Hello Everyone. So, I am now in summer vacation having just finished my first year of college. As such I hope to upload more stories/chapters during the summer. Also, from now on whenever Liberty talks her sentences will be in bold. I feel like it will be less confusing that way.

Star: The author does not own the rights to any of the properties mentioned or used in this fanfic. And congratulations surviving your first year of college man.

Marco: Yeah. From what we could tell that kept you really busy.

Thanks guys.

Lana: I hope I never have to go to college.

Lincoln: Thankfully, you are still years away from that.

Lana: Why do you even have to go to college?

Well, if your someone like me that wants to actually be a teacher you have to go to college to get the degree for that.

Steven: Sounds right. So how did your classes go?

Well, I passed and that's all I care about for now. It was my first year and I did it online. Next fall semester I am going to the dorms. But for now, I get to enjoy summer vacation.

Lincoln: Awesome dude. Keep it up.

Thanks again guys but we should get back to the story now. We may have a potential friend to find.

Lana: Oh right. Let's go guys!

(In Ba Sing Se; After defeating Azula)

The two teams are now on a train heading into the city. All are exhausted from the fight and are resting. To keep as low a profile as possible Garnet (Ruby and Sapphire) used her transformation ability and turned into a pair of hairclips, her gems looking like decorations for them, that is in Lana's hair. Remembering Aang mentioning it before Lincoln told them Garnet was a spirt that befriended them and became a sort of guardian for the kids if they got into too much trouble. Team Avatar, Aang especially, seemed skeptical but they have honestly seen weirder. In both the human and spirit realms.

"I still can't believe Azula was able to do all of that." Sokka sighed referring to the Heartless they fought. Which Steven has now named 'Trick-master' because of the juggling.

"Yeah. It was so weird. How was she able to do that stuff anyways Lincoln? You knew about the creatures beforehand." Katara asked.

Getting nervous about reveling too much of the truth Lincoln tried to explain without telling them the secret of other worlds. "Well…we honestly don't know. We barely knew anything about the Heartless in the first place. Much less that they could be controlled by someone."

"But how do you know about them in the first place? Even Aang didn't know about them." Toph pointed out.

"Uh…Well Garnet told us about them. She is an all-knowing spirit after all." Steven said hoping that would end the conversation.

"I'm not even standing on the ground and your voice alone is telling me your nervous." Toph shot back.

"Well…we are supposed to be keeping this secret. But with Aang being the Avatar he kind of gets a freebie." Lana added.

"Okay. I guess that checks out but what about those wea- "

"Look it's the inner wall." Katara said interrupting her brother. Star and Marco sighed in relief for their friends as they were running out of explanations.

As the rest continued the conversation about almost reaching the city, Lincoln was having his own conversation.

'So…Liberty?'

"Yes?" The voice in his head replied.

'Did I hit my head at some point during this whole thing? Cause I'm almost convinced that I've gone crazy. I'm talking to a girls voice in my head.'

"No, you're not going crazy." The girl almost seemed to laugh. "It's really hard to explain. And I don't think I even know everything. But for now, let's just say you and I are connected. I would explain more but I think it would be better when we get back to the ship."

'You know about the ship?' Lincoln asked. 'Wait how long have you been…connected with me?'

"You really don't get what 'wait until we get to the ship' means do you?"

'Sorry if I have a bunch of questions! This is really confusing.'

"I'm almost as confused as you dude. But since you asked, I can see and hear anything you can. I can actually see around you as well. Kind of like a ghost. For example I can see those grassy fields out the window behind you. I can only see as far as you can no matter where I look though. And has for the other question…well let's just say that while I have been 'asleep' if you will, I've connected with you for years now."

'What?!' Lincoln exclaimed in his head almost saying it out loud.

"Yeah, not so loud. You may be thinking this in your head but to me it sounds like a normal conversation. And I think that's enough questions for now. You're almost at the station.

"…coln. Lincoln you okay bro?" Lana asked breaking Lincoln out of his daze.

"Uh? Oh yeah, I'm fine. Just lost in thought is all."

"Good. Cause we are arriving at our destination." Marco said.

"Yeah, good thing too. Cause that pineapple guy is freaking me out." Star whispered.

Lincoln looked over and say a rather big man sitting between Toph and Sokka with what seemed to be a pineapple in his mouth. Lincoln was so lost in the conversation with Liberty that he did not even notice the man until just now.

"So, what's the plan when we get off the station?" Marco asked.

"Well, our plan is to go talk to the King about a plan we have to possibly end the war with the fire nation. What about you?" Aang asked.

"We want to explore the city some. See if we can find any friends of ours." Lincoln replied. "So said to say I think we will have to split up from here."

"Ba Sing Se is a very big city. I'm not sure if you could find anyone in a place like this." Toph replied.

"We have to at least look around." Steven said.

"If I remember what the monk's told me about this place it's divided into classes. Refugees will most likely be in the lower class and I bet anyone you are looking for will be there as well." Aang said hoping that would make their search a little easier.

"Would you want to join us? We could use people like you for our journey." Sokka asked.

"Sorry but we try not to interfere with the war. And we try not to stay in one place for very long." Lincoln explained.

"Well, I can understand that. Especially since you have little Lana here." Katara nodded in understanding.

"Who are you calling little? I'll have you know that I'm tall for my age." Lana huffed.

"Just be careful what you do Lana. I would hate to see you hurt again." Katara said as they walked off the train. "Even though we just met you're almost like a little sister to me." Katara said picking up the tomboy and giving her a hug. And while Lana did not say it out loud, she actually enjoyed the hug. Suddenly Lana felt something in her pocket and pulled it out after Katara put her down.

When she pulled it out, she saw it was some kind of keychain with a symbol at the end. It had three swirls in on the top and three squiggle lines on the bottom. Looking closer she saw it was the same pattern as Katara's necklace. She put it back in her pocket deciding she would worry about that later.

While Aang looked over the city using his whistle to try to call Appa Lincoln made sure his team was ready to go.

"Where do we even go from here?" Star asked.

"Well Like Aang said our best chance is to check out the outer levels. If we don't find anyone we can just return to the ship and come back tomorrow." Lincoln told his group has team Avatar was confronted by a woman with a wide, almost creepy smile. She explained that she was there to give the Avatar and his friends a tour and ignored anything Sokka said about the fire nation or the war.

"Excuse me Miss Joo Dee, would a few more friends be able to ride with us? Or have some help getting into the city. They helped us on our way here and are looking for some friends and/or family members." Aang asked to woman. While she ignored what Sokka said she seemed to actually listen to the Avatar.

"Why of course. If you are referring to the little group over there, we already got a carriage big enough for all of you. Are they staying with you?"

Overhearing the conversation Lincoln step in. "We are hoping to look where the newest arrivals come. We are trying to meet up with some others who got here by a fairy boat."

"Very well. Then we shall be on our way. This way if you please." The entire conversation this woman did not loose her smile and it made some of the kids very unsettled.

"I don't know what it is but something about her doesn't feel right." Marco whispered to Star.

"I know right" She replied.

"It's called city life. Her job is to make everything sound safe and happy. It's gets annoying after a while." Toph mentioned.

"You sound like you're talking from experience." Steven hummed.

"I am. I may not look like it, but I actually come from a wealthy family. Remember that ticket I tried to give to the women at the dock? I am from that family. I just left to help teach Aang earth bending." Toph explained.

"And your parents let you?" Lana asked surprised.

"Well…let's just say that may parents were not very happy about me leaving."

"That is probably an understatement." Sokka said. "I wouldn't be surprised if they put a bounty on you to bring you home safe?"

"Yeah, no that I think about that they might have. I wouldn't put it past them if anything else." The blind girl nodded.

(A few minutes later.)

"This is the Lower Ring of Ba Sing Se. You will find all the newcomers, and shopkeepers that work with their hands. Artisans and craftsmen for example." Joo Dee said given the two teams the tour. It was a little cramped but with Lana sitting on Lincoln's lap they were just fine. Sokka and Katara are sitting next to their guide while Toph was next to Katara. Aang sat next to the window with Lincoln and Lana next to him, then Star, Marco, and Steven. Lana is also petting Momo who seems to enjoy it as long as she does not get too rough.

"What's that wall there for." Kamara asked.

"The city has many walls. Those on the outside to protect us, and those on the inside to maintain order.'

"It looks like it's just the people who can't afford to live anywhere else if you ask me." Liberty said to Lincoln. The boy could only nodded agreement thinking the same thing. Katara voiced similar concerns but did not get an answer from the woman much like what happened to Sokka.

"Your new home is not far from here. You will have some wonderful neighbors who also just arrived themselves." Joo Dee said to Lincoln and his crew. A couple minutes later they approached what seemed to be a small two-story apartment building. Surrounded by others just like it. There are cloths line hanging between some of the buildings.

"Once we find your family you can move in with them but for now you can stay here. Feel free to look at the shops but do be careful. Not everyone here is exactly…friendly."

"I guess we will see you guys later. Hope you find who you are looking for." Aang said shaking Lincoln's hand. Katara gave Lana one more hug before they all said goodbye as team Avatar went to finish the tour and get to their new home. They entered the building where a man at the front that was most likely the owner showed them to their new room giving them a key and telling them all they needed to know about the essentials and where certain things were. Like spark rocks, which seemed to be some kind of fire starter rocks. The man made a joke not to burn the building down when he told the kids about that.

After making sure they would be okay the man went back down to the first floor as the kids all sat down to relax and decide what to do next. While not exactly the same the living room almost made Lincoln think of the bedroom him and all his sisters were in before the Heartless attacked. Looking over at Lana he could tell she was thinking the same thing.

"I know what you are thinking and don't worry we will find them. We found Garnet after all." Liberty tried to reassure Lincoln. The boy only sighed to himself. "I know you are upset, with how long I've been a part of you they almost feel like sisters to me. But right now, you need to be strong for Lana.

'Your right. But I can't help but think about that night. How peaceful and carefree we were. And know I don't even know where eight of them are. Or any of my friends. Also, no offense but I'm still trying to come to terms with you being connected with me for so long and not knowing.'

"I understand. Like I said before even I'm not a hundred percent sure about everything. But try to keep your hopes up. We may find your sisters sooner than you think."

'Even though there is a part of me that still thinks I've lost my mind and created you because I lost my sisters, thanks for the pep talk.'

"you're welcome."

"So can we not be hairpins ANYMORE?" A voice asked. Suddenly Ruby appeared in the middle of the room looks little stiff. Sapphire quickly followed.

"I think you'd guys are good until we head out. But to keep a low profile you better stay split up. You two are harder to hid as Garnet." Steven said.

"Thank you, Steven. I think that is very wise of you."

"Awe. Thanks, Sapphire."

'I also checked a couple futures, and the best option is for us to remain hidden when not inside."

"Wait, wait, wait. She can see the future. Marco asked.

"It's more like seeing different paths and choosing the best one." Steven explained.

"Not exactly how I would but it but yes."

"So, will we actually find anyone here? Cause I have a feeling that we do not want to stay longer than we need to."

"Same here." Lincoln agreed. "I feel like we're being watched."

"It's hard to tell. But if we head out now, we might just find someone. Remember my visions are not exact. I don't know which ones will happen."

"Right." Star said. The kids all got something to drink and then headed out. Ruby and Sapphire turned back into hairclips and Lana carefully put them in her hair again.

"Race you guys to the bottom!" Lana yelled as she opened the door.

"Be careful!" Lincoln yelled as he was making sure he had the key and anything else they may need. He was the last one out the door and found out that his warning fell on deaf ears as he heard some kind of crash.

"Ow! Hey watch it you brat!" The voice of a teenager said. He was walking to the stairs as well and had to turn around after feeling someone run into his leg. He was a little taller than Marco, has black hair, and is wearing a hat. The most defining feature however was a scar around his left eye. He was scowling at Lana clearly not in the mood to deal with kids.

"Sorry mister." Lana quickly apologized. Lincoln helped her up and also apologized to their temporary neighbor.

"You better be. Next time watch were you are going." He snarked.

As an older sibling Lincoln wanted to defend his sister but also knew this was on Lana. Before he could say anything though another voice was heard.

"Lee. Don't get angry so quickly. It was only an accident." An elderly man with gray hair and a beard said from behind the teenager. He walked up to the group to make sure they were all okay. "Please forgive my nephew. He is still trying to adjust to this new city."

"It's okay. My sister here ran into him anyways. We just arrived here ourselves and she's excited to see the town. We all are honestly."

"Better not run into many more people out their." The teenager known as Lee mumbled. "And not that I want to go but don't we need to get to our new job Uncle?"

"Yes we do. But I have a suggestion. From what I can tell you don't seem to have a guardian with you. So why don't you come with us to the tea shop we are applying for? You can look around on the way there." The older man offered.

Needless to say the group was a little hesitant to agree. On one hand this man seemed very trusting, but on the other this Lee guy did not seem too excited about the idea.

"You can not be serious." Lee deadpanned.

"Oh I am very serious my dear nephew. I don't want our new neighbors to get lost afterall." The man smiled. Lincoln looked at Star, Marco, and Steven who all seemed to nod in agreement to go with these two. It might actually be safer than going by them selves. Lincoln figured they had nothing to lose and nodded as well.

"I guess we can. I'm Lincoln. This is my sister Lana and these are our friends Star, Marco, and Steven. What's yours?"

"Oh how rude of me. I am Mushi. And has you heard before this is my nephew Lee. Now that that's settled we can head out. But at a much slower pace. Patience is a virtue as I like to think."

"You sound very wise." Steven commented as they walked down the stairs.

"Wisdom does often come with age. Now is there anywhere you are wanting to look specifically?"

"Well not really." Marco mentioned.

"We are actually hopping to find some friends or family members that got here before us. We think they should be in this area." Lincoln decided to tell him.

"You sure we can trust him Lincoln?" Liberty asked.

'He seems fine to me. He gives me grandpa vibes if you know what I mean. I don't think he could hurt anyone even if he wanted to. It's that Lee guy I am worried about. But he seems to be calm around his uncle.' Lincoln replied.

"Well you usually are a good judge of character. So let's stay with them for now. This one area alone is huge. Even if someone we know is here we may not find them."

'Don't remind me.'

"Well you can look around as we walk to the tea shop. Just don't wander of too far okay."

"Got it." Star replied.

"I'll keep an eye on her. Knowing Star she's going to be amazed by everything." Marco sighed.

"You'll probably have to keep an eye on me as well. I'm known to get distracted from time to time as well." Steven admitted.

"Great. There's two of them." Marco suddenly realized.

"I'll help you dude. But I got to keep an eye on my on blond friend though." Lincoln said referring to Lana.

"Thanks Lincoln. And I wouldn't worry too much. We'll all be keeping an eye on Lana."

"Good to know." Meanwhile Lana walked up to Mushi and Lee standing next to the teenager.

"Sorry again about running into you." She apologized. At first the boy did not say anything only looking at straight ahead. But he felt a jab from his uncle and decided he should say something or he would be pestered about it for the rest of the day.

*Sigh* "It's fine kid. I didn't mean to yell. I've just had some frustrating couple weeks. Just watch were you are going next time." He replied in a somewhat calmer voice. Lana figured that was the best she would get and accepted the apology.

For the rest of the trip the group kept an eye out for anyone they knew. With it being such a big area with mostly small shops and housing areas they looked the best they could. For about ten minutes they searched while Their new friends kept a close eye making sure they didn't find themselves in trouble. This area had some shady people to say the least.

Lincoln kept an eye out for his sisters or anyone that seemed out of place, or like them basically. He walked past a little shop that said 'Moogle Item Shop' and Lincoln stopped. While not someone he was looking for there was a familiar face.

"Wait. Aren't you one of those little guys from Travers Town?" He asked looking at the little white furry creature with the red pom-pom.

"You must be talking about my brothers kupo. They run a synthesis shop there kupo. I sell items like potions or ethers kupo."

"Do you always end sentences with 'kupo?'

"Yes kupo."

"Well I guess we could use some more potions. That giant heartless had us use quite a few of them. Hey Marco I need the money Gray gave us!" Lincoln called for the red hooded boy. Marco quickly ran over not sure what was going on.

"You found one of these guys?" Marco asked Lincoln.

"Yep. He has some potions we can buy. Do you have a name by the way or is it just 'Moogle?'"

"Moogle is the name of my race. Kupo. My name is Mog kupo."

"Well nice to meet you Mog. So how much for the potions?"

"For you I'll make it 10 money a bottle. Kupo. 15 for the ethers if you want tome of those. Kupo."

"How much money do we have Marco?"

"Grey gave us 500 money. And Juvia gave us another 500 as well. I don't think Gray knew about that though."

"Alright so we have a thousand money. We'll go ahead and buy ten potions. And what do ethers do anyways?"

"Ethers help recharge you magic power if you can't wait for it to recharge normally. Kupo. For a beginning magic user such as yourself I would highly recommend them. Kupo."

"I almost forgot oh annoying that Kupo is. But I miss it at the same time." Liberty said.

'Wait. You've seen moogles too? As in before you and me became connected?'

"Well if you haven't put two and two together yet moogles can be found on many different worlds usually running little shops like these. You saw some in Traverse Town already."

'I guess that makes since.' Lincoln thought as he handed to money for the potions. He also bought five ethers just in case they needed them. He gave the rest of the money back to Marco.

"Thanks for you're purchase Kupo!" Marco ran ahead to give some of the potions to the rest so they had a couple of them. Lincoln walked back over to Mushi and Lee still keeping an eye out for anyone he might now.

"So, Lincoln was it? How did a few kids like you end up here by yourselves? I'm sure your family misses you terribly." Mushi asked.

"Oh. Well…we were all going to get on a fairy but we got separated from our parents before we got to the docks. We hoped to find them there but no luck. We carried our own passes in case something like this happened so we assumed that they got here before us." Lincoln quickly made up the story not sure what else to say.

"Well I hope they are. Until then Lee and I are happy to help."

"Uncle the tea shop is up ahead." Lee said. Lincoln looked forward and indeed saw a small little tea shop on just a little ways up. He quickly called the others to come over. Lana jumped off Steven's shoulders having used him to see over the crowds. The rest followed just as quickly walking inside the shop. They thought there would be some people inside but the store was empty. Maybe it was not opened yet.

A man behind the counter saw them walked in and recognized Mushi immediately. "Well if it isn't may two new employees. Glad to see you here. And who are these quest of yours?"

"They are our new neighbors and offered to show them around the area a little. Thought they might also like some tea."

"Well in that case I will go get a pot ready and some aprons for you two." The kind man said. A few minutes later he brought out a pot, some cups and a couple aprons. He poured a cup for his employees and the kids saying it was on the house.

They all took a sip as the owner went to go get some string for Mushi's apron as it barely fit. As soon as he left the room they all did a spit take once tasting the tea.

"This is nothing but hot leaf juice!"

"Uncle that's what all tea is." Lee said to Mushi.

"I think we now know why this place isn't booming." Steven gaged.

"No kidding. This doesn't even have any sugar." Lana added.

"Not everything has to have sugar Lana." Lincoln told his sister. Lana probably had one of the biggest sweet tooths in the family and was very proud of it.

"How could my own nephew say that about tea?" Well regardless this place is going to need some major changes around here." Mushi said as he dumped out the rest of the tea out the window.

"Oh oh. Can we help?" Star asked.

"You want to help fix this dump?" Lee asked.

"Yeah why not?" Steven replied.

*Sigh* "No reason. Just grab some brooms and help clean up I guess."

"I think him and Lucy would get along. He's basically an older version of her." Lana whispered to Lincoln. Lincoln tried not to laugh.

"Well from what I've heard about your siblings Star and I have a friend that your sister would like too. Her name is Janna. She's sorta a goth. But a hyper one. Marco said.

"You don't really know how to be quiet do you?" Lee asked.

"Ahhh!" The three kids screamed.

"I guess not." Lincoln nervously laughed. After an awkward pause they all got back to cleaning and Lana worked on the tables making sure they were stable enough. In a couple hours they got everything done and Mushi finished making some new teas for the menu with the owner watching.

"This place looks better than ever. And this tea is just so delicious. I'm glad you work with me or I would be out of business if you opened your own place."

"Always glad to help. But if you do not mind I think we should be heading home. It is getting late and I want to make sure the young ones get home safely."

"After what you all have done today that is perfectly fine. And you re all welcome to come by whenever you want." I'll see you two tomorrow then." The owner said.

The group walked back to the housing area once again hoping to find anyone they knew with much smaller crowds out now. Unfortunately they still did not find anyone and walked back to their room in silence disappointed they did not find anymore friends aside from Garnet.

"Thanks for helping us Mister Mushi. Lee." Lana said with a small grin.

"Oh please just call me Mushi. You don't have to be so formal."

"Okay." She said as they all walked into their room. Mushi and Lee went into their room as well to settle down for the night.

"I can't believe we couldn't find anyone." Steven said as Ruby and Sapphire once again showed themselves this time fusing back into Garnet.

"You will find them Steven. Eventually."

"Is that future vision or just encouragement?" Marco asked.

"Little bit of both. I told you that not all paths I see are a hundred percent accurate."

"Well guys Lana is a little tired so I'm going to go put her down in bed." Lincoln said carrying a very tired Lana who could barely keep her eyes open.

"I'm not*Yawn* tired. What are you talking about?" Lana tried to act like as if she hadn't slept since the other night on the Serpents Pass.

"It's time for bed Lana. I'm still your older brother. I have to take care of you."

"Still don't feel *Yawn* Sleepy." Lincoln walked into the two-bed bedroom closing the door behind him He turned around and stopped in his tracks seeing an unexpected guest laying one of the beds.

The stranger looked up seeming to almost fall asleep before Lincoln came in. She has a green shirt, an almost lime green skirt, a blue jacket, dark blue hair, and an olive green beanie. The jacket was a little torn along with the skirt seeming to have a few small tears as well.

"Oh yeah. How you doing? Names-" But before the stranger could say anything else Lincoln ran out of the room to get the others and put Lana on the couch as she seemed to have fallen asleep in his arms.

"Guys there someone in the other room." He whispered to the others.

Not needed to be told twice they all grabbed or summon their weapons minus Marco for obvious reasons. Steven jumped in front having his shield ready. He kicked to door open jumping in front followed by Star and Marco. Then Garnet and finally Lincoln. Lana was still asleep and having this person outnumbered five to one, they could handle this. The moment Star and Marco saw the stranger they got out of their fighting stance feeling both confused and relieved.

"Wait, Janna?" Star asked not expecting to see her friend from their world.

"Oh hey guys." Janna said waving at her friends. She seemed to be eating some of the snacks that were in the kitchen.

"Why am I not surprised?" Marco said.

"You know her?" Steven asked putting his shield away.

"She's from our world." Star said. "How did you find us?"

"I saw you guys leaving this place and figured out which room was yours. I've been hiding in the streets for days now so I decided to hang out here and surprise you."

"Well I'm glad you are safe." Star said hugging Janna.

"Is there anyone else from home here?" Marco asked.

"Not that I now of. Last thing I remember was that weird storm and some cool monsters before waking up in this city. I've been able to survive but it was nice to sleep on a bed again."

"Sounds like you've had it rough." Steven said.

"Yep. Also you guys going to introduce me or what?"

"Oh right. Everyone this is Janna. Janna this is Steven, Garnet, Lincoln, and his little sister Lana is in the other room."

"Pleasure to meet you." Garnet said.

"You as well. What are you though? Cause you look awesome."

"She's a Crystal Gem." Steven explained. Hoping that would be enough for now.

"Cool." For a minute Lincoln thought he saw stars in Janna's eyes.

"Wait, is this the Janna you mentioned at the tea shop Marco?" Lincoln asked.

"Oh Marco. I'm so glad I'm worth mentioning." Janna joked.

"As heart felt as this is we should really go back into the living room. The bedroom is a little crowded." Lincoln said.

"Alright." Janna agreed jumping of the bed. They all walked back into the room and Lincoln picked Lana back up and put her on the bed this time. He was honestly surprised that none of the commotion woke her up.

"She looks so peaceful." Liberty commented.

"Yeah she does." Lincoln said out loud this time since everyone else was in the other room. "Why was she chosen too? She's so young."

"It's like what Erza told you, the Keyblade chooses those that are worthy. I don't think age is usually a requirement it watches for. It looks for acts of selflessness, purity of heart, risking one-self for others. Which Lana showed when she saved Lucy and Lily."

"And now she's risking her life everywhere we go. I just don't want to see her harmed again. Twice has already been too many. And we were lucky during that fight against Azula and the Heartless.

"Your risking your life too. The Keyblade chose you as well Lincoln. And believe me when I say that she wants to protect you as much as you want to protect her. I know the feeling. Why do you think she wanted to come with you so badly? And it was more than luck. Trust me."

"I guess you're right. Now that I think about you sure do seem to know a lot about the-"

"Hey Lincoln, you coming? And who were you talking to?" Star asked.

"Yes, I'm coming. And I was just thinking out loud." Lincoln looked over at Lana and gave her a kiss on the head before letting her go back to sleep. He then joined all the others.

"So now that we found-I mean Janna found us, what's next? I highly doubt we'll find anyone else, even if they are in the city." Steven asked.

"I used my future vision and from what I can tell there is not anyone else here from our worlds. So it's up too you."

At the news that no one else from their world was there Lincoln slumped a little. On one hand it was great that they found more people, but he was hoping to find at least one of his sisters. Then again this has been only the first world not counting Traverse Town so he wasn't going to lose hope that easily.

"By the way Steven how did you get here? From what I can tell you and your friends did not end up on this world. If the cloths are anything to go by." Steven then explained what happened to Garnet, Marco, Star, and Lincoln chipping in when it got to them.

"Then we landed on this world met some new friends, fought a giant water dragon, and you showed up during the whole drill thing." Lincoln wrapped up

"That is a lot to take in." Garnet said after a minute of silence.

"You said it." Janna agreed.

"Well I don't know about you guys but I'm getting tired." Steven said yawning. "I think I'm going to take a page out of Lana's book and hit the hay." He then walked into the other room to take the other of the two beds.

"Now that sounds like a good idea." Garnet agreed.

"So where are we all sleeping?" Janna asked.

"Huh. Guess we didn't think about that when we were looking for other people from our worlds." Lincoln realized. "But on the other hand Garnet said that there most likely isn't anyone else here to find. For now, that is. So, we might as well go back to the ship." Janna's eyes went wide at that idea wanting to see this ship of theirs.

Just then there was a knock at the door to their room. Startled almost everyone in the room except Garnet jumped. "Don't worry it's just your neighbor Mushi. He needs to borrow something. I'll go in the other room." Garnet reassured the kids. Marco went to the door and opened it and sure enough Mushi was there.

"Hello again Marco. Sorry to disturb you all this late but I have seemed to have lost my spark rocks and need them to make some tea for the night. You wouldn't happen to have some would you?"

"Oh yeah we got some in the kitchen." Marco replied as Star went to grab them.

"Is that one of your friends that you were looking for?" Mushi asked noticing Janna.

"Yep. She apparently saw us coming into the building earlier today and decided to surprise us." Lincoln explained.

"Well I am glad you at least found someone. Well, more like she found you." Mushi laughed. Star handed him the spark rocks and asked if he could bring some tea over to them as his tea could never be beat. Mushi was flattered and said he would bring a few cups.

"His tea can't be that good." Janna thought out loud.

"It is." Star, Marco, and Lincoln said. A few minutes later Mushi, along with Lee, came back with a steaming pot of tea and some cups for all those still awake.

"You two never get tired of tea do you?" Marco asked.

"Oh my nephew here does. I don't understand how or why though." Mushi teased giving Lee a side glance.

"You are really pushing it today Uncle." Lee seethed.

"Alright enough chit chat. I have to try this tea that is apparently the best tea ever made." Janna joked. Little did she know that she would be drinking back those words. She took a small sip and immediately her eyes went huge. She quickly drank the rest of the cup in five seconds flat and held up the cup for more.

"I take back any doubts I had." Janna said almost memorized.

"I am glad you like it. Where are Steven and Lana by the way?"

"Oh they just went to bed. Lana was almost passed out by the time we got back to the building. And the rest of us were about to head to bed as well." Star explained.

"Well we better get going then. Don't want to keep you all up too late." Lee commented standing up from his place on the floor. Mushi reluctantly agreed saying that the two of them had a busy day at the tea shop tomorrow. Everyone quickly finished the tea and said goodnight to the two that helped them in the city today.

"You know I just realized that they are going to freak out when we are gone in the morning." Marco thought.

"Uh. I didn't think about that. We could leave them a note." Lincoln suggested.

"Yeah but there's one problem. None of us now how to write in this worlds language. They speak English but there writing looks more like Chinese or Japanese." Marco replied.

"I can write it." Everyone in the room looked over at Janna unsure if they heard her correctly. "What? I've been on this world for like at least a week. I had to do something."

"Has it really been that long?" Marco asked.

"If we count the time we've been on this world as well then yeah I think it has. Plus who knows how time moves on different worlds." Star hummed.

"Well thankfully it doesn't seem to be too much of a difference if any. Alright Janna. Just write a letter saying that our families were found and we were taken to them. We'll put it under Mushi and Lee's door before we leave." Lincoln nodded. "While you do that I'll go get Garnet, Steven, and Lana so we can go. They can continue their nap on the ship."

"You got it snowball." Janna said deciding on a nickname for Lincoln. Said boy just rolled his eyes but knew something like that would happen eventually. Janna got some ink, a brush, and some paper and quickly made the note making sure to get all the characters correct.

"And done. I wrote that our you're families place is close to mine and that we left in the early morning. Or I accidently wrote that we were kidnapped." She looked at the others just as Steven, Garnet, and Lana came out. Star, Marco, and Lincoln had mixed looks of disbelieve or concern on their faces. "I'm kidding guys….I think."

"Well we'll have to hope for the best. We need to get back to the ship and had back to Traverse Town." Lincoln stated.

(A few minutes later on the ship)

Now on the ship Steven went to the controls to show Garnet how it worked and to set course for their destination. "By the way why are we going back to Traverse Town so soon?"

"We have to drop off Garnet and Janna. The ship is packed as it is and while I wish Garnet could come we would have a little trouble having her blend in with other worlds." Lincoln summarized.

Steven was about to protest before Garnet spoke up. "He's right Steven. As much has I want to stay with you I can't come without risking the world order. We got lucky at this world." Steven quickly closed his mouth realizing both of them were right.

"I guess you guys are right." He reluctantly agreed.

"Don't worry Cutie Pie. I'll always be thinking of you while you're away." She reassured him. "Besides, you still have to find Pearl, Connie, and Amethyst, and your father.

"Yeah. And I won't rest until I do."

"I hope you mean that metaphorically cause you need your sleep." Garnet joked. Although only Steven could tell it was one.

"She is such a mom." Liberty laughed.

'You said it.' Lincoln replied remembering to keep the conversation in his head this time.

"And what about me. I want to come." Janna wined.

"Oh no. No offense Janna but this way too dangerous for you."

"Says the safety boy." Janna let out a giggle. "Come on help me out here Star."

"Sorry Janna but I agree with Marco. It's better if we drop you off at Traverse Town. So far it's the safest place we've been to."

If Star was agreeing with Marco then Janna realized that they aren't kidding. They told her about the Heartless but for some reason they didn't seem to attack inside the city walls so she hasn't seen them face to face. So, if Star is trying to keep her safe then she figured she should go along with what they want.

"Alright. If you guys think it's for the best. You better find others from home though."

"We'll do our best." Marco grinned. After they all settled down Lincoln went to go check on Lana who went straight to her and Star's room since she was still sleepy. Lincoln knocked on the door and received no answer telling him that she was still asleep. Lana was so tired that Lincoln isn't even sure if she saw or acknowledge Janna.

He peeked inside the room and saw Lana rolling around in her sleep. She looked distressed and as Lincoln got closer could see her shaking. And not for the lack of cold.

'She's having another nightmare.' Lincoln thought.

"Better wake her up before it gets worse." Liberty said.

"Lana. Lana wake up. It's just a nightmare. You're brother is her Lana." Lincoln tried to wake her up gently putting one hand on her shoulder shaking her. She finally stirred awake looking confused at first. Lincoln gave her a reassuring smile and before he could say anything else Lana jumped out of the covers and into his arms warping hers around his neck as if she was a tie.

"Another nightmare?" It was more a statement than question but Lincoln wanted to see how Lana would respond. She nodded her head to busy holding back tears again to speak.

"It's okay sis it's only you and me. Let it all out." Knowing she wasn't going to talk he made sure to stay with yes or no questions. "Same as before?" A shake. She seemed to grab Lincoln closer if that was even possible. Noticing that he asked another question. "Did something happen to me?" A shoulder shrug. Probably means whatever was going to happen to him was interrupted when she woke up. Now for the last question that he really wish he didn't have to ask. "Did something happen to you?"

He didn't think it was possible but Lana seemed to break down even more sobbing into his shoulder. Lincoln now took a seat on the bed so Lana could sit on his lap. He held her close so she knew he was there and let her calm down.

"S-Sorry." She said between sobs.

"Don't apologize sis. You want to tell me what happened?"

"I-it was similar to my dream from the other night. But this time it was just that heartless we fought at Traverse Town. I-I-I triedto-" She started to jumble her words speaking to quickly.

"Lana it's okay. Remember it was just a nightmare. We beat that heartless."

"I-I know but it seemed so real. Every time I tried to help you or one of the others you got hurt protecting me. T-to the point that I was the only one left. I was so scared."

"I know. And I'm sorry that I'm so overprotective. But you're still only six. All of us on the team watch each other. Especially you. I know I didn't want you to come but I think you understand that I was only doing what I thought was best. You want to know the reason I let you come?"

"What do you mean?"

"I let you come because I wasn't sure if I could leave you behind. Even if I knew you were safe. And you have a keyblade so I guess one way or another you were going to have to come with us." He chuckled trying to lighten the mood.

Surprisingly that actually got Lana to laugh a little. Lincoln smiled not hearing her laugh like that in a while. "If you feel like we can go join the others. Unless you still want to go back to sleep."

"Well I am still a little tired but I'm not sure if I can go back to sleep."

"Well we haven't eaten in a while so why don't we go see if Marco is cooking anything. I'm sure you'll feel much better." Lincoln patted her head. He started to walk out the door so Lana could come out when she was ready. "Oh and Lana, thank you trying to protect me. I love little sis." He said before walking out. He hoped his words would help her calm down.

"That isn't the end of the nightmares is it?" Liberty asked.

'I highly doubt it. I tried to help calm her down but there's only so much I can do. Course it doesn't help that I've had nightmares too."

"You mean the ones about not finding your sisters? Compared to Lana you are having dreams. But to be fair I wouldn't be surprised if everyone on the ship has been having them."

'You're probably right. I'm going to get something from the kitchen and then we are finally going to talk.'

"I had a feeling you were going to say that. And not that I am trying to delay it but don't you think you should get some sleep yourself? You're more tired than Lana."

'I was so caught up in everything I didn't even think about that.'

"I know. Voice inside your head remember. If we don't get a chance tonight then I can tell you tomorrow."

On that note Lincoln went to the kitchen to see the Star and Steven giving Janna and Garnet a tour of the ship. He walked into the kitchen and saw Marco making some ham sandwiches.

"Hey. You hungry?"

"Very. Thought I would get something then head to bed myself."

"Sounds good. While they won't admit it Star and Steven are pretty tired too. I think Garnet is trying to get them to go to sleep by the end of the tour." Marco laughed. "Where did you go anyways?"

"I went to go check on Lana. She said she would be here in a minute to get some food."

"Change of topic but what was that thing that appeared on the wall back after fighting that Heartless? I can't stop thinking about it."

"Neither can I. But you know about as much as I do. Maybe the guys back at Traverse Town will know."

Marco nodded in agreement as Lana walked in the room and grabbed a sandwich herself thanking Marco. The others came to join as well and soon all the sandwiches were. Garnet, not totally pulling a mom move, told everyone to go to bed and she would steer the ship. After Steven told them gems don't need sleep everyone agreed and headed to their rooms.

"Oh and before you get any ideas Janna no ghost stories. It's late enough as it is."

"Oh come on you don't think I would scare Star that easily do you?"

"I was referring more to Lana. She's already having nightmares from all of this. Last thing she needs is her imagination going wild about ghosts."

"Okay okay. I get the idea. What if I told the story of a friendly ghost? Or maybe a ghost that hunts other ghosts?"

"How about just go to bed." Marco yawned going to his room. Janna mumbled to herself as she went in as well. Since there were only two beds she had to share one with Star. And since both are known to move around in their sleep they put some pillows in between them to hopefully stop one from hitting the other with a fist or foot.

(A few hours later)

All was peaceful in the ship as the kids slept. Garnet was rather enjoying the view not having been in space in a long time. The stars, the night sky, several small ships heading towards them, the-wait a second.

Garnet looked again and saw several smaller gummi ships and before she could do anything they started to fire at the ship letting her now they aren't friendly. She quickly took the ship of auto pilot and hit the emergency button to alert the others.

"What's going on?" Steven asked being the first to reach the bridge. He was quickly followed by Marco and Lincoln, then Star who was holding Lana, and then Janna.

"We're under attack!" Garnet yelled as she avoided more blaster fire. Steven quickly got into the co-pilot seat that also controlled their blasters. Having been told what to do if this happened Lincoln went to another panel that controls some of their other weapons. The others strapped themselves into the seats so they wouldn't be sent flying around the room Star put Lana in hers and then sat next to her.

"Ortensia warned us that there may be heartless ships but until now we haven't run into them." Steven said trying to hit the enemy ships.

"Less talking more blasting!" Janna yelled.

Garnet did all she could to loose the ships or get behind them to get better angles to hit them. Unfortunately the heartless ships are much lighter and faster making it hard to get a good hit. After what felt like an eternity Steven and Lincoln had only gotten three combined still leaving another six. That was when Garnet realized something.

"They are barley firing at us. It's almost like they are-"

"Herding us?" Lana finished.

"Yeah now that I think of it we've barely been hit." Star said.

"Okay but then where are they trying to take us?" Lincoln asked.

"I think I now." Janna said looking out the front.

"Where?" Marco asked.

"We are heading straight for it!" She yelled. Sure enough Everyone looked out the window and saw a green portal appeared out of nowhere. They were going to fast to stop or change direction. The heartless ships spread out leaving our heroes to a possible doom.

They went thru the portal and what waited for them on the other side would be one of the weirdest things they ever saw. Marco was so scared that he closed his eyes thinking they were done for. Everyone else however was looking out the window at the seemingly new place they were in. The entire area was green with the exception of purple doors or what was left of patches of earth, that was also purple. But that was not the main thing that surprised them.

"Hey Marco." Janna called. "Remember promise I made about no ghost stories?"

"Yeah." Marco replied getting out of his seat to get a better look. "Why?"

"I don't think I need to tell the stories anymore."

Marco looked out the Window seeing what appeared to be a bunch of green ghosts flying all over the place terrorizing each other for fun. At the sight of actual ghosts Marco fainted from shock.

Finally done! This chapter took me a little longer to make than I planned but I got caught up with college. Speaking of which I finished my first year and already signed up for my next fall semester.

Originally this chapter was going to gummi ship tales 2 but when I started writing it I thought of how I could have Zuko and Iroh…I mean Lee and Mushi, in a chapter. They are honestly two of my favortie characters and even if they didn't do a whole lot I had to have them. So this chapter ended up being much longer than I thought it would be. Not counting this Authors note it's nineteen pages and almost 9000 words. I hope you guys like the scenes with Janna. They were approved by my co-writer "TheDorkMagnet" who is a huge Star vs. fan.

I wonder how many of you can guess the world? It's probably pretty obvious so I have a small favor. If you know what the next world is I need a name for it other than the name for it. I don't want to call it by where they are it now or by a certain park town. If you have any ideas let me know. Also let me know what you think of Liberty. She is my first OC character and her backstory will be explained…eventually. But again if you have played Birth By Sleep you should be able to guess who she replaces.

Also stay alert for some future chapters of my other stories. I have the next chapter of one I have not updated in a while almost done. See you then.

For now on to the reviews.

Guest: Thank you. I am glad you are liking this so much.

Gundamvid: Thank you and I thought Garnet would be nice. And sooner than you think.

RonaldM40196867: Yes they are. And while very late I hope you are enjoying the new year well. And as for what I like most…I honestly don't think I can answer that. But I think it would be getting to write it in the first place. I was very nervous of how this hobby would turn out so I'm glad that it and so many of my other stories have been received so well. I also like writing so many different characters and using so many shows that I like.

Heros Central: While I think having the dalmatians would be cool I actually have something else planned. When making the story I decided not to do them as not to copy to much from the actually game. I may be following the plot but I still want to make it as different as possible. That being said I do have similar side quest that will be more…beneficial for our heroes. Seen a few of the shows you mentioned. My Hero Academia is one of my favorite shows right now. Haven't seen Trollhunters in a while, and actually just recently saw the first episode of Glitch Techs. Haven't seen the others shows you mentioned.

Gamelover41592: Thank you and glad to be back. Sorry there are such huge gaps between chapters.

Coconutter71937: Thank you so much. Well we are about to find out. Some of those make pretty good suggestions. And yes they are.

1: Glad you liked it. And well I won't comment on the Azula part. Except that we definitely have not seen the last of her. But it may be a while before we see her again. And yeah I thought it would be nive to give ty Lee a taste of her own medicine. Garnet keeping Ba Sing Se safe would be cool but I don't think Steven would want to leave her behind like that. And that group name is awesome. I may actually use that.

ThanosGaming: Like the new name. And yes you have a point about the whole protagonist thing with Sora. He is not in all the games or at least barley in them. Heck Re: Coded focus on a digital Sora. Though I would not call Birth By Sleep a saga. I hope this one was as good. May not have had any fighting but I think having Mushi and Lee was worth it. Peace to you as well.

OmegaDelta: Thank you. And we will find out next chapter.

Guest: Haven't seen Buffy the Vampire slayer. And Henry Danger may not be perfect but it has it moments. Although I have not seen it in a long time.

Guest: While he is the main protagonist in the main title games other characters certainly get the spotlight as well. Like ThanosGaming said: 258/2, Birth By Sleep, and the mobile game barley have Sora in it. And Riku definitely seems to get more of the spotlight as more games are made.

And I know it was a little while ago now but is anyone else still freaking out over Sephiroth being in Smash Bros? Cause I am.
