Kei-Kei Yuki: I'm alive and back with a new chapter! Also, just what on earth am I going to due with the whole Asura and Indra reincarnation thing? Cause I don't really see how that would fit that into this story.

Uchiha Brothers

On a warm, sunny Wednesday, Naruko was in the middle of changing her clothes when the Old Pervy Sage climbed through her window. Having frightened the poor girl, she delivered a swift right hook to his face, blood spurting from his nose as he was sent flying a mile away. After finally listening to Jiraiya's explanation did Naruko learn why the old toad was searching for her in the first place. It seemed he wanted her to tag along with him on his current trip out of the village, just so he could find some woman. Naruko at first denied the old perv, until he promised to teach her a new jutsu.

But it didn't take long for Naruko to regret tagging along once Jiraya ignored her in favor of some beautiful woman. Naruko was not happy about this and vowed revenge against the old perv. She was in the middle of reading the book that she had stumbled upon back when she visited the library with Hinata. The book contained information about fuinjutsu; Naruko didn't know why she picked up the book, but for some reason, she was drawn towards it.

She was in the middle of trying to work her head around understanding just how fuinjutsu worked when there was a knock on their hotel door. "Damn it, it better be that pervy old sage ready to teach me a cool jutsu!" grumbled Naruko, placing her book to the side as she got up to answer the door.

Meanwhile running through the streets, the wind whipped past Sasuke's hair, an anxious look in his eyes, scouting out every inn in the town. The reason behind Sasuke's current panic was none other than the person behind his own personal nightmares. A person who long ago Sasuke loved dearly, but after that horrific night, that love had turned into pure hatred. 'Never again will I allow you to take away another person from me!' vowed Sasuke, eyes bleeding red, displaying the Sharingan.

When Naruko opened the door, she was expecting a white-haired old perv, not two weird guys wearing odd-looking cloaks, and if that wasn't worse, the one glaring down at her strongly resembled Sasuke for some odd reason. 'Why does he look similar to Sasuke-teme? He even has the Sharingan! But that's not all... why does this guy's presence feel familiar to me somehow?' Naruko couldn't fathom the reason why she felt as if she met this guy before, nor the feeling of fear that consumed her soul and the threats towards her life.

She knew that this guy, that could be a clone version of Sasuke... would not hurt her. "Naruko! Naruko! Naru... ko..." Finally, Sasuke had finally stumbled upon the person he had been searching for and ...and the one person he swore to kill. After hearing the brothers greet each other, Naruko even felt that the name somehow sounded familiar to her.

'Itachi... Uchiha? Why does it feel like I have heard that name before? Ah, my head feels like it's splitting!' Naruko's eyes suddenly flashed with pain, face scrunched up, hands holding her head. "Ah, so painful!" whimpered Naruko. The painful pounding in her head felt as if there was something trying to force its way through.

"Naruko!" Sasuke's eyes were immediately drawn towards Naruko when he heard her whimper and cry out in pain. The pain for Naruko only got worse, until the girl was left screaming, knees falling to the ground. Seeing this only fueled Sasuke's anger. "What did you do to her?!" Sasuke spun his eyes towards his older brother; the man didn't even grace his brother with a response, too busy staring at Naruko clutching her head in pain.

Unable to withstand the pain any longer, Naruko soon lost consciousness and the lid on Sasuke's emotion could no longer be tamed. The younger Uchiha blindly rushed forward with a Chidori, only to have it easily disregarded by Itachi and in the process had his wrist broken as well. It was at this moment Jiraya finally appeared, blocking Kisame's hand that had reached out towards the unconscious jinchuuriki. After swearing that Itachi was his opponent to defeat, Itachi quickly kicked Sasuke aside and said to him,

"You're still weak, foolish little brother. Unable to protect a single teammate, how... disappointing," before forcing him to relive the gruesome experience of their parents' murder over and over again. Sasuke's last words before going unconscious was a whisper of Naruko's name.

After his brief battle with Itachi and Kisame, Jiraya stared down at the two unconscious teens and sighed. "Troublesome brats." Ears perking up, he heard Naruko mutter random words, yet for some reason, she muttered, "Anbu-san!" over and over again.

In the depth of Naruko's conscious, a younger version of herself lied on the floor of her small apartment, azure eyes pointed towards the person crouched down on her window sill. Her weak arms reached out to that blurry figure with tears running down her scarred cheeks as the aching pain in her small chest was too painful to bear. "Anbu-san... Please don't leave Naru-chan," she weakly cried out to that person who could only grace her with a sad smile before he vanished into the night.

By the time Naruko woke up again, the blonde noticed that she was in a different room than last time and suddenly remembered all that took place before she fell unconscious. Turning towards Jiraya she demanded to know what happened. After telling Naruko all that happened, the blonde grew angry at herself from being unable to help out Sasuke when he needed her most, promising to give his evil brother a smackdown next time she sees him.

Watching Naruko's expression, Jiraya took this time to ask the blonde about why she was repeating a certain word over and over again. "Huh? What are you talking about, Old-Perv?" Seeing that confused glaze in her eyes, it was obvious that Naruko forgot whatever she was experiencing while she was unconscious. Finding the whole thing fishy, Jiraya promised to investigate it at a later time and moved the topic onto something else.

"So this obaa-chan that we're looking for is some type of super healer that can cure Sasuke-teme?" Naruko received a nod from Jiraya, along with a warning that when they encountered this mystery woman, it would be in Naruko's best interest to not refer to the woman as 'obaa-chan'. Only to be blindly ignored as Naruko rolled up her sleeves and stood on her feet, eyes more determined than ever.

"Alright, let's go find this obaa-chan so she can heal Sasuke-teme! I can already see poor Sakura-chan crying her eyes out!"

Shaking his head at his new protege, Jiraya couldn't help but think, 'This idiot is going to get her ass handed to her. Ah, I can already see those two not getting along.'
