"And that's what happened." Gregory explained to Clara as they made their way to the security office.
"But... This doesn't make any sense. I thought that Afton was completely destroyed?" She asked.
"I knew he wouldn't go down that easy, but for him to do this? It's too far." Gregory said.
He opened the door to the security office, seeing Amber typing away on the keyboard. This caught Gregory's attention, since she hadn't said anything via Fazwatch.
"What's wrong?" Gregory asked.
"You mean besides my daughter being trapped inside of your locket and Afton awake?" She asked, sarcastically. "The fact that Evan somehow came upstairs, undetected."
"What?" Gregory snapped, looking at the monitors. She was right. There he was, in Bonnie bowl, looking around the area as if he was searching for something. "Evan..."
"What is he looking for?" Clara asked.
"My guess? Bonnie or Freddy. If he had either of them on Afton's side, it would be easy to catch Gregory." Amber replied.
"Then let's give him the element of surprise. He doesn't know that I'm back, right?" Clara punched a fist into her other hand, and smirked. "It's time to see how well Luna built me."
Chica and Roxy watched closely as Evan searched the entire area of Bonnie bowl. "This is so crazy." Chica said, in a hushed tone.
"You're telling me." Roxy replied. "It doesn't make any sense. Why is Afton waiting until now?"
"Maybe he didn't really have a choice?" Chica asked, looking at Roxy. "I mean, when you think of it, it's really smart that he waited until Gregory rebuilt Evan."
"Don't side with him." Roxy spit out.
"I'm not, I'm just say- Ahh!" She screamed as she turned around and noticed Evan in front of them.
"What do you want, Chica?" Evan asked, harshly. "Are you here to spy on me?"
"Well, I mean, no." She replied. "It wasn't really spying, considering you could see us the entire time."
"What the hell are you doing, kid?" Roxy asked. "Why are you siding with Afton? He's crazy."
"I..." Evan's eyes flashed purple and he shook his head. "I need to rebuild my family."
"Rebuild your what?" Roxy asked as Evan walked past him. "But Evan, we're your family." She said, following him.
"Father needs me." He said. "Father needs... Us."
"Evan, your Father is a mad man. He doesn't want a family, he's just saying that so you can help him kill Gregory!" Chica said. "You don't want to hurt Gregory, right?"
"Of course I don't." Evan's voice said, pained. He stopped walking and shook his head. "I don't know what's happening, it's like, I'm not in control of my own thoughts."
"Gregory restored his remnant." Roxy explained. "He knows his past now."
"What?" Evan asked, shocked. "But he didn't want to know his past."
"He did it to save you." Chica said. "He's an Emily."
"Emily? Like... Henry Emily?" Evan's whole world just caved in on itself.
"Evan!" Clara's voice rang through the room.
"Clara?!" Chica asked, shocked.
"She's... Alive." Evan's eyes turned completely purple and he glared at Clara. "You had one job, Clara!" The voice ringing through Evan wasn't his own anymore.
"Evan!" Gregory called, running in behind Clara. "Please, we don't want to fight."
"Well, if it isn't boy wonder." Gregory tensed as William's voice radiated through Evan. "Surprised? You didn't think I'd be able to override a few of your codes, did you? How typical of you, Gregory Emily."
Gregory growled, and looked around the area. Was he really going to have to fight Evan up here? Even worse, was Clara going to fight him?
"Gregory, you have to trust me." Luna's voice rang in his head. "Clara might not be able to win against Evan Afton, but she can win against Evan Fazbear."
"But how am I supposed to get Evan to reject the control of William?" He was completely lost. "This fued isn't for Clara and Evan, it's for me and William."
"Good, then do what you do best, and piss him off." Luna said. Gregory could tell she was smirking right now.
"Let's settle this, Afton." Clara said, getting into a fighting stance. Gregory looked past her at Evan, who's eyes were completely purple. He knew that deep down somewhere, Evan was still trapped in that shell.
"Clara... Go easy." Gregory demanded. "I still need to get Evan out of there."
"Whatever you say, kid." Clara said, charging towards Evan. The smaller animatronic quickly dodged it, and returned with a kick.
"You know, Gregory!" Willam yelled as Clara quickly blocked the attack. "After all these years, your family has haunted me."
"Just because I'm an Emily, doesn't give you the right to go after me!" Gregory yelled, running over to Freddy. "Besides, I'm a Fazbear now!"
"That's even worse!" William spat out. "Conspiring with them is only going to make it harder for you."
"Aren't you the one that wanted to kill me?" Gregory opened Freddy's stomach hatch, confusing the bear.
"What are you doing?" Bonnie asked as he watched. "You don't fit in there anymore."
"Not like this, I don't." Gregory smirked, opening up Freddy's chest cavity.
"What?" Bonnie was even more confused now.
"Trust me. We have a plan." Gregory pulled out the remnant gun. "Ready Luna?" He asked.
"Oh yeah!" She said back, in his head.
"Superstar, no!" Freddy was cut off by the sound of the remnant gun firing. Gregory's eye colour quickly changed to Luna's, who shot the remnant into Freddy's chest cavity and slammed it shut. "Gregory!" Freddy felt over his chest.
"Luna, what did you do?!" Bonnie snapped.
"This is the best way to do it!" Luna's voice piped out of Gregory's body, which was slightly disturbing. "Ready, Freddy?" She asked.
Freddy blinked a few times. "I feel... Different."
"Hey, William!" She called, making Evan's animatronic frame look in their direction. "What happens when a child intentionally stuffs themselves into a suit?" She swung the remnant gun around her finger.
"What?!" William growled. "So you want to play is this way, huh?"
The doors to Bonnie Bowl flew open, and roughly 20 staff bots with purple glowing eyes filed in, making the animatronics shift into high alert. Freddy looked over at Bonnie, who nodded, ready to put up a fight.
The sound of a laser gun hitting a staff bot caught their attention, making them look over at Gregory, well, Luna, who had switched the gun from remnant mode to laser mode. "What can I say? I'm a little creative." She smirked.
"These kids are insane." Roxy said, punching a staff bot in the head. "They keep getting smarter."
"Freddy!" Amber's voice rang in his head. "Afton is up here, in his new body!"
"What? How did he get access?" Freddy asked.
"It was all a distraction, Freddy." Gregory said in Freddy's hardware. "This whole time, it's been just one big distraction. I need to get to the basement, and I need you to do it. There's a room downstairs that we need to get to!"
"Of course... The basement. Ennard." Freddy said, looking at Bonnie.
"I'm gonna just assume that Gregory is talking to you." Bonnie said, confused.
