Cleaves entered a hallway closely followed by both Gallifreyans and the others and saw that there were eyes in the wall, watching their every move.

"Ah. The eyes have it," the Doctor said, looking at the eyes.

"You mean literally?" Jack asked the Time Lord.

"I think that's what he meant," Rose answered the ex-Time Agent.

"Why are they here?" Amy asked the Doctor.

"To accuse...us," the Doctor answered.

"I was thinking the same thing," Rose told him, agreeing with her husband.

"Me too," Jack said, agreeing with both Gallifreyans.

"Ignore them. It's not far," Cleaves said as everyone ran forward before she followed them with the eyes watching her.

The Doctor, Rose, Cleaves and the others soon reached the thermostatic chamber as the Doctor and Cleaves ran over to the controls and went to work to change the settings.

"It's a chemical chain reaction now. I can't stop it," the Doctor told Cleaves as an alarm began blaring throughout the factory, "This place is going to blow sky high."

"Exactly how long have we got?" Cleaves asked him.

"An hour? Five seconds? Er, somewhere in between," the Doctor answered when suddenly there was an explosion as a klaxon went off and the machinery began to hiss, "Out!" The seven of them then ran out of the room.

Amy was the first to exit the room as she headed down the tunnel as Rory ran towards them from the other side of the tunnel.

"All right?" Rory asked her.

"Oh, Rory! Oh, Rory," Amy said, relieved as she hugged him.

"There's a way out. Jennifer found it," Rory told them, "A secret tunnel under the crypt."

"From the crypt?" Cleaves said with confusion in her voice, "It's not on the schematics."

"It runs right out of the monastery," Rory explained, "Maybe even under the TARDIS, Doctor, Rose. Follow me." He then headed off with Amy, Cleaves, Dicken and Jimmy following, while the Doctor, Rose and Jack hesitated and all exchanged a look before following Rory as well. the others follow.

John and Arkytior soon woke up and saw the gangars of Cleaves, Buzzer and Jimmy standing above them with Jimmy's gangar holding a torch in his hand.

"Got anything for a sore head?" John asked them.

"Yeah, my head hurts as well?" Arkytior said, agreeing with him.

"This is how they'll always treat us," Cleaves' gangar told them as John grabbed his sonic screwdriver from the grass next to him as Arkytior did the same with her sonic screwdriver, "Do you both see now? After all, you're both one of us...Doctor and Rose."

"Call me Smith. John Smith," John sighed as he placed his sonic screwdriver in his tweed jacket's pocket.

"And call me Arkytior," Arkytior told them as she placed her sonic screwdriver in her jacket's pocket as well.

Meanwhile back with both Gallifreyans and the others, Cleaves led the way as Rory led them to the acid room.

"We can't leave without Buzzer," Jimmy protested as he entered the acid room with both Gallifreyans and Jack.

"I'll go back for him," Cleaves told him.

"Doctor, Rose, look...I'd better tell you both, I haven't been quite straight with the two of you…" Rory began to tell both Gallifreyans when Jennifer suddenly reached out in front of Rory, closing the door, locking the others in the acid room.

"Rory!" The Doctor shouted as he, Rose and Cleaves rushed towards the door and tried to open the door.

"C'mon, Jennifer, we don't need to lock them up," Rory told Cleaves, "We should just show them what we've found."

"I don't think so," Jennifer responded.

"Rory Pond, Roranicus Pondicus!" The Doctor said, yelling at him.

"Let us out!" Both Rose and Jack yelled at the same time.

"Rory! What the hell are you playing at?!" Amy asked her husband.

"They've been throwing away old Flesh and leaving it to rot, alive! I think the world should see that," Rory explained.

"Rory, there is no time," the Doctor told him, "This factory's about to explode!"

"He's right, Rory, we don't have time to look at it, the factory could blow any minute!" Rose said, agreeing with her husband.

"Are you sure about this?" Rory asked Jennifer, "'Cause I'm not. Let them out."

"The little girl got strong," Jennifer told Rory.

"What?" Rory said with confusion.

"The little girl lost on the moors in her red wellies? Looking for a way home?" Jennifer explained, "Well, she got strong, Rory. I told you, remember?"

"But that wasn't...it was the other Jennifer that told me about being a little girl," Rory said, still confused on how she knew that she told him that.

"Oh? What other Jennifer?" Jennifer asked him as her eyes suddenly glowed.

Well, the... the... wait, you tricked me? Let me go, I'll open the door," he said as he realized that she was a gangar when she grabbed him by the arm to stop him, "Let me…" he then looked at his wife as Jennifer's gangar dragged him away, "I'm sorry!"

"No!" Amy yelled as he pounded on the window with disgust before walking away as Cleaves' gangar looked at the original cleaves

"We have to be free," Cleaves' gangar told the original Cleaves.

"I'm sorry too, Miranda. Of all the humans in the world, you had to pick the one with the clot," Cleaves told her ganagr as she pointed at the left side of her forehead, "But hey, them's the breaks. Welcome to the human race." Cleaves' gangar then walked away as the original Cleaves walked away from the door as she noticed that both Gallifreyans were using their Sonic screwdrivers on the acid, taking readings of the acid with them.

"This is going to overheat and fill the room with acid, just as a point of interest," the Doctor said as he extended his screwdriver and looked at the readings from his sonic screwdriver before closing it and placing it back in his tween jacket's pocket.

"And that's bad," Rose added as she placed her sonic screwdriver back in her jacket as well.

"And we can't stop it?" Cleaves asked them.

"Just as a point of interest, no," the Time Lord answered.

"You created another ganger just to trick me. You tricked me!" Rory said, yelling at Jennifer's gangar as they stood in the monastery's dining hall with every ganger, including John and Arkytior with john sitting on top of a table, while Arkytior stood next to him as Rory slammed his hand on the table, "When I found you, you were both Flesh and you tricked me into trusting you! Jen's dead, isn't she?"

"She's gone, Rory! Gone!" both John and Arkytior answered at the same time.

"Shuttle, we're dropping down on our approach. Stand by for evac," the man over the transmitter from earlier said, contacting them.

"The humans will be melted, as they deserve. And then the factory will be destroyed. Once we get to the mainland, the real battle begins. The humans won't stand a chance," Jennifer's gangar told them before snapping her fingers as she pointed one of her fingers at John and Arkytior, "You're both one of us, Doctor and Rose. Join the revolution."

"I've got to go and get them out," Rory said as he went to leave, only for John to push Rory back as he and Arkytior stood by Jennifer's gangar and the other gangars as he looked at John and Arkytior with betrayal on his face.

Back in the acid room, Dicken was lowering a cap over the vat of acid.

"It'll never hold her," Jimmy told him.

"If you have a better plan, I'm all ears," the Doctor told them, "In fact, if you have a better plan, me and Rose will take you to a planet where everyone is all ears.

"I think I have a plan," Rose announced, causing everyone to stare at her as the lid slammed shut, "What about Jack using his squareness gun on the door's lock?"

"Sorry, Rose, I left it back in the TARDIS," Jack told the Time Lady.

"Well, that was the only idea I could come up with to get us out," Rose said, knowing that they probably couldn't get out without the TARDIS or Jack's sonic blaster.

"Doctor, Rose, we can't just let them die," Rory told John and Arkytior with a disbelief expression on his face.

"Ring, ring," John said as he looked at his watch.

"Doctor! Rose!" Rory said as he began to approach them.

"Ring, ring!" John yelled as he pushed Rory back again.

"Oh…" Rory said as he looked at them, feeling betrayed.

"The acid's eating through," Cleaves said as she watched the acid room's vat when the building suddenly shook yet again.

"Stay!" Arkytior ordered Rory as she pointed at Rory, who tried to take advantage of the quake to get past her and the other gangars.

"OK," Rory said, stopping as he puts his hands up when suddenly a phone begins to ring.

"Ah, that'll be the phone," John announced, "Somebody get the phone. Jimmy, get the phone. No? Fine, I'll get the phone. Stay put." He then ran over to where the phone that was ringing was and picked up and used his sonic screwdriver on it, causing a hologram of a young boy around five years old with brown hair appeared.

"Thank you for booking your holo-call with Morpeth Jet…" the phone's operator said before looking and saw the young boy.

"Ha! Hello, Adam, I'm the Doctor. Well, Other Doctor," John said, introducing himself to the young boy as Jimmy's ganger slowly stood up, "Or Smith. It's complicated and boring. Anyway, who cares, it's your birthday!"

"Yay!" Adam said, excitedly.

"Yay! Now, have you been getting up very early and jumping on the bed?" John asked as he began jumping up a bit before stopping.

"Yes, really high," Adam answered.

"I expect chocolate for breakfast," John told him, "If you don't feel sick by mid-morning, you're not doing it right. Now, I think you want to speak to Dad."

"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!" Adam answered as John looked back at Jimmy's gangar, "Daddy?"

"You'll do, Jimmy. What does the other Jimmy matter now? You're both the same dad, aren't you? Come on, Adam's waiting," John said, walking up to Jimmy.

"Yeah, he's your son, too," Arkytior said, agreeing with John.

"Daddy?" Adam said, calling out to his father's gangar when suddenly there was another quake, "Daddy, what's that rumbly noise? What's going on, Daddy?" Jimmy's gangar then suddenly ran out of the room, "Daddy?"

"You've both tricked him into an act of weakness, Doctor and Rose," Jennifer's gangar told John and Arkytior.

"No, I've helped him into an act of humanity," John corrected her, "Anyone else like the sound of that? Act of humanity.

"I do, John," Arkytior answered.

"Dicken, drain the acid well in crypt one," Cleaves' gangar ordered Dicken's gangar, who immediately left the room to follow her orders.

"Don't you dare!" Jennifer's ganger said, with anger in her voice.

"I've had it with this! What's the point in this ridiculous war?" Cleaves' gangar asked her, "Look at you, Jen. You were a sweet kid. Look at you now. Stuff of nightmares. I don't want my world populated by monsters."

"You can't stop the factory from melting down, 'boss'," Jennifer's gangar told her, "I'll take revenge on humanity with or without you."

"It doesn't have to be about revenge," John told her, "It can be so much better than that."

"Yeah, it could be something more peaceful," Arkytior said, agreeing with John when Jennifer's gangar suddenly stormed out of the room in anger.

Back in the acid room, Jimmy was struggling to keep the lid covering the vat filled with acid.

Jimmy and Dicken's gangars were running through the halls to the acid room before approaching the door to the acid room as Jimmy's gangar began typing in the code to the door before sliding the door's lever counterclockwise as the door opened up when acid suddenly escaped the vat and slashed onto the original Jimmy's chest, causing him to scream and fall back to the floor with the Doctor and Rose helping him when Jimmy's gangar suddenly ran into the acid room.

"Let me through!" Jimmy's gangar said as he made his way to his human counterpart as he saw him lying on the ground.

"There's nothing we can do," Rose told Jimmy's gangar, sympathetically, "The acid's reached his heart."

"Hang in there, mate," Jimmy's ganger told his human counterpart, who gasped for air.

"I'm quite handsome from this angle," Jimmy said, joking with his gangar before continuing to gasp for air.

"I'm...sorry. I'm the fake," Jimmy's gangar told his human counterpart, "Adam deserves his real dad."

"Shut up," Jimmy told his gangar.

"What do you want me to do?" Jimmy's gangar asked his human counterpart, "Anything, just say."

"The way things are, mate... it's up to you now," Jimmy told his gangar as he pulled on a cord that was around his neck and pressed it into his gangar's hand "Be a dad. You remember how." Jimmy then passed away, closing his eyes with everyone watching.

"Jimmy Wicks...you're a dad," the Doctor said as Jimmy's gangar held up his human counterpart's wedding band.

Back in the Dining hall, Rory, Arkytior, John and Cleaves' gangar were the only ones in the room as Adam's hologram was still connected.

"Daddy? Where's my daddy?" Adam asked them when Jimmy's gangar suddenly entered the room followed by the others with Rory running up to Amy as they hugged each other, while Cleaves ran up to her gangar, while Jimmy's gangar approached the hologram of his son, "Daddy, it's me!"

"Hey, sunshine!" Jimmy's gangar asked his son, laughing nervously, "What are you up to?"

"Opening all my presents," Adam answered.

"Haha, good lad. You have fun today," Jimmy's gangar told him, "And remember, your dad... he loves you very, very much."

"When are you coming home?" Adam asked his father.

"Daddy's coming home today, Adam," John answered.

"Yay!" Adam said, excitedly as he danced excitedly, causing Jimmy's gangar to smile.

"Now we need to move," Arkytior told everyone before she and John began to leave the room before the others began to follow them.

One of the Doctors was leading the way as they ran through one of the monastery's halls before stopping as they came across Jennifer's ganger, who had become misshapen and elongated.

"Run. Run. Run!" The Doctor said as they turned back the way they came as Jennifer's gangar was now moving on all-fours as they ran through a narrow hallway into another room as the room's roof groaned, "Ooh, roof's going to give."

"We have to stop her," Dicken's gangar said as he and his human counterpart closed the metal door that they just ran through, "This door doesn't lock."

"No, but the far one does," Dicken told his gangar before he ran down the hall to the far door and pulled on it, only for it to be jammed as Jennifer's gangar continues to get closer, snarling and knocking objects to the ground as soon Dicken pulled part of the handle off and finally closed the door but stayed on the other side, sacrificing himself, screaming with his scream being carried down the hall.

"No!" Dicken's gangar yelled as he slammed the door shut with Cleaves' gangar, Rose and the Doctor helping him.

"Here she comes," the Doctor said, looking up at the roof when the TARDIS suddenly fell through the roof.

"Oh, she does like to make an entrance!" John said, excitedly.

"Yeah, she does," Arkytior said, agreeing with him.

"Move!" the Doctor said as he approached the TARDIS and opened the TARDIS' doors.

"Go, go, go, go!" John ordered Cleaves' and Dicken's gangars.

"Yeah, go on without us," Rose said, agreeing with him as Dicken's gangar ran into the TARDIS.

"Get on board! Go!" Cleaves' gangar ordered her human counterpart.

"I'm not leaving," Cleaves told her gangar, refusing to leave as Jennifer's gangar suddenly banged against the door.

"Go," Cleaves' gangar ordered her human counterpart before she ran into the TARDIS.

"Now's our chance," Amy told the Doctor and Rose.

"We have to stay. Hold this door closed," the Doctor told her, "Give you time to dematerialise."

"He's right, Amy, 'Cause if we don't stop the mutant that is Jennifer's gangar will be set upon the world that would be catastrophic," Rose said, agreeing with him.

"Oh, don't you both be crazy," Amy told them, "OK, what happens to you both?"

"Well, this place is just about to explode. But we can stop her," the Doctor explained.

"You both can survive this, OK?" Amy asked them.

"Or perhaps you both think we should stay instead... Mr Smith and Arkytior?" John told the Doctor and Rose as he and Arkytior approached them.

"No, of course not," Amy protested as she approached him, "But look, these two, I've flown with them, you know? And you both are amazing and yeah, I misjudged you, but you're not them. I'm sorry."

"Amy, we swapped shoes," the Doctor, who was blocking the Door with Cleaves' gangar and Rose, explained, "I'm the Doctor and she's Rose."

"And we're the Flesh," John and Arkytior told her, telling her that what the Doctor, who was blocking the door with Cleaves' gangar and Rose, was true.

"You can't be," Amy said with denial as she turned to John and Arkytior, "You're the real Doctor and Rose."

"No, we're not, and we haven't been all along," John and Arkytior both said at the same time.

"What?" Amy said with surprise and confusion.

"I'm the original Doctor and she's the original Rose, Amy," the Doctor explained as he nodded towards Rose, "We both had to know if the four of us were truly the same. It was important, vital, we learn about the Flesh. And we could only do that through your eyes."

Amy looked at John and Arkytior for a second before running up to them and tightly hugged them, "I never thought it possible," she told them.

"What?" Both John and Arkytior asked her at the same time.

"You're both twice the people I thought you both were," Amy explained.

"You'll need to push, Amy. But only when she tells you to," Arkytior whispered to Amy when Jennifer's gangar suddenly banged on the door behind them, startling them.

"Amy, come on!" Rory ordered his wife.

"Listen to your husband, Amy," Jack said, agreeing with Rory, "We need to enter the TARDIS." She then rushed past the Doctor and Rose.

"Well, our deaths arrives, I suppose," John told the Doctor and Rose.

"But this one, we're not invited to," the Doctor told him, causing Rose to look at him with confusion.

"Pardon?" John asked him with confusion.

"What do you mean our deaths?" Rose and Arkytior asked at the same time.

"Nothing. Your molecular memory can survive this, you know. It may not be the end," the Doctor explained to the gangars as he tossed him his sonic screwdriver.

"If I turn up to nick all your biscuits, you'll know you were right," John told his Gallifreyans counterpart, causing the Doctor to chuckle before nodding at his and Rose's gangars, who nodded back at him.

"Doctor! No, please…" Amy protested as Rory guided her back to the TARDIS with the Doctor, Rose and Jack following them.

"You too, Cleaves, off you pop," John told Cleaves' gangar.

"Yeah, you should go with them, Cleaves," Arkytior said, agreeing with John.

"I'm staying," Cleaves' gangar said, refusing to leave her factor with the others.

"This is not the time for grand gestures," John told her.

"You really should go with them, Cleaves," Arkytior said, agreeing with him.

"Says the king and queen of grand gestures!" Cleaves' gangar told them, "This is my factory! I'm not going anywhere."

"Foreman Miranda Cleaves, marvellous!" He told Cleaves' gangar before kissing her forehead, "Beware of imitations."

"Clear off out of here, the lot of you!" Cleaves' gangar ordered both Gallifreyans and the others, who then ran into the TARDIS.

"This will dissolve her," John said as he held his sonic screwdriver in his hand.

"And us too," Cleaves' gangar added as the TARDIS dematerialized.

"There may be a way back from this," Arkytior told her as John tossed his sonic screwdriver from hand-to-hand.

"From being vaporised? How?" Cleaves' gangar asked them with confusion.

"Don't know. Let's find out, eh?" He answered.

"I love you, Theta," Arkytior told John as she kissed him passionately before they opened the door with all three of them holding John's sonic screwdriver.

"Geronimo!" John said before they activated the sonic screwdriver as they along with Jennifer's gangar dissolved as they melted into Flesh.

The Doctor was leaning against the console with Rose standing next to him when Amy suddenly walked over to him and wrapped her hands around his arm.

"The energy from the TARDIS will stabilise the gangers for good," the Doctor told Cleaves and the gangars, "They're people now."

"And what happens to me?" Cleaves asked both Gallifreyans as she pointed at her forehead, "I still have this."

"Ah, that's not a problem," he told her as he snapped his fingers as he recalled what Rose's ganger told them when they began to escape the factory, "Like Rose told you earlier, we have something for that. It's small and red and tastes like burnt onions, ha!" He then pulled a vial out from under the console, "But it'll get rid of your blood clot." He then tossed the vial to Cleaves, who caught it as he grabbed a red balloon, "Happy endings."

Adam was standing on a shore of a beach, wearing a winter coat as a red balloon drifted by.

"Hey! Hello, bud," Adam suddenly heard his father's voice call to him before turning around and saw him, who was out of his acid suit.

"Daddy, you're back!" Adam said, excitedly as Adam ran towards him.

"Hello, my boy!" Jimmy said as he lifted Adam up and twirled him around as both the Doctor and Rose watched from a distance, holding each other's hand, "How are you doing?"

The TARDIS materialized in a lobby at Morpeth-Jetson HQ as The Doctor, Rose, Cleaves and Dicken, who was now out of his acid suit slowly walked out of the TARDIS along with Jack and began to walk towards the main door followed by Amy and Rory.

"You three really want us to do this?" Cleaves asked both Gallifreyans and the ex-Time Agent.

"You need to tell them to give gangars equal rights," Rose told her.

"Besides, what happened at your factory at the monastery was the beginning of the Ganagar Revolution," Jack added, agreeing with her.

"Your company's telling the world that the situation is over. You need to get in there and tell them that the situation and revolution has only just begun," the Doctor told Cleaves, agreeing with his wife and Jack, "Make them understand what they're doing to the Flesh. Make them stop. Dicken, remember, people are good. In their bones, truly good. Don't hate them, will you?"

"How can I hate them?" Dicken asked him, rhetorically, "I'm one of them now."

"Yeah, and just remember, people died," the Doctor reminded them, "Don't let that be in vain. Make what you say in that room count."

"Ready?" Cleaves asked Dicken as they walked towards the door, "Side by side."

"You got it, boss," Dicken replied as she opened the door as both Gallifreyans and their companions heard a press conference happening inside the room.

"Have the army dealt with the imposters?" They heard a reporter ask as the door closed behind Cleaves as Dicken.

"Are you both OK?" Amy asked the Doctor and Rose as she nudged them.

"I said breathe, Pond, remember?" The Doctor reminded her, "Well, breathe."

"Why?" Amy asked him.

"Do as he says, Amy and breathe," Rose told her.

Amy then breathed, causing her to double over and gasp in pain, "Ohh! Whoa. Oh!" She said with pain in her voice.

"What's wrong with her?" Jack and Rory both asked at the same time as Rory caught her, stopping her from falling to the floor.

"Get her into the TARDIS," the Doctor told them as he and Rose walked back to the TARDIS as Jack and Rory followed both Gallifreyans as they helped Amy back to the TARDIS and reentered the TARDIS as the Doctor walked up to the TARDIS' console with Rose

"What's happening with Amy?" Jack asked them.

"Contractions," the Doctor explained.

"Contractions?" Rory repeated with confusion.

"Oh, for Rassilon's sake, she's going into labour," Rose explained.

"Did they say...?" Amy said with disbelief, "No, of course they didn't. Rory, Jack, I don't like this. Ow!" She then gripped her stomach as she bent over in more pain than before.

"You'll have to start explaining this to us!" Rory told them.

"What, the birds and the bees? She's having a baby," the Doctor explained, "We needed to see the Flesh in its early days. That's why I scanned it. That's why we were there in the first place. We were going to drop you and Amy off for fish and chips first, but things happened and there was stuff and shenanigans. Beautiful word, shenanigans."

"It hurts!" Amy muttered.

"You'll be OK?" Rory assured her.

"Yeah, you will, because even I have been pregnant before," Jack told her, "Humans of any gender from the 51st Century can get pregnant."

"Breathe. I needed enough information to block the signal to the Flesh," the Doctor told Amy.

"What signal?" Amy asked both Gallifreyans.

"He means the signal to you," Rose explained.

"Doctor? Rose?" Amy said with confusion.

"Stand away from her, Rory," the Doctor ordered the nurse.

"Stand away from her too, Jack," Rose told the ex-Time Agent.

"Why? No! And why?" Rory asked as Jack stepped away from Amy.

"Given what we've learned, I'll be as humane as I can, but I need to do this and you need to stand away!" The Doctor told Rory, who looked at Amy, who shook her head before he looked at the Doctor and Rose before backing away from Amy and stood next to Jack.

"No. No!" Amy said with fear as she looked away from Rory and looked at the Doctor, "Doctor, I am frightened. I'm properly, properly scared."

"Don't be. Hold on. We're coming for you, I swear it. Whatever happens, however hard, however far, we will find you," he reassured her as he put his hand over Amy's cheek.

"I'm right here!" Amy protested as she placed her hands over his arm.

"No, you're not. You haven't been here for a long, long time," the Doctor told her as he pulled out his sonic screwdriver, extending it as he aimed it at her as Rory and Jack gasped in shock.

"Oh, no!" Amy muttered as the Doctor activated his sonic screwdriver, causing her to melt into Flesh.

Amy then suddenly woke up with a gasp in an unknown place, lying on a bed and dressed in a white hospital gown as above her, a window slid open, revealing the eye patched woman that she's been keep seeing since she and the others went to America in 1969.

"Well, dear, you're ready to pop, aren't you? Little one's on its way," the eye patched woman told her as Amy looked down and saw that she had a pregnant belly and saw that she was in a position about to give birth as she began whimpering, "Here it comes. Pu-u-u-ush!" Amy then began to scream in pain.
