Rosita was confident in her decision to leave the Enchanted Tiki Room. She would miss José and the others terribly, but she wanted to get out into the world.
And get out she did.
She joined the skippers of the Jungle Cruise as they travelled the world's waterways.
She'd been so many places. Wonderful places. And not-so wonderful places.
The last thing she really expected was to have turned into a travelling performer, but that's what happened. And she loved it. Singing, joking, creating smiles all over the world.
Leaving the Tiki Room was the best decision she ever made.
Rosita, a bird from the Tiki Room, is stated to be missing from the Disneyland version. She's since showed up in a lot of places - on the Jungle Cruise, at Trader Sam's, at Tumbleweed - where Disney World's Big Thunder Mountain is set. And at the Tropical Hideaway restaurant, where she's seen laughing and joking with guests.
So whatever happened to Rosita? She made the best decision of her life.
