Chapter 5: Training Session 1, Justice League!:
Demiyah watched in amusement as the girl were on the floor of the Just League Watchtower's dojo. Raye, Amy, Mina, and Trista were in a pile groaning. Demiyah who was in a white tank top and pink shorts said, "I'm not complaining and I'm seven! You girls are supposed to be Heroes not prissy Palace pets who do nothing but smile and wave, smile and wave. We are supposed to be the first line of defense against magical terrorist attacks! Not some school girls who play dress up. So quit complaining and get back to work!" Mina said, "Why aren't you on the floor with us?" Demiyah rolled her eyes, "I have been an active hero for a full two years Mina remember? What do you think I did when I had the free time? Sit home learning how to knit? I do know how to knit, but that's because I learned at the summer workshops Silver Guardians Academy offers. I trained with my parents, who are Power Rangers, their fellow Rangers, and their allies. I'm used to this sort of strain. Besides, I did complain at first when my regime was upped because I wasn't used to it. But eventually I did get used to it. So quit whinning. Besides, once the lunch break hits Vision is going to drop by with Braniac 5. They made lunch for us. They know our dietary needs and what to avoid in our diets."
Raye asked, "Okay, I'll bite who are the two boys?" Demiyah looked over and saw Denki and Harry. "The ravenette is Harry Potter-Kord or Booster Gold. He's the appentice and adopted son of Ted Kord the Blue Beetle. The blonde with the lighting bolt streak is Denki Kaminari. He's been living with my family for over a year. He's from a different dimension where the majority of that world has superpowers known as Quirks. He's a reincarnate from Jupiter. Harry and Denki agreed to help us out from time to time. This way we don't have to deal with that prick Tuxedo Mask. Luna awoke him before she was arrested." The girls groaned at the mention of the traitor. Amy asked vexed, "Why would she do that? What's his purpose?" Demiyah said, "He's the reincarnation of Endymion the exiled Prince of this Planet." Mina asked, "What did he do to be exiled?"
Demiyah said bluntly, "Joined forces with Diomedes raped my past self, Amy's past self, your past self, and nearly killed Jupiter's past self." Mina replied, "Any chance we could find a way to lock his memories away for good?" Demiyah sighed, "We would need a Memory Witch with a connection to a Princess of Heart. But there aren't any awakened at this point in time. So sadly no. We can bury his memories once we find the Rainbow Crystals and reforge the Imperial Silver Crystal. That alone would give us at least seven years to find a Memory Witch. Unless we find Saturn, then we could just send her on a silent mission. Or direct one of the League's villains towards him. Since I know quite a few despise rapists. Darien, that's Cape Boy's real name by the way, has kept a record of how many girls he's raped. All twelve years old or younger." Aquaman said, "Might I suggest Harley Quinn and Black Manta for the job? Harley moonlights on occasion as an antihero. She went back to work as a Psychologist far away from Arkham Asylum. I may be a hero, but even so I am a King and soon to be a father. Rape is something we don't tolerate in any way, shape, or form in Atlantis."
Vision and Braniac 5 came in a few moment later with steaming containers of food. Each on tailored to the Scouts individual dietary needs. Mina said inbetween mouthfuls, "I don't remember ever eating this well before. My parents do great with my dietary needs, but there are places they fall flat. Especially with my metabolim." Klarion the Witch Boy who just popped in said, "Beings with magic have a need to take in two or three times as many calories than normal people. That shoots ip the more they use their magic." Demiyah offered Klarion one of her manju buns and the Witch boy accepted the snack. "Teriyaki chicken and cabbage nice pick Vision." Klarion complimented the Avenger. Amy said, "I thought you weren't a part of the Justice League Klarion. Whya re you here now?" Klarion said, "Queen Serenity's sister Lucinda is my mother. I would be remiss in insuring the Scouts weren't sufficiantly trained. As you are the Court of my favorite cousin. And Demiyah is my favorite cousin. So it's part me wanting to make sure Diomedes doesn't win and part wanting to spend time with my family. I may take a huma disguise and attend school with you all. A sort of hidden bodyguard." Demiyah said, "The more help we have the better. Because I don't want to go into the final battle against Beryl half cocked. It could lead to someone on our side dying which I would like to avoid."
Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman took over their training from Bruce and Clark aka Batman and Superman after lunch. Teaching the girls all the little things a female hero needs to know while in the field. But Klarion helped by teaching them about Beryl's closest guards and who they used to be until she took control of them. Huntress, Black Canary, and Supergirl took them aside and started teaching them how to make the most of their powers. Including learning how to harness their locked ability to fly. Demiyah had it easy until her back started hurting. Pure white wings with silver star patterns on the feathers burst from her back. When she tried to stand up she fell down Hawkgirl was quick to come help her. A medical scan discovered she could summon the wings at will, but she could fly like her sister Scouts. Hawkgirl stated she needed to learn to fly with her wings first. She would get her used to flying and walking with them first. Then when Warren came to the Academy to teach kids Shayera would inform him of the new development. Demiyah was on the comm line to tell her parents what had happened.
While it was a shock, Natsumi who answered said, "Well, Artemis said you would develop wings. He also spoke about something called Shanila? We can ask him about that when you girls come to the house since your having a sleepover. I think it signifies you magical development. Again we can ask him more about it. Kimberly actually went to the Mystic Realm to find anything on Shanila. So hopefully she will have something when you girls get here. Oh yeah, before I forget Demiyah, Master Yen Sid sent you a letter. There's a summit for Keyblade Wielders comming up and since your the only one of Eraqus' students free, your the representitive for the Land of Departure as well as the Eltar System. It's next Saturday at Noon in Disney Town. At the Castle specifically." Demiuah nodded, "Okay thanks for letting me know Mama. See you when we go back to the house." Demiyah asked, "What in the World's is Shanila?" Trista said, "It's a phase of Magical Development in planetary princesses. Unfortunately, I don't remember much about it as the last Shanila I saw was over 1000 years ago."
Green Lantern and Flash finished their training by helping them understand their inner energies or how to draw on the power around them like how Flash draws power from the Speed Force. Amy and Trista had the most success. Demiyah had minor success, but Mina and Raye were missing the mark each time. They were cleaning up in the showers when an alarm sounded. Demiyah sighed, "Damn Nightmares. How this happens now of all times is beyond me. Come on ladies, time to go to work."
The five girls teleported directly to Paris. Demiyah said, "Reminds me of the Miraculous comics. Still much better in person. Moon Prism Power!"
"Mercury Power!"

"Venus Power!"
"Pluto Planet Power!"
The five Scouts saw the Nightmare. It was a similar appearance to the Zag Comic series Spectre Trio which was based on the the heroes the Spectre Six. They were ghost empowered heroes.
"Love Chain Encirlce!" "Fire Flash!" "Moon Twilight Flash!" "Ice Bubbles Freeze!"
The four attacks combined to attack the Nightmare. "Chrono Chain Barrier!" The garnet chains tied up the Nightmare as Artemis in a different form took the stage. He looked more like a spectral lion than a Mau advisor. She had to look into that one.

The Nightmare was flung into the air as Artemis changed into a lion made of Light and ate it causing the five Scouts to fly into the air. Venus landed on Artemis causing him to reveal the Purified Nightmare which was a horse made of golden Dream Dust. Five colorful devices dropped in front of the girls. They picked them up and returned to the Watchtower where they were given medical treatment for the minor injuries they obtained from battle. Artemis was waiting for them on the front porch. He followed the girls inside and said, "Few Mau can take alternate forms like what I did. Nightmares are connected to Elysian which during Silver Millennium times was to Sailor Scouts as the Hall of Justice or the Watchtower is to the Justice League. Then Prince Endymion's great great grandfather sealed all but the Golden Kingdom's way point gate and cast a spell making most forget that Elysian wasn't the 'holy place' of the Golden Kingdom. He even stole the Golden Crystal from the Moon Kingdom and then lied about it. Even going as far as forbidding interactions between the Earth Kingdom and the rest of the Silver Millennium."
Mina asked, "Why would he do that? What would he have to gain from it?" Artemis said, "That man was the teacher of Diomedes or Xehanort. King Rishuku of the Golden Kingdom was the only known Earth Royal to get away with using Forbidden Magic for his entire Rule. Simply because he often framed others. However, when he accused the Sailor Jupiter of the time, my predecessor and the predecessor of Raye revealed his deception. But not before he trained a successor and gave Diomedes the idea to take the Moon Kingdom for himself and rewrite the Universe as he saw fit."
Kimberly walked in and said, "So I went to a Healer's clinic and asked about Shanila. I was given some pamphlets and a few books. According to them, when a female magical child reaches a certain stage of their magical development, their hair starts to fall out. Looking like it was cut short. It usually lasts a few days to a week. It's one of the Major Magical Milestones for girls. With how much Amy, Mina, Raye, and Demiyah have been training recently they can expect their Shanila within a few months. At least that's what the Healer told me. I really need to make an appointment for Demiyah to get a second opinion. Anyhow, I suggest talking to your parents or guardians about it. That way they can schedule you an exam with a licensed Healer. Also Demiyah, Monday during Free Period I want you to come to my office. After Caroline's latest attempt two days ago, I want to get some X-Rays. She found a spell to make your teeth crooked since unlike the other Orthodonist's Doctor Peters refused to do it if you didn't need them. I don't know if cast the spell or not." Demiyah said, "We still have time before the Night classes start mom. Let's just go do it now. Rather find out now than wait to find out." Tommy piped up, "She has a point Kim. Besides, what if Caroline did succeed in casting it? The only way to reverse it is actual braces or a retainer."
Kimberly and Demiyah along with Trista went to Kim's office and Demiyah got the X-Rays done. Kimberly took copies home with them and showed them to Tommy and Demiyah, "Luckily she didn't get too far. Just have to pull that back molar she knocked out of place. It's a baby tooth anyways. But I would have to wait a few weeks and take another set of X-Rays." Demiyah asked, "Mom, what if it does still have problems after because of Caroline?" Kimberly said, "We'll cross that bridge should it show up honey." Trista said, "Don't worry Princess. Scout of Time remember? It's just the back molar that's the problem. However, if Caroline does that spell again you could go to a Healer and get your teeth straightened rather than braces." Kimberly asked perplexed, "They do that?" Trista said, "Those that specialize in dentistry do. I'll give you the contact information for one later. They worked with the MMPR team back in the 60's." Kim said, "Thanks Trista. Caroline is making me pissed. The fact she would resort to those sort of Spells just to get her way." Demiyah said, "I know mom. I just can't shake the feeling I know Pierre is a good guy being used by Caroline. But how is using him and why? Those are the only pieces of the puzzle we don't have."

Caroline paced back and forth. "Damn it! I was so close. I just need to find a way to get Demiyah to require braces. Then I could switch the ones she would get with the mind control tech." Phoebe said, "Wouldn't work even if you did pull it off. The Rangers just opened a new Orthodontic division. So she would be seen by a Ranger Orthodontist. If she doesn't go to a Magical Healer that specializes in dentistry first. They scan everything so no mind control tech gets in or out." Caroline swore, "Fuck! Nick and my husband are counting on the success of this mission." Yolei said, "Why waste all that time on Demiyah? Just wait a few years ma'am. Then I can do it. She'll be so miserable she'd beg for the mind control braces." Caroline said, "I'll cast a ritual later. Since Rituals can't be undone by magical Healers. I found a ritual to change certain aspects of person. All we need a re a few ingredients. Then during the next New Moon we can kidnap Demiyah and cast it. Then she'll have no choice." Yolei said, "Whatever. I'm going to the Lab. Father said he was working on something."
Diomedes saw his daughter, "Ah Yolei my daughter. I found the broken sixth Badge of Darkness and the unused Yellow Strato Morpher we turned into the Yellow Mutant Morpher. Using that as a base I created a sixth Mutant Morpher. It'll be for a Green Mutant Ranger. We just have to wait a little while to find the perfect candidate. I'm also thinking of replacing that Aoyama boy. I already have his replacement chosen. My dear, meet the new Blue Mutant Ranger once he finishes the training. Judge Doom."
