The two were out on an isolated field on the outskirts of Sherman. They went into their fighting stances, Stella squatted slightly with her fists ready, while lance was up with his hands out, smiling at the fairy. They waited to see who would make the first move.

Stella was the one. She did a simple punch to the chest, that lance blocked. She went for a kick in the shin, lance grabbed her foot and flipped her over. Lance pinned her, much to her dismay.

"Getting a little rusty, huh?" Lance said in her ear. She blew some hair out her face.

"No. Just getting warmed up!" She emitted a bright light off of herself, blinding lance and the heat from the light burned his skin a little. He jumped off, rubbing his eyes. Stella got up to tackle him into the ground, grabbing his wrists and pinning him down.

"Looks like you're the one that's rusty." She smirked.

"Alright you win this round." He mumbled.

Stella giggles before letting go of his wrists. She still sat on his stomach, not that It bothered him. She leaned down to kiss him, cupping his face. He returned it before putting his hands on her waist. Slowly his hands slid down, grabbing her butt. Stella jumped, blushing hard.

"Lance..!"

He looked at her, smirking. "Did I scare you?"

"No!" She said grabbing her hair to examine it so she didn't look at him. "Just surprised me."

"Relax. I won't do anything else unless you say it's ok." He kisses her forehead and sat up.

"Alright. We're getting off track. Time for some aerial training." He turned on his armor, and flew up into the sky. Stella transformed, sighing as she flew to catch up.

"Ready?" Lance yelled through his armor.

"Ready!" Stella confirmed. Lances armor produced a missile, aiming for Stella. She flew away, making chase out of it. Twisting and turning to avoid it, however the missile was gaining up. When it finally reached her feet, she formed an orange bubble around her body, protecting her from the blast. She uncurled In the smoke, looking majestic in lance's eyes. It was a good thing all Stella could see is the blank face of his robotic armor, because his face was looking scrambled.

"Alright! Your turn!" She smiled evilly. She started glowing, hair raising up a bit. She clapped her hands together, hard. A large solar flare like substance started to go after lance. He flew away from it, like Stella. He turned back to see it form into a lion, running after its prey. He shot his bullets at it, to no effect.

"No fair!" He yelled, Stella giggling the whole time.

Meanwhile, Katy was looming around, behind a cloud. She scowled at the two, hating how their relationship was going so swell, while she pined for a man who's after someone else. When this is all over, seeing Stella suffer as she takes her last breath, it'll all be worth it, and she'll have her man to herself. She's always hated the fairy for this. Doesn't help either that she had her enchantix powers, while she's stuck in her simple charmix form. It's not like she'll be getting it anytime soon, not having a care in the world for anyone to risk saving. Another reason to hate the fairy of the sun and moon.

As the lion shaped light zoomed past her, she added her own magic into it. A purple orb with a little tail like a comet was thrown into the mix, taking over the eyes of the shape. She dove into the cloud as lance darted past, and stayed around to watch the fireworks.

The lion turned around, looking at lance evilly. Lance had his spear out, ready for the fight. The lion pounced, but missed. Angry, the shape lifted its paw, revealing purple claws, and swung. The claws turned into smoke as it went through his armor, penetrating dark magic into it. Lance yelled in pain, shaking uncontrollably. The magic seeped into his Brain, filling with pain and agony. His armor went flying down to the ground.

"Lance!" Stella screamed. She followed him down, witnessing him crash landing into the field below. His armor turned off to reveal him curled up in pain.

"Lance! Are you ok!? What happened!??" She rested a hand on his shoulder.

He couldn't say anything. He felt like his brain was gonna explode, filling with more pain and now with Epinephrines. Why was she screaming at him? She's the reason you're in pain!

"What the hell was that!? Are you trying to kill me!?" He snapped. Stella jumped back.

"No! Of course not!"

"This was suppose to be flying exercises! You come out with that thing and it penetrated my armor! I can't fight against that!"

"Lance, I'm sor-"

"NO! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT JUST DID TO ME!? I CRASHED, STELLA! I COULDVE DIED!" He sat up, looking down on her with pure anger. Stella looked scared for a moment.

Katy snickered, flying away before being noticed. She pulled out her phone as she flew, relaying the message to baron.

"I think that's enough training for today." He mumbled, looking away.

Stella looked concerned, but looked away too. She made a portal in front of them, both jumping in and appearing in their backyard in Sherman. Lance started to walk into the house, but was stopped by Stella, who grabbed his wrist.

"Lance.."

he shook it off, hard.

"Don't touch me." He muttered again.

Stella sighed, looking at him in sadness.

3:45

Still no word from Katy. Baron paced around the living room, waiting. It shouldn't take that long to sabotage someone. What was keeping her?

Ilana started walking downstairs for snack, when she noticed Baron's pacing. A confused look ran on her face.

"Is something wrong?" She asked

"Why isn't Stella back yet?"

"Her and lance like to go out to train. You don't have to worry about her safety, she's got lance to protect her." She shrugged, walking closer to the kitchen. She quickly grabbed a snack and when she noticed him still pacing, she gave him a small smile.

"They'll be back soon, baron. Just give them more time."

"I'm her bodyguard, princess. I should be out there with her, not lance. It's my job to protect her."

"Yes, but she's in good hands. You don't have to worry about her getting hurt. Trust me." She turned back to head up to her room.

Baron sighed of annoyance as he sat back down on the couch. He closed his eyes, thinking of how Katy is making it worse for the two. He hoped to hear from her soon, but still nothing. Maybe this is how modula felt with him taking his time with this mission. Modula didn't have to kill someone he cared for though. He can wait for all he cared. He's not gonna punish him, he's the best assassin he's got!

He felt his watch vibrate. His wrist flew up so quickly to Check the message.

Alright, I've spelled him. They should be coming back momentarily. Let's just get the you wooing Stella then killing her over with.

Ok

Baron heard sounds coming from the backyard. He went into the kitchen to the back door, only to be pushed by lance, who clearly wasn't in a good mood.

"Outta my way, Baron!" He yelled, stomping upstairs. A slam could be heard. Baron turned to see Stella looking in, with a sad look on her face.

"Everything alright, Stella?" He asked. She looked at him, a look of worrisome spread on her face.

"I don't know what happened. I think i hurt lance on accident with a spell. "

"That's why he seemed moodier than usual." He noted.

"He just needs time to cool down. I'll check on him later." She walked into the house, slowly, as she was feeling bad with what happened in the field. She trudged upstairs, hearing lance stomp around his room, grumbling and throwing stuff. She shuddered and finally made it to her room, where she curled in bed in shame. She fell asleep, waking up at 6. Stella sat straight up and ran out of her room, straight to lance's. She knocked gently.

"Lance? Are you ok?"

Nothing. Silence.

"I'm coming in." She announced. She saw him in bed, curled up in a fetal position, hands holding the sides of his head. She sat next to him in bed, rubbing his back gently.

"What do you want?" He mumbled

"Lance? I'm sorry for hurting you. You know i would never do it on purpose."

"Still hurts."

"I know. I feel terrible."

Lance's head whipped around.

"YOU feel terrible? You're not the one in agonizing pain!" Stellas head backed up

"I said i was sorry."

"Yeah you're sorry alright."

Stella stood up, backing away from him, tears forming in her eyes. She wasn't gonna cry. Not yet.

"So does this mean we're not going out tonight?"

"Why would i wanna do that?" He sat up in his bed, giving her a heated glare.

"Because you promised me you'd make up for last night."

"Things change. Now get out. I don't wanna look at you." He laid back down. He shook from anger and from the headache he was getting again.

Stellas face melted into a look of despair and she trudged to the door, still holding the tears back. She turned, standing in the door way.

"Goodnight, Lance."

"UGH GET OUT!!" He yelled. He grabbed a dumbbell on the floor and threw it at her. She gasped as she caught it with her magic. When she looked up in shock, there he was with a look of pure anger in his eyes. He slammed the door on her face. She leaned against it, staring at the dumbbell in her hands. She was shaking uncontrollably the longer she stared and realized what he did. She placed the dumbbell in front of the door and walked back to her room. She collapsed into her bed, crying hard into her pillow. A few minutes past and she heard someone open her door. She sprang up, tears still dripping from her face.

"Lance??" She said, hoping it was him coming in to apologize. Her face dropped when she saw it was baron. She looked away.

"What do you want?"

"Are you ok? I heard lance yelling."

"I'm fine. Go away." She felt him come closer, cupping her face to make her look at him. She looked away from him, feeling embarrassed to be seen crying.

"Did he hurt you?"

"Of course not. I'm fine."

"You don't look fine. He did hurt you."

"He's just mad."

"That's why there is a dumbbell outside his room?"

"I said he was mad."

"That doesn't mean throwing stuff at you is justified."

"Well... i guess i deserved it." Tears started dripping down her face harder.

"I hurt him badly."

Baron wiped her tears away. "Come on. Let's get you something to drink."

"I don't want Ilana seeing me like this."

"She and the robot are gone. There was a thing called a "movie" that they went to go see. It's just us three. "

"Alright." Stella said and Baron grabbed her hand to lead her to the kitchen. He poured her a glass of water.

"Here. You've been crying a lot. You need to hydrate."

She stared into the glass. Only a single tear came down, because she was so dehydrated to produce more.

"Stella, it'll be alright. You're a strong, beautiful woman. Any man would be lucky to have someone like you. "

"You think so?" She asked, finally looking at him. Her brown eyes pierced into his with so much sadness, it made his heart ache.

"I know so."

Stella drank the water and gave him a small smile. He returned it and held her hand.

"I'm serious, Stella. There are many men who would dream to have you by their side. And would go through many lengths to do it."

"Umm.. i think i should head back upstairs. Thank you, Baron." She stood up, not making eye contact with him and went to walk out. Baron walked out with her, following her to the stairs.

"Well.. goodnight, baron." She looked up at him again, only to blush some more. He cupped her face, smiling at her softly.

"Goodnight Stella. Hope you feel better."

"I think I already have." Stella replied. She went upstairs, smiling harder about baron. She turned to him when she reached the top, to see him staring. She chuckled before heading back to her room.

Baron jumped excitedly. He jumped onto the couch, with a pumped up "yes" coming out his mouth.
