START FLASHBACK:

Dumbledore had seen that they might need Hermione's Time Turner again. In the understanding that you could not change anything you knew had happened. But told them if someone was dying, but not dead, they could go back with all the medical help needed and save them. Also it would not work for his hand. This had allowed Hermione to save harry from the frozen lake and the Locket. She had summoned Ron. Harry did not know this is why Hermione forgave him. Of course the potions in the food he brought, helped in that a lot.

END FLASHBACK:

Harry still had the time turner and was planning on saving as many others as possible. He did not see Tonks die, or Lavender, or about twenty others. He hated having seen Colin's body. But with the words he spoke, he suddenly felt like a mixture of the Time Turner and side along Apparition happened. He had the wand in his hand, he appeared behind a obvious Death Eater and blasted him with a Diffindo to the neck, there by severing it. He watched as a wraith he knew very well came out and both pieces tried to escape into the night. The Elder Wand did something on it's own and both pieces screamed and dissolved. It was then he noticed a boy and girl baby in a crib and his beautiful mum on the floor. He did not know what was going on, but tears blinded him.

START FLASHBACK:

Tom Marvolo Riddle, known as Lord Voldemort was happy. Peter had proved to him to be a great gift. The prophecy said it was either Rose Potter or Ginevra Weasley that was supposed to defeat him. Ha, with what he knew, it would not be so. He killed James no problem. He did get a bone breaker to his left arm, but it would be fixed, as soon as he ended the Potters.

He went up the stairs, Lilly tried to plead to take her instead. Voldemort laughed as he no longer thought of himself as Tom. "Listen girl, I've promised you to both Severus and Peter for services rendered. But if you don't get out of the way, I will end you." Again she plead to take her, not her Harry. "Avada Kedavra!" This ended her. Now he started to monologue.

"Diffindo!"

END FLASHBACK:

He thought he was dreaming. He heard a little girls voice say. "Momma." He then felt arms encircle him and hug him, like Hermione did, not Mrs. Weasley. Harry hugged the young woman back, slobbered on her.

He heard a boys voice say: "Mum, Da?"

The girls voice says; "my Momma and Papa, not yours."

"My love, do you know what happened. I was in you, from this time on, but I'm not sure now my love." Harry was startled to hear Lilly Potter call him her love, unless she thought he was James. But then what she said registered. The backup plans of Toms did not work as he thought they would.

In The Future:

The book would be found on Bellatrix's body. The spells not there, just the two notes. It was decided to not do anything about it. Harry Potter was given a Heroes burial. Ron was touted as the real hero by himself. He dumped Hermione, which was stupid. Once the potions were out of her system, the Unspeakables hired her. Her revenge was sweet. A little Veritaserum right before a major speaking event and Ron Weasley was fried and toasted. If not for the twins having survived and being famous, while Percy and Molly died, the Weasley family name would be mud.

Back In The Present Alternate Timeline:

Dumbledore did not yet know the Fidelius Charm was broken, simply because Lilly was alive. It takes five minutes from the soul leaving for the body to die. The new or old soul of Lily was put in the body from the second spell Tom did. Harry had been moved back and sideways because of the Time Turner interfering in the spelled Elder Wand. He was not sure what the bloody hell was going on, but encircled Lilly, the baby girl and boy, and himself, then sent them 6 hours into the past. It was lunch time, so no one was in the room.

Harry remembered the attic. They went into it. Lily holding both, till the ladder, then Harry holding what he is sure is a baby him. She spent five of those hours going over what she did to make sure he lived. But she seemed to have a lot of blank spots in her memory. Almost every second involving the Marauders was gone, so was parts of her childhood and everything involving Severus. Harry seemed to be thinking in a very clear way. It was almost like the Elder Wand had helped him. It was a few seconds before he realised he was wearing the Cloak, had the Slytherin ring on his hand with the Resurrection Stone in it, as well as the Black and Potter rings. There was another ring, but he could not place it. It was on his right hand, which was holding the Elder Wand.

She then dropped a bombshell saying she loved him, more than anyone or thing. She wanted to be his wife. Also that they would need to leave and go to Gringotts for James will. His mind was clear, this was not his past. He had someone who wanted him for himself, not for the boy-who-lived or the probable man-who-conquered. He did not 'know' his mother, but knew she was a good person. The little girl had heard her mum tell her dad she loved him. He looked a little different in the face, but was her da. The boy thought his mum and dad were playing, what padfoot called role playing. He had thought it silly, but they always seemed happy afterwards.

Rose looked at the boy, she felt very drawn to him. She spoke out. "I'm Rose, who are you?" Both Lily and him now knew her name. Harry said the following. "I'm Harry, Padfoo says I'm a cub. Padfoo is a Stag, Moowy says dear, which is funny." The little girl, no Rose speaks quite well saying some things about what the Marauders call her. "I'm called prongslet, by both Padfoot and Moony. Wormy calls me a little Worm, though when no one else is around he says Worm Bait."

This tells them both that it is the same for who did the betrayal. Once the time passed, Lily wrote out a note for Sirius. They all slept in the master bedroom. Harry had put a stasis charm on James body. She used the Padfoot code and signed her name. Someone had killed Voldemort and saved her and Rose. He needed to take the note to Amelia and Crouch to have them help get Peter, the betrayer, known to the Marauders as Wormtail. They then went to Gringotts. Lily had packed up most of the things for her and Rose. Some of James things would fit Harry, so she took them also. Her note had said they planned to hide till most of the Death Eaters were dead or in prison.

In other parts of the country. Arcturus was looking at the main Black Tapestry, trying to decide if he should make Sirius his heir or not. He was sickly, he hated Lucius, so did not want Draco to be Lord Black. He thought back to his sister, she had helped raise Sirius for three years, so... His mind fried as a Gold circle under Sirius said Harry James Potter. It was the gold circle of Lordship that caused the stroke and death of Lord Arcturus Black III, as only the Strong survive to be Lord Black, his ring disappears.

In another part of the country, Barty Crouch Jr., Bellatrix, Rabastan, and Rodolphus LeStrange, and Peter Pettigrew planned on attacking the Weasleys. They would do it after the father went to work. Peter would take care of the wardstone by scratching it, over the runes. It worked, but Molly 'kills' Bellatrix, or at least will in less than a half hour of internal bleeding damage. Barty Jr. kills Molly with a Bombarda Maxima. Rabastan and Rodolphus head up the stairs to take care of the girl. The twins sleep in the attic. Bill, went to work with Arthur. Charlie and Percy had been given wands by Moody and taught a shield spell, stunner, and Diffindo.

Rabastan and Rodolphus smirked calling out Bombarda Maxima. Percy and Charlie know that means Ron and Ginny are dead. So both used the hate they felt and did the Diffindo spell. Rabastan and Rodolphus were both hit in the spine, killing them instantly. Barty Jr. was on the stairs and did his favorite spell again, killing both boys. The sounds, screams, and damage woke the twins in the attic. They were five and little hellions, so had a silencing charm on the attic door.

Barty said bloody hell. He went outside and did Fiendfyre, not caring if Peter got out or not. Peter was cursing all four of them as he fled the house out back. Once in the orchard, he saw Barty only. He also saw Moody appear behind him. The hate on his face, made Peter piss himself. He fled. Barty's head was detached from his body as the Diffindo was super powered. The screaming of the twins out the attic window, got him getting his broom out and using the levitation charm to bring both to him. They were crying about everyone being dead, meaning Charlie and Percy, as they did not see the others, but two strange men. Bellatrix dying after both Rabastan and Rodolphus left the LeStrange vaults and properties to the next Lord Black.

Meanwhile in Diagon Alley; Harry, Lily, Harry jr.(?), and Rose appear at the Apparition point. The Aurors see Lilly and James, so don't think it strange, even with two babies. After the four of them entered Gringotts after it opens for normal business, Lily says that #12 Leeway Godrics Hollow is no longer her home. This brings the Fidelius Charm down. Gringotts was open for non normal business in a side entrance. This was also the human employees entrance. Dumbledore sets things in motion. Not yet understanding all his plans are worthless now.

In another part of the country, confusion was sowed. The Patronus that came into the Longbottom Manor was more than confusing, it was strangely off. They were not in hiding, what the bloody hell was Lilly talking about. It took Alice several seconds to comprehend that while the voice was Lilly, the Patronus was not the same. It was now a wolf, a very big wolf, more like the Dire Wolves of old.

Back to Gringotts. A number of goblins were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The main soul, no matter how mutilated was dead, so Tom Marvolo Riddle, Lord Slytherin was dead. Magic was not saying it, but the goblin life stone was. The LeStranges, Lord Black, and Barty Jr were also dead. This meant the Crouch line was ended as Crouch Sr. was sterile from a curse. Molly Weasley and Ginerva Weasleys deaths were registered for the simple reason that the Pruitt line was Matriarchal. Surprisingly this left Rose as heiress after Muriel, the only remaining Prewitt. If not for her grandmother, Muriel's sister, marrying into the Potters, it would be a wait for the next child born to Charlie as Bill is the Lord Weasley heir. Well it would be one of the twins now, but for Rose.

Anyway, when Harry and Lily come up to the Major account goblin 'secretary' and asked to see Ragnock, Harry showing the four rings he had on his left hand. Another 'crisis' went thru the goblins. It was less than ten minutes for them to be escorted. A few other customers saw what looked like James and Lilly with two babies head into the inner sanctum of Gringotts. There was some confusion, as they all knew that Lilly only had a girl child, but what the bloody hell was going on, as the boy looked just like a baby James. Word got out, so when Sirius talked to Amelia, while Alastor Moody told Crouch Sr. about the Weasleys.

Things happened. Sirius showed all three the note. "It is Lilly's handwriting, but the signature is not right. All the inner codes are, but Lilly was supposed to use a Lily stamp before her signature, not just her name on anything important to us. Something is off, as the signature only has one L, not two." They were contemplating this, when Dumbledore showed up, saying Voldemort was dead, as well as James and Lilly. The goblin liaison that had came in behind Albus, grumped and said not true.

This brought to light, that while James died and Lilly had his will read, Lilly was not dead, though she swore she was Lily Potter, many memories were missing from her now. The Lord Black swore on his magic to protect her. Any other business was confidential. He then ignored them and left. Crouch almost killed Dumbledore as he had drawn his wand and aimed it at the goblin. Alastor and Sirius stopped Albus, while Amelia carefully laid her hand on Barty, saying don't kill the idiot senile old man.
