Smiling Lyni looked up to where Wolffe was standing in the door way. He was talking to Feral and getting her brother to laugh. All of her family rarely laughed, but the two oldest were the worst about it.

Her plan about keeping her distance from the biker Fett was not working, as as Wolffe had trained Feral and they were working together now. It was normal for Wolffe to come to the house to pick up or drop of 'el and to be invited in by Lyni for a drink. Sava and Maul didn't say anything but they still watched Wolffe closely, not wanting to be betrayed again.

The sisters…. No, don't think of that. It is in the past and they were getting on with their lives. Feral broke into her thoughts, "Your joking."

"No I am not, he had it for almost three months. At the end they were frosted tips," Wolffe smiled at the memory.

Rolling forward with the plate of cookies she had just made Lyni asked, "Who had frosted tips?"

Looking at her while Fereal took a cookie Wolffe answered, "My brother Fredrick, we accidentally died his hair silver one Halloween which is why we call him Fox."

Laughing Lyni answered, "I bet he loves that."

Smiling a little wider Wolffe shrugged, "Hes gotten used to it."

Suddenly curious she asked, "Is Wolffe a nickname too?"

"Well my full name is Wolfgang because my grandmother loved classical music." He shrugged again, "I've always liked Wolffe better."

Nodding, "I like it too." She smiled up at him and he bent down to get a cookie but looked at her when they were eye level. Staying that way for a few moments in silence they might have leaned forward, if Savage had not shouted something downstairs in Dathmarian that broke the moment. Wolffe quickly straightened up and Lyni rolled over to the stairs before shouting back in the same language.

Almost

Songs say so close

Just as we were.

No one knew,

What I saw

In your eyes

At that moment.

So close to

Seeing if ….

If I could

Do something,

A thing for you.

But it was taken.
