A/N: Hey guys! It's Fate here, and I just wanted to say that today is my birthday! I got to spend the day with my dad, which was honestly the best thing ever. I got comfy PJ's, new fuzzy socks, an ice cream cake, and Indian food! I'm literally so happy. I just turned 25, which is crazy enough as it is, but even crazier is that I'm still in love with writing after all these years. Anyways, just wanted to have an actual interaction with you guys for a minute! Thanks so much for reading my story, it means a lot!

Gregory shook in fear. What had Afton just done to his brother? He clenched his fists and closed his eyes tightly. He had to act, and he had to act now. Looking back out, he watched as Elizabeth ran into the other room, and decided now was the only time he'd be able to get her alone. He prayed Evan would forgive him later.

Gregory climbed out of the vent in the next room, and landed in front of Elizabeth, who quickly backed up against the wall. "Wait, I'm not gonna hurt you." Gregory whispered.

"Why wouldn't you? I stole your friends body, and I let Evan get taken over by this stupid Afton curse." Elizabeth started crying.

"Don't worry about Evan, we can fix that." Gregory replied.

"Besides, I'm here." Luna's voice piped up.

"Luna?" Elizabeth asked. "I'm so sorry, I didn't know."

"It's not your fault." Luna smiled. "But we need to switch back. If we don't, who knows what will happen?"

"Luna's right. I need her in control of her own body so she can help me with Evan."

"If I give Luna back her body now, Father will for sure know that something is wrong. It's too risky." Elizabeth explained. Gregory sighed. She was right on that part.

"Then... I'm stuck like this?" Luna looked at Gregory, who was still staring at the floor.

"No... There's gotta be something we can do. Elizabeth, what is Afton planning?" He looked at her.

"He wants to re-build his family. Since you're older now, and Evan and I are still young, he wants you to be Micheal instead of Evan." Elizabeth explained. "That way, we can all still be a family."

"But, I'll keep growing, I'm not an animatronic."

"My body too!" Luna said. "I'm not an animatronic either."

"He can build both of those things." Elizabeth explained. "I didn't even know he made that body." She gestured to the door. "It isn't safe down here, Gregory. You need to run and hide."

"I'm not leaving you behind, come on." He held his hand out to Elizabeth who slowly took it.

Both kids crawled back through the vents, and back outside to Bonnie and Freddy. The boy quickly explained, and they made their way back upstairs as fast as they could, and alerted the others.

"Why Micheal?" Bonnie asked, looking at Gregory. "I thought Mike was the one that wanted us to all be free."

"He was." Freddy replied. "That's why Afton is trying to rebuild the family that he lost."

"What's the safest thing to do now?" Amber asked.

"It's 3:08am." Gregory said, looking at his Fazwatch.

"The Afton curse will automatically lock into Evan at 6:00am." Elizabeth explained. "It's always 6:00am with our family. Some... Weird meaning behind it." She lookedat Gregory. "Which is probably why he's after you."

"But why me?" Gregory asked. "Since that night, I still don't know why I was the one that everyone was chasing."

"Isn't it obvious?" Elizabeth asked. "You're an Afton."

The room fell silent, and suddenly all eyes were on Gregory. He opened his mouth, but no words came out. Gregory, an Afton? Was that even possible?

"You didn't know? Didn't you ever get your original remnant back?" Elizabeth was in complete shock.

"My remnant." Gregory pulled his bag off, and dug through it, pulling out the remnant capsule.

"Wait, you went all this time, and you haven't had your previous memories?!" Elizabeth practically yelled. "Gregory, your whole life is in there."

"I..." He was lost for words. Did he really want to know if he was an Afton? Maybe he was subconsiously avoiding it. Without a second thought he pulled out the remnant gun from his bag, making everyone gasp.

"Matey, are 'ye sure?" Foxy asked. "This could change 'ye whole perspective!"

"Foxy's right." Freddy said.

"I don't know anything about myself." Gregory said, looking at the gun. "If I have my past memories, maybe... Just maybe."

"If you think it's going to help, then we support you." Chica said.

Gregory glared at the gun before shooting himself with it. It was like tunnel vision, as streaks of white light took over his mind. He was practically floating in the middle of it. He saw himself as a child, he saw his mother, his father, Freddy and the gang on stage rocking out. He saw Amy, who looked like she was taking care of him at the day care. Then he saw news articles of a missing child, Vanny, crust-trap, and a strange room he had never seen before, with a giant scoop and broken animatronic pieces strung from the ceiling. He saw Ennard, who he had only been shown photos of until this point, defending him and carrying him upstairs from the basement, and then, he saw nothing.

He opened his eyes, hands shaking as he fell to the ground. "Gregory!" Freddy and Bonnie knelt next to him.

"Afton... He tried to kill me. Ennard saved me." Tears started to fall from his eyes.

"Because you're an Afton, my Father felt like you would be a threat if you grew up. Your father was very talented." Elizabeth was sitting on the couch, looking at Gregory, who was still shaking on the floor. "Your father, Kyle, helped build the animatronics you see before you today."

"Kyle's last name isn't Afton." Amber spoke up. "Kyle's last name is-"

"Emily." Gregory cut her off. "Kyle Emily..."

"Emily." Freddy repeated. "Henry..."

"Our creator was Henry Emily." Bonnie explained, as Freddy was too shocked to speak. "Henry and William were rivals, in every sense of the word."

"So, you're not an Afton by blood, your an Afton by association?" Elizabeth asked.

"No. I think Afton lied to you." Gregory stood up, a new determination burning inside of him. "Afton wants me dead, because I can continue the Emily family line."

"What?" Elizabeth's heart shattered. "This whole time, I thought he needed you on his side, our side, just to stay safe. I didn't know that he was going to kill you."

"Now isn't the time for half-heart explanations." Roxy piped in. "Now's the time to get Evan back, and get Clara up and running so she can help us."

"Oh right, Clara!" Gregory said, pulling out the pieces from his bag. "Let's go."

The crew made their way downstairs, leaving Amber, Sun and Moon upstairs. They had also sent Foxy and Roxy in different areas of the building, since they were the fastest, and could chase down Afton if he appeared. "Gregory, can you hear me?" Amber's voice rang through the Fazwatch.

"Loud and clear." Gregory responded.

"You're looking all clear from the security office. Stay safe." She said.

Gregory made his way over to the cylinder, and opened it up. He quickly added the other parts of Clara, and stepped out of the cylinder. "I need the locket." He demanded.

Elizabeth quickly handed it over, and Gregory placed it in the scooper. That flashback came into his mind again, where Ennard had saved him. That room looked just like this one, only it was bigger, bloodier and there were animatronic parts everywhere.

Freddy's paw on his shoulder brought him back to reality. "Are you okay, superstar?"

"I'm fine." Gregory replied, punching in the code to start the remnant process. There was a bright flash and a loud bang, signaling it had worked. "Moment of truth..." Gregory said. "Clara, if you're in there, please, say something." He said into the microphone.

There was no movement, which caused Gregory to clench his fists together. "Come on..." Elizabeth said.

"Clara?" Gregory asked again. This time, the fingers moved, and slowly the eyes of the animatronic girl opened, and looked around. "Thank goodness."

"Gregory?" She asked, looking over. "Luna!" She smiled, but it quickly faded. Clara let out a scream, and started pounding on the cylinder walls. "Gregory, get away, she's a fake!"

"Clara, calm down!" Freddy said, holding his paws up.

"She... Has no memory?" Bonnie asked. "Her remnant has been dormant?" He scanned over the animatronic girl.

"She's not Luna!" Clara said again. "That's Elizabeth Afton, and you're asking me to calm down?"

"Clara, we know." Gregory said. "Trust me, it's a long story."

"One that you'd better explain." Clara snapped back.
