After about a week of staying with the Asgardians, the Avengers were allowed to go home. Everything had been set up nicely for Thor's people. They had fairly nice temporary houses (although some of them were still sleeping in tents) with a decent amount of supplies and appliances for them to use everyday. After Natasha had delivered all the supplies for them to put in their houses, she and a few others had to take time to teach them how to use modern technology, and luckily they learned pretty quickly. And although Thor was living with the Avengers, he spent a ton of time with his people to help them adjust to their new world and new life.

Relocation for them would happen in about a months time. Fury and SHIELD had a lot to prepare in order to move them from here all the way to Norway. Until then, he and his agents would provide them with food, clothes, shelter and anything else they needed.

Natasha sighed contently as she slipped her shoes off in her room. The soft carpet felt nice after a week of walking around on grass and dirt. After a fast shower, she changed into a baggy t-shirt and some sweatpants. It was nice to be home and to finally feel comfortable after spending all that time in a giant field that was pretty much in the middle of nowhere.

But there was only one thing that bothered her and it was the fact that Loki would be living here with them. No matter how much she tried to persuade Steve, he wouldn't budge in his decision. Loki and Thor would be there shortly because of this, so Natasha took her free time to hide all her valuables and set weapons at every available point in the tower, just in case.

Once everything was hidden, she was confidant that if something were to happen, she would have complete control over the situation.

About an hour later, Tony's voice came over the speakers, flat and sarcastic as always. "Everyone to the living room. Our guest has arrived. Yay."

Rolling her eyes, she quickly changed into less sloppy looking clothes: a better fitting t-shirt and skinny jeans. After that, she headed towards the living room to meet up with their 'guest'. There were some rules that they had to set and she would be sure to make them known.

Natasha took a deep breath to calm herself then entered the living room. She was quickly greeted by Loki's stupid smirking face. Thor stood next to him, grinning from ear to ear in pure happiness. It was obvious he was excited to live with his brother, although they had lived together almost their whole lives.

"Hello, my friends. We have finished our work with our people and we are ready to move in!" Thor proclaimed, still smiling at everyone. "I will still be visiting them until they are relocated, but I will be here more than there now."

"Well, I'm glad that you're in a happy mood," Clint grumbled, throwing himself on the couch as he ate a bagel smothered in cream cheese.

"Of course! I am glad that you could tell how happy I am to be living with my brother again," Thor said, taking a seat on the couch next to Clint. Loki sat next to Thor, side-eyeing Clint as he did so.

"Alright," Natasha said, stepping more towards the center of the room so everyone could see and hear her better. "We need to set some rules. After I say what I think, you guys can add any rules you want too."

Everyone nodded their understanding.

"Okay. First off, Loki is not allowed to leave this tower without someone accompanying him. There are two reasons for this. The first is that he could start trouble out there and the second is that someone might recognize him as the crazy guy who tried to take over New York. That wouldn't end very well."

"I did not think of that," Thor said, his brows creasing in thought. "Hopefully something like that never happens."

"I don't think it will, Thor," Natasha replied. "Second rule is that Loki is not allowed in any of our personal spaces, like our bedrooms or areas that they like to be alone in."

"How will I know what rooms are what? I have not been in here enough to know where everything is," Loki complained.

"You'll just have to find out then," Natasha said coldly. "And I think the last thing is is that we have to keep all the weapons and training supplies locked up so he can't touch them."

Everyone but Loki nodded at this.

"I am not a child!" Loki said, standing up from where he sat next to his brother. "Why would you keep them away from me when I do not plan on ever touching your filthy things? All you selfish mortals do is whine and gripe about your belongings. And you never share anything. It's all about you and your things."

Natasha rolled her eyes. "Sit down, Mister Anger Problems."

Before Loki could say anything else, Thor grabbed his arm and made him sit back down. He gently patted his brother's arm to calm him down, but Loki swiftly pulled it away and folded his arms across his chest.

"Thor, we need you to find a way to keep Loki's magic contained. He could use it against us or to try and escape."

"Alright. Steve mentioned this before to me. I am quite sure that there will be something on the ship we stole," Thor said.

"Okay. Get something as soon as you can. Would anybody like to add anything?" Natasha asked, looking around at everyone.

"Me!" Clint said. After Natasha nodded at him, he continued. "I don't want him to get into my food. That food is mine and only mine, understand?"

"Of course, Barton. I'll just starve," Loki said sarcastically.

"I can't think of anything to add, but if we do have stuff, we'll tell everyone," Steve said. "I've got to go now. I've got some training I want to do."

"Alright, Steve. Have fun," Natasha called out as he walked away.

Once he was out of the room, it grew silent and nobody spoke. Loki cleared his throat, but the silence settled again.

"Okayyy," Clint said, standing up to walk out. "This is awkward."

Natasha watched as he walked away, tempted to follow him. The only thing keeping her here was to make sure Loki understood the rules.

"So, Loki," Thor began, turning towards his brother. "You remember Clint right?"

"Of course I do," Loki said sourly.

"And you remember Tony Stark?"

"Yes."

"And you remember Captain America?"

"Yes, Thor. I remember all of them. So please, stop this now," Loki spat out.

"Sorry, brother. I was just trying to break the silence."

"Hmm," was Loki's response.

"Is there a room ready for my brother?" Thor asked, turning towards Natasha.

"Yes. It's on the same floor you stay on just a couple of doors away from your door," Natasha said.

"Excellent. Thank you so much for your kindness. I hope one day to repay it."

"You're welcome, Thor. You don't have to repay anything."

"See brother? That is how you should be," Thor said to Loki, gesturing towards Natasha.

"Can I please see my room now? I would like very much to go to bed," Loki stated, standing up to tower over everyone.

Natasha looked up at him and quirked an eyebrow. "You can see your room when I'm ready to take you there."

Thor stood up after Loki, his smile looking a bit strained. "I will take him to his room. You do not need to worry. Come, brother, let us go."

He walked out of the living room and soon walked out of sight. Loki lingered behind him, and as he reached the door way, he cast a glance back at Natasha before disappearing around the corner.

"Well, I think that went well enough," Tony remarked.

Natasha sighed and walked out of the room. Today had been long enough already, and now she was ready for a nap.

Loki was mildly annoyed after that so called "meeting". Nobody has listened to anything he had said, and it seemed nobody-but Thor-cared. Now, he was following Thor through the hallways and towards the elevator. Thor pressed the button, both of them waiting for it to arrive.

While he waited, Loki glanced around the hall to try and get familiar with the layout of the building. Down the hall, he saw Romanoff walk out of the living room, rubbing her temples like she had a headache. She glanced once at Loki, rolled her eyes and walked the opposite direction.

The elevator dinged and the doors opened. Loki and Thor stepped in and Thor pressed the button.

"Do not worry Loki," Thor said. "They will like you soon enough."

"I am not worried about that at all. In fact, I could care less if they liked me or not," Loki replied.

The elevator doors opened, and Thor stepped out with a sigh. They walked a bit down the hall until they came across two doors, a decent length apart.

Thor pointed to the first one on the left. "This is my room. If you ever need anything, I'll be in here. The one down there is yours on the right."

Loki nodded and walked to his room. He opened the door and stepped inside.

Overall, the whole room looked quite cozy. It was already furnished, but very minimally. Directly in front of him was a set of wide windows framed by light blue curtains. To the right of the windows was a small desk with a chair, and next to it was a bookshelf that was partially filled. Next to it was a door that he assumed led to a bathroom. To his left was a queen sized bed, neatly made with blankets and pillows that matched the curtains.

Closing the door behind him, he walked over to the bed and sat down, thinking about how long he would have to live here.
