Hello and welcome to Ch. 7/Ep. 7. Last time, as Lucy, Happy, and the others finally realize that all of Lyon's minions are actually people who survived Deliora's attack on Brago Gray successfully knocked Lyon out of the fight. However, Gray meets a rather-alien like creature who awakened from the fight and while all of that was happening, Toby was on the top of the temple finishing the Moon-Drip. Now Deliora has awakened, what's gonna happen now?!
Ch. 7/Ep. 7: Frosted Crusade pt. 2
BOOM! Adventure Time, c'mon grab your friends we're going to very distant lands with Jake the Dog and Finn the Human the fun will never end it's Adventure Time!
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
Outside the temple, Deliora's roar was shaking the whole island including the village's storage area as everyone and everything was shaking or falling onto the ground. While that was happening a huge set of psycho-kinetic waves were setting off.
"FINALLY! The moment is here!" Zalty shouted in triumph as Natsu, Finn, and Jake were standing in complete shock as Deliora emerged.
"The heck was that noise? It sounded like some sort of monster growling." Lucy asked in confusion.
"It was probably just your stomach Lucy." Happy corrected in a representing hunger pose.
"OHHHh the puke-yellow lady is hungry too…...be honest I'm hungry too, anyone wants some buttuh?" M2 asked.
"Now's not the time for BUTTUH!" M1 shouted.
"You know, you're not half as funny as you think you are." She said in a straight-forward annoyed tone.
"So do you think that sound might've been Deliora?" Erza asked, ignoring their conversation.
"Oh no you mean…. THEY BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE?! D:" Lucy shouted in fear and surprise.
Then Happy spotted a purple magic circle on the ground.
"See that purple light, that's the Moon Drip."
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
As Deliora roared giving Lucy shivers as Erza was unfazed.
"It must be."
"Hey, you need to eat something." Happy said ignoring the fact that it was still Lucy's stomach making the noise instead of Deliora making Lucy more angry.
"And you need to shut your trap before I hurt you."
"If anyone wants some buttuh I can stuff some in your mouth!" M2 kept shouting.
"Not happening butter monkey!"
"That may be the demon growling but someone's still performing the Moon drip ceremony up there. Which means they haven't fully revived it yet so we still have a chance to do something.. Come on! " Erza said as she ran much to Lucy's confusion.
"Deliora's below us." She said pointing down.
"Putting a stop to the ceremony is our only hope. We gotta hurry!"
Meanwhile:
HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEEHE….
"AW crud what are we gonna do now?" Jake said as the three were trying to figure out how to overplay the situation in the cave.
"Oh man… were sick of wasting time on you. Let's finish this right now guys." Natsu stated.
"I'm feeling up-booted so let's go HARDCO-/BAM!" As Finn, Natsu, and Jake all got one-shot by a crystal ball.
"Ready for you... go ahead and do your worst little salamander and kiddie boy duo!" Zalty shouted in confidence.
"HEY THATS UNFAIR!" Jake shouted.
"Why you!" Natsu shouted as he took the 1st move.
Then Zalty commanded his crystal ball to attack Natsu but Natsu being faster shattered the ball with his Fire Iron Dragon Fist. But then the ball reconstructed itself and kept going striking Natsu in the stomach sending him flying.
"But I broke it.. Didn't I?!" Natsu said.
"I have the ability to control an object's time. Meaning I can take the crystal back in time to before it was broken." Zalty explained.
"How does that even work?" Finn asked.
"How am I supposed to know and more clearly what kind of magic gives you that power?" Natsu replied.
"I practice one of the lost magics called the Arc of Time. It's extremely rare and quite powerful. Would you like to see what happens when I throw this crystal ball into the future?" Zalty explained as he sent his ball flying toward them and started attacking all three at a time. Then Natsu timely destroyed it with his fire dragon fist, but it reassembled and continued attacking them with natsu getting hit in the head.
"You're fire won't help you!"
"Oh yeah!" Natsu shouted as he began to punch the ball again. But then the crystal ball stopped before Natsu punched it.
"It stopped in mid-air."
"Does it have a conscience or something like that?" Finn asked.
"Pretty sure it doesn't and it's probably the magic flowing through it Finn." Jake remarked.
"Yes, I also have the ability to freeze an object in time."
"Nice trick, but I'd be more impressed if it worked on people." Natsu said, trying to taunt him.
"Better yet do it on animals instead like that blue cat." Jake added.
"You mean Happy?" Finn asked.
"I don't care, it's the same thing." Jake answered in heated annoyance.
"Aahh that's the rough, it's powerless on living things. Since Ur turned herself into the ice that encases Deliora I cannot simply turn back the time on that ice to its pre-frozen state, that's why we're using Moon-Drip." Zalty explained.
"Let me ask you guys something, why are you guys doing this, It seems to me like you're working hard trying to revive this demon so Lyon can kill it to boost it's ego. That's great for him and all but what are you gonna get out of it?" Natsu asked, confused while Deliora's roars echoed throughout the caverns.
"Yeah and besides it's not like this is gonna help benefit anyone in the slightest oldaro feather hawk." Jake added.
"I can't say, I've only recently joined them so I don't know enough to speak on the other's behalf."
"Okay what about you then. What's your goal in all of this?"
"You certainly know how to get straight to the point." Zalty complimented Natsu's determination.
"For the record we're only straight-forward to your butt only because you're trying to revive this demon of a monster only for it to be killed by some blind-thristy Ice Wizard you so call." finn said.
HAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!
"The Cold Emperor Lyon is an arrogant twit! He doesn't stand a chance against Deliora, that's where I come in."
"If he can't kill it we're in major trouble. Unless you're gonna defeat it yourself." Natsu said.
"Don't be ridiculous, I want to control the demon." Zalty said as the three guys clinched their eyes.
"You see there are spells that give the caster power over immortal monsters like this one here. With a single spell I'd become the most powerful man in the world cause I have a demon at my beckon call!" Zalty said in pride.
"Talk about a lame answer." Natsu said.
"Really though dude, if I had a real answer I'd say use it to destroy every single evil thing that actually created that monster in the first place!" Jake shouted.
"Exactly my point Jake, I'm sorry I even asked.." Natsu said with Zalty having a WTF face on him.
"That's what you're after you think just having monsters is gonna make you tough? No way."
"That's just stupid at this point." Finn added.
Hahahahaaha
"I suppose you're too young to understand right now. But one day you'll realize how important it is to have power on your side.
Then Natsu flared up his fist as Finn got back onto Jake.
"Well I've already got plenty of power on our side. Cause all of my friends at Fairy Tail have got my back including you guys."
"Oh yeah Natsu we bouta knock off some demons." Finn shouted.
"If you let your cockiness get the best of you, you will fall exactly like the ceiling above." Zalty shouted as he spawned a magic circle on top of him and then started making the whole ceiling of the cavern fall down onto the three.
"We've had enough of you and your buddies, screwing up with the people on this island, it's time we put a stop to it!" Natsu shouted in defiance.
"You don't seriously believe you can stop my Arc of Time with your puny flames and stretching powers do you?" Zalty shouted.
Then the 3 jumped toward multiple orbs that Zalty created and shot toward them. But luckily Jake deflected them by transforming his arms shields one by one. But then another wave came in but Natsu wasn't gonna buy it.
"We don't give a crap about your stupid magic we just want you off this island!" Natsu shouted as he destroyed the rest of the orbs creating a huge smoke cloud.
"And for the better case we'd rather have you in prison!" Finn shouted as the three bursted out of the cloud flying toward Zalty.
"We may not be able to control time but we can see the future, and we see…." Natsu said as began to attack.
"Us kickin' your butt and sending you flying!" All three shouted in unison as they finally punched Zalty right in his left cheek sending him flying into a huge rock. The same goes for Toby as the rest of the group made it to the top of the temple with Erza knocking him out sending him flying onto the ground.
"Awesome the Moon-Drip should stop any minute now!" Lucy said certainly as the magic circle disappeared.
"You mean this guy was doing it all by himself?" Happy asked in confusion.
"Too late! It's over, the ceremony's already been completed." Toby reassured them as a huge green bright beacon of light shone with Deliora screaming.
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
"Woah.. No way.." Lucy said in a horrid crushed tone.
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
As Deliora's roars reached across the island, the villagers also began to hear the huge vast roars of the demon.
"What's this? Something truly terrible is happening." The Chief said.
"We have to get off the island Chief!" One of the villagers shouted.
"I'm staying, you and the others can go but I'm not going to leave this place behind."
As the Deliora's roars continued the trees were starting to lose their leaves and the waters were rapidly swelling and rolled in various directions much like in a huge storm.
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
As Deliora continued roaring in the main part of the cavern as Gray looked on with a deep concerned face. Then Gray kneeled down and scooped up the melted ice that was once his master.
"Thank you.."
Then Natsu, Finn, Jake, and the Solrock came in running toward him.
"Solroc- Roca-sol." Solrock whirred spinning around.
"Hey! What are you doing here?" Natsu asked.
"Guys." Gray looked on.
"Oh man this battle just keeps getting more and more adventurous and I'm starting to like it better and better!" Finn said in excitement.
"Besides that what do we do? Just attack it?" Jake asked.
"Yeah since there's only one thing we can do now. We gotta take that thing down!" Natsu answered.
But then Lyon started to crawl towards them trying to bribe them off.
"Neither of you… Are strong enough…. But I… I will defeat it."
"lyon.." Gray quietly said.
"I'm going to surpass Ur… Finally."
hehehaha…
"You can't fight, you can't barely get off the floor." Natsu truthfully said as Deliora continued roaring.
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
"I've waited so long for this moment." Lyon said as all 5 looked on at Deliora.
"You're looking for the most powerful wizard? Well I'd gotta Ur is the strongest around here. She's been holding up in the mountains ever since she lost her daughter a few years back. But I swear I've never met another wizard as skilled as she is." A man said to a younger Lyon who was looking for a powerful wizard.
"Wow Ur, you think she'll teach me magic?" Lyon said in amazement.
"She was strong, but still not strong enough to kill that demon. I'm going to do the 1 thing that Ur never could." Lyon said as he desperately got up.
"It's bad enough you took that punk in but now you're teaching him magic too?" Lyon complained to Ur.
"He told me he wanted to learn, is that a problem?"
"You don't need him! You already got me to take the replacement of your daughter!"
But out of silent anger Ur slapped Ur in the face.
"Lyon, let's get something straight. I've never once thought you as a replacement for my daughter, you are what you are. You're my adorable student." Ur said as she gently placed her head onto his.
"Finally.. My dream.. Will be… Fulfilled!."
But then Gray karate chopped Lyon's neck, making him fall onto the ground once more.
"You've caused enough trouble…. I'll clean up the mess you made." Gray said as he started to walk toward Deliora.
"I'll seal the demon myself!" Gray said as he started to begin Iced Shell.
"ICED SHELL!"
"Don't do it Gray! Do you have any idea how long it took me to melt that ice?!" Lyon shouted in desperation.
"Sealing it away isn't going to stop me, I will not rest until I've finally defeated Deliora!"
"I can't worry about the future, I have to do it to keep it from killing us all right now!" Gray shouted, ignoring Lyon's opposition.
But then, Natsu, Finn and Jake reluctantly stood in front of Gray much to Lyon and his surprise.
"Guys!"
And then…..
"Why don't you let us handle this." Natsu said in clear-fayence.
"Don't be stupid, just get out of my way!" Gray shouted in protest.
"We ain't doing that Gray, especially since we've gone this far to destroy another life!" Finn shouted.
"AND BESIDES!... If I didn't let you do it before why would I let you do it now? I'm not gonna let you go out like that!" Natsu shouted to Gray's intentions.
"Go ahead and cast the spell, but we ain't movin'."
"You guys…" Gray quietly said pressurized.
RRROOOAAAAARRRR!
"So loud, it's gonna bust my ears!" Toby shouted as Lucy, Happy, and M1 started to scream with Erza and M2 staying firm.
RRROOOAAAAARRRR
Then Deliora started to deliver a huge attack when the 3 started to counter it but Gray wasn't gonna let that happen.
"YOU GUYS!"
RRROOOAAAAARRRR
"Jake NOW!" Finn shouted.
"You got it BUDDY!" Jake said as he spring launched both Finn and Natsu toward Deliora about to attack.
"WE AIN'T GIVING UP TO THE BITTER END!" Both of them shouted as Natsu Fire Dragon Fisted and Finn pulling out his sword to strike as both delivered one huge explosion as they kept breaking through Deliora's brute force.
RRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!
But then…
CRACK! BOOM!
To everyone's shock, Deliora's torso began to crack, then his back, then his chest, and then soon…
RRROOOAAAAARRR!
"WOOAAAHHH!" Jake shouted as he caught Finn and Natsu by creating a huge platform and started stretching back to the ground.
"Woah what the… I guess we're stronger than I thought Finn." Natsu said.
"Yeah that was kinda easy." Finn added.
CRACK! BAM!
"What.. No way!" Lyon said in complete shock.
BOOM!
"But that… Can't BE!"
RRROOOAAAAARRR!
Deliora then soon began to fall apart as it's body parts began to break completely falling into the water as it roared in it's final moments with everyone in a confused awe.
"Deliora…. Was already dead…"
"Woah what's going on?" Happy asked as he looked down the temple side.
"I don't know." Lucy said.
"Oi guys there's watah pouring out of the openings on the walls!" M2 pointed out as huge amounts of the melted ice then poured out of the temple conduits and into the opening of the sea.
Lyon was then in a complete freeze as he re-traced his knowledge on the Iced Shell.
"For 10 years… Ur has gradually depleted the Demon's life-force….. And what we just saw…. Was nothing more than it's last dying breathhhss….." As Lyon clenched his fists and slammed them against the ground.
"My dream is dead….. There's no hope noowww…. I will never surpass Ur..." Lyon gently shedded a tear.
Gray was still processing the whole moment when Natsu started to feel all great inside.
"Man, your teacher was pretty awesome." Natsu complimented Gray.
"YEAH! I bet she was a WICKED ICE GIRL! HAHAHAAA WHOOOO!" Finn shouted in a happy energetic tone.
"Yeah man, u gotta give praps to that girl cause she was freakin' coolalacious heheha." Jake said all funny.
In his own moments, Gray can almost hear and feel Ur's final breath… As she helped him live his life.
"I freed you from the darkness Gray... I've sealed it away forever..."
"You've saved my life again….. Thank you Ur." Gray gently said as he handheld back his tears thanking his master one last time as Natsu, Finn, and Jake all smiled happily and Solrock spinning around with a joyous expression seeing Gray now being able to live his life again thanks to his faithful master.
"The ice that was once Ur, melted and became water that flowed into the open sea. Even though she's not physically with us…. Gray says she's still alive, and I think he's right. From the sea she'll be able to watch over her beloved students forever. I could almost hear her saying….. Please don't fight anymore."
Lucy recapped as she and others finally reunited with Natsu, Finn, and the others as despite Natsu now scared that Erza was with them and grabbed him by his scarf, seeing Finn and Jake now back together again as he started to wrestle, and saw Gray help Lyon get back up onto his feet as they started to reconnect with one another again.
Later:
"OH HO YEAH! That's right we won!"
"AYE SIR!" Happy and Natsu shouted in triumph after the whole scenario was over as they regrouped on an opening near the coast.
"Solrock-sol-." Solrock cried out.
"You know, I was kinda worried for a while there. But it all worked out thanks to your amazing teacher." Lucy said to Gray as Natsu and Happy were still joyous over their S-Class accomplishment.
"WE TOTALLY FINISHED AN S-CLASS QUEST ALL BY OURSELVES!" Natsu shouted so vigorously.
"AHAHA!" Happy laughed and cheered.
"You think Master Makarov will let us in the 2nd floor now?" Lucy asked.
"Oooohhh we celebrating someone's birthday today?" M2 asked.
"No we aren't!" M1 answered rapidly.
Meanwhile Finn and Jake were a little interested on what this S-Class quest was about.
"Man those 3 are excited about this S-Class quest thing." Jake said.
"Yeah, it looks like a pretty huge party-goer to them." Finn added.
"So what is this S-Class quest anyway Erza?" Jake asked.
"Well you see Jake, S-Class quests are missions that are extremely dangerous, where even the smallest mistake may lead to a Wizard or Mage's death. In order to undertake an S-Class Job, the Mage must be an S-Class Mage which is the highest ranking of wizardry in our world. However, an exception to this rule is that a group of non S-Class Mages must be accompanied by an official S-Class Mage. The reward for these Jobs can be rather large, with some missions, such as Subjugation missions spanning into millions of Jewels or simply just money." Erza explained.
"Oh man my brains not buying any of this floobalan smart stuff biss." Finn complained, pressing his hands over his head.
"Well isn't that a surprise, looks like Natsu's got a lookalike of himself both physically and mentally." Gray purposely dished on Natsu as he headbutted Gray in the head.
"You wanna go off on us Ice Popsicle?!" Natsu taunted Gray.
"Well it's better than looking at your stupid-ass fire cracker face you asshole!" Gray hastily responded back.
"Hey Gray LANGUAGE! We have a 12 Year-Old kid here ya know!" Jake shouted covering Finn's ears much to his annoyance.
"Jake! I'm old enough to listen to grown-up stuff. I can handle this!" Finn shouted.
"Yeeeaaahhh deeeooogy let your little baaaaby friiieeeeend listen to our grown up stuff." Happy smuggly teased.
"Alright you wanna go Mr. Feline Pines cause I'd be happy to rip you to shreds considering how much of a SCAAARDY CAT you are!" Jake letting go of Finn's ears are putting up huge fists while angrily berating Happy.
"Okay dog breath I'll take you on anytime starting now! I'm the more superior and cuter species of animal here" Happy inadvertently accepted getting out a huge fish.
"Oh yeah REALLY?! You so called magic ceeaaaattt! It's war then." Jake responded being more hostile now.
"Ooohhh yes fighting sequences, M1 gimme some popcorn with extra buttuh and a soda!" M2 said being uncivilized to the situation.
"I aint getting you anything stupid! You get it yourself!" M1 denied.
"No you get it!"
"No I won't!"
Then M1 and M2 continued complaining with each other.
"Can you guys just please get along already?!" Lucy begged in a scared state.
"Solrockk.." Solrock grunted.
"Jake ee-... Guys come on why don't we just get back to this job or quest cuz I'm curious as heck to what else we're gonna do!" Finn added trying to relieve the whole scenario.
"Speaking of which, that reminds me…" Erza recapped as she made a serious face making the others stop being vigorous making Natsu, Lucy, Happy, and Gray scared as they remembered why Erza is here in the first place.
"OH NO! You're still gonna punish us huh?" Lucy said, all horrified.
"Isn't there something you all are forgetting about? You came to this island to help the villagers, the request was for you to return them to their original forms." Erza stated making Lucy change emotions fast.
'You still haven't completed your S-Class quest yet."
"But I don't understand, the curse should be lifted now that Deliora's dead." Lucy reassured her.
"Wrong, this curse you keep talking about never had anything to do with the demon. The villagers have been affected by the intense magic energy released from the Moon Drip spell. In other words Deliora's death isn't going to change their current situation whatsoever."
"Wha- Oh no…."
"Well then we better go and change them back." Natsu said as he and Happy high fived.
"Aye sir!"
"But wait how do we even start?" Finn asked.
"Man if only if we found P.B, she'd be able to help us out in this fluke." Jake said.
"Who's this P.B?" Erza asked.
"Oh yeah I forgot, I forgot to tell you guys some of our friends are probably here too eh Finn?".
"Relax Jake I already got em up with what's going up with our own current situation."
"Well let's just rack away from that for now, oi Gray you got anything?" Jake asked.
"I absolutely got no freaking clue. So we don't know how." Gray said.
"Oiieeyyy… What about your friend, didn't he said he's been after that demon for 10 or 3 years or somethin' like that?" Jake said, reminding Gray.
"Lyon, do you know?" Gray asked as he turned towards Lyon who was sitting on the ground against a rock behind them.
"To be honest, I don't have a clue." Lyon TRUTHFULLY said.
"You don't KNOW?" Natsu said, a little angry.
"WHAAAT?" Happy added.
"But they told us the curse started about the same time you guys got here." Lucy said following with Lyon explaining.
"When we first arrived 3 years ago, we were aware that there was a village here somewhere on this island. But we had absolutely no reason to communicate with the villagers so we left them alone, and they never came to the temple to see what we were up to."
"In 3 years, you've never once met?" Erza concernly asked.
"I don't understand, the light from the Moon Drip is so bright you can see it from practically anywhere on the island. It's kinda weird that they saw it every night and never went to investigate." Lucy said following up.
"The villagers weren't transformed by the Moon Drip, it doesn't affect the human body." Lyon also followingly added with Erza confused.
"What?"
"Yeah right. You're just saying that so you and lackeys will be off the hook." Natsu said, denying Lyon's information.
"Just think about it, I've been exposed to it as all long as they have and my appearance hasn't changed one bit."
"Oh yeah, that's true." Lucy said.
"I wouldn't trust them, those villagers are hiding something. But, I'm sure you guild wizards can handle it." Lyon said as he looked away much to Natsu's deeds but Erza shutted him up by clamping his mouth.
"Uuuhh Technically speaking those 5 are these guild members you talk about." Jake ignorantly said.
"We're not done with you. You destroyed the village-bleh.."
"That's quite enough Natsu."
A little while back:
"You really wanna know why we all joined Lyon? All because our families were killed by Deliora… And we wanted to get revenge. He convinced us that if we helped him release the demon he will kill it, and it would be gone forever." Toby explained as Erza and the others wanted to know why they all wanted to get Deliora released.
"They were simply doing what they believed to be right… So there's no need to criticize them for it." Erza said as she let go of Natsu's face.
"Let's go."
"Wha- teh.. Eh… But.. What are we gonna do to lift the curse?" Natsu asked.
"I have no idea."
"What do you mean you have no idea?" Finn said.
"Don't be so hasty Finn, besides I'm sure we can find a beneficial solution for this before we get there."
"Oh… Great." Lucy said in an unimpressed tone.
"Releaaaax Blonde, I'm sure we can find some sort of cultivating scheme to steal the moon for ourseeeeiilves hehe." M2 sinisterly snickered.
"Fol' if you steal the moon Imma ram the mahoda into you." M1 warned M2 as they all walked toward the village's storage area. But Gray stopped and turned back to Lyon's annoyance.
"What are you looking at?""
"I know you don't wanna hear it, but you really should join a guild. You make new friends, meet new rivals, and maybe even look for a new dream to live for."
Much to Lyon's expectations.
"Whatever…. Just get out of here…" Lyon said as Gray slowly grinned.
At the storage area:
As the group got back to the storage area, there wasn't anyone to be found.
"That's weird where is everybody?" Happy asked.
"Are you sure they came here?" Natsu followed up.
"Yeah this has been their camp… I wonder where they could've gone." Lucy answered.
"Hey guys noticed how everything looks incredibly strangely perfect?" Jake asked.
"The heck ya mean Jake?" Finn asked.
"Weeeeeeeeell, Deliora's roars were so loud that everything was rumbling and shaking causing everything to go berserk and go flying flippin' everywhere right?"
"Yeah actually.. I wonder why everything is still in the same place ever since we left." Lucy said.
"Ooh yes I knew it! We are celebrating a women's birthday!" M2 proudly announced.
"No stupid it ain't anyone's birthday today." M1 corrected him.
"Hellllloooooooooooooooooooo!" Happy cried out to see if anyone was around.
"Since we're here I'm gonna grab bandages and some medicine." Gray said as he went into 1 of the tents.
Then 1 of the villagers came running up toward them.
"You finally made it back, there's something you need to see. PLease follow me to the village." He said as the group followed back to where the village is.
To their surprise the whole village was back to it's original state, the buildings, the plants, and also the walls. Everyone was there as they were surprised at their whole village back in 1 piece again.
"Woah are you kidding me?" Lucy said.
"Yesterday it was a total mess but now it looks perfect." Happy added.
"So this is the village you guys talked about right?" Jake asked.
"Yeah but it was in total shambles when Lyon and his friends attacked us yesterday." Lucy explained.
"What's going on here, everythings back to how it was. It's like the village went back in time!" Natsu shouted as he kept banging on 1 of the building's walls to Lucy's concern.
"Now that it's fixed you probably shouldn't touch anything kay Natsu?"
"Are you saying I destroy everything I touch!" Natsu shouted assuming what Lucy said.
"Well…..Kinda."
Then the whole time thing he said reminded him about something.
"Back in time…"
HA...HA...HA...HA
"Was it him? Nah it couldn't be.. Unless he had a change of heart."
Aahhhh "Who cares!" Natsu said carefree as Happy went along.
"Not me!"
"What are you talking about/" Lucy asked.
"Oh... I forgot about our stuff!"
As Lucy went to go get their stuff at the building they left at, she saw the Chief sitting a few steps in front of Bobo's grave.
"Bobo's grave is back, I'm so glad. But I'm sure the Chief must be relieved."
As Lucy walked to see if he was alright he noticed her right away and turned around.
"You and your wizard friends used magic to restore our village didn't you?"
"Uuuhh… Well sir… That's not..." Lucy stuttered trying to figure out how to explain but then the Chief got up.
"I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. However I must know…."
WHEN ARE YOU WIZARDS FINALLY GOING TO DESTROY THE MOON FOR US! WELL?!
"Whee..uhhhhh"
"Wait you still want the moon to get exploded?!" M1 shouted as he and M2 were brought up to what they were in.
"I don't even know if we can destroy the moon." Happy reassured as the others came over.
"And besides, even if we do the time for day and night might be changed or something." M2 added.
"Destroying the moon is a simple task sir." Erza corrected leaving the others confused.
"What the… Did she just say that with a straight face?" Gray asked.
"Aye, maybe she's gone crazy." Happy answered.
"But before I do that I need to ask you all a few questions. Would you be so kind as to call everyone up for a meeting?"
Later:
As the Chief got everyone to the gate of the village Erza started to reap and ask her questions for them with the others still a little confused.
"Let me make sure I have my facts straight." Erza said as she began to recap everything that's been happening right now.
"The 1st time everybody in the village took on these demonic forms is when the moon began to turn purple, is that correct?"
"Yes, during the day we're fine but when the moon comes out we transform into what you see now." The Chief answered.
"And the moon first turned purple about 3 years ago right?" Erza asked another question.
"Wow has it really been that long?"
"Yeah." The villagers began to say as if they haven't haven't remembered everything.
"We learn that the Moon Drip Ceremony has been performed on this island every night for the last 3 years and each night it produced a light so brilliant that you couldn't possibly have missed it."
But as Erza continued to walk….
CRACK!
WWNYAAA!
BOOM!
As Erza fell into Lucy's ditch trap causing everyone to go surprised.
"Woaaahh! Even Lucy's pitfall trap is back!" Happy said, with a surprised impact.
"Was that part of your guy's strategy?" M2 asked.
"She screamed like a girl!" Natsu said blushed with Gray having the same expression.
"Yeah and it was cute."
"You are waaaaaaaay gonna be out her ally list Lucy." Finn said in a snickering tone.
"I AM SO GONNA BE DEAD MEAT WHEN SHE GETS OUT!" Lucy horrifyingly cried.
AAH! Sound Effect
But Erza just got back out and continued on with her question being unfazed as the villagers were constructed towards her state.
"Seriously didn't you ever wonder where that light was coming from?"
"She got up like nothing happened..."
"She must be pretty tough…"
"I don't understand… Why didn't anyone investigate?" Erza kept asking, leaving the villagers at a complete loss.
"Well….. We would've looked into it but according to village lore our people must never go near that temple." The Chief answered.
"But who cares about village lore when your own people are dying. You obviously knew there was a problem cause you contacted the magic guilds." Lucy stated.
"Umm… Well…" The Chief started to stutter.
"Why don't you tell us what's really going on here?" Erza docile demanded.
"To be honest we don't even know that ourselves. Allow me to explain, we've tried to investigate the light many times. We'd take up weapons we've never had to use, I've trimmed and styled my side-burns (SPARKLE) and then we've ventured into the jungle towards the temple, but we could never get near it. We'd get close enough that we could see it through the trees and then suddenly we'd found ourselves back at the village gates." The Chief said.
"But… How's that possible? It doesn't make sense." Lucy said.
"We got into the temple without any problem at all. How weird." Natsu added.
"We didn't say anything to you earlier because we were worried you wouldn't believe us."
"We're telling you the truth, we've tried to go back to the temple many times."
"But not a single villager has ever been able to get inside." The villagers followed up.
"I get it…. Yes." Erza finally concluded leaving the others more clueless than before.
But while they were chatting.
Hehehe...
"Impressive Titania... I should've known it wouldn't take you long to figure it out." Zalty quietly spoke as HE was sitting on a distant tree branch with a few bruises Natsu, Finn, and Jake gave him.
He..he..he..he...
"But before I finish... Gray what were you saying about this Solrock you've been talking about?" Erza asked him.
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Gray what exactly is that thing and how did you find it?" Lucy also asked.
"More importantly why the floop is it not doing anything except floating and following us everywhere and saying some weirdooo stuff?" Jake added.
"Yeah I mean I don't wanna be mean to it but all it did do was just float around and all." Lucy followed up on Jake.
Then Gray turned around as Solrock was just standing there.
"Sollroock?" Solrock grunted.
"Well all I know is that after I blasted Lyon with my ice cannon, it created a hole in the temple wall and then it just started to glow and bam, it just appeared right in front of me." Gray explained.
"What do you mean that's all you know?!" Natsu asked irritatingly.
"Hey the only other things I do know is that this thing created some weird magic barriers and it also kinda looks like the sun okay." Gray responded hastily toward Natsu.
"Magic barriers? Erza asked.
"Yeah, before Deliora was released this thing started to create some weird magic that was covering my whole body like it was some sort of protection." Gray said.
"Yee- it does look like the sun almost." M1 added, ignoring Gray's explanations.
"Solrocck."
"So does it have a name?" Finn asked.
"Nahh, pretty sure it's just Solrock or Soul-rock or something since that's the only thing it says from what I've heard it say." Gray answered.
"Of course... It's becoming clearer now." Erza said as the others got more and more confused.
"The heck do ya mean Erza?" Jake asked.
Then Erza started to emit pink glowing smoke and as her body shined changing her outfit, Finn at this point was in awe as he saw Erza perform a magic that he'd never seen. Erza who was in a full shiny knight armor set was now in a suit that had a barbaric appearance and was furnished with numerous fur trimmings around the armor's joints and golden animal-like ears with a blue stripe across each ear. Finn and the Muffets were in complete awe as they saw Erza as a completely different person now.
"Jake, Natsu, Finn, come with me." She said as the smoke cleared.
"Wooooaaaaahhhhhhhh!" All three said in unison.
"I'll need your help to destroy the moon."
WOW! Sound Effect
HAhaha!
"SOLROCK!"
Natsu laughed all fired up as Finn and Jake's personalities blew up as the others were shocked and horrified at what Erza just said.
"AWWW YEEAH! WE BOUTA DESTROY THE MOON CUZZES!" Jake shouted in excitement.
"HECK YEEAH WE GONNA BE NIGHT HEROS WOOOOOOOO-!" Finn screamed.
"Wait..." Finn asked.
