Viola Potter is the twin sister of the Boy Who Lived. Given to the Dursley at a young age she is treated no better than a slave. Years later she is saved by the Goddess of magic and taken to the Blue Sea World for her happiness

Viola Potter was a very small little girl for being one that was five years old. She was hated by her so-called relatives simply for the crime of being alive, those of the surrounding street hating her for the awful rumors spread about her and her mother by her Aunt Petunia. Viola was constantly alone and afraid she would welcome the sight of her mother's smelly friend.

At her age of five years, young Viola was barely reaching three feet. Her eyes were a gem-like emerald green and her formerly long black hair was cut in an extremely short bob except for her bangs so as to hide the mysterious scar that spread hazards down the left side of her face and spread out across most of her left shoulder blade reminding her of lightning. The horse-like woman also took and got rid of any of her clothing forcing Viola to wear her cousin's extremely worn out and in comparison to Viola's size extremely large. When she first presented the clothes she protested, but she quickly learned that complaining about anything would lead to nothing but pain.

While young, Viola had learned something rather important within a few days of being in the care of her so-called family. She was alone and would have to bide her time before Hogwarts would send her letter and she would figure out a way to stay in the magical world between the school years if she still wasn't welcome back to the manor by her parents.

One day she would fly, and she would be free, that she swore.

Today was Viola's sixth birthday and she was outside weeding the flowerbed in the middle of the day. Viola had been doing her chores with extreme vigilance to do what she could to avoid what she had begun to call her birthday beatings. She already knew that what she was doing was foolish as her relatives would still find fault in what she did, but she couldn't help but still want to try to get some kind of approval from them. But she already knew that by the end of the day, she would end up in the cupboard under the stairs bloody and unconscious by her Walrus-like Uncle, Vernon Dursley, a very sorry excuse of a human being.

During the beginning of her stay in the Dursley household, Viola had temporarily found an ally in her chubby cousin Dudley, but it was short-lived as his parent's toxic behavior affected their son. As a result, Dudley was no longer the gentle giant boy who would drag her around to play tag but now was a larger bully who thought himself above everyone else. When she saw no trace of the old Dudley who was so kind to her in this awful place it confirmed one thing for the young witch, she was now completely alone.

Little did the young witchling know, divine beings such as Hecate and Eris had some plans for her. Sick of hearing Fate's ramblings of what they would do to the girl; Divine beings they were but everyone had lines they would never cross and The Fates had been trampling all over their lines and the two goddesses' had enough.

Back with Viola she had been busy weeding the front gardens of the Dursley household. She had lost track of time long ago in her pointless quest to make the garden bed presentable for her Aunt Petunia. She was pulled out of her trance as the horse-faced woman yelled at her to get in the house.

"GET IN HERE, AND GO TO YOUR ROOM!" shrieked the horse-faced woman as Viola silently complied, resisting the urge to say something. " and be quiet or there will be a punishment for you, you lazy good-for-nothing brat."

As she got up from the garden Viola was surprised at how dark it was, she must have focused heavily on the garden as she didn't realize it was getting dark. While brushing the dirt off she realized that she had yet to get a beating today, a small glimmer of hope had swelled in her chest that she might not get a beating today.

As she walked into the dining room on her way to her 'room' otherwise known in other homes as the cupboard under the stairs, she caught sight of the look on her uncle's face. The belt in his hand, paired with the look on his face, quickly crushed what little hope had grown inside her chest.

When Viola was painfully thrown in her cupboard, silent tears were starting to fall freely down her face. Why? Why? I didn't do anything wrong. Why wasn't I enough? Why did they abandon me here? Why didn't they love me? In the young magical girl's mind, she could not understand why her family sent her to live with such awful people. I wish I was somewhere else. I wish I had a real family, one that won't abandon me.

As she slowly drifted off to sleep tired of all the pain she was in she just as quickly found her eyes opening in surprise as she was suddenly both pain-free and suddenly weightless. Taking in her new surroundings it looked like she was a large open field but colorless like someone forgot to add color to the surrounding area. Viola began to panic, thinking that she had died from the injuries from her earlier beating.

"Calm yourself, child." Viola turned her head and could not help, but stare at the being in front of her. The woman that was walking toward her was tall, with slightly tan skin with long brown hair wearing an unusual dress that was red in color. A few things about the mysterious woman stood out to the young child, the tiara on her head with the tilted crescent moon, and then there were also the two black hounds that flanked her sides. She had a stern-looking face but Viola was able to see that there was a touch of kindness in her eyes as she looked down at her. More so was the feeling that Viola could only think to call power.

"W… Who are you?" Viola managed to stutter out.

"I am Hecate, the goddess of Magic." the newly introduced woman said as she gently walked over to her before kneeling down to be on a closer level with her. " I understand that you are afraid child, but please bear witness and listen to what I have to say. All will be clear soon, child."

The goddess stood up before she waved her hand and an image of her mother appeared in a misty haze. From the swell of her stomach, she would guess it was an image from before she and her twin were born.

"For some time now I have been searching for a child to carry on my special blessing to their magic, and through my searches, I found a young woman who would have been perfect for it but as she had already hit maturity it would have been too dangerous to give her the blessing so I came back a few years later when she was pregnant with you and your twin brother. It was then that I realized I found my chosen one. You." the goddess explained as Viola's eyes went wide at the revelation.

"I then made the decision to leave till you were older and could handle the blessing, only to return to find your mother fooled into giving you up, your father listening to every word that good for nothing spouts from his rear. All for the sake of their False Chosen one. The poor kid going to be in a world of shock when he finds out but I'm only allowed to meddle so much." Hecate sighed into her hand at the thought of her brother being the chosen one.

"Um. Miss Hecate" Viola asked unsure how someone is supposed to address a goddess. "What do you mean Mom was fooled?"

"Your mother was charmed into believing everything your father suggested, it is slowly failing and the spell will reverse and your mother will know everything your father had done to get you to that horsewoman," Hecate explained with a fire behind the gaze in her eyes, as she waved her hand to make a beautifully decorated purple box appear. "With everything going on and some pestering of my dear friend Eris, I'm going to be shaking things up a bit."

As Hecate lifted the lid off the box, Viola's face must have shown confusion at the action when it was revealed to be a strange-looking fruit.

"This is a special fruit called a devil fruit. Devil Fruits are a creation of my friend Eris, this one was one that she held back for a variety of reasons, they are fruits that will grant the user some kind of power when consumed but at a cost. I managed to weasel Eris out of granting you a boon with this fruit. Normally the person who consumes the fruit will lose the ability to swim and be weakened by sea stone, but you will only have to worry about Sea Stone. The power in question is the ability to copy other fruit abilities, so there's likely going to be some time before you can begin to learn about your power.." Hecate explained as she allowed Viola to take the fruit.

"I'm giving you this fruit on the condition of allowing me to send you to another world while I make the British Magicals sweat for a while. The world in question is full to the brim with pirates and marines, but the sky's the limit there. At some point, I will have to bring you back for you to finish off that moron Tom, but after that, you will have a foot in both worlds so you will be able to choose which of the worlds to stay in. Don't worry about speaking and luggage, when you wake up in the new world it'll automatically be in your head. At most, there may be a couple of moments of not understanding while it settles. So what do you say?" the goddess asked the child.

Viola thought hard as she looked at the strange fruit, the devil fruit in her hands. The power to copy others' powers sounded really cool, but like Lady Hecate said it would be some time before she would be able to do anything. As much as she wanted to be with her mother again she would just have to trust Hecate about what she said about her mother, plus if the magic is weakening it just goes to show how strong her mom is. She'll be just as strong as her.

With those thoughts, Viola held the fruit and took a bite, and then immediately held back the urge to spit out the fruit. It tasted absolutely foul, did all of these devil fruits taste bad, or is it the price to be a copycat? After swallowing the first bite she made a motion to finish the foul thing, but she was stopped by Lady Hecate who was looking at her with pity.

"I should have warned you about the taste, but you don't need to finish the thing. You only need to take the first bite. Now even with the devil fruit, you will still have magic, in a few years a magic staff will appear to you as well as a book that will have information about both devil fruit and magic. Good Luck Viola I can't wait to see your path play out."

The last thing Viola saw of the strange in-between world was the face of the goddess smiling at her as she lost consciousness.

"Now time to let Eris drive the magical crazy with part of a prophecy, Apollo will just have to get over it." was the last thing she heard before she completely blacked out.

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

"Ah. Sybill, how are you doing this evening my dear? Lemon Drop?" the aging headmaster asked her as she sat down in one of the plush velvet armchairs around his desk. The Potters and the newly hired potions professor were in the office as well and were fighting behind them, or at least James and Snape were fighting over the fact that Snape should be honored to be allowed to teach Adrian. Lily was looking at the scene with an uncaring face, the boy in question was back at Potter Manor due to their previous business had taken longer than intended.

"No thank you, Headmaster. Though I'm not quite sure why I came up here, I just had the sudden urge to come to talk-" Sybill replied before her eyes glazed over and her head was violently thrown back.

"The true chosen one is gone,

To be a child of Magic and Chaos

To guide to the wealth of a world

Into the Eastern Sea to Paradise

From Paradise into the New World

Adventure, Treasure, and Freedom

Prepare for the coming war

The Chosen has been Taken by Magic-"

Sybill then fainted seemingly before she could finish her newest prophecy, unaware of the chaos that was left in her wake.
