Tales of Demiyah Oliver Book 2: Sailor Moon
Chapter 4: Scout of Fire, Luna's True Colors, and First General Free!:
The next few days passed by slowly as Demiyah wondered what her dream vision meant. She had never met Calamity Coyote or Yakko Warner before! Heck she couldn't remember ever setting foot on the Warner Brother's lot before! Given she had registered at Disney as a Keyblade Wielder. Since it was considered standard to register with one of the Major Entertainment Studios. You also had to sign a bunch of paperwork such as nondisclosure agreements, documents stating you'll keep your mouth shut about the truth of Toons, Keep an eye out for someone trying to create 'The Dip', be on the watch for anyone trying to find a portal to Toon Town, or stop people from trying to break into the 'forbidden' archives which detailed where Detective Eddie Valliant was buried, where the natural portals to Town Town were, and the truth of where the major Animation Studios success came from. The Department of Magical Affairs, which is what linked the Magical and Non-Magical communities, played a big part in those secrets.
In almost all of the world the Magical and Non-Magical governments worked with each other. It was mostly Magical England, Bulgaria, China, and certain asian countries that were seperated. Demiyah heard how bad Magical England was when she and her mom's went shopping in the Magical Districts. It was a sad sound. Inbreeding, keeping rights from sentient creatures, and even worse a woman in pink of all colors claiming that First Generation Magicals were STEALING magic from Pure Blood Witches and Wizards! How stupid were these people! Muggleborns as they were called are actually the descendants of Squibs who were cast out! The inclusion of their Non-Magical DNA cleared the pathways for magic to be safe to use again! The Bureau of Magical Ancestry which was a part of the Department of Magical Affairs kept thurough records of all children born to Magical Families, Squib or Otherwise. After the Incidents with Scamander during World War II, the laws forbidding Magical and Mundane marriages were lifted by the then Minister Ben Parker and he folded the Ministry back into the Mundane Government. Ben then married May and a couple years later had a little girl named Emma Parker. She went to England and became a Dentist marrying Daniel Granger having two daughters Shannon and Hermione.
Demiyah was finishing getting ready to meet Amy, Mina, and Trista so they could go with J'onn and M'gann to awaken Mars and save the first of Prince Roran's generals Jedite. She brushed her hair until it was soft and then she put a white headband in her hair that had silver sparkly stars on it. Her usual jewelry and her Ranger Communicator were in their usual places. That day she wore a pink t-shirt that depicted Wile E Coyote and the Roadrunner on it, jeans, white socks, and her pink Sketchers that had light up soles. On her back was a Tiny Toon Adventures backpack her mom found online for her birthday. It had pictures of the different characters. In the backpack was a few coloring books made by her dad from printing off coloring pages, some snacks sent via care packages from her family/friends, a first aid kit, and a few books to read since where Raye lived was pretty far away. Demiyah was also given her expense account card by her parents which was basically a prepaid card that was given money every week by her adopted parents and biological mom. Her godparents on occasion would add money but not often. Sometimes King Mickey would sneak in a few hundred. She had confronted him about it, but he mentioned most studios had funds for Keyblade Wielders once they were known. Normally it was more but due to how young she was she only got a few hundred deposited ever couple of weeks.
Demiyah came down to eat breakfast which was chocolate chip waffles, fluffy scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, fruit, sausage or bacon, and corn muffins. Kimberly having to work that day offered to drive Demiyah to where she was meant to meet the girls. To which the pink haired Moon Princess agreed but requested she stay until Trista showed up. Kimberly agreed and called her boss stating she would be a little late. Her boss thankfully was okay with it. Knowing what happened the last time Demiyah was with friends going to an important meeting. The mother and daughter pair drove to the park and sat down near the fountain. A purple haired woman in a yelow business suit walked up to the pair. "Yes I was instructed to bring Demiyah Oliver to the meeting point. So please follow me." Kimberly said, "The meeting point is supposed to be here. Demiyah and her friends are assisting an official Justice League mission. Also I can tell you weren't sent by anyone good. So leave." The woman said, "I am afraid you are mistaken ma'am. Now if you will excuse us."
The strange woman grabbed Demiyah's hand and teleported off with her. They reappeared in the one place she wasn't supposed to enter. The woman was dragging a struggling Demiyah into the building and dropped her into a room and said, "As promised. Caroline." Demiyah said, "Why was I brought here?!" Caroline chuckled, "Why else would I have Luna bring you here? Now to ensure that you get the braces. Parere Voluntatem Meam!" Demiyah stopped struggling as her eyes went blank. Caroline smiled, "Good then. Now be a good girl and get in the chair." Robotically Demiyah got in the Orthodonist's chair and sat in it. Caroline smirked, "Doctor Richards go right ahead and begin." Doctor Richards nodded and said, "Open wide kid so we can put the braces on." Demiyah could be seen fighting the spell but the Orthodonist was smarter than the last two Caroline tried this with and cast a speel that temporarily supressed her real personality. It would only last long enough to put the braces on, but it would have to do. Hit by the second spell Demiyah once again was an obdient robot. He repeated his order and this time Demiyah complied and opened her mouth. Caroline laughed and said, "Finally things are going right! Oh, do be a dear and put the implant in after you have the braces on Doctor. Since she will need a firm hand." Doctor Richards said, "Of course Caroline." He went and got the last few parts of the braces and the implant. The Orthodonist was just finishing up the braces when the spell wore off and Demiyah finally got control. Demiyah said in a growl, "What did you do?!" Doctor Richards said, "Kid, you have braces. Learn to live with it." Demiyah tried to teleport but felt woozy. "Why can't I...?" Caroline said, "Oh that would be the effect of my spell. If you try to leave before this is over you'll get sick." Demiyah cast a wordless Purge Spell getting rid of Caroline's spell on her, knocking the woman out, and leaving the Orthodonist vulnerable. Demiyah with no choice cast the same Spell that Caroline used on her to get her to cooperate. She laid back in the chair and told him, "Take the braces off of me. Then call the police and turn both yourself and Caroline in. Once they arrive you are to hand over the security footage of yourself listening to the orders of a wanted criminal. Don't you dare resist arrest. Lastly you are to confess to all the crimes you've commited since you started working here. Until my orders are completed you won't be in control. My orders begin now."
The orthodontist under Demiyah's control took the braces off and even removed the implant he had just installed. Demiyah demanded, "Tell me what that thing is and what it was supposed to do right now!" Demiyah recording the entire thing on her voice recorder. Doctor Richards said, "It was a dental implant. I don't know who created it. It was designed to make you compliant to Caroline's orders. She told me she intended to have a man named Darien Shields assault you sexually. She also implied that she would put you under the same Thrall Spell she has her second husband Pierre under." Demiyah said, "What do you mean she has Pierre under a Thrall Spell?" Doctor Richards replied, "Just that. Pierre refused to go along with her plans when she told him you were to stay with them for two weeks. He also did support Kimberly as a Power Ranger. But Caroline's spell made him act and think like her." Demiyah waited until the police arrived which was SPD B-Squad as opposed to A-Squad who had left a few weeks prior. She answered a few questions and walked out the door teleporting back to her mother who was having a fit. Demiyah revealed what happened and what she had to do. But also what she found out. Kimberly said, "I promise I'll inform the council as soon as they call me back. Trista just arrived." The Scout of Pluto walked up to them and said, "Mau is ready to arrest Luna. They just need evidence against her. Demiyah reiterated what Luna did to her and what the plan was long term that she knew at the moment. Trista sent the recordings and audio to Mau and not a moment later Mina walked up alongside Amy both looking tired as Artemis grudingly padded up with Luna. Luna said, "You stupid child! Go back to that clinic now!" Demiyah said, "No. Evidence has already been sent to your planet Luna of Mau." Three human like beings with cat ears and tails walked up and said, "And we are here to collect the criminal known as Luna." Luna hissed, "I am serving his Majesty King Diomedes. That brat isn't allowed to rule as she is a female. Everyone knows that all the female heirs are good for is to be breeding stock. She is to be the concubine of King Endymion. I won't take no for an answer! My daughter is already in place to make your life miserable enough you would accept the continuing abuse without fuss. Now go back to the clinic and get those braces and implant back!"
Amy asked, "Implant?" Demiyah replied, "I don't know who designed it. It was supposed to make me a mindless drone. Kind of like the Winter Soldier. So I would obey orders without question. She even cast a Spell to make me obey her. The Orthodontist casting a second one that I know could only come from the Mau that suppressed my personality. So I would be compliant. So Luna care to tell us how he got the spell?" Luna refused to say so Trista held her Garnet Rod in front of the Mauan and said, "Verum Dico! Now how did he get the Spell?" Luna unable to lie said, "I gave it to him. Master Diomedes wanted Demiyah broken." Mina asked, "Who is Diomedes?" Luna replied, "He is the former partner of Queen Serenity. He is now my husband and the father of my daughter. Though he uses another name. Xehanort a fallen Keyblade Master."
Demiyah demanded, "What is Xehanort's plan?" Luna said, "He wants to reshape the universe as he sees fit. To do that he needs the Imperial Silver Crystal. But also he needs to know the identity of the Moon Princess." Mina asked, "Why?" Luna said, "So he can kill her and use his magic to forcibly take the Crystal. He would recreate the Moon Kingdom with himself as King, Myself as Queen, and our daughter as the True Moon Princess. Endymion would take the Terran throne even if by force and rule over Earth. Mutants, Metas, and even those with Ranger based abilities would be locked away in prison camps. And anyone with a particularly strong power would be implanted with the same implant as Demiyah was and forced into being Endymion's mercenaries whether they wanted to or not." Amy irate asked, "Why would you do such a thing?" Luna said, "Because I saw how Queen Serenity ruled through pacifistic means and it made me sick! She was a goddess in all but form! She could have taken over and ruled all! But she didn't and neither did either of her sisters nor any of her brothers. Her sisters being Orizaba, Nehelenia, Delancy, and Lucinda. So we killed Delancy and Lucinda. Then we corrupted Orizaba and Nehelenia to work for us. Her brothers, all but one were easy to kill. Darius was a powerful mage. The Mage of Thunder and owner of the Save the Queen staff. If he was reincarnated then like last time he and Delancy would be twins, he would once again be a mage, and would wield the Save the Queen staff." Demiyah's mind went at a standstill knowing who fit that description and she had to warn him! Demiyah asked, "Who else is in on this plan?" Luna said, "Diomedes and I's daughter Yolei. She will be placed on the Digidestined team you are meant to lead as the inheritor of the Crests of Love and SIncerity. Her partner will be a Hawkmon and her DNA Digivolving partner will be the Child of Light whomever is called." The Mauan detectives said, "We'll take over from here miss. Keep the Spell active so we can properly interrogate her. We will send recordings soon enough."
The four Scouts and two martians rode the bus to the edge of the Japanese tourist area of Reefside which saw an upswing since Sailor Moon admitted her birth parents while American citizens were Japanese. There was a proper Shinto shrine there which was where Raye lived. Two men greeted the six as they entered the Shrine. A blonde man saw them but paid the no mind. But he could have sworn he knew them. The pink haired little girl most of all. Raye was taken into a private room and was given her gear and her memories. But the first question was, "What happened to Mars after I fell?" M'gann said, "My lady, Mars fell into chaos. the Black Martians disappeared beyond dimensional barriers and the White Martians were blamed for the fall so they have ben discriminated against since. I had to disguise myself as a Green Martian since to protect myself from being burned by the fires of our people. As many White Martains are often burned by fire." Raye sighed, "Once Beryl is defeated I will set things right. Where are my sattelite Scouts Sailor Phobos and Sailor Deimos?" Two crows flew into the room and took human form. Both raven haired girls but with indigo eyes. One suited in red said, "We are here our Princess. We are to you as Artemis and Selene are to Princess Serenity. Selene has been living near the back wood. Deimos will go fetch her." Deimos returned to her crow form and flew off returning later with a silver furred violet eyed feline with a gold upturned crescent moon mark. However before any words could be exchanged an explosion was heard outside. Demiyah sighed, "So much for explaining before the fight. Look just trust me but we need to weaken Jedite just enough so I can use my Wand to heal him of his corruption."

"Pluto Planet Power!"
Five flashes of light later and there stood the current Sailor Scouts. Mars despite being a greenhorn put up an excellent fight. "Mars Fire Ignite!" Her fire attack weakened Jedite enough to where he couldn't move after falling into a runic array that trapped him. Demiyah pulled out her Crescent Moon Wand and said, "Moon Healing Activation!" A white light engulfed the blonde man as black smoke left his body leaving behind a man in a red shirt and jeans he groaned as he sat up. "What happened?" Demiyah as Sailor Moon said, "You were corrupted by our current enemy. What's your name and do you have any nearby family?" The newly purified Jedite said, "I'm Jarred Morgan. My sister is Kendrix Morgan but she lives on Mirinoi in Eternity City which is what became of Terra Venture when it crashed. I have a cousin Amara Tanner who I could probably stay with." Demiyah as Sailor Moon had Jarred's memories restored. His true memories and not the fake ones. Jerred said, "Where are my brothers and sister in arms? And my Prince? Where is Helios as well?" Demiyah after transforming back said, "Your brother's and sister in arms are still under the influence of Beryl. Roran's reincarnation hasn't been revealed to me yet. I am to believe Helios is still in Elysian. I have the Stallion Reave so I will call him at a later time. Once we have Jupiter on the team and the Crystal is reforged. This way we can garuntee that we have three of your number by our side. Trista we need to bring in Neptune and Uranus as soon as possible. While also dealing with the parasite within Saturn. She may be the Scout of Death, Destruction, and Rebirth but her powers are vital to keep mine in check." Trista nodded. "I shall endeavor to find the rest of my fellow Outer Scouts. Along with a few of the Scouts from other Courts. As in the event you must battle a threat from the future or take an off planet mission there would still be enough Scouts to sufficently protect the surrounding cities with the aid of the Rangers and their allies."
Demiyah came home to a large cake that looked like the Tiny Toon Adeventures logo, a pile of presents, and a heap of Tiny Toons plush dolls. Mina who came with her asked, "Uh what's this?" Amy, Raye, and even Trista were confused. Demiyah took one look at the calendar and said, "Did I seriously forget that was today?" Tommy and Kimberly came in and said, "Happy Gotcha Day kiddo!" Raye asked, "Gotcha Day, what's that?" Demiyah said, "A Gotcha Day is the day an orphan child's adoption is finalized. By the way mom, dad, this is Raye Hawthorn she's Sailor Mars. Raye this is Tommy and Kimberly Oliver my adopted parents. Dino Thunder Black and Purple respectively prior to that they were Mighty Morphin Pink, the first Green, Mighty Morphin White, Red Zeo, Pink Zeo. as well as the first Red and Pink Turbo Rangers. Dad donned the Zeo suit four years ago shortly after my adoption was finalized so he could join the Forever Red Mission. At the time Uncle Rocky couldn't attend so he asked Uncle Jason to take his place for the mission as he was searching for his son Tyson and his fiancee Sharon Firus. Tyson as been found we just haven't had the time to go and retrieve Sharon from her home world." Raye said, "I see." Kimberly said, "You four are welcome to stay for the party. The more the merrier. Tommy made the cake. I was just about to start dinner. Demiyah's favorites tonight. So there will be plenty to go around."
Demiyah took the Scouts up to her room where they played her Tiny Toons video games until dinner was done. Each taking turns to play a level. Raye asked, "Why do your parents spoil you with all of this?" Demiyah said, "I think they wanted to make up for all the crap Caroline has put me through since I was five. They certainly weren't like this before her first fiasco. Then again I think they want to remind me I am still a kid despite being an active hero. So the toys, games, books, movies, and all of that is their way of trying to remind me to take some time to have fun and be a kid." Kimberly called them for dinner and low and behold there was quite a spread. There was no seafood but there was some really good chicken for the cats. After dinner there was cake that was rainbow and chocolate brownie icecream for desert. Demiyah was surprised to find the Space Jam movie in her presents. She had been searching everywhere and it was always sold out! She also found a Lola Bunny doll along with Wile E Coyote, Roadrunner, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Tweety, and even Marvin the Martian. Idly wondering if Marvin's people were the Black Martians. Kimberly said, "We have one more surprise for you." She stuck her head outside the back door and said, "You can come in now."
Demiyah saw who was and said, "Holy crap it's Micheal Jordan! I'm part Toon, so I have to know. Did you really play Basketball with the Looney Tunes to save them from servitude in an alien theme park?" Micheal laughed, "Sure did. Bugs and I have regular pick up games. Especially during the off season. I will let him know your part Toon though. He might be able to help you control your powers." Demiyah said, "I can control them well enough. I just barely know what I can do. I know I can do the classic gags and I have a 'Toon Space' where I can store things. But aside from that, I don't know what I can do." Micheal said, "I'll talk with Bugs when we shoot hoops together next weekend. If you don't mind me asking, how did you become part Toon?" Demiyah was greatful that those who knew about Toons also knew about Keyblades. "During my journey through the Worlds as a Keyblade Wielder a little over two years ago one of my stops was Disney Town. I took part in the Dream Festival and there was Della Duck's ex Jamie Drakeson along with a strange man in a black cloak. They wanted Della's unhatched children. I helped fight them off to where they ran. I later learned Jamie was a part of F.O.W.L and he wanted to experiment on the unhatched eggs. Donald, Della, and Scrooge were so greatful that they declared me an adopted member of the Duck/McDuck family and sealed their oath with blood. I visit from time to time but in recent weeks it's been difficult." King Mickey asked if I could keep an eye out for his brother Oswald. He's missing. If Bugs or one of the other Looney Tunes sees him could you find a way to let me know please?" Micheal said, "Of course." He handed over his number and put hers in his phone in case something happened and the other needed to know.
That night, Demiyah went to bed feeling shocked and overwhelmed with everything that happened. But despite Caroline causing problems and Luna's true colors, she could hardly believe she met Migheal Jordan! Rolling over she fell asleep dreaming about a life she barely knew but somehow could tell was still herself. She was playing with kid versions of the Looney Tunesin her dream and she was happy.
