I just Updated chapter 1 and added more to the story that will fit the overarching story of this Fanfic I probably might do more later on in the story who knows but you'll have to wait and see.
Chapter 2
Arzenal Top Side
When the helicopters and fighter jets landed on top of the military base the Rangers and Air Force pilots got out of their respective vehicles to discuss what they had witnessed just minutes ago.
"Is everyone okay?" Randy asked his company with everyone replied okay. then he saw Captain Parker and they approached each other. "Thanks for the assist Captain." Randy said while shaking his hands with Parker. "Don't mention it, question what the hell did I just witness?" Parker asked still confused
"You guys saw that right one minute we were near the range than all of a sudden we got transported to the middle of the ocean and encountered dragons." Renji said while freaking out.
"This has to be a dream right it just doesn't make any sense." Lynch said while breathing heavily
"Not to mention there were giant flying robots that are piloted by girls who look like they're in their mid-teens." Park said while shaking a bit
Daniel then stood on top of an ammo box to look over everyone. "Look as soon as we speak to whoever is in charge of this base will find out answers" Daniel shouted letting everyone know who was talking. "Daniels right so let's just all calm down and wait until we get escorted okay." Randy said with a calm look on his face and with that said everyone just nodded in agreement.
They then saw the vehicles pulling up towards them and they were greeted by 30 figures holding rifles, they wore military uniforms with body armor, and helmets they wore were completely different from what the Rangers wore. The symbol on their helmets was something they had never seen before, it had a dragon perched around a sword. The guards aimed their weapons at them prompting some of the Rangers to aim their guns at them back while some of the Rangers and the US Air Force pilots put their hands up.
"Drop your weapons or we will fire upon you!" one of the female soldiers said, but some of the Rangers didn't oblige until Lieutenant Jones shouted. "Men put your weapons down, now!" Some of them looked confused about what he had just done and said.
"Are you serious!" Joseph shouted while looking at Jones. "We almost died by those Dragons and now we have soldiers aiming their weapons at us for no reason at all!" Renji Shouted out of frustration. Daniel walked up and put his weapon down, holding Luna from attacking the guards. "Let's just hear them out" He replied showing his hands and prompting everyone to do the same. Renji sighed out of frustration and obliged and set his weapon down.
"Good I was starting you were mindless savages." A lady with a robotic arm approached the Rangers with a stern look and then said. "My name is Jill I'm the commander of Arzenal, and this is Emma Bronson the inspector of Arzenal, I would like to talk to the person in charge of your company."
Randy then whispered to us. 'Well that's my queue.' then he walked a little forward and introduced himself "Hello please allow me to introduce myself I'm 1st Lieutenant Randy Jones, and on behalf of my men we appreciate your support out there... if your soldiers didn't arrive in time to help us we'd probably be dead." He said while saluting and Jill returned the salute but didn't acknowledge the battle that happened.
"You and your men follow me we have to assess your current situation." Jill said while walking away with Emma following her.
"You heard our commander move!" Said the guard who was looking a little nervous considering most of them were men and with that, they began to follow Jill while her guards aimed their weapons behind our backs.
Arzenal Hanger
When the 1st squadron arrived at the hangar some of them were still confused about what had occurred. Mei and the other engineers were running to the 1st Squadron to see what had happened.
"Hey, guys we just saw some helicopters flying in especially these 16 aircraft I've never seen before, just what was that." Mei asked out of curiosity. "Honestly Mei we don't know what just happened." Salia answered.
"From what we could see they were men in those vehicles with a couple of women wearing the same camo uniforms." Ersha explained. "Yeah, and they kicked butt too, right Ange?" Vivian said. Ange didn't reply and just simply remained quiet.
They then heard whispers from the Arzenal residents and on looks as they saw the Rangers, Helicopter pilots, and fighter jet pilots being escorted by Arzenal Guards with their hands up. The Rangers while walking saw that most of the residents at this military base were primarily women and some were as young as 12.
'Just what is this place?' Renji thought in his head seeing how most of them were younger than him. The Rangers also saw the girls that helped them before staring at them. 'Well, they look really beautiful though but they look like they're in their mid-teens, the red-haired girl is giving me and my men the death stare and the short-haired blonde is scary looking like she's a killer.' Lieutenant Jones thought in his head.
Then when they reached their destination they were met with 3 women who looked like they were also in charge of the base, along with a dog. Luna started growling at the golden retriever and the golden retriever growled back. "Easy Luna, take it easy." Daniel whispered to his dog.
"Well, Lieutenant Jones we would like you and one of your men to accompany us and answer some questions for us." Jill announced to Jones.
Jones turned to Daniel and said. "Staff Sargent Daniel Espinoza you're with me, the rest of you stay here, will be right back." prompting Daniel to hand the leash to Diana and move up next to Randy.
"Salia!" This prompted the latter to walk up in attention.
"Yes ma'am!" She responded. "Salia you come along." Jill said as she began to start walking, with Salia blushing a bit but kept her composure so she can look professional.
Then Daniel and Randy began to walk along with Jill, Salia, and a couple of guards following her, Jill looked around and then shouted. "Enough staring Ladies get back to work now." Prompting everyone including the first squadron to head out and with the Arzenal Guards keeping an eye on the rest of the outsiders.
Control Room
"Hey, ladies take a look over here." Hikaru said while looking at her screen prompting Pamela, and Oliver to look at her screen.
Through the security footage, they saw that there were actual men at Arzenal and that there were women among them wearing the same uniform as the men, with a badge on their right arm (a flag with red, and white stripes). "I still can't believe this is happening." Oliver is still reeling in at what she saw, while Pamela is still blushing at some of the men she saw. 'They are quite handsome.' Pamela thought.
They then heard the elevator 'ping' they turned to see who was walking, they saw Commander Jill and the Inspector then they saw some of the camo soldiers from the security cameras. Daniel turned to see the girls while walking by the control room 'Just how old are the residents, who would put kids to fight off Dragons?' He thought but kept on walking.
"Did you see that?" Pamela asked out of excitement. "So, real men at Arzenal, I wonder if they're friendly?" Hikaru asked a little worried. Pamela looked through the door and then said. "A better question is where did they come from?" she asked making the others question the same thing.
Jills Office
"Please take a seat." said Jasmine pointing at the bench. Daniel and Randy then took their seat. The 4 Women looked at them with different looks. Jill was sitting in front of them giving them a cold stare. "Well let's start with proper introductions my name is Jill the commander of Arsenal." She then pointed at the young woman wearing white. "Oh, I'm Emma Bronson the inspector of this base." while looking cautious as usual.
She then looked at Jasmine and Maggie to signal them to introduce themselves "Hello there My name is Jasmine the Arzenals shopkeeper, and that person with the red hair is Maggie our head nurse of Arsenal." She said while Maggie gave them a wink and waved her fingers.
Jill then turned to Salia to let her do her greet. "Oh my name is Salia Captain of the 1st Squadron that assisted you from that DRAGON assault." she said while standing in attention.
Daniel looked around and was a bit nervous, while Randy knew they would be asked some questions in her office. "Just what exactly is this place and who are you." Randy asked However, Jill put her hand up "Before you start asking questions I have a couple of questions of my own." As much as they wanted answers and they want to know where they are so they have to be obliged to the situation they are currently in.
"Okay let's start finding some answers, who are you people and where do you come from?" Jill asked with a stern look.
"Well as we already established I'm 1st Lieutenant Randy Jones, and this is Staff Sargent Daniel Espinoza, of the U.S. Army Rangers, were from a country called the United States of America." Randy Jones replied. As soon as he finished talking. He noticed the lady Emma staring at them with caution.
Daniel then continued. "We were doing our regular training at our base, then all of sudden a black hole sucked me, and my company and I thought we were dead at first, next thing we knew we ended up in the middle of the ocean." He finished but jill just kept looking at them. "I'm guessing you don't believe a word we just said." He said.
"Well, we don't know if you are lying or not, considering there is no such thing as a country called the United States or any mention of it considering pre-mana history has been wiped out." Jill proclaimed making Daniel and Randy look at each other with caution.
"Well is there anything we can prove that we're telling the truth?" Daniel asked with his eyebrows rising. Jill looked at Emma and nodded at her Then Emma approached them with her hand out and then something glowing came out of her hand. "Uh, what is that?" Randy asked.
"What you are seeing here is what the humans use is called the light of mana this is what powers the 4 founding nations and gives us peace and prosperity, touching it will prove to us whether you are telling us the truth or not." Emma explained 'This has to be a joke who doesn't know the light of mana? What if... no way this is probably some test my father gave out?' She thought to herself.
Randy and Daniel were hesitant about what was going on. "It's all right to touch it no need to worry." Jill said to them.
Randy and Daniel then reached their hand out to touch the Shield that appeared on the woman's hand and when it made contact it didn't break or resist itself. "Huh, it's not that bad at all?" Daniel said while knocking on it like it was a door.
"AAAAHHHH!" Emma screamed causing Daniel and Randy to jump out of fear. "Is everything alright ma'am?" Randy asked out of worry, seeing that she was now frightened by the sudden revelation. "Stay away from me you Ancient freaks! Security!" She screamed at the top of her lungs, causing Randy and Daniel to look at each other with a confused look.
"Inspector, Please calm down let me take care of this." Jill told Emma prompting her to leave the room. As soon as she left, Jill then stood up, grabbed a cigar, and lit it. "So you are Ancient Humans, but more Ancient than the ones I heard of." She said with a smile almost like she was mocking them.
"Ancient Humans, what do you mean by that?" Randy asked cautiously. Then Jill exhaled the smoke and responded. "Tell me, What year was it when you teleported?" Jill asked looking away.
"It was the year 2022, why do you ask? Wait a second, no way!?" Daniel exclaimed. "Correct, Welcome to the future more specifically the year 3014." Jill responded with a mean look.
Daniel and Randy just looked at each other dumbfoundedly 'I know we were in the future but I didn't expect time travel to be possible.' Randy thought to himself.
Daniel on the other hand was still angry at what he saw earlier so he got up and shouted. "Yeah well if this is the future then why are you letting little kids fight dragons? What did they do to deserve this?! Who are you to let this happen?!" Daniel asked with a hint of venom in his wording while Randy pulled him back when he saw Jill was about to attack him, Randy intervened and said. "Daniel way to be subtle, look just calm down alright." he whispered in his ear.
"Norma... That's why these girls are here because they are Norma." Jill responded making the two rangers look at her with a confused look like What's a Norma?'.
"Norma is a name given to those who are born without the ability to use the light of mana and are considered freaks of nature. Once a norma is discovered they are sent here and are trained to kill Dragons to protect the Humans that sent them here, everyone is a Norma including me with the exception of Emma Bronson." Jill answered.
Daniel and Randy just looked at each other with disgust. 'This world is messed up, I've seen kids fighting in Afghanistan, Iraq, and currently in Ukraine, but this is on a whole another level of fucked up.' Randy thought to himself.
Daniel, on the other hand, was still full of rage but he then read the room perfectly if he were to burst out again then it would mean trouble to him and his men.
"Well no matter what your opinion about this place is, you and your company of soldiers are refugees but that doesn't mean you can live free, you'll have to work to stay. Is that understood?" Jill told the two men in front of them. "Yes Ma'am!"
Jasmine, Maggie return to your positions, Salia you take them back to the hanger with the rest of their company." Jasmine Maggie, and Salia responded with a "Yes Ma'am."
"By the way, there's one more thing I should ask, are there any more of you that teleported as well?" Jill asked. "Well..." Daniel was about to say. "We are the only ones that have been teleported." Randy finished with a straight face.
Jill just looked at Randy with eyebrows raised until 20 seconds later responded. "Alright then dismissed." Daniel and Randy responded"Yes Ma'am." Everyone left prompting Emma to come back to the room but still kept her distance from the Rangers that walked by her.
"Are you sure about this? Letting men stay at Arzenal?" Emma Asked Jill.
"They are refugees with no place in the world, consider them as Norma from now on." Jill responded with a neutral look.
"I know what you mean but what if they decide to rebel, they are still Ancient Humans, so they could plan an attack on the founding nations?" Emma said out of cautiousness while walking towards Jill. Emma remembered the failed revolution that happened 10 years ago and didn't want a repeat of that same incident.
"Relax from what we already know they are from the past and you saw it yourself their technology doesn't look advanced, besides if we learn more about them we can gather information about their society and, I'm sure you want to know more information as well, right Inspector?" Jill replied with a blank stare Jill always knew how to swindle Emma to agree with her.
"I suppose you're right, but I'll still have to report this to my father." Emma said while shaking a bit. Jill just waved her hand out of annoyance then she thought in her mind. 'I wonder if that egotistical bastard brought them here no matter they can probably help.'
Hallway
Daniel and Randy headed towards the elevator with Salia as soon as they entered the Elevator. Salia just kept her cool 'oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh I'm all alone with 2 men!' she shouted in her mind.
"Excuse me, miss?" Salia jumped a bit and turned around
Daniel was walking along with Randy and Salia back to the hangar to regroup with their men but he knew he wanted more answers instead of more questions. 'Like this can't be, why would people discriminate against others who can't do Mana like that Emma woman.' he thought in his head sure there was discrimination from where he came from but not everyone is as cruel as this. Unfortunately, when he was in his train of thought he wasn't paying attention and he lost sight of Randy, Jasmine, and Maggie.
"Ah Shit, I must have lost focus, great!" He said so he kept walking and then turned the corner where he encountered a bunch of women who were walking down the hall. He decided to walk past them but they stopped him in his tracks.
"Hey are you a real man?" one Norma asked. "How old are you?" another asked. "Do you need any help?" One asked seductively.
Daniel felt like he would be violated if he stayed and decided to run away from them, but unfortunately, they began to chase him down the hallway. 'This sucks, I'd rather be fighting the Russians in Ukraine or fighting the Chinese whenever they decide to invade Taiwan right now than running away from Hormonal teenagers.' he thought to himself still running away.
Meanwhile
Emma was breathing heavily from what she witnessed first she had to deal with the Norma Ange and now Ancient Humans from the past have arrived she just needs to figure out how to explain the situation to her father. 'Riinngg!' 'Riinngg!' 'Riinngg!'. Then her mana screen began to ring she looked at her screen to see that her father was calling her. "'Sigh' well might as well tell him."
She answered the call and was greeted by a man in his 40s with a Rosenblum suit on. "Hi sweetie how's it going." She looked at her father through the screen and replied. "Oh hello father, listen we have a problem." Emma's father just looked at Emma with worry. "What is it baby did those filthy Norma violate you." She shook her head.
"I need to show you this." Emma then began to play the footage of the U.S. Army Rangers, their Airforce, and their battle with the DRAGONS, After the footage was over and he was shown screenshots of the soldiers in Camo he had a confused mean look. "Who the hell are those people?' Emma then said. "They said there from the year 2022 from a country called the United States of America." Emma's father just looked confused as ever.
"Do you want me to request an excavation team to round them up?" Emma asked but what her father responded was not what she expected. "Listen Emma i believe we should let them stay." Emma had a what look. "If they really are from the past then we should at least learn from their customs and their culture, after all we barely know everything of the pre-mana world so I believe it would benefit our scientists and historians with more knowledge." Emma just kept thinking about it and she was right there is barely any history of the pre mana world so maybe more knowledge wouldn't hurt.
"So in the meantime treat them as you would the Norma, and do not hesitate to defend yourself if one of those men try to do something funny to you."
"Yes, Dad I will." she said while saluting to her father, and with that the call ended. Emma just looked bewildered by the whole conversation. 'Maybe will just see what they're capable of later on?' She thought in her head.
Arzenal Hospital
Daniel kept running then arrived at what looked like a hospital part of the base and went into a room to hide from the mob of girls that were chasing him due to the fact that there were no men on this island except for him and his squad. 'Well, I think I lost them.' he said to himself but he soon realized he wasn't alone, there was a Pink-Haired girl changing clothes.
'She looks beautiful... wait what am I thinking, now's not the time.' He thought to himself he was about to open the door but the pink-haired girl stopped him from doing so by saying. "Hold it right there."
"I'm sorry it's not what it looks like I'm not a creep or anything I swear." Daniel said while raising his hands but the girl just looked at him. "You got a lot of nerve!" She shouted. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Daniel shouted out of fear. 'I'm a dead man.' Daniel thought to himself.
"Hahaha". He then heard the girl laughing and he looked to see she was smiling. "I'm just messing with you, I got a good feeling you're not that type of person to be a creep I can tell." She explained to Daniel.
"Yeah, I guess so. I'm sorry for barging in without knocking I was running away from a bunch of girls ." He said while reaching his hand out. The Pink-Haired then let out a smile. "It's fine, it happens all the time." She responded while looking at Daniel she came close to him and started to inspect him.
"So are you actually a man?" Naomi asked curiously while tilting her head.
"Um yeah, I am." Daniel said blushing a bit. 'Holy fucking shit this girl is adorable.'
"So where did you come from?" Naomi asked with a curious look leaning close to his face. 'His uniform is way different from the humans that resupply them every week.' She thought in her head. Daniel began to stutter a bit when she came close to his face.
She realized what she is doing and stepped back then she grabbed his hand and began to shake it. "I'm sorry where are my manners, My name's Naomi, it's nice to meet you." Naomi replied while smiling 'wow men really have big hands' she thought to herself, with Daniel returning the smile back.
"I'm Daniel, Daniel Espinoza." Daniel said while returning the handshake. They both looked at each other in the eyes for 30's seconds and realized what they have been doing, they then blushed out of embarrassment and looked away.
"Wow hitting on women on the day you arrived?" Said an older voice. Daniel turned and saw Jasmine behind him. "Jasmine this is not what it looks like." Daniel was about to explain. "Relax sweetheart, we know a bunch of girls were chasing you out of 'curiosity'." Said the nurse named Maggie looking at the situation with a smile.
"Oh hi Jasmine, and Maggie how is it going, just what are you doing here?" Daniel asked if he knew that Jasmine understood his current predicament. "You know I could ask you the same question but to answer your question we were here to see how Naomi is recovering well or not." Jasmine said while Daniel raised his eyebrows out of confusion.
Recovering?" Daniel asked. Maggie then explained. "So about 2 months ago Naomi was test riding an experimental Paramail that she was building but..." Maggie then was cut off by Naomi. "Unfortunately, there was a singular opening right in front of me, from what I learned I fought hard but I was overrun and crashed in the Ocean thus everyone thought I was dead at the time." Naomi finished.
Daniel looked at her with a guilty face. "Just what the fuck is this place?" Daniel asked. Making Naomi look at him with a confused look she never thought an outsider would be sympathetic to her and the other Normas. "It's just the way it is here, now come on let's get you back with the rest of your squad." Jasmine said nonchalantly. 'If only you knew.' She thought to herself.
"Daniel I don't like it any more than you do, but we can't do anything, but I promise you once we go back to our time, we will gather up our troops and will find a way to free these people from this hell hole." Randy whispered in his ear. Daniel nodded in agreement Daniel and Randy then followed Jasmine and Maggie out of the medical bay to regroup with their squad.
As soon as they left Naomi kneeled down and covered her face out of embarrassment. 'Oh my gosh oh my gosh! I just talked to a man for the first time, and he was handsome. She thought to herself out loud still blushing and kicking her legs still thinking about her encounter with Daniel then she calmed down. "You know what it's cool, I made my first male friend." She said proudly while clenching her fist together with pride.
Arzenal Hanger
All the Rangers and Air Force pilots remained quiet so they wouldn't cause any trouble for the residents living here. "Hey, Captain Sullivan did you notice anything when we arrived here?" Garrick asked. "I know there are only women here." Sullivan Replied. Then everyone began to examine the residents here and they confirmed that there were only women here and not a single man in sight.
"So what do you guys think is this some kind of Special Forces Base for women only?" Ryan asked his friends. "I don't know but if it is then it's one fucked up way of letting little girls pilot those things and fighting those dragon-looking bastards." Wilson replied with a hint of venom. Then they saw Daniel and The entire squad and the fighter jet pilots surrounded Daniel and Randy.
"So what happened at the meeting?" Trish asked. "Did they say anything?" Garcia asked frantically. "Where are we?" Osborne asked panicking. Everyone was asking one by one Daniel then calmed everyone down and then explained the entire situation that Jill explained to them but unfortunately everyone was panicking and talking in denial, this caused some onlookers to see what was going on until Jones shouted "Everyone just shut up, okay we don't how we ended up here the point is we're stuck here so we need to figure out how to go back home!"
Then they heard the Intercom come on with Jill speaking. "Attention all residents of Arzenal this is commander Jill speaking, we will be having outsiders stay with us for the time being, they are from the year 2022 and they're gonna find their way back home, so for now treat them as your own comrades." Jill said over the intercom.
Then one of the Armed Guards gathered everyone's attention, with Jasmine and Salia standing in front of the Outsiders. "I believe you all deserve something to eat, follow me and I'll take you to the cafeteria." Jasmine and Salia then turned around and walked forward leading the Rangers and Air Force pilots to follow suit.
Arzenal Cafeteria
The cafeteria was buzzing and loud, now that everyone was informed that the Men and Women who arrived were from the year 2022 which was the hot topic everyone was talking about, and among them was the 1st Squadron minus Ange who was sitting alone at the table. "I still can't believe the men that arrived here are from the past?" Rosalia said while chewing her food.
"That's not possible right?" Chris asked still shaken up. "Oh don't worry I'll protect you if one of those men tries to harm you." Rosalie said holding Chris's hands for comfort.
"I don't know about that, they seem to be very nice people, and the way they looked at us wasn't hostility but gratitude?" Ersha said with a smile. "If they are really from the past then we can learn what their world is like and their culture and customs." Ersha continued.
Hilda Scoffed and said. "Yeah right, all you want is to get close to them and let them fornicate you." Hilda replied with a hostile look Ersha gave a smile with closed eyes but with an aura that spelled death which prompted Hilda to look away.
"Though to be fair, having sex with a man would be interesting?" Rosalie thought out loud making Chris say. "Rosalie." she looked at Rosalie with a frown. "Come on Chris it could be a new experience and fun too?" Rosalia said. Chris looked away. 'Though I wonder what it's like too?' Chris thought to herself.
"Just what's so great about that? Men are just raging sex animals that have no dignity." Hilda replied with a disgusted look on her face. Ersha just looked at her with a confused look.
Vivian who was chowing down on her bowl joined in the conversation and said. "I think this is awesome, maybe I can see if they can be friends with us I haven't had a chance to ask them after the hunting." She said with enthusiasm.
"Hey, guys what's going on?" Said a Pink-Haired girl walking towards them it had been two weeks since the 1st squadron found out that Naomi was still alive and well they were in tears of joy when they discovered the revelation.
"We were just talking about the outsiders arriving here at Arzenal, who are mostly men." Vivian replied with a smile. Naomi smiled and said. "Oh the soldiers in camo, I've met one of them he was rather nice." Naomi said causing everyone to turn their heads to her.
"When did you meet one of them." Rosalia asked out of curiosity. Naomi replied. "30 minutes ago at the ER room, his name is Daniel Espinoza, he was very friendly and cute." Naomi began to blush a bit finishing her statement.
"Oh my" Ersha murmured as she covered her mouth out of surprise Rosalia and Chris just looked at Naomi with a bug-eyed look, and Vivian started to make fake kissing noises at Naomi. Hilda had a disgusted look.
"I bet he was gonna try and molest you when you were vulnerable." Naomi shook her head out of disagreement. "You will be surprised he was quite the gentleman."
Everyone went silent and the 1st squadron looked around to see why, and they saw the Rangers and Air Force Pilots arriving at the cafeteria with Salia guiding them after they asked if they were hungry. Then began to grab the trays for food. The lunch ladies were hesitant at first but put food on their plates. They all sat on a table that was empty just for them. They were chowing down on their food and talking about what they should do since they are stuck in the 'Future'.
"Hi, there!" Shouted Vivian with a happy face. Everyone looked at the hyper vermilion-haired girl who had a lollipop in her mouth. "Um hi." They responded in unison they were curious why she seemed hyper despite being forced to fight DRAGONS. "You guys fight the DRAGONS very well despite not using paramails, wanna be friends?" She said straight out. The Rangers just looked at each other confused.
"Now, now Vivian doesn't excite our new guests like that, hello there my name is Ersha, and you've already met Vivian." Ersha said the outsiders don't know why but Ersha was giving them a motherly aura.
Salia decided to be brave and act professionally as possible. "Ahem, Allow me to introduce you to my team, you have already met Vivian our energetic member of the group." Vivian smiled with her eyes closed.
Ersha then walked forward "Hi there my name's Ersha it's nice to meet you all." she said with a warm smile with most of the male Rangers blushing at the beauty they witnessed.
"Over there is Rosalie and Chris." Salia pointed with Rosalie winking at the Rangers with Chris waving shyly.
"The one with an angry look is Hilda." With the latter giving them an angry look. 'They don't need to know my name.'
"And finally with the pink hair is Naomi." Naomi came up and waved at the Rangers. prompting the Rangers to wave back. She then saw Daniel and gave him a special wave prompting everyone to look at Daniel with suspicious looks. 'oh my goodness!' Daniel thought in his head, Hilda just rolled her eyes out of annoyance. "I swear if he touches her I'll castrate him."
After everyone finished their meal, they began to put their plates up when one of the Rangers then bumped into someone. "Oh I'm sorry." then everyone turned to see it was the blonde haired that saved them from the Dragon attack, She just looked at them with a neutral look "So you're from the past?" Everyone just nodded in response. "Well just try not to get in the way of the Dragon kills." She huffed while walking away.
After she left everyone has different opinions of the encounter until they heard Salia walking up to them. "Don't worry about Ange she's just well a 'hardcase' come on let's continue with the tour." They then continued their tour making others question what had happened and why Ange was acting cold In the first place.
Meanwhile at the Outskirts
"Captain!, Captain!" Yelled a voice through Captain Davis's ear. Matthew woke up from his slumber and realized what had happened, a black hole sucked him and his men and it went all black. He saw Alan Parker sitting next to him.
Alan opened Davis's door so he could walk around and when Davis closed the door he saw the rest of his Troops including all the Humvees, Tanks, and most of the Helicopters were there all of which set up a temporary camp near a cave, it was already night time.
"Ugh is everyone okay?" Matthew asked with everyone responding with a 'were good' or 'Yeah were frosty'. "Just what the hell did I just witness?" He wondered out loud to himself.
"I wish I knew exactly what happened but we're just as confused as you are." Alan told Matthew.
Matthew looked around and asked. "How long was I out?" in which Alan responded. "You hit your head on the dashboard and you've been out for two hours." While lighting a cigarette. Matthew looked around and noticed there were actually missing Jones and the rest of his squad. "Wait a second where are Lieutenant Jones, Espinoza, and his Squad? and our fighter Jets?" He asked while walking around trying to see if they were in the camp.
"Unfortunately whatever that thing was it must have separated us from the rest of our platoon, were trying to get our radios working they started to jam once we arrived here." Parker responded while showing the Captain that their radio operators are trying to fix it.
They then heard bushes rustling which prompted Everyone in the camp to aim their weapons. "Star, Star!" Shouted Davis while still aiming his weapon. Then he heard a voice say. "Texas!" the person responded and what came out were two Soldiers, one equipped with an MK14 with an ACOG sight and silencer was Ichiro Watanabe, and the other carrying a SCAR-H with an ACOG sight, and silencer and Bipod was Sylvia Rios. Everyone then lowered their weapons knowing that it was the recon team.
"Ichiro, Sylvia what did you find?" Alan said while he and Davis walked towards them. "Well from what we could.. oh Captain you're awake?" Watanabe said with relief.
"Yes Watanabe I'm okay we can discuss my awakening later but for now what did you two see." Davis said with a neutral look. Ichiro and Sylvia glanced at each other and Sylvia said. "We saw a little town about 10 Klicks North, and it was strange?"
"What kind of strange thing happened?" Asked Alan.
"We saw a bunch of people with glowing hands and were able to move objects with their hands, it was like they were using the force like in Star Wars."
Davis and Alan just looked at each other. "Well, that's something you don't hear every day?" Davis said with sarcasm. However, Alan wasn't too sure. "Well no matter where we are or what you saw, I suggest that we should keep our distance from the locals, and keep on doing a reconnaissance, understood then when we finish we will explore the town."
"Yes Sir!" They replied in unison and headed to the camp to gather more supplies. Davis and Alan then looked at each other.
"So what's the plan now?" Alan then looked towards the makeshift camp they had established. "Well for now we will just have to make do here, we found an abandoned factory where we can store our vehicles for the time being and we were thinking of sending in our troops to infiltrate and gather more intel from the nearby town until we can establish that it is safe."
"Yeah I'm good with that." Davis then looked at the camp and thought to himself. 'Hopefully, the others are okay?'
What they didn't realize was that someone was watching them from a distance with binoculars and the person pulled out a radio. "Yes I see them just like MYROM said" a female with a hoodie said while glancing at her other teammates with a confused look. 'Good now make sure they don't see you and contact me if something goes wrong.'
'Yes Martha understood.' said the woman. "It's Captain Laswell and stick to it." Laswell retorted back on the radio. 'Sorry Captain understood.'
Then Laswell just looked at the screenshots of the men in camo camping in the Forest thanks to their new special agent from the Rosenblum Kingdom who provided them. The woman just smiled. 'They can help us rebuild libertus again, I hope Jill will tell them the truth."
Arzenal Upper Floor
The U.S. Army Rangers and Air Force Pilots were following Salia to the upper floors, they were shown the Paramails, Jasmines mall where they were gonna work, and every crook and corner of Arzenal that they will need to know when they were walking a bunch of girls were at a distance out of fear most of them started to gossip. 'Are those actual men?' 'Are they from the founding nations?' 'Their uniforms, equipment, and vehicles from what I saw are totally different from the people who deliver us supplies.' 'Are they actual male Normas?'
They then arrived at a bunker that resembled their own back where they came from, and inside were lockers, and bed bunks with bathrooms for them. "This is where you will stay until we find a way to get you back home." She said with a light smile. "Thank you Salia for you and Jill's Hospitality." Daniel said while reaching his arm out for a handshake, and Salia returned the gesture. "You're welcome have a good night's rest."
Jones then went over to Parker and asked. "Captain Parker were you and your pilots able to establish contact with the rest of our company?" Jones asked.
Parker shook his head. "Negative, we tried before we landed but we didn't get any response." Parker replied with a disappointed face.
"I told them that we were the only ones that came through." Randy stated making everyone ask "Why?!"
"Because, we can't trust them yet what if they cause more problems to them if we told them."
"Wait what about the others we gotta find the others, and my brother, we gotta find them!" Renji shouted in worry.
"And we will asap, but for now we need to be on the low we have already caused enough attention." this statement still brought worry In the group. They had to admit they got to be extra cautious and not reveal anything out of the blue.
"So we're really in the future." Robert asked out of disbelief.
Everyone just looked at randy at his statement and everyone looked at each other and no one made a sound. Then Daniel clapped his hands to get everyone's attention. "Look I believe it has been a long day I think we should get some rest and come up with a plan on how to get back home, so please everyone relax." with that said everyone began to choose their bunks and began to sleep.
"Hey, Dan." Daniel looked at Renji with a concerned look. "Do you think, will be able to go home?" Daniel wasn't too sure himself but he had to boost the morale of his men.
"Yes Private will find a way back home, just go and get some rest." With that Renji went to bed and in turn, Daniel went to sleep.
Jill's Office
Jill was sitting at her desk looking at the photos they captured of the DRAGON battle, the Rangers, Pilots, vehicles, weapons and equipment.
Along her in the room were Jasmine, Maggie, Mei, and arriving just In time was Salia. "Well this is new." Mei said while still looking at the aircraft especially the F-35s.
"It's been awhile since we had men at Arzenal, it's just like old times" Maggie said while licking her lips. Salia just blushed but then gave her report to Jill. "Commander I've already finished the tour of our new guests they've already settled in."
"Good job Salia, now I called everyone to let you know that these outsiders will help us with Libertus when the time has come." This lead to everyone looking at Jill with different looks.
"Are you sure we should ask them to help us, they probably don't want to fight though." Jasmine asked while patting Vulcan's head.
"They will because you saw how they reacted how we are living, soldiers are driven by motivation and we need to emphasize it more." Jill said while smoking her cigar. 'Besides I already have an idea of who brought them here.'
"So what should we have them do?" Mei asked out of curiosity. Everyone thought in their heads of what they could do.
"Here's what will do, We will assigned the pilots to assist whenever we do search and rescues, the engineers will work with Mei and the maintenance crew." Mei saluted to here proposal.
"The ones who can do medical treatment will assist Maggy and the nurses of Arzenal, and please try not to drain their blood Maggy." Maggy responded "I make no promises." Jill just rolled her eyes.
"The trained and experienced ones will train our Rookies to be better soldiers, and for the majority will operate Arzenal as if they are just Norma. Any questions?" She asked. Nobody responded. "Then you are dismissed." She said prompting everyone to leave.
Unknown Location
"General we received a message from the Rosenblum Kingdom!" A private wearing a Norma Management Board uniform.
"What kind of message?" asked a man in with a hat with a Captain badge.
"We received it from the Secretary Bronson of the Rosenblum Kingdom, his daughter is Emma Bronson who is currently the inspector of Arzenal she reported this to her Father ." The soldier responded.
The intimidating man then looked at the message with images of the vehicles and soldiers fighting the DRAGON's. "'Hmph' When was this reported?"
"About 6 hours ago." He kept looking at the report 'from the looks of it, their technology looks centuries old compared to the Ancient Monkeys he fought before' he thought to himself and then read something intriguing. "Tell me what does the report mean that they were the only ones who arrived here?"
"They said they were the only ones to have arrived from the past, and that the rest of their company have perished." The man stood up and revealed his face he is a man in his 40's has golden eyes, Brown hair and a scar on his face.
"Well, I don't believe they are the only ones to arrive I have a feeling there may be more out there. I want you to round up the rest of the Division and do a little man hunt, understood?"
"Yes sir, General Anton Zakhaev!" the soldier replied and took off. As soon as he was gone Zakhaev looked outside the mirror and smiled. "Well it looks like Embryos DRAGON particle accelerator worked out perfectly." He said smirking with power.
Hey guys I'm back, Happy New Year! From Texas.
Sorry, it took so long I was dealing with personal IRL stuff, but here I am with another chapter it took a while but here it is.
As you can see I've already shipped my Character Daniel and Naomi together I'll try to keep it as realistic and detailed as possible. I might ship more characters together but you'll have to wait and see.
We see new Characters appear in this story as you already know I've added a Norma Supporters (I tried to see if this fanfic can work with or without one but hey if you can't beat them join them) and I added another antagonist in this story.
I bet you're wondering who's this 'MYROM' person anyway, I can't tell you but I'll let you take a guess on who could it be.
Hopefully, you guys spotted a few Modern Warfare references with some of the voice actors and a couple of name drops that I've put here for this fanfic.
