The Rebellion. Now we all figure at this point that Vex will be a part of it. Alongside Ahsoka, he is one of the founders. While Ahsoka was more from the background and hidden, always having a place with her connections with Bail Organa, Vex would take a more direct approach.
I hope you guys know of how the Rebellion was formed in the Force Unleashed, cause that will be the basis. No, Vex isn't going to take Galen Marek/Starkiller's timeline will be different too. It will have been 10 years since order 66, and Galen/Starkiller would have been found at the age of 8. His fear and loss would have him following Vader, and it would go from there.
All I will say for it to start, is that because Vex was good friends with Shaak Ti, he will feel when she dies and go investigate. By the time he arrives, he'd find the planet Felucia under Imperial Occupation. He'd find Shaak Ti's corpse before the Empire could, and give her a proper burial/cremation, before noticing a familiar presence. (He will have trained himself further in his powers, so this would be feasible.) Bail had come to the planet, likely to find Master Shaak Ti. So of course, he would track him down, not realizing that Galen/Starkiller is not far behind him. They would manage to meet up and find bail at the same time-ish… and while Galen/Starkiller dealt with Maris, Vex would deal with the Bull Rancor. Once both enemies are dealt with, they would return to Galen/Starkiller's ship.
"Open Rebellion is too dangerous, Master Kota. I know I owe you my life, but-" Bail begins, but is cut off.
"You don't owe me anything. I told you on Cloud City that I can't help you. Not since I lost my sight. He's your hero, and it's his rebellion. Join us because he's asking you to." Kota states.
"You are the first to really fight the Empire." Bail states. "The most people do currently are small hit and run attacks to take equipment." (Which is what Vex's guys are doing.) "We're not prepared to go to war yet. We need weapons and starships, and people with the courage to use them. I don't know how many others will stand with us…"
"Well, for what it's worth, Bail. I'm in." Vex assures.
"But surely you know some more who will." Galen/Starkiller queries.
"Well yes, there are other Senators who have spoken out against the Emperor. But they will be hard to convince." Bail notes.
"We just need to convince them that the Empire is vulnerable." Kota states.
"Let me meditate on that. I'm sure I can find the right target." Galen/Starkiller assures, looking to bail and shaking his hand. "In the meantime, Senator, gather your friends. We're going to need all the help we can get."
A week would pass, and the word about the Imperial Shipyard above Raxus Prime being destroyed will have brought hope to the senators that they could fight and maybe even win some of the battles. Everyone would meet on Corellia. Vex would be forced to be there via hologram due to his travel being delayed due to the strengthening Imperial Blockade on Lothal. He would be in space flying towards Corellia, but he would not reach it in person before the meeting would start.
"We agree that the time for Diplomacy and Politics has passed. It is now time for action. If you are willing to lead us, then we'll join your Alliance." Bail states.
"As will I." Kota declared, walking in with fresh armour, a shave and his hair tied up once more.
"It is settled then." Bail smiles. "My wealth will fund the Rebellion, While Garm provides our fleet and Mon Mothma our soldiers. Vex will provide us with weapons to fight, and with you leading us, we have the Force on our side. Therefore let this be an official declaration of Rebellion! Today, we will vow to change the galaxy, and one day the galaxy will indeed be free." Things are interrupted as an Imperial Fleet arrives, and Vader and a squadron of the 501t land. The transmission is then cut, to keep both Vex's identity and Leia's out of the picture, to keep them safe. Vex will arrive on Corellia half a day later and find Galen/Starkiller with Juno, and they would all board the Rogue Shadow. Vex would confront Galen saying that he knew he was Vader's Apprentice, an that he knew so because he killed Shaak Ti. Vex was able to see the battle when he found her body, it would only now be known to the readers as a flashback would occur. Vex would then state that when Shaak Ti feel, he could see and feel Galen's confusion and worry about what she said about the Sith betraying one another. It was the first thing to start his turn to the light, other than Juno, of course.
Galen would then meditate, and learn the location of the Senators and Kota. Now, the difference here would be that instead of the Death Star, because it's better for it to be unknown until later by the Rebels, it will be on Coruscant, in the Imperial Palace. Vex would call for his Battleship, which would keep the Star Destroyers in orbit busy. I'll be honest, there will only be one of these Battleships because they way I've designed them is really powerful… But the idea is that they aren't there to kill the entire Coruscant fleet, but to distract them, allowing Juno, Galen and Vex to get planetside. Things go relatively the same for Galen in the final fights, as Vex is more dealing with creating an escape route, using some of the passages of the old Jedi Temple that the palace was built into, carving and blowing up a few walls to lead them out through where Juno would pick them up. Once Palps is defeated, Vex would break through the wall, calling for them to go with him as he has their ride out. As they leave, things go as normal, with Galen sacrificing himself to give them the time to escape.
They would all meet once again on Kashyyyk, in the hut that Galen was born in and his Father killed in.
"Are we ready to finish what he started?" Bail asks. Everyone nods in agreement. "Then at last, the Rebel Alliance is born, here, tonight."
"We need a flag to rally behind." Vex notes, brushing the dust and dirt off of a portion of the table before them. "A symbol of hope." The Marek Family Crest is revealed. The Juno and Kota moment won't be shown, because Vex will be talking to Bail about how he will be on Lothal if he needs to contact him, saying that his fleet will mostly continue to steal supplies for the Rebellion to use for the early stages until they are fully ready to fight.
So as you see, things will still mostly follow as normal in the Force Unleashed game, just that a few locations and quotes will change. On another note, the Battleship might not even be used, I might just say its numerous Frigates that cause mayhem, to make it feel less stacked in favour of Vex. These ships had been made back during Ven Zallow's time, but with top line materials and weaponry that was far beyond its time, so it would be effective in the current time period. All these Frigates, Battleships and Carriers are based off ships from Galaxy On Fire, and I have modified models for each type. Anyway, that's the summary and baseline for this chapter that I'll get to one day.
