Meanwhile, at Cheerios Practice, Santana Lopez had the other cheerios gathered to the side before Quinn arrived. "Alright ladies, now you all know what you need to do. Let's spread the rumor around like wildfire. That'll teach that little wannabe to keep her opinions to herself," Santana smirked as the other cheerios giggled, nodding, excited to take down the younger Fabray as well as continuing to bully Rachel Berry, the school's prime target.

Quinn arrived at practice slightly annoyed. "Ladies, you know you can't just stand around before practice starts. You all need to be stretching or Coach Sylvester will have our heads!" Quinn exclaimed, placing her bag down "Now less gossiping and more stretching." Santana rolled her eyes as she and the rest of the squad began to stretch as did Quinn.

If there was anything Santana wanted, it was to take the queen bee throne away from Quinn. Sure, the two girls had been best friends since junior high but everyone had seemed to gravitate towards Quinn during that time which annoyed Santana. Before Quinn had moved in, she was the uncontested queen of Heritage Elementary School but it all changed when she and her best friend, Brittany S. Pierce welcomed Quinn into their group, becoming a trio and things were never the same. Quinn, unlike Santana, seemed to have some compassion but still was a fearsome ruler that the school bowed down to. Though, over time Quinn had learned to be less kind and harder on people. Santana still called most of the shots within the group but Quinn was the face of the group and that infuriated her to no end. She knew even if she ran for homecoming queen, she'd never win, not against Quinn who seemed to have the perfect life. So, Santana did what she could to undermine Quinn any chance she got. She knew spreading a rumor about Grace wouldn't affect Quinn's popularity but it might break her focus which was what Santana needed to show how capable she truly was, so, it could be a win for her after all.

As Cheerios practice came to a close, Quinn grabbed her posters asking the other cheerios to help her campaign around the school. "We need to continue to crown a Cheerio as homecoming queen and who better than your captain for Sophomore Homecoming Queen?" Quinn said as she handed out her posters.

"Don't worry Q….we won't let you down," Brittany said seriously, smiling softly.

"Thanks Britt," Quinn smiled as the Cheerios began to put up Quinn's posters all over the school encouraging everyone in sight to vote for Quinn for Sophomore Homecoming Queen.

Meanwhile, Santana put her plan into action by going straight to the gossip source of the school, Jacob Ben Israel. Jacob ran a blog called 'The Muckraker' where he posted all of the latest school gossip but only things that were confirmed by multiple sources. Something Santana intended on their being by getting the other Cheerios to back her up. The only problem with Jacob was for some reason the freshman was helplessly in love with Rachel Berry, so getting him to post anything negative about her wasn't a likely feat, which is why Santana decided to make the rumor more about Grace than Rachel.

"Santana Lopez, to what do I owe the pleasure," Jacob smirked enthusiastically.

"Listen up here, JewFro, I have an exclusive that is going to blow you and your little blog reader's minds," she smirked as Jacob got out his tape recorder to get the inside scoop from Santana. "Grace Fabray is helplessly in love with Rachel Berry," Santana said seriously.

"Really? Do you have any proof?" Jacob asked.

"Please she's all over Berry's MySpace and she's the only one leaving flirtatious comments on her profile. Besides, I heard she tried to kiss her," Santana said seriously as Jacob looked surprised.

"So the lesser Fabray finally has some dirt on her. This will be quite the interesting blog entry. I'm going to have to gather more proof before I post the article, but if it's real boy is this going to be a juicy entry," Jacob grinned.

"Oh I know," Santana smirked as she headed out of the classroom, hoping she had put Grace in her place.

The other cheerios did what they were told, backing up Santana's claims so Jacob had no choice but to post the article to his blog. Many of the students seemed to be whispering and pointing at Grace who seemed clueless as to what was going on. "Grace…" Kurt said racing over to his friend, clearly looking concerned.

"Hi Kurt…is everything okay?" Grace said, confused.

"Have you checked Jacob Ben Israel's blog?" he asked as Grace shook her head.

"Why would I be reading that trash? Everyone knows all he posts is gossip," Grace said simply before starting to worry thinking maybe he found out about Quinn's possible pregnancy.

"He posted some article about you," Kurt said seriously.

"About me what…" Grace said as she got out her phone and called up the article.

She made a face as she saw the title of the Article and read it out loud "What Twin of the Head Cheerleader is majorly crushing on her Glee Club member, but it's not what you think'," Grace started to laugh shaking her head as she read the article "Oh he can't be serious…"

"So it's not true?" Kurt asked as Grace made a face.

"Of course it's not true. Rachel isn't my type. I was just sick of everyone harassing her online so I left a comment telling her to keep performing. If that's taken as flirtatious, they seriously need to get their eyes checked," Grace said seriously.

"I guess they took it out of context…apparently some 'anonymous sources' claimed they saw you two kissing," Kurt said.

"Let me guess, the cheerios or worse the football players," Grace said with an eye roll "Please the only kissing I've done was onstage in the summer production of Grease. They seriously need to get a life."

"Agreed…I just wanted to ask in case it was true…I mean I support you no matter what," Kurt said seriously as Grace hugged him.

"I support you too no matter what," she told him seriously before shaking her head "People at this school can think whatever they want to be true. It doesn't make it true. I know who I am and if they want to start rumors to feel good about themselves. That's on them."

Kurt couldn't help but admire his friend's strength, it was something he wished he could have to tell her and everyone else the truth about who he was. He knew the school just assumed he was gay, and they were right but he just couldn't come out and say it, not without telling his father first. He knew that was going to be a scary feat on its own but he knew his true friends would help him through it, especially Grace.

"Come on, let's go to class," Grace said, linking arms with him glaring at people who were gossiping about her along the way.

Grace wasn't too phased by the rumor because she could see it coming. She knew people at this school used being gay or a lesbian to be the highest insult they could come up with. She knew she made a conscious choice to stand up for the school's target in Rachel Berry and had a feeling her actions wouldn't sit well with the popular crowd. Unlike Quinn, Grace never cared what anyone in the school thought of her. She knew high school was only 3 more years and she'd probably never see most of these people again, nor would she want to see them again. She knew there was some truth to it, she wasn't in love with Rachel or even have feelings for her in the least but she did have feelings for both boys and girls, something she had been trying to figure out over the summer. She knew the people who truly cared about her would stick with her no matter what like Kurt, Mercedes, and probably the rest of the glee club too. So, she let the school believe whatever they wanted to about her because she knew in the future, none of this would matter.
