When they reached the light house they found a guy locking up, who noticed the unknown Pokémon.

"Why that little…" he said running up. "What are you doing out here?"

"Wha…" Chloe started only to be interrupted.

"I'm not talking to you two. You can shove off." He said.

"Wait, I know you…" Nemona said as Ashley and Chloe glared at him. "Aren't you Arven? You're enrolled in the humanities track, right? And aren't you the son of that pokemon researcher-Professor Turo?"

"Doesn't matter who my dad is," Arven said. "The real issue here is what in the world this pokemon is doing out here! And what is with this form it's in?!"

"We… met… it… at… the… bottom… of… the… cliff…" Ashley said.

"Wait, you can talk?!" Arven said in shock. "And why are you wearing a Uva uniform?"

"Ashley is a student at the school and a trainer in her own right, despite being a Zorua." Nemona explained. "And we heard a strange cry, and tried to investigate, but Ashley and Chloe fell off the cliff… that Pokémon saved them and looks to be good friends with Ashley, but it seems like it were itself out in the process. It got kinda… slumpy afterwards. But you shoulda seen it before! It looked totally different-it was unbelievably strong!"

"Well, yeah. As it should be," Arven said, looking at it. "But it can't fight while it's like this. The form Miraidon takes in battle… that's it's true form."

"Miraidon? Is that this pokemon's name?" Nemona asked. "How'd you know it?"

"Agiagias!" Miraidon said looking at the entrance of the lighthouse, side door.

"You can't go to the lab. It's locked," Arven said before looking at Ashley. "Ashley, is it? Miraidon isn't the sort of pokemon that any old trainer can hope to command. It's special."

"Special how?" Nemona interrupted "What sort of pokemon is it?"

"But as a pokemon yourself you can communicate with it. Giving you a much better chance. So here..." Arven said ignoring Nemona and giving Ashley a pokeball. "Its the pokeball that brute's been kept in."

"So why'd YOU have it?" Nemona asked. Only to be ignored again.

"Anyway, that thing's your problem now, not mine. Good luck." Arven said before running away.

"What? Oye! Can you not hear me or something!" Nemona called after him. "What a weirdo…"

"A bit rude as well," Chloe said as Ashley returned Miraidon.

"That Arven guy definitely knows more then he's letting on." Nemona said. "Next time he and I are battling! I'm gonna write some answers that out-take him! But oh, right-we gotta climb the lighthouse! Can't wait to show you the view of our school!"

"…You… go… ahead…" Ashley said, looking at the ladder. "… those… rungs… are… to… far… apart… for… me… too… climb… so I'll… stay… here… and… teach… Sprig… a… tito… a… move… to… deal… with… fire… types… like… houn… doom…"

"Alright, I guess climbing a ladder would be difficult for you. And that is a good idea. Here." Nemona said, giving Ashley a TM for Mudslap. "This will help."

"…Thank… you…" Ashley said as Nemona and Chloe climbed up to the top of the lighthouse, while Ashley used the TM to teach Sprigatito mudslap, and took the extra time to teach Sprigatito about contests since she was also in the contest track at school. Luckily she seemed interested. Wrapping up as they came down.

They then headed down to Los Platos beating Youngster Elian, and Zahira the Student, catching up to Nemona at the Pokémon center, which in this region was outside, and also contained the pokemart, and a machine for making TM'S. As well as learned about LP in this region, before leaving Los Platos and heading to Mesagoza.
