Freddy made a run for it, leaving Luna, Roxy, Chica, Clara and Monty to fight against the staff bots and hopefully get Evan. "I have a feeling that once Afton finds you, it's going to be game over." Gregory said.
"I agree. We should avoid that at all costs." Freddy replied. Bonnie looked at him, confused. "Oh, I'm sorry."
"I feel left out." Bonnie said, as they made their way down the stairs.
"Oh, get over 'yeself." Foxy rolled his eyes. "You two have had each other longer than any of us have even been around. Talkin' about feeling left out. I was the one left out."
"Sounds to me like you still feel left out." Bonnie said, sarcastically.
"What's the plan, anyways?" Foxy asked. "Just... Get Ennard and hope for the best?"
"Ennard was the one that originally saved Gregory." Freddy explained. "If anyone knows all of the secrets to this place, it's him. Ennard will be able to take Gregory to where Afton built his body, and we can hopefully find the clues we need to shut him down."
"Okay, great, but Gregory doesn't have a body, and we don't fit past the old pizzeria." Foxy said.
"Ennard fits." Freddy replied. "That's all that we need. Well, and him to cooperate." He pulled the camera system up in his vision. "I don't detect Afton anywhere, let's hurry."
The crew made their way to the basement, and looked around for Ennard. However, he was no where to be seen. Foxy kicked the pizzeria door in so they could walk in. Instantly, Gregory was visible to them. "What do you need to find, Superstar?"
"I need to find that room. I need Ennard." Gregory said.
"What room?" Foxy asked.
"It had a giant scoop, and a bunch of animatronic parts around it, kinda like the room upstairs, but it was blood stained." Gregory replied. "It was like he was still using that room, even though he had no physical body anymore."
"It's likely Vanessa was doing his work for him." Bonnie said.
"Or Amy." Ennards voice rang through the room.
"Ennard!" Gregory yelled.
"Ah, so you have your memories back, huh?" Ennard asked.
"Ennard, I need to know, why did you save me? Is there other kids that you've been saving?" Gregory asked.
"Other kids?" Bonnie asked. "Any other kids would of died by now for sure."
"I have not seen any other children upstairs." Freddy piped in.
"I couldn't save them all, but those that did survive..." Ennard climbed across the roof like a spider, and looked at Gregory. "Are all big fans of your work."
"Hold on! 'Ye mean to tell me, that there's MORE kids down here?" Foxy asked. "How long has this been going on? Were we not enough when we were young?"
Gregory looked at Foxy in shock. While he had heard the stories from Freddy, this was the first time he heard Foxy acknowledge that he was a murdered child as well.
"I never said that you weren't, Toby." Ennard replied. Gregory's eyes widened.
"Now don't 'ye start with me." Foxy glared at the broken animatronic.
"We all want the same thing." Ennard said. "Peace, quiet, to finally rest... So tell me why, you so willingly stuffed your own remnant into Freddy?" Ennard wrapped around Gregory's ghostly form, causing Freddy to growl.
"I need to stop Afton." Gregory replied. "You saved me, but why?"
"Why wouldn't I save you? You're an Emily. You are the key to stopping William, and finally putting not just him to rest, but finally allowing everyone else to pass over as well." Ennard's head spun. "Besides, I was tired of the killing, and killing, murder then killing!" Ennard snaked his way back up to the ceiling.
"I need you to bring me back to the room you found me." Gregory called out.
"Oh, I'd love to! I just need your remnant so you can travel with me." Ennard replied, his face dropping from the ceiling.
"No." Freddy said. "It isn't going to happen."
"Don't you want to help you son, Freddy?" Ennard asked.
"Don't toy with me, Ennard. My friends won't take lightly to your taunts." Gregory looked at Freddy, who quickly gave him the 'look'. The ghost boy stepped away from Ennard, and back towards Freddy. Ennard gave a light chuckle.
"Don't worry, old friend." Ennard said. "We're on the same side, after all."
"Are we?" Freddy asked, taunting back.
Ennard laughed again and disappeared into the vents, leaving the four alone in the lobby of the underground pizzeria. Bonnie and Foxy looked at Freddy. The bear sighed, and made his way out of the pizzeria, and towards the stairs.
"What are we gonna do, Fred?" Bonnie asked. "We need to get those papers to get rid of Afton."
"No, now we have an even bigger problem. We need to save those kids."
"Boss, I'm sure there's no kids. Ennard has never been a guy we can trust. That's why we left his rusty behind down here." Foxy said, gesturing to the pizzeria. "Ennard was controlled by Elizabeth then, and even worse, completely out of control! 'Ye can't trust a thing that hunk of junk says."
Freddy looked up at the walls, seeing what they called 'The Blob' and paused. "Maybe... This story doesn't end with Gregory."
"Well... Then who does it end with?" Bonnie asked. "Afton's after Gregory just because he's related to Henry."
"What if we asked for help." Freddy's eyes landed on Lefty. 'REMNANT DETECTED' displayed in his vision. "Charlie Emily."
Luna struggled against the grip of Evan as Gregory's body was dragged towards William Afton. He stood roughly 6 feet tall, with black hair, and purple eyes. He had his signature purple uniform, that so many children lost their lives to. "You aren't going to get away with this!" Luna said, struggling against Evan.
"I think I already have." William smirked. "You see, Luna." He knelt down to the level of the child and tilted her (his?) chin up. "You're playing the game I created. Change the body, keep the soul. Nothing you do now, will ever be enough. I always come back. No matter what you do."
