Pokemon: Shuffled Journeys

An AU write-up of the Pokemon anime in which nothing is how it was in canon. How different is the anime if it involves an Ash who starts his journey out in Galar, with Iris and Hop as travelling companions? Also, what order will he visit the regions in? 11. Message From The Author (PLEASE READ)

Yes, I know, this isn't an actual chapter. But to be fair, I noticed on going through my active stories that outside of Persona 5- The Phantom Files, all of my other stories haven't been updated in at least 3 months. I apologize to the readers of those stories, and can only say in my own defense that I've kind of taken a 'focus on one story at a time' approach to my updates, and at the moment, the main focus has been on Phantom Files. But rest assured I will also still update my other stories as well, when time and inspiration permit. As such, let me go over briefly the status of each of my active stories here.

1) Persona 5- The Phantom Files: Still ongoing, with 40 chapters presently uploaded as of the point of this A/N, with another 11 chapters typed out and backlogged, and thus ready to post as needed. At this point, just waiting on my usual reviewer to review chapter 40 before I post chapter 41. IN PROGRESS

2) Digimon Frontier- Return to The Digital World: Ongoing, though I've not been able to get myself to focus on it long enough to start on chapter 4, so once I get that typed out, I'll have an update for it, but please be patient until then. IN PROGRESS

3) Digimon Data Squad Redux (rewrite) - Ongoing, but like Return to the Digital World, I've struggled to make myself actually sit down and start chapter 6, so once I get a chapter typed out for it, it will be updated. IN PROGRESS

4) A Mine Is A Terrible Thing To Waste Redux (rewrite) - Ongoing, but has been kind of on the back-burner since I've been focused on other stories, but as I only have tops 3 chapters left, and I have a chapter partially typed out for this, I expect this might get an update sooner than later if I get around to it. IN PROGRESS

5) Bakugan: The Pyrex Chronicles - Ongoing, but presently on a brief hold while I focus on other stories to give my co-writer (for lack of a better term) time to sort out his school and such, though we did do some brainstorming fairly recently on chapter 6, so might start on that when time permits. IN PROGRESS

6)Pokemon: Shuffled Journeys - Ongoing, and I have a chapter that I've been slowly working on typing out for it, so another one that should hopefully get typed out and updated sooner than later. IN PROGRESS

Outside of those 5 stories, any other stories I have up that aren't marked as 'Complete' are considered to be on indefinite hiatus since I likely either won't finish them, or if I do, it won't be for quite awhile since in most cases I don't know that I remember what I had in mind for them, so it's also possible I might scrap what I have and possibly re-write them at a later point.

So apologies to anyone who has those stories followed/favorited, but I just don't think I can commit to focusing on too too many stories at present given how easily I can tend to hyperfocus on stories most of the time, to the point I tend to forget to update my other stories. So if most of my stories seem like they're slow to update, it's because I got hyperfocused on one story in particular, in this case Phantom Files. So yeah, it is what it is there.

On another note, I'd like to thank everyone who's followed/favorited my stories thus far, as that support is not only amazing, but it's much appreciated to see how many people are interested in my stories. I'll try to not be so prone to hyperfocusing so I can start spreading out my updates again, but if I don't, please try to understand that I will eventually get around to working on my stories. If nothing else, know that I do occasionally put out one-shots for holidays and the like. So yeah, that's the most recent updates on my stories and most of my relevant info to mention.

Oh, but one other thing. Since the last 'update' chapter I did, I actually broke down and started up a Discord page for my stories. So if you want to join it, preferably to help brainstorm or offer input on one of my stories, feel free to either PM me or leave a review and express your interest and I'll try to shoot you an invite link when I get to it. But seriously, only join that if you're going to either offer input or give feedback.

I don't mind PMing my readers in general on here, but if I invite people to the discord, it'll likely either be to hear their input on my stories or if they want to help out with them, whether it be with just giving input, or if they want to help co-write stories. After all, I'm always open for accepting help where it's offered. As it is, most of my chapters I post are self-beta'ed since I only have the one co-writer for Bakugan: The Pyrex Chronicles who basically also functions to a point as a beta reader for that story. So also feel free to reach out if you feel like being a beta as I'm always up for any help I can get with my stories.
