"Okay, so you've got everything packed?" Roger asked.
"Yep!" Blythe answered as she got her luggage out of the trunk.
"Sunscreen?" Roger listed.
"Uh-huh."
"Hats?"
"Multiple ones, packed for tropical weather."
"Bathing suits?"
"One for me and every other pet."
"First-aid kit?"
"Always in there!" Blythe answered.
"Then we're ready to fly!" Roger affirmed. "I'll help you get the pets out of the back seat, and we'll head to the terminal. Mrs. Twombly will arrive with Youngmee and her pets in a few minutes."
"Got it, Dad," Blythe offhandedly replied. "I'll just get the leashes and..."
HONK! HONK!
"Hey, get out of the road, peasants!" a shrill voice yelled.
"Yeah, like, can't you see this is VIP parking?! We're going on vacation!"
"Oh, no... Please don't tell me..."
"Wait... Is that Blythe? And her dad?"
"Move it, Baxter! We're trying to catch a plane!"
Blythe pulled herself from the trunk to see that the Biskit Twins and their father, Fisher, were in the back seat of their limo. Great. This was just what she needed. She hoped where they were going was far away from Florida as possible.
"Sorry, girls! Just give us a minute!" Roger spoke politely. He quickly turned to Blythe and whispered in an annoyed tone, "Sweetie, let's hurry this up."
The Biskits weren't the duo's favorite people. The times they were nice were about 4.67% of the time. (Thank you, math class.)
Blythe quickly grabbed the leashes and collars of the pets and moved over to the backseat, where Roger pulled Minka out first. Blythe quickly outfitted her with a leash.
"Let's go! We don't have all day!" Whittany yelled.
"Yeah, we're going to the best vacation spot in the world, and you're gonna make us late!" Brittany hollered.
"Girls, try to keep it down." Fisher half-heartedly scolded. "You'll form a crowd."
Blythe continued to ignore the twins as she put leashes on Penny Ling and Vinnie. Roger took a hand in helping and leashed Sunil and Russell.
As Blythe put the last two collars on Zoe and Pepper, they quickly moved away from the limousine to the elevator leading to the terminal.
"Finally!" Brittany whined.
As Francois moved the car away, Blythe, Roger, and the Pets were all in the elevator. Roger pressed the button for the terminal floor.
"How do you put up with those two at school?" Roger asked in an annoyed tone.
"I mostly pretend they're just invisible," Blythe flatly answered. "Now, if I could imagine if they were inaudible..."
The doors closed.

Blythe had reached the gate terminal with the pets safely secured to the chair she was sitting in while she mentally prayed nothing would go wrong. Youngmee walked up to them, holding Buttercream, Sugar Sprinkles, and Nutmeg Dash by a leash.
"Hey, Blythe! How're you holding up?" Youngmee asked.
Blythe snapped back to reality. "Huh..? Oh. Um, I'm okay, Y. What's up?"
Youngmee formed a concerned look on her face as she secured their pets to her seat next to Blythe's. "Are you okay?"
"Who, me? Never better!" Blythe lied.
Unconvinced, Youngemee gave her the "for real?" look. Blythe sighed. "I'm freaking out. It's just so stressful...!"
"Blythe, take it easy..."
"I mean, I saw the Biskit Twins here! The Biskit Twins!"
Youngmee gasped. "No!"
"YEAH! It's like, whenever I'm having a good thing going, they have to show up and ruin it!" Blythe sardonically declared.
"Oh, come on, you're overreacting!" Youngmee sighed. "They're not that bad!"
"They tried to ruin my fashion show." Blythe listed
"Alright, but..."
"Then they tried to steal our recipe for the History Bake-Off."
"Okay..."
"Then they stole my kiosk for the Fashion Expo and tried to pass it off as their style!"
"Okay, okay, okay!" Youngmee yelled, cutting Blythe off. "Yeah, the Biskits are royal pains, but they're probably traveling to somewhere fancy and far away..."
Russell decided to cut in. "Youngmee has a point, Blythe. How likely is it that their showing up is a bad omen?"
"Plus, they could be going to a place far away and stuffy enough to deal with 'em!" Pepper added.
"Like Hawaii!" Minka added.
"Or Mexico!" Sunil hoped.
"Or Paris!" Zoe chimed.
"Or China!" Penny Ling helped.
"Hey, maybe they're goin' to Australia." Sugar Sprinkles replied.
"Or Italy!" Buttercream added.
"Or New York!" Nutmeg responded.
"Or Florida!" Vinne piped.
The pets stopped for a moment and gave him annoyed looks. "Not helping!" They scolded in unison.
"Sorry." Vinnie sheepishly replied.
They all turned back to Blythe. "The point is, Blythe..." Russell started, "The Biskits are probably just being their bratty selves and are probably going to their father's stuck-up resorts."
Pepper chimed, "Yeah, don't worry about those stuck-up jerk bags. You should focus on how epic your trip'll be."
Blythe thought for a moment and smiled. "Ah, you guys are right. They can't bug me. This trip's gonna be great."
Youngmee placed a hand on her shoulder. "That's the spirit! See? Nothing's gonna ruin this trip..."
