Yuki nods, and Tohru picks up Kuro before leaving the room. Awhile later Tohru comes back in her uniform, and Shigurae says.
"I'm not so sure you want to go in that uniform." Shigurae
Tohru looks down at her dirty uniform, and Shigurae says.
"Ah, suddenly she remembers her adventures in the woods." Shigurae
"I don't know. It's not that bad maybe no one will notice." Tohru
"Oh I think they will." Shigurae
"You're right, but I promised mom I have to go to school." Tohru
"Fine. Don't let me stop you a promise is a promise. Which reminds me I will have to tell Akito about everything that's happened this morning." Shigurae
"You have to tell who?" Tohru
"Oh sorry. He's the head of the family." Shigurae
"So then I guess this Akito he must be someone really important huh?" Tohru
"Well he is to us at least, and after all we did just give away the big Soma family secret." Shigurae
"Oh right that does make sense, but I really am late. Goodbye." Tohru
As soon as she closes the door Tohru checks her phone, and sees that she has two new messages. She answers the messages by telling them that she has gotten a job as Yuki Soma and his cousins live-in housekeeper. Sakuya texts back asking her if she is going to tell Uo and Hana about this. Tohru tells him that she will if the position becomes permanent. He tells her that he is ok with that, and she'll be late for school if she doesn't hurry up. Tohru laughs, texts ok, and puts her phone away.
Shigurae waves at her, and says.
"Be safe." Shiguray
"Since when have you been so talkative about our family matters? You're planing on erasing Miss Honda's memories aren't you. Just like in the old days." Yuki
"That's not my intention. This isn't like before to many people knew about us back then. It couldn't be helped." Shigurae
"Fine I'm going to school." Yuki
At school Tohru is holding her now clean uniform, and says.
"Thanks again for letting me use the washing machine." Tohru
"Believe me I did us all a favour. Now how did you say you got so dirty?" Uo
"So Miss Tohru how come the dirty clothes? Did prince Yuki give you the ditch?" fan girls
The fan club starts laughing at Tohru, and Hana quickly chases them away. Uo sighs, and says.
"Good grief those girls give me a head ache. Their prince doesn't show so they have to bother someone, but why you I wonder?" Uo
'I can't imagine what they'd do if they knew I was staying at Yuki's house. I think even Uo, and Hana would be upset if they knew.' Tohru
"Oh well silly silly I'd better go change now." Tohru
"Huh?" Uo
After Tohru finishes changing Yuki says.
"Hello Miss Honda." Yuki
"Oh Yuki hi." Tohru
"So did you tell them? Your friends about this morning." Yuki
"Um I told them I tripped. Oh your secret no no I didn't. I promise I won't tell a soul mom always said its not right to gossip. Oh but You don't know me that well yet. I swear I'll write it in blood if you want. Cross my heart, and hope to die whatever it takes for you to believe me. I'll swallow a thousand..." Tohru
"That's not what I meant. I'm sorry I do believe you when you say you'll keep our secret, but it doesn't matter we still might have to erase your memory. It won't harm you it's something like hypnotism you'll simply forget everything you saw this morning. I know this, because this isn't the first time someone has learned about us. -It happened when I was seven years old. I was playing with some other children in the garden by our house. After that we had to erase every one of those children's memories.-" Yuki
"Yuki are you alright?" Tohru
"But I, I can't go against Akito's decision whatever it is. I can't stop him no matter how much I might want to. That's why I'm sorry." Yuki
While Yuki was saying this the plush cat made himself known in Tohru's head saying.
'No they won't. I won't allow them to tamper with the mind of my Eve.' plush cat
'What would happen?' Tohru
'There will be severe consequences if they try, and on this I won't back down not even to you.' plush cat
'Then let's hope it doesn't come to that.' Tohru
The plush cat smiles at Tohru, and leaves her head allowing her to focus back on the conversation. After Yuki is finished talking he turns to leave, and Tohru accidentally hugs him saying.
"Wait. I am so sorry really I didn't do it on purpose. Oh I'm such an idiot I wasn't even thinking." Tohru
"It's alright just as long as no one else saw." Yuki
"Oh ok. What I wanted to say was thank you for being concerned about me, but really it's ok I'm fine I'm not scared so don't worry. I mean I completely understand if you, and your family don't want anyone to know about your secret. That's why it's called a secret right So what ever you decide is fine with me. I want you to do whatever makes you the most comfortable.'I don't really like the idea of losing my memory, and I don't want to forget meeting Yuki, but he's done so much for me without asking anything in return. So I guess if that's what I have to do.' You can erase my memory, but afterword promise you'll still be my friend." Tohru
Yuki transforms back, and says.
"Sorry the amount of time before we change back varies a bit." Yuki
"It's ok. Yuki, where did you learn to tie a tie?" Tohru
"I guess I've never been very good at this sort of thing." Yuki
"Don't feel bad nobody's perfect good thing you have me here." Tohru
"Miss Honda it really didn't bother you to see?" Yuki
"Oh don't worry I closed my eyes in time." Tohru
"No I didn't mean that." Yuki
Tohru looks at him with a puzzled expression, and Yuki says.
"So can I walk you to class?" Yuki
"U-huh." Tohru
"Thank you." Yuki
"No problem fixing ties is my specialty." Tohru
Yuki and Tohru laugh at that on their way to class.
Once in class Tohru is greeted by her three friends, and then her phone starts buzzing. She answers it, and says.
"Hello Jekyll." Tohru
"Hi Tohru. I was wondering if you would like to go to grab some lunch with me after school?" Licht
"Sorry Jekyll, but I have a lot of chores to. Why don't we go to the park after lunch instead?" Tohru
"Sounds fun hopefully it will go better than the last time we were there." Licht
"I'm sure it will. Meet me at the park at 2:30 this afternoon." Tohru
"I'll be there." Licht
"See you then bye Jekyll." Tohru
"Bye Tohru." Licht
The two of them hang up, and Tohru notices the grin on Sakuya's face, and says.
"What are you grinning about?" Tohru
"So what did Licht want?" Sakuya
"He asked me to go have lunch with him after school, but I couldn't go." Tohru
"So you and Licht aren't going out?" Sakuya
"We are just not for lunch." Tohru
"Where are you going?" Sakuya
"To the park where we had our second date." Tohru
"When do you have to be there?" Sakuya
"2:30, I'll have to take the bus if I want to get there on time." Tohru
"Well good luck, and have fun." Sakuya
"I will thanks Sakuya." Tohru
"Tohru we'd better get to our seats class is about to start." Uo
"You're right Uo the teacher is coming." Tohru
Everyone sits down, and the school day goes by before they know it.
Shigurae has his talk with Akito, Tohru and Yuki arrive home from school, and say.
"I'm back." Yuki
"Hello we're home from school." Tohru
Yuki opens the office door, and says.
"Shiguray? He must have gone out." Yuki
"I'm gonna go put away my bag." Tohru
"Ok." Yuki
Tohru gets to her room, and lets Kuro out of her bag. She sees Kyo standing on a step ladder working on fixing her roof which he damaged, and he says.
"Don't freak out it's only temporary. You can call someone to fix it better later this'll at least keep the rain out until then." Kyo
"Yes thank you." Tohru
'I did hope I'd get to talk to him again after he ran off, but I don't think he likes me very much.' Tohru
"Hey!" Kyo
"I'm here." Tohru
"I'm not very good at controlling my temper. When I get angry I, I don't know maybe I don't have enough training. I just I can't stand losing to that damn Yuki. So about this morning it wasn't what I mean is I'm so..." Kyo
"I'm home Yuki, Tohru are you here? And Kyo I hope you're not doing something stupid, and taring up my house again." Shigurae
Kyo turns, starts to leave, and says.
"Oh forget it." Kyo
"Wait. Please don't go." Tohru
"He'll be back it's not like he has anywhere else to go, but never mind him can you come in here for a second?" Shigurae
"Ok." Tohru
"I had a little talk with Akito today. He's decided that as long as you can keep our secret you can stay here." Shigurae
"Good. So then there's no punishment." Tohru
"Punishment? Why would we? You can keep the secret?" Shigurae
"Yes." Tohru
'That's great news. I won't have to lose my memory.' Tohru
After the conversation is over Tohru changes into normal clothes.
Tohru politely excuses herself, and goes to her date happy that everything is going so well. She manages to get there on time just barely. When Tohru gets there she is greeted by Licht's smiling face. She hugs Licht, and says.
Hi Licht I'm so happy to see you. Were you waiting long?" Tohru
"Hey Tohru good to see you. No I just got here. I hope you have some room for a light snack, and drinks Kranz insisted that we have something in such a romantic setting." Licht
"Sure that sounds great." Tohru
Licht smiles, and him and Tohru sit down on the picnic blanket. As they are enjoying their picnic Tohru says.
"Why did you tell me to stay away from the Soma family?" Tohru
"Lawless told me that they're cursed, and I don't want you to get hurt by getting close to them." Licht
"Oh Jekyll...thank you for being concerned about me, but I'm fine." Tohru
"For now. I hope you stay that way." Licht
"Me too." Tohru
Tohru and Licht cuddle for the rest of their date.
When she gets back to the house Tohru walks up to Yuki and Shigurae, and says.
"Excuse me. I'm sorry to interrupt it's just that you've been so nice to me. I hope it's no trouble." Tohru
"Uh no No of course it isn't." Yuki
"Make yourself at home ok." Shigurae
"Ok." Tohru
'It looks like everything's going to be ok mom. Even after everything that happened this morning the Soma's have still invited me to stay in their house. I guess this will be our home for a while.' Tohru
The next morning Tohru gets a big shock when she looks at the state of their kitchen, and says.
"Well it's not going to clean itself." Tohru
"I'll help you just tell me what to do." Yuki
"You'd better not. The closest thing Yuki's ever seen to a mop is that hair cut of his. I think he'd just get in the way." Shigurae
"That's alright I'll take care of it. We did all make a deal that I'd do the housework in exchange for my room. I wouldn't be earning my keep if I let you two help me." Tohru
"Well I can see we're in good hands. I'm going to go find Kyo, and I'll be out with him for awhile. We should be back by lunch time." Shigurae
"Sure just leave it to me." Tohru
"In that case I guess I'll go out too." Yuki
"Fine I'll be done when you get back." Tohru
Tohru ties her bandana on her head, and says.
"What was I thinking? I don't even know where to start, but Tohru Honda never gives up." Tohru
Tohru starts taking out the trash followed by moping, and doing the dishes. By the time she's finished the room is spotless, and lunch is almost ready. Tohru takes off her bandana, and says.
"And that's that." Tohru
"Huh. Amazing if I didn't know better I'd think I walked into the wrong house. Since when do we have a rice cooker." Yuki
"I found it in the trash. Oh by the way I hope you've got you're appetite, cause lunch is almost ready." Tohru
They are eating lunch together, and Yuki says.
"It's delicious." Yuki
"You think so? You don't think it's to bland?" Tohru
"It's perfect. The best lunch I ever had." Yuki
"Don't be silly." Tohru
"That reminds me. I wonder where Shigurae and that stupid cat ran off to." Yuki
"I don't know. He said they'd be back by lunch time." Tohru
"Well shame on them. It's rude to let meal this good get cold." Yuki
'It's so strange I guess I still haven't gotten used to the idea of living here, but here I am having lunch with Yuki.' Tohru
"Oh yeah. You went out for a little while too didn't you. Where'd you go shopping?" Tohru
