Aurora shook her head at Harry's agreement to the proposal. "I might start teaching you the basis of my lifestyle, I won't teach you in practice method yet. So where should we begin?"
"How come Muggles can't see those monsters?" Harry questions "And are there more of those creatures."
"I can control what we call the Mist it's like a cloud over the Muggles' eyes, you can see past it because you are of the Blessed by Lady Hecate." Aurora answers "and Yes, there are more monsters, the stronger the demigod the stronger their scent is, so we attract a lot of monsters who just love to make a snack out of us."
Hermione asked even more questions and Aurora was starting to wonder about the younger girl.
Aurora continued to wonder about Hermione, she had all the traits but she had two mortal parents. That was a discussion for another day, she look at the others "I better start with my own course work, before my Mother decides I need a magical kick in the arse."
"Why would she do that?" Harry asks
"While she's not the most physically involved parent, she's strict when it comes to learning the magical arts, seeing as I can access all branches of magic itself, along with my half-siblings." Aurora replies
"You have siblings?" Ron questions
"Most Demigods have siblings since their Godly Parents are rather amourous with mortals and immortals alike, so I have don't know how many yet. I know I believe a camper named Lou Ellen is my half-sister because she has magic as well. But she hasn't been claimed, so we share a dorm room in the Hermes' Cabin"
"Does your mother have a Cabin?" Harry questions
"No, she's a Minor God. basically, we're the rejects of the rejects" Aurora answers as the group made their way to the Great Hall for Dinner.
Aurora was tapping her foot, her battle reflexes were acting up, and while she wasn't gifted with premonitions she had the uneasy feeling something was going to happen.
"What's wrong?" Hermione whispered as she noticed how agitated Aurora was getting.
Aurora wasn't hungry, she stood up, Harry made to stand up with his friend and almost sister. but the older girl held her hand up forestalling him. the demi-goddess left the hall intent on running down to the lake and back again. That is until she was forcefully slapped and flew backward into the wall behind the professor's table.
Aurora felt a sickening crack as her arm took the impact of her flight into the wall, her eyes blinked away tears as she pushed herself back up. there was a monster out in the hall.
A roar was heard throughout the Great Hall.
Aurora shook her head trying to clear it. she cradled her injured arm.
Madam Pomfrey, the school's medic-witch came up to assist Aurora but the girl glared at her.
"I am not going to be tended too until i send that Monster back to Tartarus." Aurora snarled as purple flames ignited within her eyes. she summoned her celestial bronze sword to her hand, ran out, and began to fight a Minotaur.
The whole school including the professors couldn't believe what was happening. Everyone was watching Aurora's fight.
