Harry stared in surprise at his friend, who had revealed that she was a demigoddess. "I don't understand."

"Well, first off the Greek Gods do exist and they often travel to earth and shack up with mortals." Aurora states

"you mean Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon, and the rest are actually real?" Hermione questions as her eyes lit up with new knowledge to learn.

"Shush, names are powerful tools, especially the Big Three." Aurora admonished as she looked to the window and lightning struck. The black lake was churning.

"So what about your parents?" Ron questions as he was actually interested

"You must promise to never tell anyone about me. Unless I want it revealed"

"Yes" the trio responds

"My father is a muggle, but my mum, she's the Goddess of Magic, among other things. She is the one who sent me here." Aurora answers, "I was in training during my five-year absence." she looked at Harry. "I don't know everything but my Destiny is tied with you, Harry. We are bound by the Fates. I will help you any way I can."

The quartet talked until it was lights out, Aurora was in a night of fitful sleep, she was having a demi-dream, she would often get visions of what is to come through her dreams. She woke up with a start, looking around, she could have sworn that she was being chased by a monster with a foul stench. She fell back against her pillow. She shook her head, she wasn't getting any sleep right now. She quietly tiptoed out and went into the Common Room, she sat down and looked around.

"Aurora?" Harry's voice questions as he sees the purple-haired girl

Aurora turned slightly "Yes, Harry?"

Harry went and sat with her.

"what's on your mind." Aurora states as she knew Harry was thinking of something.

"Is there any way, I can travel with you after school, you know the Dursleys, they are horrible people." Harry questions

Aurora started she never thought that Harry would want to stay with her. But her life was always in danger outside of Camp's protections. "If I could, I would take you to Camp with me."

"Camp?" Harry questions as he began to look hopeful.

"Camp Half-blood, it's for demigods" Aurora answers "But you would have to be a demigod or a Legacy to enter the Camp." she thought about it, Aurora felt a strong connection to Harry, she knew from the history she had been told that Lily and James didn't have God blood in them. So she wondered if it was possible to adopt someone into demi-god status.

That Halloween, Aurora was in the girls' lavatory creating a rainbow to message Camp. She thought about her mentor, Chiron. "Oh Iris, goddess of the Rainbow, please accept my offering." she tossed a golden drachma into the rainbow and waited until she could record her message.

"Chiron, reporting in, I seem to be accepted into a school for magic, I'm trying not to curse anyone here but that's a different report, but I found the one who Mother favors, the reason I am calling. I need to know if there is a way to adopt someone into my bloodline?" Aurora explains as she ends the message planning on checking later. She turned around and saw Hermione run into the room.

"Hermione?" Aurora questions as the girl just looked upset. Aurora went to her and pulled the girl into a hug. "What's wrong and who do I need to send to the underworld?"

Hermione explains how Ron was teasing her, and how he said that she didn't have any friends.

"That is a load of hogwash, You do have friends, I am your friend, Hermione. So Ron can stuff it." Aurora states as she held the upset girl. She looked up suddenly as a foul stench entered the room and a monster.

"What in the name of the underworld is that?" Aurora questions as she shoved Hermione out of the way as the monster swung a club at them breaking the bathroom stalls.

Harry and Ron showed up and knocked the monster out, Aurora couldn't risk fighting a huge creature and harming Hermione. Aurora leaned against a wall with her arms crossed. "I have the feeling, we're going to end up in the underworld before we're old." she would have said more but the teachers rushed into the room. Professor McGonagall gave points to both boys for sheer dumb luck after explaining what happened, Aurora just said she was in here because she was a thirteen-year-old girl and gave the female professor a knowing expression.

"If this is what my mum has in her head for a Quest? She's been sniffing sulfur for too long." Aurora muttered to herself as she and the others were going back to Gryffindor Tower.
