"Alright I'll fly right over. Could you make sure there is somewhere out of the way for that damn hedgehog to nap so he doesn't annoy me?" Licht
"Sure no problem." Tohru
"Thanks. See you in a few minutes." Licht
"See you." Tohru
Tohru hangs up, and says.
"Jekyll is going be here in a few minutes so I need to hurry...Um Shigurae do we have a small cushion?" Tohru
"There's one in the hall closet why?" Shigurae
"I need to make a bed for Hyde which I will be putting in the kitchen so he doesn't annoy Jekyll." Tohru
"What would happen if this step is not taken?" Shigurae
"At least one door would end up getting smashed." Tohru
"Um why?" Shigurae
"Because they hate each other." Tohru
"Okaay." Shigurae
Tohru goes, and gets the cushion for Hyde then puts it in a corner of the kitchen. By the time Tohru returns to the living room the door bell rings, and Tohru goes to answer it.
Tohru brings Jekyll into the living room, and sits down next to Licht. Once every one is seated Shigurae repeats his question for the sake of their guest saying.
"Momiji have you told us to what we owe the pleasure of your company this evening?" Shigurae
"Mhm not yet. I have a question for Tohru." Momiji
"Um yes." Tohru
"I'll bet you don't know what day it is tomorrow?" Momiji
"Let's see tomorrow um it's March 14th." Tohru
"Bingo, and March 14th is White Day. So tomorrow I'm giving you a present. It's a trip to a Hot Spring." Momiji
If things had been different Tohru knows she would have freaked out, but instead Tohru says.
"Thanks Momiji that's really thoughtful." Tohru
"I call it me, and Tohru's super relaxing Hot Springs steam trip." Momiji
"Bunny don't forget about me I'm coming too." Kuro
"Sorry Kuro." Momiji
"I don't think you have to name it." Shigurae
Yuki joins the conversation saying.
"A Hot Spring. Which one?" Yuki
"You know there's that one place the Soma's run right." Momiji
"Ah I see." Yuki
Tohru smiles, and Momiji says.
"Tohru you are happy to go aren't you?" Momiji
"I am happy thank you so much." Tohru
"Yuki and Kyo are coming too." Momiji
"Why don't you try asking before you start making plans for everyone?!" Kyo
While Momiji is trying to convince Kyo to come with them Tohru turns to Licht, and says.
"Jekyll could you come with me to the Hot Springs?" Tohru
"Sure sounds like fun. Hm I wonder if it is as nice as White Water?" Licht
"It's every bit as nice so don't worry about it." Kyo
Licht nods, and goes back to watching the amusing commotion.
Momiji looks at Yuki, and says.
"Yuki will you come?" Momiji
"Of course. I wouldn't miss it." Yuki
"Ok now I really don't want to go." Kyo
"Quit your whining. I'm coming too the rabbit, and Tohru are going to be there as well so it's not like you're going to be alone with someone you hate." Licht
Before Kyo has a chance to respond Momiji says.
"Why not? You don't have to worry about money I've been saving up my allowance." Momiji
"That's not the problem." Kyo
"Oh speaking of money Tohru I hear you still haven't paid last months dues towards your class field trip fund. I got a call from your Grandfather apparently somebody from the school called him. He said he'd pay for you if you needed." Shigurae
Tohru starts freaking out, and says.
"No, no, no I couldn't ask him to do that it would be to much trouble he can't. Last month there was just a lot going on, but I'll be able to catch up with the money I make at my job this month. So it's alright I already explained everything to the teacher in charge. So I'm sorry, I'm sorry you had to hear about it." Tohru
"But Tohru you worked a fair amount last month so how is it..." Shigurae
They all realize that Tohru spent all her money on Valentines chocolates, and Momiji says.
"So hey you're going on a class trip huh." Momiji
"Oh I don't know." Tohru
When Tohru says this Kyo starts to boil over, but he manages to calm himself, and he sends Tohru to take her bath. Kuro sits on Licht's head to his minor annoyance, and says.
"Wow Tea Kettle actually managed to not boil over...Impressive." Kuro
Everybody starts laughing, and Shigurae brings them back to the topic at hand saying.
"Impressive you're learning self control, but at any rate chocolate doesn't exactly fall from the sky. Tohru had to have paid for it out of her own pocket." Shigurae
"So how is it we didn't realize it at the time?" Yuki
"It's because she was so damn happy about it. How could we know she was broke? She didn't have to get that stuff for us, but hey she thought it would be fun to spend all her money. She could've bought herself new cloths, or paid for her class trip something. Talk about stupid. I mean what was she thinking? All she's doing is making things hard on her self." Kyo
Before Momiji can contribute to the conversation Lawless walks into the room, and says.
"That really is the kind of generosity that one should expect to come from a Saint like Tohru. So I better not hear you talk about my friend like that again Okay." Lawless
Everybody looks over and sees Lawless leaning against the wall with a creepy smile on his face. Momiji sweat drops at the sight, and says.
"Ok um who are you?" Momiji
"I'm the fifth Servamp Lawless of Greed nice to meet ya kid." Lawless.
"Nice to meet you to, but back to the topic at hand. On a similar note there is this kid in my class who reads a lot. Yeah so he got this new book, and brought it with him yesterday. It was called The Guide to the Worlds Greatest Fools. He's always bringing funny books like that. This one time he brought this one called the universe of stew..." Momiji
"Did you have a point in there somewhere?" Yuki
"Oh right so anyway a bunch of us sat down, and read this book together. There was this one story in it I remember it was called The Most Foolish Traveler in the World. You see 'Once upon a time there was this foolish traveler who had gone on a journey. Why was he foolish? Well because he was fooled by everyone he met. Everywhere he went everyone made up all kind of sad stories to tell him, and the traveler fell for every one of them. Pretty soon his money, clothes, and even his shoes had been cheated away from him, but the foolish traveler had always been glad to help. He always told people the same thing-I wish you happiness-, but by this point though the traveler was completely naked, and with nothing left to cover himself he decided to leave the main road, and travel through the dense forest where no one could see him. But soon he was discovered by the goblins who lived in the woods. The goblins wanted to eat the travelers body. So they begged, and they pleaded, and they used kind words to try and trick him. Of course the traveler was fooled. First he let one of the goblins eat on of his legs, then an arm, then more and more before it was over all the traveler had left was his head. He'd even given his eyes away to the last of the goblins. And as that goblin was eating his eyes he turned, and said 'thank you traveler in return I leave you this present.' What the goblin left was a slip of paper with the word fool written on it. The traveler couldn't see it. He didn't know what it was. Even so tears began to flow down his face. Thank you he said this is the first present anyone's ever given me I'm so happy, I'm so happy thank you. Even without his eyes he cried and he cried great tears of joy. Then the traveler died with a smile still on his face.' And that's the end of the story. Right after we heard that yesterday all of the other kids in the class started making fun of the traveler, but while they did that I closed my eyes, and thought about him a little bit longer. I thought about how he'd given every thing away until all he had left was his head, and how at the end he still cried for joy as he said thank you, and then I realized I feel so sorry for him. See loss, hardship, things like that you can't only focus on them. The traveler didn't he never thought about his own troubles at all. I imagine that it probably does seem foolish to some people, but not to me I don't think he's foolish at all. Even though other people probably think he was being tricked. I don't think he was I think he did exactly what he wanted to. I think more than anything he just wanted to make other people happy. What about you Yuki, Kyo? What do you think? Really is that foolish? When you close your eyes, and think about it. Is that what it is?" Momiji
Everyone in the room sits there contemplating what Momiji just said.
Later on Kyo comes up to Tohru as she is hanging up the laundry, and says.
"I'm going for you." Kyo
"Oh good morning did you get a good nigh..." Tohru
"The Hot Spring I'm going for you. I didn't make you anything or get you anything for white day. So instead I'll put up with that damn Yuki, and I'll go to the Hot Spring for you. Maybe you don't care either way you know whether I go or not, but." Kyo
"No no that's great it'll be much more fun if you're there to. That's wonderful thank you so much I'm so happy thank you so much." Tohru
"You know you really are something. You know that?" Kyo
"Kyo's got the hots this morning." Momiji
"I do not!" Kyo
"You better not or you will taste my boot as much as that cow did got that." Licht
"Don't worry Licht she's all yours. Tohru's my cousin for pity's sake." Kyo
"Your cousin...How is she our cousin?" Momiji
"Shigurae adopted Tohru as his daughter, and that makes Tohru our cousin by adoption." Kyo
Momiji smiles, and says.
"Really?" Momiji
"Yeah." Kyo
"That is so great. Isn't that great Tohru?" Momiji
"Yes it is. I'm so happy." Tohru
Kyo starts picking on Momiji while Tohru tells Yuki the news saying.
"You're up just in time. Kyo just told me he's coming to the Hot Spring with us." Tohru
"Well I suppose I'll survive." Yuki
Tohru stands there smiling while she is thinking about how much fun they're going to have on their supper relaxing Hot Springs steam trip.
A little while later they are all traveling by bus to the Hot Springs of Momiji's choosing. They have a conversation about how much fun they're having, and then they arrive at the Hot Springs without incident. The charter bus drops them off with the promise of picking them up the next morning, and The hostess opens the door offering to show them to their rooms. They talk as the hostess is showing them to their room, and when they get into the main room of the suite Momiji says.
"Wow it's so big." Momiji
"Yes I made sure we had our best room prepared for your arrival." hostess
"Tohru come over here. You have got to look at this garden." Momiji
"Wow I can't believe how beautiful it all is. How big is it? It looks like it goes on forever." Tohru
"Well almost, see from that forest over there all the way to that mountain it's all Soma property." Momiji
"Really it all belongs to your family." Tohru
"Uh-huh everything you see." Momiji
"Well while we're here maybe it would be fun to go out for a walk." Tohru
As soon as they finish saying this The Hostess and Momiji decide to have a laugh at Tohru's expense, and Licht having none of it takes Tohru out into the garden for that walk she wanted.
Licht and Tohru are having a nice walk through the garden with their pets accompanying them, and Licht says.
"Why did we come here instead of going to White Water where people are sane?" Licht
"Momiji chose the venue, and Yuki must not have told him about it at New Years." Tohru
"You told them about the party?" Licht
"Yes I did." Tohru
"I see. Did you have fun at the New Years party?" Licht
"Yes I did. It was so much fun I wish you could have been there with me though." Tohru
"I'm sorry Tohru. I'll try to be there next year." Licht
Tohru smiles, and hugs Jekyll then they finish their walk before returning to the resort.
When they get back to the room the joking has stopped, and the Hostess says.
"Miss Tohru I've prepared a room for you adjacent to the young maters here." Hostess
"Oh okay." Tohru
"Hey! I hope you don't think I'm staying in the same room as that damn Yuki." Kyo
"You two get along as poorly as ever I see, but please don't be upset there are sliding doors to divide the room." Hostess
Kyo was going to say something, but thought better of it to prevent any misunderstandings that could lead to Licht's boot impacting his face. Momiji misunderstands the look on Kyo's face, and says.
"The point is you just want to stay in the same room as Tohru don't you." Momiji
Kyo looks over at Licht, and can already see him getting really mad, and says.
"Hey I didn't say that so shut-up Momiji you and your damn mouth!" Kyo
Licht calms down until Momiji opens his mouth saying.
"There's still time before dinner so let's take a bath ok Tohru?" Momiji
"Okay." Tohru
"Let's take it together." Momiji
Before Tohru has a chance to say anything Licht lightly kicks Momiji to the ground, steps on his chest, and says.
"Don't even think about it you pervert." Licht
Tohru realizes that Momiji might older than she thought he was, and so doesn't say a thing. Kuro who is just as mad as Licht walks up to Momiji, and says.
"It seems I'll have to keep an eye on you like I do Lilly whenever we have a get together at White Water Hot Springs." Kuro
"Awe why'd you kick me?" Momiji
"Kick you? That was just a light tap. If Licht had kicked you you would have gone flying into the garden." Lawless
