Chapter 3: Sailor Scout Meeting 1: What They Know Up To Now:
Demiyah was thrilled that Mina wasn't bringing Luna to this meeting. She claimed that the Justice League wanted to send a representative from Mars to meet in order to find out the progress on finding their Princess as Demiyah had been assigned the case a year ago. They were meeting to go over what each other had found. Amy offering her help as she had quite a bit of computer knowledge and was studying Forensics in her chosen Education Track. In reality this was their first Scout meeting. Yes there really would be a Justice League member present about Sailor Mars, but that was it until the time to hash out details for joining the Ranger Alliance.
Mina, Amy, and Trista who Demiyah had personally chastised to attend was waiting for the Justice League Rep and the Red Rangers who would be sitting in. With the exception of the SPD reds. As Charlie was sent on an off world assignment and Jack was still new to active status. King Mickey would be attending as well. Seeing as he would be the Keyblade Master representitive. Once everyone had arrived at the Oliver Home they were led into the Lair and given seating. Demiyah in a Pink vest with the Dino Thunder Logo onit, a white shirt, blue jeans, socks and pink sneakers entered the room with a stack of files. She handed them to each meeting attendee. Artemis dutifully padding next to her. The Dino Thunder Rangers were by her along with Natsumi and Haley. Demiyah looked at the group and said, "Thank you all for coming. Now introductions for the Scouts. I am Demiyah Oliver Age seven years old. I am the Sailor Scout of the Moon and Heir to the Throne as Princess of the Moon or as it was originally known Kingdom Hearts. As for why I didn't say anything to Luna, I don't trust her. She acts too much like Caroline my ex grandmother for comfort. Why I dislike Caroline is on page six of the files I passed around you may keep them if you wish I will not force it. I awakened as the Moon Princess exactly eight months ago during a Time Travel mission I was sent on to retrieve the Healing Springs water from planet Rafcon. The year prior I reunited with my Guardian Kwami Lyria the Kwami of the Pegasus Miraculous, although until I was awoken I was not aware of this. Guardian Kwami's aren't that different from a regular Kwami. The big difference is Guardian Kwami's store excess magic of their Chosen within their respective Miraculous. And act as both a Booster and a Limiter if the need be. These particular Miraculous are ideally given to their charge young. Roughly between the ages of Four and Eight is the ideal bracket. I was given Lyria's Miraculous at the age of Five. Which means as I grow older I become far stronger. I am also the Protector of the Mythic Miraculous set. Part of the treaty between my Kingdom and the Kingdom the Miraculous orginate from was the Mythic set belonged to me as a sort of Secret Service. That the users would be my are ten Mythic Miraculous currently though there are supposed to be more. When the Silver Millennium fell the Guardian Order cropped up believing that they were the rightful owners of the Miraculous and were the supreme power over them. Diomedes created the Guardian Order but hadn't expected a group to crop up creating the Miracle Order. Those who train Miraculous Holders and obey the Silver Millennium rules involving the powers of the different Miraculous. Currently there are two Miracle Order members in the place where I recieved Lyria's Miraculous. One Wang Fu and Sabine Cheng. She once bore the Fox Miraculous but one of Diomedes Guardian Order stripped it from her." Mickey asked, "You've mentiooned this Diomedes charcter a few times. Who is he?"
Demiyah sighed, "Diomedes is Master Xehanort. He played everyone for fools your Majesty. Him and his right hand man Luxu. They caused the Silver Millennium to fall because they didn't get the power of the Kingdom and permission to rule as they saw fit. Diomedes was indeed married to the Queen, but she told him point blank she didn't acknowledge him as her husband or one of her romantic partners. After what he pulled he'd be lucky to be considered a quick lay. So he and Luxu plotted. They tried to forcibly engage me to the exiled Prince of the Golden Kingdom Endymion. They even used the 'we need an alliance with Earth' as the excuse only for them to find out Prince Roran, Prince Hunter, and Prince Andromedius from Earth, the Boiling Isles, and Nemesis were my Soulbonded partners. The first four way Soulbond in six millennia. So they had to come up with a Plan B. Which involved Beryl a maiden from the Northern Golden Kingdom. She had been training as a mage for years. She also harbored a crush on Prince Endymion. When Diomedes lied and said I was engaged to Prince Endymion rather than my Soulmates. He offered her powers far beyond what mortals could use. So he told her of the Heartless Metallia who retained her mind and intelligence when she turned. So she went to D-Point and freed her. The Negaverse was filled with Youma creatures that were created when Metallia was sealed. Metallia was able to capture six of the Silver Millennium's finest Warriors and the Mau responsible for training them and turning them into the Seven Shadow Warriors. With the aid of Diomedes, Luxu, and their forces Beryl destroyed the Silver Millennium. In one night, nearly all non Toons were killed and few non Toons were able to escape. While most of the Martians were able to rebuild their soceity some like Marvin's tribe the Black Martians over time became Toons. I am unaware if there are Lunarians, which is my people, who are the same. I was Sailor Moon during the Silver Millennium. But I did not join the Inner or Outer Scouts in their battles. I fought the Saurians alongside my half brother Drake Ducaine. I fell protecting my family. Specifically, my younger siblings and mother. I used my strongest attack and ended up going supernova in an effort to protect them. While I was weak I managed to take a sword to keep mother from dying. She then used the Crescent Moon Wand and the Imperial Silver Crystal to seal away Metallia, Beryl, and their Youma. Diomedes and Luxu had escaped to the future to put the next phase of their plan into motion. The Keyblade War. I am allergic to thre out of the five components of the illegal mutant cure. The Dip and THinner cause me prblems as well with me being part Toon. My power outside of Scout form is healing/growing plants by singing. Mina Your next."
Mina stood up, "I'm Mina Andrews Fourteen years old Rescue Track student. I am Sailor Venus Leader of the Scouts when Sailor Moon is either unawakened or unavailable. Second in command when she is. My power outside of Scout form is shapeshifting. As I am the Princess' designated Body Double. I wield the Sword of Artemis forged by Queen Artemis of the Moon herself at the start of the Silver Millennium at the Dawn of Time. Queen Artemis forged the Sword out of Lunar Silver, Moon Diamond deposits, and Solar blessed gold to battle Metallia when she first emerged as Queen Artemis reigned for fifteen thousand years. I was active as Sailor V from age thirteen until four weeks ago. Then I took on the mantle of Sailor Venus and became the fake Princess Serenity. I am Heir to the Throne of Venus. I specialize in infiltration and enemy seduction. I am allergic to red bell peppers and okra. I avoid most peppers as a result. I also have a hard time degesting most red meat. Amy your turn."
Mina sat down as Amy stood, "I'm Amy Anderson fourteen years old Rescue Track Med Rescue bound student. I am Sailor Mercury the planner and assassin of the team. I specialize in hit and fade tatics. Like all Mercurians I can turn into my namesake. I am the Heir to the Throne of Mercury though in recent generations it's called Mercuria. My power outside of Scout Form is Cryokinesis. I am allergic to certain components of the cheaper perfumes which many love letters I recieve are doused in giving people who aren't aware of my allergy believe I am in fact allergic to Love. I can not eat cartain fruits or vegetables so they are avoided in my diet. I also wear contacts or glasses. Trista your up."
Trista stood, "I am Trista Matthews. Physically twenty seven, but over fifteen hundred biologically. I am Sailor Pluto Princess of Pluto and primary Guardian of the Time Gate. I was a week from being crowned Queen of my people when the Silver Millennium fell. I am the Wife of Maleficent but Diomedes cursed us to be seperated and for my wife to not remember we are wed. The Silver Crystal can break the spell when the Princess is Fourteen. So I will endure seven more years. I have no allergies however most bitter things do not agree with me aside from tea."
Martian Manhunter stepped up, "I am J'onn J'onzz or in human disguise John Jones. Miss Martian is my niece. She and I have been sent by the Martian people to find Princess Rayanne. We work alongside the Justice League. We have been allied with the Power Rangers for one year due to Demiyah being the biological daughter of two of the League's founding members Starlight and Supernova. Natsumi and Kasai Motomiya outside of uniform. There are Red Martians, White Martians, Green Martains, and Black Martians. There are also Fire Martians which can be any type of Martian. Fire Martians are almost always related to the Royal Family as they hold the blessings of the Phoenix Flame and the Gods of Fire and War people prior to the fall were very spiritual and often trained archers. The Royal Family had two sattelite Scouts Phobos and Deimos to watch out for and train the Heir and Scout of Mars. Sattelite Scouts traditionally are secondary defense unless given specific roles."
Artemis said, "I am Artemis Robert Salvatore General of the Order of the Lunar Rose. Advisor and Trainer of the Sailor Scouts. My partner was meant to be Selene not Luna. Luna was disgraced and stripped of her duty when she sided with Diomedes. I trained the four generals whom Beryl brainwashed to act as the equivalent to the Inner Scouts for Prince Roran. I currently have lone control of the Ops Center located under Hailey's Cyberspace. So if you could aid me in updating the system madam Zitkor I would be appreciative. I am hunting down the energy signals of those who were turned into the Seven Shadows as I want the Rainbow Crystals out of the playing field as soon as possible. If Luna has her way Tuxedo Mask will take them so she can bespell them to make Demiyah think she is in love with Endymion and Diomedes was a kind king. I would also recomend getting Demiyah checked for spells designed to make her suceptible to mind control. I'm not saying she is, but some spells can circumvent even the strongest protection magic. Lastly, I know Luna has slipped in a few times in the last couple of days, so a doctor exam and a dental exam would beneficial within the next week or two. I would recomend the same for you and Mina both Amy. Seeing I have zero faith she would do her duty. Lastly I need to hand out these devices." He performed a back flip revealing a blue microcomputer, several watch like devices, and a high tech pair of pink goggles. He said, "The goggle belong to Demiyah, each of you get a communicator watch, and the Data Computer belongs to Amy. There are others though you have the final say on who get's one. You have to register with the California State Department of Magic and with the Magical Heroes Union. From there you will meet a Lawyer who will discuss merchandising rights and the share of profits. As well as a team of lawyers who will aid you should some idiot attempt to sue for having poor judgement during a monster attack. Lastly, you will meet with those in charge of reconstruction teams to lay down the details for what sort of damage your powers cause. I would also suggest going into the city to find any trace of the Outer Scouts."
Mickey said, "I'm Micheal Theodore Mouse King of Disney Castle and Disney Town by marriage. I have two older siblings Felicity Fieldmouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Oswald rules the Wasteland where Toons who's hearts have been sealed reside. His wife is Orstensia and they have 420 rabbit children 210 boys 210 girls. Felicity has two sons. Currently Minnie and I are childless. But we plan for at least three. I am a Keyblade Master trained by Master Yen Sid. I reconnected with my brother during the early days of my Apprenticeship. Towards the end of it I met Demiyah who was just a fledgeling Wielder herself. She jumped in to save the then unhatched nephews of my Court Magician Donald from Jamie Drakeson their genetic contributor and a man in black cloak who I am assuming was either Diomedes or Luxu. What they wanted unhatched children for is beyond me." Demiyah said, "Probably to raise after excessive experimentation. The experimentation thing was a dead give away with their emotions. Empathy is a part of the whole Keyblade Wielder thing."
After many questions including why Luna wanted to control the Scouts the meeting broke up Mickey used magic to appear human. As a human he looked around the age of Tommy and Kimberly. He had short black hair pale but healthy skin, dark blue eyes, and was dressed in a red shirt, blue jeans, yellow sneakers, and white fingerless gloves. He aslo had a neckalce that had a white star charm on it. Demiyah saying that was a mark of the Silver Knights the term for Keyblade Wielders during the Silver Millennium. Mickey went through the different stores in the mall with Demiyah even seeing Reefside's Disney Store. He looked amused and followed her in as she shopped as a cover for searching the mall. Since Mina and Amy were teenagers, it wasn't too hard to assume Mars and even Jupiter would be Teenagers as well. The Outers too possibly. Saturn was usually the youngest. But that wasn't the case this time. Demiyah walked into the Warner Brothers store next and found a Calamity Coyote plush doll. She loved Tiny Toon Adventures growing up. She hadn't spoke when she was first adopted but after watching VHS tapes of Tiny Toon Adventures the first word she spoke was Calamity. Watching the cartoon Coyote chase Little Beeper made her laugh when she was still in denial about being adopted. So cartoons in general were an outlet for her emotions of being adopted but also were her way of getting to be the child she is when not performing her Hero duties. She bumped into a teen with short dusty blonde hair and dark blue eyes. At first glance it was a boy, but it was a girl according to her empathy. She felt Wind Magic not unlike her own Light Magic. So she had somehow stumbled onto one of the Outers. A girl with wavy teal hair walked up and dragged the dusty blonde away. The teal Haired girl said, "Hurry up Amara. We still have to get the rest of our project supplies. We're part of the Natural Disaster Relief and First Response Education Tracks at school." Amara said, "I'm coming Michelle just helping a kid get something off one of the higher shelves." Amara handed Demiyah the Bugs Bunny doll she had been trying to reach. Before the Pink Haired girl snapped pictures of the two. Knowing she had stumbled on Uranus and Neptune. Uranus wasn't active but she could sense Neptune was. So she would have to step in soon. She had pictures and first names as well as what Education Track they were on. So tracking them down would be a breeze.
Amy and Mina were in the bookstore with Natsumi and Trista. They got a reading that a girl with powerful latent Fire Magic was spotted visiting the bookstore. They saw J'onn and M'gann in their human disguises walking around. When they saw a girl with long black hair and violet eyes. She was radiating a mysterious energy when Amy's Data Computer beeped informing her the girl was indeed a Scout. They also saw a girl roughly eleven with shoulder length black hair with violet highlights and dark purple eyes who also registered as a Scout. Amy filed it away for later when they met up again.
J'onn and M'gann got the older girl's name which was Raye Hawthorn. She lived at a shrine close to the Asian district with her grandfather and her mother's brother. As after her mother passed away, her father just left her there to persue a political career in Washington DC. He was a big advocate of laws that would harm Mutants, Metas, and those with Magic. Even knowing his late wife was a meta. He was of the opinion her power killed her. Forgetting what he did. Refusing to believe his negiligent and abusive behaivior got his wife killed. He knew his wife could have a bad reaction to the Mutant Cure even if it was illegal andhe knew that. He arranged for someone to kidnap his wife and force her to take the cure. He even refused to call medical services even when it became a matter of life and death. The wannabe senator refused to believe he was in the wrong and denied he gave the orders to the men. Raye hated him since. Openly refusing to have anything to do with him. Seeing as her Uncle and Grandfather had custody of her, the man would be hardpressed to do anything. Raye had even took her mother's maiden name and openly listed her father as deceased.
M'gann felt sick seeing those thoughts that bubbled to the surface. Surface thoughts any telepath got. They had to train pretty hard to be able block those.
Back at the Oliver house, the groups went over what they learned. Demiyah wanting to get that prick arrested. Trista offering to get the footage from the Time Gates since it's noted by multiple Ministries of Magic and Departments of Magic that the Time Gates always show history as it happened. Even the Department of Supernatural Affairs have that fact on record! So Demiyah just needed the timeframe Raye's mother passed, her name, the name of Raye's Sperm Donor, and when he started acting strange. Then they would have his ass. Maybe getting justice for her mother would make Raye less hostile towards her Sister Scouts. Mickey returned home after asking Demiyah to keep an eye out for Oswald even giving her a picture of his human form. She promised the King and hoped the rumors of the Mutant Rangers surfacing again were just that. Rumors or false information. Because battling Beryl and her ilk alongside the Mutant Rangers was the last thing she needed.

Three people in Blue, Red, and Pink were standing at attention while Caroline and Luxu was dragging a struggling Oswald the Lucky Rabbit into their base of Operations. The figure in Red spoke up, "So, he will be the fourth. Not bad Carrie, Lu, this would really break her. We just need the candidate for Yellow to really mess her up. Then she'll be ripe for the picking." Oswald screamed as a sickly black lightning hit him. He struggled for a moment before blacking out. When he woke up Oswald was trapped in his mind and a new persona was in control. The new persona looked like a Power Ranger but at the same time it was all wrong. The strange figure said, "Welcome Oswald, to the ranks of the Mutant Rangers." The Red Mutant Ranger removed her helmet to reveal Yolei Inoue. Blue removed his to reveal Yuga Aoyama. Why did he have to be forced to do this? He wanted to be a Hero back home but the Man who gave him a Quirk was making him do this. He couldn't say no either becasue of the connection he had been forced to bear as well. The man who gave him his Quirk could force him to agree. All he wanted was to be free. Free to be the best Hero he could be. Pink removed her helmet to reveal Phoebe Thunderman. She claimed she wanted to be a Hero like Electriss and Thunder Man her parents. But in reality she was the daughter of Luxu placed with the Thunderman family to learn their weaknesses so they would be easier to take down. A few spells and some memory curses and they legitimately thought Phoebe was the daughter of Hank and Barb. Phoebe said, "So who will be our Yellow?" Yolei said, "I'm not sure. She has a long list of close friends already. We can't use Terra as he is Father's thrall and future Vessel of Darkness. She has no memory of the life she lived btween this one and the Silver Millennium so Elrena and Lauriam are out." Phoebe said, "What about Aqua? That would really break her. Plus Aqua is a Keyblade Master. Making things much harder for her." Yolei smirked evily, "What a devious idea."

Doctor Colosso growled as he heard President Kickbutt's latest broadcast. Any Supe who was found hiding non-Supe kids would have their powers taken and put in facilities to bring a new generation who wouldn't betray their rules. If that was the case then the Thunderman parents would get in trouble as Luxu who was Phoebe's real father wasn't a Supe.
Then again Max wasn't their child either. He was the son of James 'Bucky' Barnes and Catherine Hillard when Bucky had been the one in control and not the Solider while he had been under HYDRA's control. Zatana had asked Hank and Barb to protect her cousin and Bucky's child from HYDRA. Even employing his godfather Aurthur Colosso to become a villain turned bunny to give him more protection. Yes Doctor Colosso was a legitimate villain at some point but he befriended Zatana and ended up working for the police as a Villain Profile Detective. Which marked him effectively a Neutral by the "Hero's League" and "Villain's League" standards. What Hank and Barb didn't know, was that Colosso was given an assignment by the Power Rangers. Gather enough information that they can arrest President Kickbutt. Since she was violating a lot of laws. International ones at that! He also kept an eye on Phoebe since a few times she did harm Max with her powers. Doctor Colosso like Artemis could take human form. Since he was a reincarnate from Planet Usa in the same galaxy as Mau. The people of his planet had the ability to switch between Human and Rabbit forms. Since they weren't naturally rabbits people with Rabbit allergies could live with them. Same with Mau denizens. Usaians often were guards or hidden protectors for a sect of Knights created by the first Male Heir to the Lunar Throne Several Million years ago. He sent the latest report to Artemis before noticing Max limping to his cage. Colosso took human form and began to heal the new injuries. Sighing and shaking his head at how depraved Phoebe was and how he wished the Thunderman parents could see it. He knew he had to get Max back to his actual parents and soon before Phoebe really did kill him and not threaten to like normal.
Artemis blanched and made it to Tommy's office where he shared Doctor Colosso's report with the Legendary Ranger. Toomy winced as did Demiyah when she heard. She was also horrified to learn there really were Mutant Rangers now. Four to be precise. They had to find and destroy their morphers before the fifth was brought in then they had Mutant Dino Zords. As well as the Gravezord. Which was the last thing anyone wanted. The Gravezord was a beacon for a monster called Lord Drakkon. A demon who warped the mind of the body he possessed which happened to be one of Tommy's counterparts. Demiyah began reaching out to her few off world hero allies. Fu would send a few non Mythic Miraculous her way in his next package. Donald was sending a few new spell scrolls and books. Dex would send some Kamen Rider powers that his ancestor intended to give certain members of the Silver Millennium. There were Planetary Riders. Made from the same ores as the Transformation Pens/Broaches/Rods the Scouts used. It was what slidified the treaty between the Silver Millennium, Edenoi, and Onyx. Demiyah would know who to give them to when she met them.
That night Demiyah was sitting on the roof looking at the stars and her mother Moon. "Mother, please, please let me defeat Beryl, her ilk, and the Mutant Rangers." Demiyah went inside and climbed into bed. Then she had a Dream Vision. A moment where she saw images of her future in her dreams. She dreamed of Calamity Coyote and Yakko Warner. At the time she had no idea why she would have a dream vision of them, but she would as she got older.
