend some time with you once you've been made... Equal!"
Jason saw the look of horror on Halo's face and tried standing only to be pushed down.
Amon grabbed Selene who started wailing.
"AMON!" Jason yelled.
"No!" Halo yelled holding onto Selene with all her strength.
An Equalist punched Halo forcing her to let go with an arm. The Equalist grabbed her arm and shocked her, forcing her to let go of Selene.
"NO!" Jason yelled jumping up and throwing the Equalists holding him off. He ran at the Equalist and reached for him, but Amon grabbed him and placed his thumb on his head and Jason fell to his knees.
"NNOOO!" Korra, Halo, Azin, and Baani yelled.
Jason felt his connection to his Bending Elements end, and he felt empty... cold. "What did you do to me?" He asked.
"I have purified you of your disease!" Amon boomed.
"Bending isn't a disease!" Korra yelled. "You Bastard! Give it back!"
"Even if I could..." Amon said. "...I wouldn't." He kicked Jason to the floor into the box he'd been carrying and forced to put down. The box tipped over, and Jason's signature 1911 clattered to the floor. "Now!" Amon boomed. He grabbed Halo by her hair and pulled her limp form to him and pressed his thumb to her forehead. She groaned in pain before he dropped her. "Take her." He said to the Equalist's surrounding her.
"NO!" Korra yelled. "AMON! NO! DON'T! DON'T LET THEM DO THAT! DON'T!"
"Silence the Avatar!" Amon said.
*CRACK-COOM*
The sound of Thunder filled the house, and the Equalist holding Korra dropped with a hole in his head.
"Who's next!?" Jason seethed.
"JASON!" Korra yelled.
"STOP HIM!" Amon yelled.
The Equalist's dragging Halo away dropped her and ran at Jason.
Jason dropped his gun and ran at the Equalists. He punched one in the face shattering his goggles and sending him flying.
He kicked an Equalist in the chest with a sickening crunch.
"AMON!" He snarled. "FIGHT ME!"
Amon grabbed Azin. "STOP! Otherwise, I'll take his Bending!"
"You'll do that anyways!" Jason yelled kneeing an Equalist in the chin breaking his neck. He grabbed him and threw him into the next Equalist.
"Bring it on!" Jason yelled. "I'll take you on! I'll take you all on!"
The lieutenant ran at Jason and tried hitting him with his Kali stick, but Jason had fought Dick multiple times, and was familiar with the lieutenant's fighting style. He blocked the Lieutenants arm and hit him in the chest with a palm strike.
The Lieutenant dropped his Kali stick and grabbed his chest.
"AZIN!" Baani yelled.
Jason turned to see Amon with his thumb on Azin's Forehead. Azin's face was scrunched up in pain and he recognized that look. "BLOOD BENDER!" He roared jumping at Amon. Amon glided out of the way, and away from Jason. He lashed out at Jason. Jason backflipped over Amon and punched him in his kidney's causing Amon to choke. He grabbed Amon by the throat and went to snap his neck, but the Equalist's that were still on their feet and hadn't pissed or shit themselves ran at Jason and shocked him with their shock gloves.
Jason let go of Amon, and the Equalists began kicking and hitting him.
"NO!" Korra yelled. "NO! LEAVE HIM ALONE! LEAVE! HIM! ALONE!" She roared before her eyes glowed white, and she broke free of the Equalists holding her. She kicked out, and a gout of fire flew into the Equalist's attacking Jason. She pulled the water from the air to create a water whip that she used to pull Jason towards her.
Jason landed next to her and groaned.
"Get the fuck out of our house before I kill you!" She yelled.
"An impressive trick Avatar!" Amon boomed. "But a trick all the sa..." Amon was cut off as Korra kicked him into the stairs.
Korra grabbed Halo and Azin and brought them to where Jason was and ushered Baani over to them. "Stay behind me." She spoke.
"I will admit that you have some skill Avatar." Amon said walking out of the destruction. "But the spirits want everyone to be Equalized, and by the spirits I will make it so."
"Hey shit head!" A familiar voice yelled. "What happens when you mix dry ice and water!"
Everyone looked back to see Lara helping Montgomery up. Montgomery held out his hand and a portal opened dropping dry ice onto the floor.
"Soak it, Korra!" Lara yelled.
Korra and Baani pulled the water from the air and dropped it on the dry ice creating a smokescreen low to the ground.
"A futile effort." Amon said.
"Korra!" Lara yelled.
Korra grabbed the water vapor and flung it at Amon.
Amon Bent the water vapor out of the way, but it was enough for Lara to run at him and kick him away.
"Run!" Lara yelled.
Montgomery grabbed Halo while Korra grabbed Jason and Lara grabbed Azin. Baani ran after them with Selene.
"I don't think so!" Amon yelled grabbing Baani with his Blood Bending.
"JASON!" Baani cried out in pain.
Jason's eyes snapped open, and he rolled off of Korra's back and to his feet. He ran into the house. He ran at Amon and picked up his knife and cut off the hand Amon was using to Blood Bend Baani. "Stay the fuck away from my Family!" He yelled before kicking his 1911 into the air and grabbed it.
*Bang!*
Amon grabbed his shoulder and groaned.
Jason kicked Amon away, picked Baani up and pushed her towards the door before he grabbed the box Lin gave him and ran.
Korra picked Baani and Selene up and ran.
"This way." Jason said running through the streets of Republic City. They followed him to an old Theater. He led them into the Theater and put the box down. He raised his hand and Metal Bent... nothing happened. "Oh." He spoke.
Korra put her arm on his shoulder in silent support.
Jason grabbed his box and pulled several straps from it and began putting them on. He put one in his left side next to his ribs and another on his left hip. He knelt down and lifted his pant legs and put two knives in his boots, one on the left leg, and another on his right leg. He pulled his belt off to the first loop and threaded it with pouches and knife sheaths. One had a wavy dagger in it, and two had six knives in them. He pulled out a pair of Gauntlets and flexed. The blades on the gauntlets grew longer. He flexed and they went back to normal. He took out four... containers of some kind and placed them in pouches on his belt.
He took his armor off and cut his thumb and painted a symbol onto the chest before putting it back on. He turned to look at them, and they could see a design.
"Bruce said that I couldn't use the Bat as a symbol anymore." He explained. "I think I'll use this."
"What does it mean?" Baani asked pointing at the symbol. It looked like Jason had just put a stylized A over an upside down triangle.
"I don't know." Jason said. "It just felt right. Bruce said that I couldn't use the bat, so I'll use this, and when I get my Bending back, I'll call myself the Avatar Knight or something."
"Why not Arkham Knight?" Montgomery asked.
Jason flipped him off.
"How do you know that you're going to get your Bending back?" Lara asked.
"Because I'm going to find Amon and force him to give me my Bending back. Halo's and Azin's too."
"So, what are you going to." Korra asked.
"I don't need Bending to fight the Equalists." Jason said. "I'm going to make Amon sorry that he took our Bending."
"How?"
"First things first we need to get you over to Air Temple Island where you'll be safe."
"Nuh Uh." Korra said. "Where you go, I go."
"Korra. You're the Avatar. What's going to happen if Amon takes your Bending too?"
"Then we kick his ass without Bending."
"No offense, but you have less than a day of Battle Meditation and Krav Maga training. How do you expect to fight Equalist's with that?"
"Train me to be better."
"What? No. I can't just train you in..."
"Actually." Montgomery said. "You can."
Jason looked at Montgomery. "How?"
"Thank the 50th century." He said tossing a Bluetooth earphone to him. "You put it on your ear and concentrate on the specific memories you want her to acquire, and it will copy them. Then Korra wears it for the same amount of time, and it will transfer the memories."
"What's the catch?"
"Couple of things. 1) You have to transfer all the memories you want her to have at once. You can't use this multiple times with the same person, one and done. 2) You have to think about the memories you want her to have. You can't get distracted otherwise she'll get scrambled memories and it won't help her. And 3) You need to make sure that you want her to see those memories. If you don't want her to see memories, you can't let her have those memories. It's all or nothing."
"Okay." Jason said. "Korra..."
"Yes?"
"The choice is up to you. I can give you the memories of Krav Maga, Meditation, and Battle Meditation. Or I can give you all of my fighting knowledge, but if I give you all of my Fighting knowledge... you're going to see what my life was like..."
Korra held a hand to Jason's mouth. "Just give me what I need to know." She spoke.
Jason put the head piece on his head and began going through a training kata to get into the mindset. After a minute the headset began glowing blue.
Korra sat down in the Lotus Position and watched while Montgomery put a barrier over Jason and took Selene from Baani. He glowed green and white, and Selene also glowed green and white. She looked better, and he touched Halo causing her to glow green and white as well. He touched Lara, Azin, Baani, and Korra as well.
Jason was meditating for a few hours before he finally stopped. He took the headpiece off and the barrier dropped. He handed the headpiece to Montgomery who handed it to Korra.
"Okay Korra." Montgomery said. "You wear this and Meditate. Whether you meditate or Battle Meditate you have to meditate. You can't stop, no matter what, you can't stop. So, are you sure that you want to do this?"
"Yes." Korra said, determined to do this.
"All right." He said handing Korra the head piece. He placed a barrier around her as she started.
They watched as Korra went through the training Katas, and how she kept at it even when it looked like it hurt her to stay focused.
After she had finished, she took the headpiece off and the shield dropped. She walked over to Jason. "We need to talk." She spoke.
Jason followed Korra, and she led him outside. She pushed him against the wall, and she spoke. "Why did you make me watch that?" She asked.
"You needed to know the consequences of acting rashly."
"So, you made me watch you die!" She yelled pushing him against the wall.
"Did you learn something from it?"
"Yes."
"What was it?"
"That I shouldn't run head first into things without a plan."
"Or back up." Jason said. "Make sure that you have a plan and or back up."
"Okay."
"Did you learn the fighting styles I wanted you to learn?"
"Yeah. Krav Maga, Aikido, and Tae Kwon Do."
"Good. What about the Meditation and Battle Meditation?"
"I learned those too."
"Show me." Jason said.
Korra kicked at Jason who blocked, but Korra grabbed his arm and flipped him over her back only for Jason to land and stand upright.
"Impressive. Now. Do you think you can reach the level of spirituality to Air Bend?"
"I don't know. Let's try it."
They went inside and found Halo awake and nursing Selene.
"What happened?" Halo asked. "Why am I so cold?"
"Amon took your, Azin's, and my Bending." Jason explained.
"How can you be so calm!"
"Because. I'm going to make him give it back."
"How!"
"I'm going to kick his ass so bad that he will beg me to take our Bending back just so I'll stop embarrassing him in front of his Equalist's."
"How though?" Azin asked.
"I'm going to do things my way, but first. Korra needs to learn how to Air Bend."
"Say what?" Korra asked.
"You're going to learn how to Air Bend."
"How?"
"Battle Meditation, and Meditation. I taught you Battle Meditation because you thrive on Battle. When you fight your soul sings. Now. Let's make Korra an Air Bender."
Korra began Battle Meditating, and eventually she was Meditating. Jason waved a hand in front of her face, and she didn't notice.
"Korra." He said in a low voice. "I want you to start going through the motions of Air Bending."
"Dude." Montgomery Said. "It's not hypno..."
Montgomery was cut off as Korra began moving like a leaf in the wind.
"What the... how?"
Korra went through the entire Air Bending exercise that Tenzin had shown her and began it again.
"Korra. I want you to incorporate the Air Bender teachings in with your Katas."
"Dude?"
"Korra. While you meditate. I want you to meditate on Air Bending. Concentrate. What does it mean to be an Air Bender?"
Korra began mixing the Air Bending style with her Katas.
"Dude? What's that supposed to do?"
"It's how I learned to Bend. It's part of the memories I gave her. I hope it will help her achieve Air Bending."
They watched as Korra used Battle Meditation. It had been an hour until something happened. Her eyes glowed and the water was pulled from the air creating a sphere of water around her. Next a ring of Fire sparked into lighting followed by rocks and metal. Finally, she created a globe of air around her. She floated into the air and energy crackled around her.
Lin was walking through the streets of Republic City when the air filled with the sound of the elements. She looked up and saw an orb floating where the old theatre used to be. She ran and swung towards the Theatre. 'Damn it!' She thought. 'What have you gotten yourself into this time.'
Korra floated up and came back down before she felt strong arms envelope her. She looked up and saw Jason's face. "Jason?" She asked.
"You did it Korra." Jason said, kissing her forehead. "You learned how to Air Bend."
"I did?"
"Yeah."
"I'm so tired."
"Go to sleep. I'll wake you up when we're ready to go."
"Okay." She said as she yawned and curled into his chest and fell asleep.

"That one's a keeper." Montgomery said showing Lara a phone.
"That is too fucking adorable." Lara said.
Jason heard the *Twang* of high tensile cable pulling taut, and lowered Korra to the ground before he drew his guns. He pointed them at the newcomer who landed in front of them. "Lin!" He yelled. "I nearly shot you!"
"What the hell happened up here?" Lin asked. "I was walking and then I saw the Theater go up."
"Korra learned how to Air Bend." Jason explained.
"Amon took our Bending." Halo explained.
"HE WHAT!"
"Yeah." Halo said. "Jason's, Azin's, and Mine."
Lin looked at Jason. "Why the hell are you so calm?"
"Because. I'm going to make Amon wish that he'd never taken our Bending, that's how hard I'm going to kick his ass."
"How! He's got the ability to maneuver around Bending, take Bending..."
"And he's a Blood Bender."
"...and he's a Blood Bender... what did you just say?"
"I said he's a Blood Bender."
Lin's eye twitched and she looked like she was ready to kill someone. "Do you mean to tell me. That the bastard who has been terrorizing my city is a spirits damned Blood Bender!"
"Yup. I'm going to kill him."
"Make it hurt."
"Oh Chief!" Jason moaned. "You know just what to say to get me all worked up."
Montgomery burst into a hit of laughter and fell to his knees holding his stomach he was laughing so hard.
"Get going!" Lin yelled.
"Will you watch Azin, Baani, And Korra?"
"Hey!" Montgomery and Halo said in unison. "What about us?"
"Halo. Montgomery will watch you, and Montgomery..."
Montgomery looked at Jason with hope filled eyes.
"Lara will watch you."
"Ah!" Montgomery protested. "Why does it have to be Lara?"
"Fine." Jason Said. "Baani. You keep an eye on Montgomery."
"Okay." Baani said without her usual cheer.
"Hey." Jason said dropping to a knee. "I'm going to get our Bending back. Amon won't be able to hurt us, anyone, anymore. Okay?"
"Okay?"
"Okay, but what if he hurts you?"
"Don't worry." Montgomery said. "We were going to follow him after he left anyway... oops. Did I say that out loud?"
"I need you guys here in case those Bastards show up."
"Kagé Bunshin No Jutsu!" Montgomery yelled creating five copies of himself. "We've got you covered!" They said in unison.
"Can they fight?" Jason asked.
"Can they fight?" Montgomery asked insulted. "Can they fight? They are each a copy of me, of course they can fight."
"Okay. I leave my family's protection to you, that includes Halo."
"You see me as your family?" Halo asked.
"Of course, I do. You're the mother of our child. You'll always be family."
"So. Who are we going to talk to first?" Lara asked.
"Chief Saikhan. I need answers, and a Helmet or cowl."
Montgomery tossed him a red Domino Mask with his choice of Res Hood Helmet or a Batman cowl with mouth guard. "Does this come in red?" He asked.
Chief Saikhan was in his office when he heard a tapping on his window. He walked to his window and opened it. "Yes?" He asked. He was pulled from his window and thrown up to the roof where he was caught by his left ankle. He looked up and into a... red mask that covered his attackers while face. Even his eyes were red.
"Jason Todd and Avatar Korra were attacked by Equalist forces not even ten minutes after they spoke to you! I want to know why!" The figure said.
"I don't know! Please! I had nothing to do with that!"
"Let's see if this jogs your memory!" The figure said dropping Saikhan.
Saikhan screamed as he fell, but just as he was about to hit, he felt something stop his fall, and he was pulled back up.
"Did that jog your memory any?"
"Please! I had nothing to do with that attack! I don't know Jason Todd or Avatar Korra for that matter! Why would I send the Equalists after them?"
"Why indeed?" The figure asked before dropping Saikhan again.
Saikhan screamed as he fell, but instinct took over and he used Metal Bending to use his grapples to catch himself, but someone had other ideas and fouled his cables. Before he could scream, he was pulled upwards again until he was sitting on the roof.
"Chief Saikhan!" An officer yelled. "Are you okay?!"
"I want an All-Points Bulletin on a man wearing a red face mask!" Saikhan demanded.
"Sir yes sir!" The officer said running back into the station.
Saikhan walked back into the station, but his first stop before visiting his office was the bathroom, unaware that his every move was being watched.
Lara sat at a desk wearing the customary uniform and armor of the Republic City Police Officer. She watched as Saikhan entered the bathroom and left five minutes later wearing a new uniform. She watched him as he went to his office and closed the door.
Outside.
Jason and Montgomery kept an eye on Saikhan's office from the outside. They watched as he received a call.
"Let's hope that bug you planted works." Jason said.
"Don't worry. It will." Montgomery assured him.
"Chief Saikhan?" The voice said from the other end.
Jason grit his teeth when he heard the voice.
"Councilman Tarrlok." Saikhan said. "How can I help you?"
"I want you to put a curfew on the Dragon Flats Borough. Shut off the electricity and arrest any who protest."
"Are you sure sir?"
"Yes. I want it done by the end of the week."
"Yes sir."
"Also. I have a feeling that some Equalist's are going to break out of prison. Let them tear up Republic city for a few minutes before you arrest them?"
"How long?"
"I think an hour or so will do."
Saikhan gulped. "Are you sure sir? It's my job to..."
"I know what your job is. Remember who put you where you are."
"Yes sir." Saikhan sighed before hanging up the phone.
Jason looked at Montgomery. "Ima punch Tarrlok in the face."
"You and me both."
"You stay here, and I'll go interrogate Tarrlok."
"Sounds Good. Be careful."
"Come on, it's me."
"That's what I'm worried about."
Jason left with a two fingered salute that he turned into flipping Montgomery off.
Eight hours later.
Montgomery watched Saikhan for the rest of the day, and when Saikhan left his office Lara watched him. Montgomery tapped his foot in anticipation. Something was wrong. It shouldn't have taken Jason as long as it was. Did something happen?
Saikhan came back to his office and sat down.
Lara came out and nodded to him. He jumped down and fell through a portal before he appeared next to Lara. "What's up?" He asked.
"My shift is over. Where's Jason?"
"He went to talk to Tarrlok, but that was eight hours ago... you don't think he went to get milk and cigarettes, do you?"
"No! Now, let's go find Tarrlok, unless you know where Jason is?"
"I do... Kinda."
"Explain."
"I can follow his trail, but if he was dragged through water or taken by a vehicle, I won't be able to follow him."
"Fine. Just Take him as far as you can, and I'll use my intellect to do the rest."
"Um... how?"
"I know how to track. I can follow the trail once you lose it."
"Okay." Montgomery said. "Here I go." He jumped into the air and came down as a giant black dog. He let out a deep howl that shook Lara to her core. Montgomery began sniffing the ground, sniffing for several minutes before he took off running. Lara followed him and jumped, landing on his back, grabbing his fur.
"Ow, ow, ow!" She heard in her head. "Easy! If you're going to pull my hair you could at least ride my ass!"
"Okay. Move your ass!" Lara yelled.
"You're no fun. I'm in the perfect form for doggy style."
"I'm not into Bestiality! Ask Halo! Maybe she'll love a giant doggy dick!"
Montgomery sniffed the air and the ground until he made his way to city hall. He sniffed the air and followed the scent leading him to a parking garage.
"Fuck!" He yelled. "I lost the damn trail!"
"And unfortunately, I'm unable to track him."
"Spirits Damn it to Hell!"
"Do you have any ideas?"
"Let's go back and talk to Lin. We'll tell her what we know, and maybe I can figure out how to work a location spell."
"Spell? As in magic?"
"Well yeah. You didn't think that I just had my good looks, did you?"
"I suppose to some people you would look good."
"Ouch. Shots fired."
"Let's go doggo."
They ran back to the Theater and skidded to a stop. Lara jumped off and Montgomery changed back to a human.
"Wait! What!?" Halo said. "You can change into an animal?"
"Um. Yeah. I can do a lot of things, some said to be unnatural."
"Like what?"
"Well, that's the thing. In this body I can only use 0.1% of my full power."
"Say what now?" Lara asked.
"This..." Montgomery said gesturing to himself. "...this is a copy of my actual body sent to keep this multiverse alive for as long as possible."
"Why?"
"Because. I am a just entity. I See unjust and I do everything in my power to make it just."
"Soooo. Can you use your power to just open a portal to Jason and bring him here?"
"Yes... if I were in my real body. It has the ability to do anything and everything."
"Really? So... it could change my hair color from black to blood red?" Halo asked.
"I can do that."
"Really?"
"Yes." Montgomery said pulling a bottle of blood red hair dye out of nowhere.
"No, but he could do it instantly?"
"Yes."
"Okay. What else could he do?"
"If I'M not careful I could blink this entire Multiverse out of existence."
They looked at him in horror.
"I'd put it back if that happened, but yeah."
"How much of that power does he... I mean you need to do that?"
"Oh... about 1% of my full power."
Their jaws hit the ground.
"What!" Halo asked.
"I told you. I'm a bad ass."
"So how do you plan of finding Jason?"
Montgomery looked at Korra. "Have you showered today?"
"IDIOT!" Halo yelled punching him in the head. "YOU DON'T ASK SOMEONE THAT! ESPECIALLY A WOMAN!"
"OW!" Montgomery yelled, grabbing his head. "FUCK! HALO! I'M NOT BEING A PERVERT! I KNOW THAT I USUALLY AM... WELL IN THIS UNIVERSE ANYWAY, BUT I NEED TO KNOW IF SHE'S SHOWERED BECAUSE IF SHE HASN'T THEN THAT MEANS THAT SHE HAS JASON'S SCENT ON HER!"
"Why Korra specifically and not Azin and Baani?" Lara asked
"You fucking know why!"
Lara looked at Korra. "Have you and Jason been sexually active?"
Korra blushed. "Well yeah..." she tapped her index fingers together." ... sort of. We've been doing some stuff."
"What kind of stuff?" Halo asked conspiratorially.
"Oh... you know... stuff."
"Well, I know that I walked in on you two..."
"ACK! SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP!" Korra yelled.
"Sooo... What were you two doing?" Montgomery asked.
"SHUT UP!" Lara yelled punching him in the head.
"WILL YOU STOP THAT!" Montgomery yelled grabbing his head.
"THEN QUIT BEING A PERVERT!"
"I'M NOT!"
"How about you all shut up?" Lin suggested.
"I agree." A voice said.
"JASON!" They exclaimed in unison.
Jason walked into the Theatre and dropped to one knee.
"JASON!" Korra yelled running over to him. "What happened?"
"Got Blood Bent." Jason said. "Tarrlok tried getting rid of me."
"THAT BASTARD!" Halo yelled.
"Blood Bending hurts." Jason said grabbing his chest.
"What's wrong!?"
"My chest hurts."
"Move!" Lara yelled.
Everyone stepped to the side, and Lara ran to Jason's side and laid him on the ground.
"Here." Montgomery said handing her a medical bag.
She took it and looked through it. "What is this stuff?" She asked.
"Medical equipment from the 50th Century."
"What does it do?"
"You place this one on the injured area, and it will tell you what's wrong." Montgomery said picking up a circular disk.
Lara picked up the disk and placed it on Jason's chest. She waited until it chimed, and she looked at him. "HOW THE FUCK DID YOU WALK BACK HERE WHILE HAVING A FUCKING HEART ATTACK! WHERE DID TARRLOK HIDE YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE!"
"I don't get heart attacks Jason coughed. I don't have time. I need to stop..."
"Shut the fuck up!" Halo and Korra shouted in unison. "You need to stay here and heal!"
"I heal fast..."
Lara picked Jason up and ran.
"Where do you think she's going?" Korra asked.
"Hospital." Montgomery said.
"Should we follow them?"
"No. You guys go to Air Temple Island. I'll follow Lara. Here, take this." He said handing them a circular device with a red button in the center.
"Press the Button in the center and I'll get there as fast as I can."
"How fast can you get to us?" Azin asked.
Montgomery opened a portal to Air Temple Island. "That fast." He said ushering them through the portal. Then he changed into a brilliant red bird with black eyes, and brilliant blue and gold feathers. He flapped his wings and took off.
Lara carried Jason through the streets of Republic City towards the hospital. "Damn it, Jason!" She swore. "What the hell were you thinking?" She ran to the hospital and placed him in a gurney. "This man was Blood Bent and has gone into Cardiac Arrest!" She explained.
"Blood Bent!" The nurse on duty exclaimed.
"Yes. And he went into Cardiac Arrest because of it."
"Cardiac Arrest?"
"He had a heart attack!"
"Oh. Let's get him into a bed, but first. Can he pay for treatment?"
"Yes." Montgomery said placing a stack of Yuan's on the counter. "He can."
Four hours later
Jason felt hazy, like he'd been drugged. That was just great. He'd wait for the right moment to... oh who was he kidding. He opened his eyes to see that he was in the hospital... hospital? Why the hell was he in a fucking hospital?
"Are you awake?" Lara asked.
"Yeah. Why'd you bring me to a hospital?"
"Because you had a fucking heart attack!" She scolded.
"Your point?"
"UGH!" Lara snarled. "Don't you care about yourself?"
"I..."
"And before you make some stupid comment. Don't, just don't."
"Want to tell us what happened?" Montgomery asked.
"Well. I went to confront Tarrlok..."
Twelve hours ago
Jason ran into City Hall and looked around. He found a map and found Tarrlok's office. He ran to it and kicked the door open to see Tarrlok and his wife involved in... "Sorry." He spoke. "But I need to talk with you."
"Can't you see I'm in the middle of something here?" Tarrlok asked.
"You mean balls deep in your wife's womb. That's why you have a fucking home."
"Would you let us finish? You can watch if you'd like."
"No."
"Then kindly wait outside until we're finished."
Jason stepped outside and closed the door. He waited for maybe ten minutes before he heard the door open and close.
"Now." Tarrlok said as he finished tightening his pants and motioning Jason away from his office. "How may I help the Red Hood? Did you come to join my Task Force?"
"No. Quite the opposite. I've come to shut it down."
"Why would you want to shut it down. We're hunting Equalists and putting a stop to Amon."
"No. If you keep going the route, you're going you'll start a war with Amon that will not end until one side is slaughtered."
"And that side will be the Equalists."
"Are you really willing to kill hundreds of innocent non-Benders to get at Amon?"
"Why should I care about the non-Benders. What do they offer this city?"
"You bastard!" Jason yelled grabbing Tarrlok.
"Let me go before I make you."
"Oh yeah? How?"
Tarrlok pushed Jason away and slapped him with a water whip.
Jason glowed blue and suddenly he was filled with heat. 'Jason.' Montgomery's voice said in his head. 'I telepathically shielded you from Amon so he couldn't take your Bending away. Everyone in that room thought he had including you. I needed to make it convincing. The only way you could be awakened from this is either by fighting Amon or in your darkest hour the telepathic block would be removed allowing you to Bend again. Now. Kick his ass!"
Jason looked at Tarrlok. "Amon!" He roared jumping at Tarrlok and bringing his foot down on him.
"What are you talking about!" Tarrlok yelled.
"I'll make you pay for what you did to my family!"
"I am not Amon!" Tarrlok yelled using water to push Jason away, but Jason used his own Water Bending to run across Tarrlok's water stream. "How!" Tarrlok yelled.
Jason kicked Tarrlok away and into the elevator that led down to the parking garage. "Now. Let's get the answers I want!" Jason said as he Blood Bent Tarrlok.
"Oh my." Tarrlok said. "Do you really think that is Blood Bending?"
"Uh..." Jason began.
Tarrlok flexed, breaking free from Jason's Blood Bending grip and grabbed Jason with his own Blood Bending. "This... is Blood Bending."
"Ack!" Jason bit out as Tarrlok grabbed him with Blood Bending. He focused on the feeling. It hurt... a lot. It felt like someone had grabbed hold of his veins and was crushing them. His heart felt like it was being torn apart. He tried pushing the pain to the back of his mind, but he couldn't focus.
"Now." Tarrlok said. "What have we learned today?"
"Go... Fuck... yourself." Jason gasped out.
"Oh no, no, no dear boy. That's what I've got my wife for. Maybe she'll be up for round two when I get back."
Jason flexed and kicked at Tarrlok breaking Tarrlok's grip on him and bringing his foot down on Tarrlok's head.
"How did you break my Blood Bending grip?"
"Determination ass hole." Jason said.
"Then I guess that I'll just have to try harder next time."
"Who says I'll give you a next time."
Tarrlok grabbed Jason in his Blood Bending Grip and lifted him into the air before he dropped him to the floor and picked him up again. He did this until Jason lay passed out on the ground. He walked over to him and grabbed his mask only for it to shock him. He looked at him and decided to get rid of the body. He used Blood Bending to get him to his Sato mobile after making sure no one was watching. He placed him in the back of his Sato mobile and got in before driving away.
"You Blood Bent Tarrlok?" Lara asked.
"Yes. For all the good it did me."
"So is Tarrlok Amon?" Montgomery asked. "I mean, he has to be, right? He gave you your Bending back. So, he has to be."
"I don't know. I mean, Amon is a Blood Bender and took my Bending away, but when Tarrlok Blood Bent me, it felt different. So, I don't know."
"How did you escape?"
Jason woke up leaning against something. His entire body hurt. He stood up and realized he was in a box. His heart rate skyrocketed. And before he knew it, he was freaking out. He slammed his arms into the walls of the box. He needed to get out of there. He needed air. He slammed his fists against every wall trying to get out.
'Okay, okay. Now is not the time to panic! You have all the tools you need. Just calm down.' Jason took in a deep breath. He felt the walls and tried Blood Bending it. 'Damn it. It's Platinum. Maybe... just maybe.' He placed his arms on either side of the wall and planted his feet against the door and pushed with everything he had. It wouldn't budge. He Water Bent the Water Molecules in the air to the door and Froze it he kicked it again.
There was a creak of metal. He grabbed the sides of the box and kicked at it again.
The metal creaked louder this time. He pulled both legs back as far as he could and kicked out with all his might.
The door shattered, and he jumped out ready to fight.
"Hello." A voice said from his left.
He swung out only to be caught in a Blood Bending Grip. "I knew you were stubborn, but this is ridiculous." Tarrlok said.
"Let me go and we'll see who's ridiculous."
"I think not." Tarrlok said. "Now I'd love to stay and chat, but I have to get back to Republic City. I have some Equalist's to put down. But first. I can't have you ruining my plans. So..." Tarrlok Blood Bent Jason and contorted his body in ways that it wasn't meant to.
"AHH!" He yelled. "ACK! FUCK!"
"A poor choice of last words if you ask me, but they are yours to make. I'll be sure to tell Avatar Korra you send your regards... before I make her beg like the bitch she is."
Jason's eyes flashed and he looked at Tarrlok with vengeful eyes. "If you touch her! I will make you beg for death, but I won't grant you a quick painless death."
"Hollow words from a dead man." Tarrlok said cleaning out his ear.
Jason's face scrunched up in pain before his head fell to the side. Tarrlok walked up to him and checked for a pulse, but none was present. He dragged Jason outside by his hair and threw him into the snow. The animals would destroy any evidence of his involvement, but just to make sure. He Blood Bent Jason again and slammed him into a tree before slamming him into the ground and leaving him.
"You bluffed your way through that?"
"No. I meditated and put myself into a trance, so he'd believe I was dead."
"How! The amount of pain you must have been in!"
"Pain means nothing to me. I told you. Once you've been beaten to near death with a crowbar you tend not to feel pain."
"So how did you get back?"
Four hours ago
Jason opened his eyes. He was in pain, but pain just meant that he was alive. His chest hurt, and his left arm was numb, but he pushed it to the back of his mind. He needed to get back. He had to stop Tarrlok... no matter the cost.
He pushed himself up and grabbed onto a tree to steady himself. Once he caught his breath, he took his first step. The water in the air was pulled towards him and healed his injuries.
When he arrived at the bridge leading to Republic City, he slowly made his way across. He was grateful that no one paid him any attention. When he finally made his way across the bridge he walked to the Theatre.
"And you guys know the rest." Jason said.
"So let me get this straight. You went to fight Tarrlok, got Blood Bent not once, twice, or three times. Not four or five times either. But six times! Tarrlok Blood Bent you six times!"
"Yes."
"No wonder you had a heart attack!"
"So. What's the prognosis doc?" Jason asked.
"You need bed rest."
"Sorry. I need to stop Tarrlok."
"You're Not going to stop, are you?"
"Not until he and Amon are dead... which reminds me. Montgomery."
"Yo."
"Why did you save my Bending and not Halo's or Azin's?"
"Because. I'm sorry to say that I could only save one, and don't take this the wrong way, but you're an AR-15 while Halo is an Uzi and Azin is a P2K."
"Harsh, but okay."
"Sorry. Also, you have the better skill set."
"I get it."
"If I can't stop you then we're going with you."
"Good. Is there anything you can do about this?" Jason asked.
"I've got this." Montgomery said placing a hand on Jason's shoulder causing Jason to glow blue and white. When the glow died down Jason felt stronger. He jumped out of bed and flexed. "Let's Go." He said getting dressed in his clothes and armor.
"To Air Temple Island, we go." Montgomery said opening a portal to Air Temple Island.
The trio stepped through and stepped onto the island where Korra, Mako, Bolin, Asami, and Halo were talking.
"What's up guys?" Jason asked.
"JASON!" Korra yelled running at him and tackling him. "Oh spirits, I thought I lost you!"
"You didn't. You can thank Lara and Montgomery for that."
Before Montgomery could say anything, Lara nut shot him causing him to drop to his knees. "Why?" He squeaked out.
"Because I know what you were going to say, and don't try denying it. You know what you were going to say."
"Jason!" Korra said. "What happened?"
"Tarrlok's going to start a war with the Equalists. He's going to arrest all non-Benders on the charge of suspected Equalists or Equalist Sympathizers."
"WHAT!" The group yelled.
"We can't let them have Asami!" Mako yelled.
"Who said we were going to?" Jason raised an eyebrow at Mako.
"Do you know when they plan on doing this?" Halo asked.
"By the end of the week."
"So." Montgomery said holding a med pack to his balls. "How are we going to cock block them?"
"I have an idea." Asami said.
They walked through the portal to a garage. "So why did you want us to come here Asami?" Lara asked.
Asami opened the garage door and showed them the Sato Mobile. "It won't be able to fit all of us."
"Don't worry." Montgomery said opening a portal. "I got this. Scrap Iron! Front and Center!"
An old WW1 troop transport rolled through the portal. "You called sir." It said in a gruff military voice.
"Yes. You're the one who can best blend in this time period. So, I need your help."
"Sir yes sir!"
"That car can talk." Bolin said. "Asami! Can your car talk?"
"No." Asami and Montgomery said at the same time. They looked at each other before Asami said. "Care to explain?"
"This 'Troop Transport' is a Transformer. Meaning that it changes from a robot to a vehicle or animal of some kind."
"Whoa! Do we get one?"
"No. Scrap Iron won't be transforming in the city because Republic City isn't ready for twenty foot robots yet."
"Ah! Come on!"
"Nope."
"Where do they even come from?"
"Another world."
"What do you mean by "other worlds"?"
"Jason, Lara and I are from different worlds."
"Really! Can we go see them?" Bolin asked excitedly."
"No." Montgomery said.
"But why not?!"
"Because. Like Jason, Lara, and myself they aren't from this world."
"You've said 'this world' a few times. What do you mean?"
"Just what I said. I'm from a different universe. So are Lara and Jason."
"Can we see your worlds then?" Bolin asked Jason and Lara.
"I don't know how to go back." Jason said. "Don't think I want to. At least I'm not a disgrace here."
"And you couldn't survive in my world." Lara said. "The gravity on my world is ten times that of Jason's world or this world."
Bolin's jaw hit the floor. "What's gravity?" He asked.
Lara facepalmed. "Fuck this Ass Backwards time."
Mako glared at Jason, Lara, and Montgomery.
"What?" Jason asked. "Do you think that we stole Korra and Asami from you because we are from different worlds?"
"If the shoe fits." Mako growled.
"False." Montgomery said. "You chased them into our arms"
Mako growled at Montgomery.
"Don't growl at him." Lara said. "Korra. Asami. Tell me what Mako did while you were dating?"
"He started dating Asami while we were still dating." Korra said.
"Asami?"
"Other than making some remarks, and what he did during the Truth or Dare game, nothing."
"Why were you trying to date Korra and Asami at the same time?"
"Well..." Korra said. "... I Kinda listened to Pema, and she told me to tell Mako how I felt, and I kissed him, and he may have been dating Asami at the time."
Everyone looked at Korra.
Jason facepalmed. "Korra..." He began only for the police radio in Asami's Sato Mobile to go off.
"Unit 2-16, cancel that 10-58 at Army Tower. Come back to the Station, over." Dispatch said.
"That's just an intoxicated pedestrian." Jason said. "Don't worry about that."
"I wanted to know why my dad had police scanners put in all of his Sato Mobiles." Asami said. "Guess I know why now."
"Should we hit the streets?" Montgomery asked.
"Sure. Why not."
"Get ready Republic City." Bolin said. "Cause you're about to be patrolled by Team Avatar."
"And Team Red Hood." Montgomery added. "Lara. You drive Scrap Iron. He'll do the driving, but you have the fastest mind here. Jason and I will take the gunner positions, and Halo..."
Halo looked at Montgomery.
"You can ride shotgun."
"What?"
"Sit next to Lara and keep a look out."
"Okay."
"Calling all units!" Dispatch said. "Level four alert! Jailbreak at Headquarters! Officers down, Electrocuted! Chi Blockers and Equalist convicts are still at large, armed and dangerous! Last seen heading east! I repeat Level four Alert! Equalist Jailbreak..."
"Let's go!" Jason said donning his Red Hood Helmet and jumping into the back of Scrap Iron with his guns ready.
"You're not going to use your Bending?" Lara asked.
"No. If Amon thinks that I can't Bend, then that's just another tool in my Arsenal that I can use to kick his ass later."
"That is a good plan."
"I know. Now let's go kick some ass."
Scrap Iron began driving, and they rolled out. They were driving for maybe five minutes before they found the Chi Blockers and escaped Equalists.
"Chi Blockers!" Mako yelled.
"I see em!" Jason yelled as he lined up a shot and pulled the trigger. He'd lied when he said that he wasn't going to use his Bending. When the firing pin hit the shell casing, he made the explosion a little stronger causing it to go faster and farther.
The Chi Blocker's head exploded as the bullet tore through.
"HEAD SHOT!" Montgomery yelled.
Jason aimed at the second Chi Blocker, but a van moved in front of them.
"I need a ramp!" Asami and Lara shouted in unison. Korra and Bolin created a ramp for them, but Team Red Hood wasn't going to make it.
"Ram it Scrap Iron!" Montgomery yelled.
"Coming through!" Scrap Iron announced before going faster and hitting the van with his back end and tipping it. He had to deploy his hands to keep them from tipping, but he didn't think anyone would notice. Montgomery pulled the scratches Scrap Iron made in the roads closed and hoped that no one saw a car with hands.
Mako threw a lightning bolt at the second Chi Blocker's bike hitting his back wheel causing it to burst and the Chi Blocker to spin out of control.
Bolin began chopping at the air sending earth disks at the Chi Blocker, but the Chi Blocker moved out of the way. The Chi Blocker tried popping a reverse Wheelie, and Bolin hit the back wheel causing the Chi Blocker to spin out of control.
Jason aimed and fired to make sure both wheels were out of commission.
The other Chi Blockers moved behind the truck and hit a button. Smoke began spewing from their bikes creating a smokescreen.
"Nice try ass holes." Jason said before hitting the side of his helmet and activating Thermal Imaging. He aimed at the Chi Blockers and fired twice making the explosions a little stronger. The Bullets flew through the air and found their marks. He saw the Chi Blockers spin out of control and into buildings causing their bikes to explode.
Asami put her goggles on to help her see through the smoke, but the smoke cleared shortly, and she moved them up off her eyes. "They just turned!" She yelled. "Hold on!"
They took the curve a little too fast, and Jason activated his Metal Bending grabbing the car and pulled it down, ripping the passenger side metal off. "Sorry!" He shouted to be heard.
Chi Blockers descended from the buildings and landed on Asami's Sato Mobile, and Scrap Iron.
Jason stood up and threw a punch at the closest Chi Blocker using Blood Bending to pull him closer to make his punch hit that much harder. The Chi Blocker's neck twisted to the side with a sickening crunch. He grabbed the second Chi Blocker and threw him at Montgomery who spartan kicked him back at Jason who kicked him in the balls and sent him into the air with a whimper of pain.
Montgomery grabbed his crotch in sympathy. "DUDE!" He yelled.
Jason aimed at the Chi Blocker and fired into his chest where his heart was, killing him.
The third and fourth Chi Blockers looked at Jason in horror and jumped off the truck.
Jason kneecapped them before looking at Asami's Sato Mobile. Mako had been knocked out of the Passenger side, and Montgomery used his blue magic to pick him up and place him on Scrap Iron with them. Jason jumped into the Sato Mobile and kicked the Chi Blocker who was reaching for Asami through the window and onto the road where Asami and Scrap Iron ran over them. Jason looked to see Korra grab the Chi Blocker reaching for her with an Aikido hold and flip them out the back and under Scrap Iron. They both reached for the Chi Blocker that was attacking Bolin and Jason broke one arm while Korra tried flipping them with Aikido, but ultimately broke their other arm. Jason grabbed them by their throat and threw him at Scrap Iron. He watched as the Chi Blocker slid off the front and down under Scrap Iron before turning around and looking at the truck. "RAM IT!" He yelled.
Asami floored the Sato Mobiles pedal and rammed the Sato Mobile into the back of the truck.
Jason jumped and caught the truck before he felt someone give him a boost. He looked back and saw Korra Air Bending him to give him a boost. He crawled up with her help, and Metal Bent a hole in the top of the truck before he dropped down and sealed the roof. He activated Thermal Imaging and proceeded to kick the shit out of the Equalist escapees and ripped a hole in the floor before he Earth Bent a spike into the hole ripping the rear axle out from under the truck.
The truck screeched to a halt and Jason held on until it came to a stop.
"Jason!" Korra yelled running to the truck and pounding on it.
Jason Metal bent the truck open. "I'm all right." He spoke.
Korra hugged him tightly before she slapped his chest. "Don't you ever do anything that scary again!" She chided.
"No promises." He spoke.
They gathered the Equalist's, and Chi Blockers and Montgomery healed the ones who were still alive and brought the ones who were dead back to life as Zombies... needless to say that they were kept away from their compatriots since they wanted to eat their brains, and flesh, and... other things.
By the time that was done the police and reporters had shown up and the reporters were taking pictures.
Two more police vehicles arrived and Tarrlok stepped out. "Avatar Korra!" He began. "What..." He was cut off when he saw Jason. "No. It can't be." He began.
"Tarrlok?" Montgomery asked. "Are you okay?"
"What is he doing here?" Tarrlok asked, pointing at Jason.
Montgomery looked confused and looked at Jason. "Who?" He asked.
"HIM!" Tarrlok snapped.
Asami, Bolin, Halo, Korra, Lara, and Mako looked at the spot Jason was standing, but didn't see anything. "Who?" They asked in unison.
Jason watched from a nearby building as Montgomery created an illusion of him that only Tarrlok could see. "The Tell-Tale Heart." He spoke.
"Excuse me. Councilman Tarrlok?" A reporter said. "Are you all right."
"Y-yes." Tarrlok said smoothing back his hair. "Now. Avatar Korra. What do you think you're doing?"
"Your job apparently." The illusion said.
"Oh, hey Tarrlok. Nice of you to show up finally. Here, we captured the escaped convicts for you."
Tarrlok glared at Korra, but the illusion glared right back.
"I know what you did." The illusion said.
"What you did was tear up the city and impede the REAL authorities in the pursuit of these criminals."
"Funny." The illusion said. "Where were the REAL authorities forty minutes ago?"
"Hmm." Korra said. "That's funny. I didn't see the REAL authorities, or YOUR task force the whole time. If it wasn't for Team Avatar or Team Red Hood, they would have gotten away."
"This is your last warning." Tarrlok said. "Stay out of my way."
"Or else what?" The illusion asked. "You going to Blood Bend and kidnap her too?"
Tarrlok spun around and stalked away.
Team Avatar came up behind Korra and they smiled. Team Red Hood looked up at a building as lightning flashed behind it, illuminating Jason's Silhouette. Lightning flashed again, and Jason was gone.
"Drama Queen." Halo said.
"You don't know the half of it." Montgomery replied.
The Next Day.
"Republic City stands as a Beacon of Freedom." Tarrlok told the Council. "The Equalists are using that freedom to tear it down."
"And you're not?" The illusion asked.
"That is why I am proposing a new law that will make it illegal for anyone to be a member of the Equalists, or even be associated with them."
"You didn't have many friends growing up, did you?"
"It also puts into effect a curfew, ensuring all non-Benders are in their own homes by nightfall."
"You might as well put that curfew on everyone, because you're going to have an uprising on your hands, which is what you want."
"This is going too far Tarrlok." Tenzin said.
"Finally. Someone with a fucking brain, granted a walnut sized one, but still bigger than yours, and yes, I mean dick size too. Your wife must be faking all of her Orgasms considering how much you're compensating."
"You can't punish ALL non-Benders for the actions of a few!"
"He's got you there."
"That kind of Cowardice will cause our city to fall into Amon's hands."
"Really? Cause the only coward I see here, is you."
"We must pass this law. All in favor?"

Three of the four council members raised their hands. Tenzin sighed a heavy sigh, and let his hands drop to his sides.
"Oh look. You made Tenzin mad. Do you feel a little bigger now that you got one up on the pacifist? Does it excite you? Arouse you? Make you want to go home and fuck your wife with your tiny Tarrlok? Maybe this time you get her to have an actual Orgasm this time instead of having to fake it like all the rest."

Tarrlok was glaring at Jason, but it turned into a smile. "I'm glad that I've hurt you and Korra, and know that when I go for Korra... I will make her beg like the bitch that she is."
"I wouldn't recommend it."

"Because if you harm a single hair on her head..." Jason floated closer to Tarrlok. "... There will be no force, dead or alive, that will keep me from slaughtering you."

Jason's Dragon Flatts Borough Base.

"Oh." Montgomery said. "He gets pissed off if you insult his masculinity. So, make sure to tell him that he's compensating for his tiny Tarrlok, he can't satisfy his wife, and his wife fakes her orgasms."

Montgomery led them to a group of police and Tarrlok who were holding back a group of non-Benders.
"Wait." Asami said coming up to them followed by Bolin, Halo, Lara, and Mako. "These people aren't armed OR dangerous."
"They'll be the latter if we don't get their lights on soon."
"Coming up." Montgomery said opening a portal.
"Wait." Jason said. "Let's let Korra take a shot at this. You have my double ready?"
"He hasn't left Tarrlok's side."
"Good. Let's break him."
"All non-Benders!" Saikhan said into a microphone. "Return to your homes immediately!"
"Yeah! As soon as you turn our power back on!" A man yelled before the crowd cheered.
Jason motioned Montgomery and Halo away.
"Disperse. Or you will all be arrested!"
"You Benders can't treat us this way!" A woman shouted.
"Mommy." Her daughter said, pointing at Korra and friends. "Look. It's the Avatar."
The crowd turned to look in the direction the girl was pointing. The woman and her daughter ran to the barricade.
"Please! Help us! You're our Avatar too!"
Jason looked at the daughter and baby, and suddenly a furnace lit in his gut. "Turn the power back on!" He projected his voice to be heard. "Do it now, or I will!"
The police turned their hands against him.
"You want to go?" He asked. "Well! Do you!"
"Jason." Lara said. "They're only doing what they're told to."
"Look at them." He said pointing at the non-Benders. "It's the middle of fucking Winter and they shut their power off!"
"Yes, but Tarrlok is telling them what to do."
"Everyone, please stay calm!" Korra yelled. "I'm going to put a stop to this!" She said as she walked away, Team Avatar right behind her.
Jason and Lara stayed where they were, Jason on a hair trigger.
"Montgomery." Jason whispered. "I want you to turn the power back on and set up the Generators as a backup plan."
"All right boss. Want me to throw up a shield generator around em?"
"Knock yourself out, just make sure they can't blow it up so fucking easily."
"Will do."
Jason looked back at the officers. "You're so fucking lucky Amon took my Bending away because if he hadn't, I'd be tearing through you guys like a hot knife through butter right now."
"JASON!" Lara snapped grabbing his arm. "They are just doing their damn jobs! If you want to blame anyone, blame..."
"Round up all these Equalists!" Tarrlok ordered.
The Officers picked up the barricades with their Metal Bending and began herding the non-Benders together before restraining them with the barricades and lifting the ground under their feet into the air. A few of the non-Benders scattered, but the rest were caught.
"STOP!" Korra yelled Earth Bending the non-Benders down and letting them get away.
"I think she just let your 'Prisoners' get away." The illusion said to Tarrlok.
Tarrlok ran forward snarling. He looked around and wouldn't be denied at least one prisoner. He Water Bent a water whip around Asami's wrist and caught her.
"Huh?" Asami said. "HEY! Let me go!"
Jason and Lara turned to see Tarrlok trying to restrain Asami. Lara ran at Tarrlok and slammed her foot into the back of his leg causing him to cry out in pain. "Leave her alone you piece of shi..." Lara disappeared, and Tarrlok looked around.
"Um? What are you doing?"
"She's under arrest!" Tarrlok said.
"Oh really?" Jason asked from behind Tarrlok as he donned his Red Hood Mask. "On what charge?"
Tarrlok spun around to see the man he thought he'd killed.
Lightning flashed behind Jason revealing his silhouette but when he reappeared, he reappeared as the battered form that Tarrlok had left in the woods to die.
"NO!" Tarrlok yelled pushing himself away from Jason. "Get away from me!"
"Make me Tarrlok! You can do it! You did it last time! Come on! Did you forget how to! Blood Bend me!"
"Blood Bend?" The officers said.
"You didn't know?" Jason asked. "That the good Councilman wasn't a Blood Bender?"
"No."
"Not surprised. He wants to start a war between the Equalists and the Benders, and if your little stunt would have succeeded, then he would have gotten his war. Now. You have two options! Take this bastard into custody or let me finish what I started!"
"As chief of police I..." Saikhan began only for his face to twist into pain.
"NO!" Tarrlok yelled. "It was going so..."
*CRACK-K-KACOOM! *
Saikhan fell to his knees and looked at Tarrlok who had a hole in his head. He looked up and saw smoke rising from a strange device in the man's hand. The man put the device away and looked at Saikhan. "You're welcome." He said before he walked over to his friends.
"Jason." Korra said. "What did you do?"
"I put a bullet in Tarrlok's brain. He won't be Blood Bending, starting any wars, or manipulating anyone else again."
"But Jason." Asami said. "You killed him. Don't you feel anything for him?"
"No. I am who I am."
"A killer!" Mako demanded.
"Well yes, but actually, no. I am the one who makes criminals shit themselves! I am the one who makes the ones who think they're untouchable realize that they are in fact, very touchable! I am the one who will cross the line when justice turns a blind eye! I am, Red Avatar!"
Everyone looked at Jason, but only Korra found the courage to laugh.
"I'm sorry." She laughed. "It's just! I know you, and that just made you sound like a drama queen!" She laughed even harder and grabbed her sides. "I'm sorry Jason! I know that you were trying to be dramatic, but I just can't take you seriously if you call yourself Red Avatar!" She fell to the floor and let the laughs consume her.
Jason picked her up and carried her back to the Dragon Flats Borough base. "Now Montgomery." He spoke.
The rest of Team Avatar turned around when they saw the area behind them light up. They looked out as Dragon Flats Borough lit up, and they heard cheering from all of the non-Benders.
"Well, I guess that's one problem solved." Asami said.
"What's the other problems?" Bolin asked.
"Whose side Jason is on." She spoke.
