Many lower-ranked heroes and robots are seen evacuating the citizens of the city anticipating a big fight after the announcement of Jason. Most of the citizens have evacuated or are in safe zones. Though there are still people left all around the city so many heroes are out and about rescuing them and minimizing any damage created by the fight.

Other heroes and robots are dealing with criminals and villains trying to take advantage of the situation. Though surprisingly enough, the villains and criminals were pushing back the heroes and robots by using hostage and dirty tactics with guerilla warfare.

These criminals and villains were being led by Jason's men who were ex-military with the help of Demiurge. Those taken down were taken as prisoners to their bases around the city.

Meanwhile, chaos was spreading in the civilian camps. Many heroes, police, and robots guarding those camps were under attack not only from villains but civilians. Those who live in poverty or who were discriminated against got overlooked at best and killed at worst. Many hero fights destroy their homes and the government gives those affected little to no cash. Those with mutant quirks that change the way they look are seen as freaks and not considered humans.

Those without quirks are no better. Most are discriminated against and seen as beneath those with quirks. Many don't make it to adulthood as they normally end their lives short.

Jason took advantage of this. With his generals looking like mutants and his ability to give quirks, he brought those who were discriminated against together under his flag, slowly changing the way they see the world. Making them believe that there needs to be a change and that change was Jason. He had given them a purpose, an identity. He made them feel like real people and took many of them off the streets. Fed, clothed and educated them. Gave them a community.

This has led to them becoming loyal and some even becoming devoted to him. He then manipulated their feelings into making their morals skewed leading to this day.

With the heroes and robots having to fight on two fronts while protecting civilians led to them being overpowered by Jason's men. Many camps around the city have fallen to Jason's men in a similar fashion.

"My lord, plan check has been completed." Demiurge said over Jason's earpiece. "Excellent, begin stage 2." Jason replied.

At the captured bases people were rounded up, frisked, and chained. The heroes and police were taken into surrounding buildings, frisked, and given temporary quirk-cancelling shots. Then Jason's men began changing into their newly made outfits for the now-named A.U or Antihero Union. ( basically the US army uniform but with shades of black, protective gear, and the insignia of Jason's empire which is the Assassin's Creed logo).

This was to help in organizing and identifying themselves as well as a bit of protection. Now with these new set bases, the fight with the heroes and robots around the city has heavily shifted power toward Jason's men. This is because not only do they have places around the city to rest and heal but if the situation gets dire, they use the hostages making many heroes give up to ensure their safety.

This has left the city mostly in Jason's hands. The only resistance left are the robots and some of the stronger heroes which were being handled by the doctor's children.

Mc pov

'As much as I want to test my quirks, there are two specific people I need to find. Ah, and there's one.' I thought as I teleported behind the hero and gave a supernaturally fast punch instantly knocking the hero out. With one touch, I took the hero's quirk. I felt a power enter me for a second before it stopped. "My lord, I have captured the man you were looking for." Shalltear said in my earpiece." Send Kurogiri." I replied with a bit of excitement.

A second later a portal was made on the building I was previously on which I teleported back to. I was taken to a room where the man I was looking for sat unconscious. I instantly walked to the man and touched his exposed skin taking his quirk.

' The last one I thought with a smirk. I can only hold ten quirks. I don't know if that number will change but it's the recommended amount to stop at, at least that's what A.F.O. said. I open my status.

Training these abilities was hell, especially for someone whose training used to consist of walking to the fridge and occasional soccer games. That had to stop though as now I have something to strive towards.

With the money gained from my underworld businesses, I could hire trainers and chefs to help in keeping me fit. I think it helped that when I customized myself I ensured that my body was at peak human condition.

With all this, I trained my ass off in as many essential skills as could and tried to get familiar with all the quirks I have. Even though A.F.O. suggested I only take ten, I couldn't help but to get one or two more. Hopefully, it doesn't affect me.

These are all the quirks I shall have for now. While I was thinking, Shalltear and Kurogiri were patiently waiting for any order from me." Shalltear, I'd like you to schedule a meeting with the prime minister or whatever leading figure controls this country. Kurogiri, take me back to the radio station. I think it's time to flex my muscles." I said with a grin.

With affirmative answers from them both, Kurogiri and I left via a portal back to the station. "Kurogiri, I'd like you to go inform everyone that we should be wrapping everything up. I think the world has seen enough of their strength." I said before creating a clone to stay here then teleporting towards U. As direction.

Let's visit the final stronghold of the city. After all, I do need to test my power.
