Chapter 1: A New Beginning
The rain was coming down hard as I stepped off the bus, quickly rushing over to the overhang. I let out a sigh as I watched the famous red bus pull away from the stop. Plopping down on the nearby bench I take in the scent of the rainy city, tension leaving my body, relaxing after a long day at work.
Only to be immediately stiffen back up by my phone ringing. Pulling out my phone I noticed my sister's caller ID. "What is it Cynthia? I just got off work." Hearing some fumbling noises on the other my sister's surprised voice came from the earpiece. "Sam? I'm surprised you even picked up? Wa-Wa-Wa-Wait don't hang up sis, I got another package I need you to pick up. I'll text you the address to the office. Thanks ~bye~" *Click*
*Sigh* 'God dammit Cynth.' Checking the address I put my phone back in my bag and pulled out an umbrella. Walking through the rainy evening streets of London I finally spot that familiar sign to the postal office.
Entering the familiar scraggly man working the desk gives me a nod. "Miss Selotte, another package I presume?" wincing slightly I give him a nod as he pulls out a clipboard with a key attached. "You know the drill, It should be in locker 17." Signing off on the documents I gave him a weak smile before walking over to the locker pulling out more of my sister's anime junk.

As the 23 year old leaves the postal office with the large box under her arm, she begins heading down the empty sidewalk. Internally grumbling to herself she unknowingly bumps into someone, falling on her behind she begins to apologize.
"I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was goi-" her voice stopped in its tracks as she laid eyes upon the man she bumped into. He wore nothing but a pure white robe with a strange triangular symbol stitched into the fabric above his heart. His skin was almost as pale as the fabric that rested upon it. As he reached down to her, his long black hair began flowing in the wind.
The man said nothing as his strange golden eyes practically glowed. Sam was left speechless watching as the exotic man's hand kept creeping closer and closer to her. She reached out her own hand to grasp his only to be surprised by the quick motion of him picking her up by the throat.
As he held her off the ground, scattered items surrounding her, the man said nothing just staring into her eyes as he watched her struggle. Sam stopped clawing at the tightening grip around her throat. Closing her eyes for a moment she calmed herself, opening her eyes her right arm reeled back, before faster than the eye can see her fist collided with the man's forearm.
A sickening snap echoed throughout the empty streets as the man dropped her to her knees, looking up at the man, he seemed almost unphased by her attack, despite the broken arm hanging at his side. The man just stared at her with a wicked smile growing upon his face. As Sam was now fully frozen with fear he uttered the only words she would ever hear him say.
"You're perfect."
Moments later an intense burning pain came forth. The man had jabbed his finger into her eye. "AAAAARGH" Sam yelled out, clutching her eye in pain. The man stood over her hunched body before biting into his own twisted arm, drinking a bit of his own blood. Placing his finger, bloodied with her life fluids, into his mouth, he sucked it clean, before bending over and picking her up.
As Sam stared at his face as it inched closer and closer to hers with fear, only for his lips to crash with hers. Sam squirmed trying to get away from the man forcibly kissing her, only to feel a warm iron-y liquid fill her mouth. 'Blood!' She thought as the man forcibly pushed the liquid down her throat, forcing her to swallow the mixture of their blood.
As he pulled away, a crimson string arced across their lips. Letting go of her shoulders the man vanished leaving a gagging Sam on the sidewalk. As she lay there crying on the ground a strange sensation of pleasure and pain began spreading through her body, from her heart, to her eye socket. She lies there writhing in the strange feeling, a large pink blush on her face.
As the strange feeling recedes and her whole body begins to go numb the world around her darkens and she closes her seafoam green eyes. As life returns to the busy London street, cars honking, people chatting and dogs barking. Samantha Selotte, A 23 year old translator for a large British marketing firm, vanishes from the earth, never to be seen in realm 83960-B again.

Yamanaka Kazuo watched as his new class filed out the doors of his classroom. Slumping over at his desk he sighed a breath of relief. His class was particularly rambunctious being filled with mainly civilian children. There were of course a few clan children, there were a few Nara's, the broody hyuga boy, and of course the Kazama girl.
The Kazama clan was a particularly new arrival to Konoha, having only come to the hidden village 7 years ago. They had fled from their original village of Yugakure after one of their own apparently massacred a majority of the village. Kazuo didn't know much about the newest addition to his village but the clan's eldest daughter was placed in his class.
"Sensei." Speak of the devil and he shall come. Kazuo was brought out of his mulling by the soft voice of the 5 year old girl with a small puppy snoring lightly on her head. Kazama Shitani, the girl he was just thinking of, was standing meekly in front of his desk rubbing her left eye.
Getting up from his desk the young Yamanaka kneeled down in front of the girl. "What is it Kazama-chan? Is something wrong with your eye?" the girl nodded slightly not wanting to wake the sleeping dog on her head. "It's been itchy since lunchtime."
"Let me see." He asked politely. The young girl lowered her hand as Kazuo got closer to her face. Quietly examining the Magenta orb it looked perfectly fine to him, no swelling, no redness, the only strange thing were some small specks throughout the iris that were not mirrored on the right. As he backed off he let out a small sigh, he wasn't sure what was wrong so he decided to take the girl to the academy nurse.
As the pair walked through the halls the girl looked up at him. "Sensei? What's wrong with me?" Oh Kami the girl was beginning to cry! Quickly waving his hands around he tried calming the girl. "O-o-oh, nothing's wrong Kazama-chan, i'm just taking you to someone who knows more than me to help you, i-is that ok?" She nodded one more, sniffing as her tears receded.
He once again let out a sigh of relief as they stopped outside the nurse's office. Knocking twice he opened the sliding door a black haired woman in a white doctor's coat was sitting at a desk going through some paperwork. "Uchiha-Sensei, I have a student from my class who has something wrong with their eye."
Uchiha Hitomi turned away from her work, meeting the blue green eyes of the academy Instructor. Turning away with a slight blush, the blond man ushers his young student into the nurse's office. "So what's wrong with her?" The raven haired woman asked after sitting the young girl at one of the beds.
"She came up to me after class rubbing her left eye. I took a look but couldn't find anything strange. Just some strange specks in her eye." Kazuo put his hand on his chin, thinking about something. "The Kazama clan compound was put in an uninhabited part of the Uchiha compound right?" Hitomi nodded, wondering where he was going with this.
"Do the Kazama have a dojutsu of some sort?" he questioned hoping that she would know more about the Clan. Hitomi only chuckled. "No Kazuo, the Kazama don't have a dojutsu. Their Kekkei Genkai has something to do with weapons made of chakra." turning away from the blond she approached the girl now clutching the dog close to her chest.

Hitomi was stumped, Kazuo was right, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her eye, she even used her sharingan to see if there was a chakra buildup in her eye, there was nothing, not even dust, the girl's eyes were perfect. All she accomplished was scaring the young girl, after calming the girl with a lollipop and a dog treat for her hound, she just prescribed her some eye drops. "Remember Kazama-chan only use three drops a day, one in the morning, one after lunch, and one before bed, Okay?"
The young girl nodded after taking the bottle from her. "Now go on home now, and have a lovely day." she said with her best fake smile. Hitomi watched as the girl quietly scuttled off, now in the room alone with her old genin teammate, it hit her like a boulder. "Shit! I forgot to fill out a forum for her." She said, smacking her forehead. "Kazuo, can you give me her full name?" with a light chuckle, the Yamanaka came over. "Yeah, it's Kazama/Inuzuka Shitani."

Shitani sat underneath a large tree by the Naka river, quietly petting a sleeping Otomaru. Her eye was still itchy but she didn't want to disobey the rules of the nice nurse lady. Her first day at the academy was nice, but she missed Papa and Mimi. They had seen her off in the morning but she didn't want to go home yet. It was nice being away from Mommy for once.
As she relaxed in the cool shade she heard the sound of metal clanging on the nearby cliff. She never knew who trained up there, seeing as she was too scared to go look. The two always trained up there, her secret spot, as she called it, was always a place to get away from her troubles. When she found out that two young Shinobi used the nearby cliff as a training ground she was scared at first, but soon became inspired by them.
She didn't know their names or faces but the sounds of their laughter always made her feel warm when Mommy made her feel cold. She hoped one day she could talk to the Shinobi but for now she was content just listening.
As the sun began to set and the sounds of battle came to a close, Shitani stood up, placed the sleeping puppy on her head, dusted off her shorts, and began the walk home. As she enter the gates, the guards giving slight bows and mutterings of "Shitani-hime" she stood in front of her home's front door, a slight frown on her face.
Opening the sliding door, she hoped that Mommy was busy in the paper-room. "Tadaima." she lightly called out. Sliding off her sandals she entered her house proper, only to be tackled by a force from the side. "Ne ne, how was the Academy Nii-chan?" a smile came onto her face. "Mimi, it was nice, we didn't learn a lot but Kazuo-Sensei is really nice."
Her sister Mimi was one of the four people in her life that truly made her happy, the others being Otomaru, Tojiko, and Papa. in a quick motion Mimi was pulled off her chest. "It's not nice to pounce on family unannounced pup." a large brown dog held her sister by the collar of her shirt. Mimi began to flail "Put me down To-chan, put me down! Grrrr" a laugh was heard from the direction of the kitchen.
"He he, looks like my little wolf has started showing her fangs." a man with long brown hair and two red fangs tattooed on his cheeks enters the hallway. A apron with a pawprint stitched into the fabric is draped over him. "Papa!" the two girls say in unison. Quickly running over to her father Shitani hugged his leg. Another chuckle left his lips. "Looked like someone missed me." Shitani pouted but didn't say anything.
Dinner was extra fancy that night, and Shitani enjoyed every bit of it, but there was only one thing off, her eye was getting more and more itchy, it even started to feel like it was burning. But Shitani ignored it, not going to use the eyedrops residing in her pocket, she was given instructions and she would follow. It was later in the evening, the dogs were already asleep and the girls were helping their father clean up after dinner. Shitani was helping dry the dishes while her father and sister washed them.
Her father was whistling a tune smiling at his youngest who was playing with the soap bubbles when he heard the sound of a plate shattering. Looking to his eldest, his heart skipped a beat, she was hunched over on her knees clutching her left eye in pain, tears streaming across her face. He quickly rushed over to her ignoring the confusion of Mimi. "What's wrong sweety." he said in the calmest voice he could.
His daughter's voice was shaky as she looked back up at him pulling her hands from her eye. "I-I dont k-k-know pap-pa. I-Im scared. I-It hurts." Inuzuka Hiroki was mesmerized and terrified at the same time. The iris of his daughter's left eye was swirling with its regular magenta color, and a forign seafoam green. He quickly sweeps her into his arms as she loses consciousness and speeds off towards Konoha General as quickly as he can.

Samantha groggily woke up to the sound of a heart monitor. 'Huh? Am, am I in a hospital?' She slowly opened her eyes, or eye, as the other was covered with bandages. Adjusting to the light she was met with the white ceiling of a hospital, the buzzing of flourecent lights and scents of antiseptic and well hospital hit her nose and ears harder than they should be.
That was when she remembered what just happened, sitting up with a jolt. The sound of a sliding door brought her attention to the corner of the room. A young man with brown hair and a nurse's scrubs entered the room and stared at her. "Oh, your awake, I'll go inform the doctor." the man said in Japanese before leaving the room leaving a confused Sam behind.
"Where the hell am I?" a very young voice that definitely wasn't her's echoed throughout the room. Sam froze, and glanced down at herself. A small very pale body of a child was what stared back at her. Sam clutched her head in pain as five years of memories flooded into her mind.
"-ss Kazama! Are you okay." brought her back to reality. A elderly man with greying black hair with glasses stared back at her. Out of some strange instinct she started tearing up. "*Sniff* 'm fine mister. My head was just hurting." She spoke back in japanese. Praise be to the gods above for her job as a translator.
"I see. You gave us quite a fright when your father brought you in last night, Miss Kazama. You were lucky that what happened to you stopped soon after that." Sam wanted to respond "My name's not Kazama mister, its Samantha Selotte." but the recent memories that flooded her head told her otherwise. Somehow, whatever that man had done to her, had put her in the body of 5 year old Shitani Kazama.
Unconsciously scratching at the bandages around her eye she looked away from the doctor. "What happened to me?" she muttered. "There was a fluctuation in your chakra system, It built up in your eye causing the itching you were experiencing earlier in the day." Sam- or I guess she was Shitani now was confused 'Chakra fluctuation? What the hell is that?' Then it hit her. Chakra, her "Father's" last name, Inuzuka, the shinobi training at her secret spot, the academy. Somehow that man had brought her soul into a fictional world, one that Cynthia enjoyed Immensely and forced her to watch one time.

Yamanaka Kazuo was worried, the young silver haired girl was not at the academy again. He hadn't heard anything about her after she left the nurses two days ago. The next day when she didn't show up he was confused as it was the second day, and like all the students, despite hiding it well, she was excited to learn. And now it was the third day, she hadn't shown up today either so he began his lesson.
Second period was Konoha history, and Kazuo finished drawing all the clan symbols on the chalkboard "Soon after Konohagakure was formed by the Senju and Uchiha many of the other Shinobi clans in the land of fire like the Hyuga, Hatake, Aburame and my clan, the Yamanaka gradually began joining the village." Many of his students were engaged with his lesson but there were many already looking bored. He chuckled to himself.
Turning back to the chalkboard he drew a new symbol, two fireballs encircling each other like yin and yang. The top one was black and the bottom was white. These fireballs rested on the side of an anvil. Kazuo placed the chalk back on its rest before turning to the class.
"7 years ago we had something that hasn't happened since the time of the founders, a new clan had joined Konoha. This clan was the Kaza-" Kazuo was cut off by the sound of the sliding door opening. Standing in the doorframe was Kazama Shitani, looking quite worse for wear.
Her hair was loose, her shirt was wrinkled and folded in places, she had bags under her eyes that didn't sit well on her young face but the strangest thing was the medical eyepatch covering her left eye.
She stepped into the classroom. "Sorry Kazuo-Sensei." She tiredly muttered as she began to walk to her seat as the stunned Yamanaka stared at her back, the same symbol he just drew on the board plastered on the back of her shirt, modified with the Inuzuka fangs on the sides. Slightly shaking his head, he got back to his lesson.
