Catherine had locked the bathroom door behind her before sending the pre written text to the rest of Section D. She knew that there was a fair chance the man in the next room had put a signal blocker on the building, she had seen Tariq and Malcolm do it a million times before but she reasoned it was worth a shot. Wheeling herself over to the other side of the bathroom she thanked whatever Saint it was that looked after injured Spooks that the room had a second doorway. Quietly resting her phone on the ledge next to the loo she turned on the taps before opening the second door and wheeling herself through it.

"Erin."
"I am driving as fast as I can." Erin huffed as she floored the accelerator. She knew he was desperate to get to the Rehab Centre but she was already pushing the small pool car to its limits. He nodded, glancing at his phone as he realised Ruth had text him.
"Ruth."
"What she said?" Erin asked as she swung the car around the corner.
"Harry knows. CO19 on standby." He paused. "Beth, Will and Dim on route." He paused. "And so are Harry and Ros. Bloody Hell."
"Harry will kill the bastard." Erin huffed as Calum pushed the phone back into his pocket.
"What makes you think I wont?"
Ern frowned, knowing that was how he felt but she knew Catherine would never forgive herself, and neither would she if the mild mannered technical officer got to whoever was threatening his wife before the team did. She bit her lip, glancing at him as she prayed the others got to the centre before she did.

"Harry." Ruth turned as he walked towards the Grid.
"I am going there." He stated firmly as Ruth nodded. She stepped towards him as he held her gaze. She frowned slightly. "Its Catherine. Our Catherine."
"And you would be on your way if it were Beth or Zoe or any of the others." Ruth smiled, knowing that she was right. Harry sighed. "Bring them home. Ok?" She sighed, knowing trying to dissuade him would do no good. She knew him too well. "Be careful. I would like my husband and my step daughter home tonight please. Preferably in one piece." He kissed her forehead before disappearing out of the Pods.

Catherine swore under her breath as she realised the door on the other side of the bathroom wasn't the escape root she was hoping for. Looking around she realised there was only one way she was going to get away from the man she had met years earlier. Throwing her jacket and trainers over the balcony she managed to manoeuvre the chair through a ninety degree angle before throwing herself out of it and crawling into what appeared to be a storage cupboard just as the man she now remembered called her name. She held her breath, physically pulling her legs to her chest as she wrapped her arms around them to keep them in place. She knew if Peterson found her then she was dead.
"CATHERINE!" She heard him call her name as she buried her head in her knees. "CATHERINE!" She heard him swear as he saw the chair abandoned and her belongings on the tiled floor below. She knew there was no way she could have physically jumped over the balcony these days. The question was, whether he knew that.

Beth threw the car into the parking lot, knowing that the man the rest of the team appeared to be so worried about was potentially holding one of their team hostage, or worse. She felt sick as she remembered the times she had visited Dimitri when he had been in the centre following his amputation. She forced the memories away as her boyfriend practically jumped out of the car followed by Will. Before she could think what was happening Erin was also screeching another pool car to a halt in front of her.
"Erin." Beth watched as Calum ran past them, leaving the car door open. She shook her head.
"I'll look after him. You find her." She ran after her friend as staff and patients yelled and screamed as they flew past them. Calum ran through the foyer, into the hallway and towards the room where he knew Catherine spent her weekdays while he and Graham had set about adapting their home for her return. His blood pounded in his ears as he raced through the corridors with Erin and now Dimitri hot on his heels. Dimitri swore as they reached Catherine's room. The place was deathly quiet, bathroom door open leading to a view of the fire escape the other side. He frowned as Erin grabbed Calum, pulling him to a halt. She looked around the room. A photo of Calum, Lily and Charlie lay on the floor next to the bed but otherwise there was nothing to say the younger woman had ever been there. It was then that she realised Will and Beth were yelling from outside. Dimitri made his way through the bathroom, spotting the man they had been looking for, he launched himself at the thick set man, rugby tackling him to the floor as Erin held her gun on him.
"DONT MOVE."
The man roared in rage as Dimitri stuck his knee in his back. "You heard the lady." Dimitri dragged him to his feet as Erin levelled the gun on his face. "Where is she? Cath Reid. Where is she?"
Peterson laughed, nodding to the balcony. Erin stepped back as Beth and Will appeared, helping to remove the man Dimitri was beginning to have some trouble holding onto. She glanced over the balcony as she realised who the denim jacket and trainers on the floor below belonged to. She narrowed her eyes as Beth and the lads dragged Peterson away. Calum leaned against the doorframe almost on the verge of tears. He had no idea where Catherine was and no idea where to start looking.
"She has to be somewhere near by." Erin reasoned, putting her gun away safely.
"Unless he had a friend." Calum chocked back a tear as he wiped angrily at it. "Erin, I." He paused as he saw Erin glance at the door opposite where she was stood. The large print sign stating STAFF ONLY had been unnoticed in all the noise of apprehending Peterson. Now she realised it wasn't tightly closed. Quietly she stepped over the wheelchair before easing the door open.
"Its ok, Catherine." She spoke calmly as she looked around the cupboard before seeing the younger woman wedge behind a pile of cardboard boxes. "He's gone." She moved the box as Calum joined her.
"Cath? Oh shit, Cath." He was on his knees as she flung her arms around him shaking while Erin stepped back. She pulled her phone out of her jean pocket, making sure she dialled Harry first.
"Located and safe. See you at base." Erin stated firmly leaving Harry no room for argument as she hung up on her boss. Calum had lifted Catherine into his arms as Erin turned back to them. "You ok?"
"Yeah." Catherine closed her eyes, hating that she had to be carried, wanting nothing more than to walk out of the building. "I am NOT staying here. If he knows where I am then the rest of my docu team will be dead. He should be in prison. Why the fuck is he not in prison?"
"Documentary team?" Erin asked. "He helped kidnap Ruth years ago. Almost killed her. What has your docu days got to do with that?" Catherine's eyes widened, she had no idea her family and current team had a history with the man. It seemed both had a lot of explaining to do.
