Dabi flew towards Endeavour at extreme speeds aiming to punch him in the face. Endeavour anticipating this easily dodged towards the left and punched Dabi's side making Dabi lurch to the opposite side. Endeavour then began barraging Dabi with punches using the advantage he had.

Endeavour finally winded up a finishing fire fist uppercut. The hit sent Dabi flying up, knocking him out instantly. " It doesn't matter how angry a dog gets, it can still be easily put down." Endeavour said with distaste.

Cocytus watching this, let out a sigh." It seems I shall have to handle this myself. I shall have to properly educate the boy once I am done here. " Cocytus said with disappointment.

With one spell, hundreds of ice bolts formed around Endeavour. Endeavour's eyes widened at the amount. All the bolts fired towards Endeavour who immediately layered himself with fire. He shot towards Cocytus evading as many bolts as possible. He was unfortunately too slow as many of the bolts hit him. Many melted as they got close but more and more got closer as every time they made contact with his fire skin, it cooled the area decreasing the size of his fire.

Endeavour was surrounded by ice bolts and if he stopped even once, he would lose. He was betting on being able to beat the creature in close combat.

Endeavour poured as much energy into his fire skin while approaching Cocytus believing if he got closer, he could knock the creature out, stopping its attack.

He managed to reach the creature and aimed the hottest, most powerful fire fist he ever made at it. A large explosion rang out. Silence took place after the explosion. Steam filled the area. The sound of wind passed before the sound of a wack then a grunt. A person flew at high speeds out of the steamy area into a building. A burst of wind flew through the air, dispersing the steam." You had made me use more power than I had first thought. You have earned a bit of my respect human. " said Cocytus. With a shot of an ice bolt, Endeavour who was knocked out was trapped in an ice block.

Dragon vs heroes

Ryukyu shot towards Dai and aimed her sharp claws at him. Dai aimed his dragon shot at her making her have to dodge. Dai then immediately flew towards her and began barraging her with punches. She got into a defensive position trying to turn the situation around. Unfortunately for her, Dai was stronger and faster than her. She was being pushed back with every punch.

As Dai was attacking her, someone came from behind and axe-kicked him into the ground. As Dai stood up, a huge foot came crashing down on him. Dai held his arms high, stopping the foot in its tracks. A figure from behind pierced his arms and legs multiple times causing Dai to lose strength in his limbs. This allowed the huge foot to overpower him thus crushing him into the ground and knocking him out.

The foot shrunk which gave way for a hero to get to Dai and restrain him with branches." Good work Mountain Lady" said Kamui Woods." I couldn't have done it without Edge shot weakening the villain." Mt Lady said as said hero appeared next to her." I wish he was more of a challenge though. " a rabbit-based hero said." Ha, then I wish you got here first Mirko. Then I would like to hear you speak" Hawks said as he was being aided by Ryukyu in walking to the group."Ha, maybe you were more of a weakling than I first thought" Mirko retorted.

As the heroes were talking, Dai was in a mindscape." Where the hell am I? " Dai said as he began walking around. Suddenly the mindscape began changing. The surroundings began increasing in heat as magma surfaced all around his location." Disappointing" a deep rumbling voice said from behind Dai. As Dai looked back, a huge red dragon stole his view as it towered over him.

"Ddraig? " Dai questioned." A bit of power and you became arrogant. Disappointing. " Ddraig said with disdain." I'm sorry. " Dai said as he knew he had no excuse." Is this all your made off? What would your father th- Shut the hell up! " Dai shouted interrupting Ddraig." Don't ever bring up my father. I earned my power. I deserve to show off a bit. You don't know how hard it was to get here!" Dai shouted.

" I do know. I know that your mother died giving birth to you. I know that your father was a priest who pushed his religion on you. He made you learn how to use swords, guns and unarmed combat. I know that your father had big expectations of you as you picked up those skills fast. He beat you and abused you to ensure you grow powerful fast. I know that when you were sixteen, you decided to run away. You wanted to gain power on your own and you promised to kill him with that power. You promised to never be that weak again. Let me tell you, something partner. You are not the first person I met with problems and you will not be the last. Even though many had similar problems or ambitions there was a clear difference. A difference in who got to achieve their goals and who died trying. The discipline and arrogance they showed. I have seen you, partner. How much effort you put in, how arrogant you got from being better than the rabble. You are going down a path I've seen many times and if you continue you will die weak. If that is the route you want to go down then don't expect much help from me. I'm sure your leader shall get me a better partner. " Ddraig lectured.

Minutes of silence fell between the two. It was soon broken by Dai who had been mulling over Ddraig's words. After a deep sigh, Dai began speaking." You are right Ddraig. I've been arrogant and my discipline is lacklustre at best. I've lost my goal and I can see that now." Dai said in a sorrowful tone.

Clear frustration could be seen on Dai's face as he had a lot on his mind." I can't say I'll change immediately but I promise to try my best if you stay with me. If you could help train and guide me, partner." Dai said with a trying smile.

The two looked at each other. No one wavered as they looked into each other's eyes." If your words are true, then I shall be glad to be your partner. " Ddraig said with a barely noticeable smile.

In an instant, Dai woke up and found himself tied up. He noticed how his enemies were focused on something in the sky. When he looked up, he saw Lady Tiamat looking down on them all. Dai forgot that Lady Tiamat was watching him. Dai quickly boosted once and then broke out of his tree chains. This caught the attention of the heroes ahead of him.

Dai saw them talk to each other before the rabbit-looking hero came running to him. Dai got into his fighting stance waiting for the hero. When she was in striking distance, Dai struck out a jab at the hero's throat with incredible speed. The hero, caught off guard at the speed, got hit with a devastating blow. The hero grabbed her throat after the hit allowing Dai to flood the hero with attacks.

The other heroes seeing how Mirko was losing immediately came to her aid. Edge shot attacked from behind with a spiral spear hand. Dai, seeing the attack, rolled to the side avoiding the attack.

From above Dai, Mountain Lady performed a canyon cannon. Dai prepared to dove out of the way but wooden chains surrounded his body stopping him from moving. Dai tried to break out but the chains were tougher than before.

Dai, unable to move, boosted twice allowing him to break the chains and get out of the way. Not giving him a break, Ryukyu and Hawks fell apon him. Dai seeing them decided to attack Hawks first. Dai shot toward Hawks and gut-punched him making him lurch back spitting blood and spittle.

Dai then grabbed the back of Hawk's head and brought it down to his fast-approaching knee. A crack was heard as the knee connected. Ryukyu from behind clawed at Dai's back. Ddraig warned Dai giving Dai enough time to perform a backflip and shoot a dragon shot at her. The shot thrust her into the ground making a crater.

From the left of Dai, Edge shot stabbed at Dai's limbs hoping to disable him while Mirko struck at Dai's chest with a fierce punch. Dai flew up into the air, dodging both attacks. Wooden chains were wrapped around Dai while Mountain Lady sent a titan cliff at him. Dai easily broke out of the chains and flew at high speeds toward Mountain lady striking out with a heavy punch. The punch met the headbutt and sent Mountain Lady falling back with a groan.

Ryukyu grabbed Dai's arms and held him in place. Before Dai could release himself, a staggering kick hit his stomach sending spittle flying from his mouth. Dai saw a pair of bunny ears before Ryukyu took a nosedive making Dai a cushion for her. She immediately got off of him and let Kamui create his lacquered chain prison.

Dai took a deep breath in and let out a large stream of fire. Dai had previously given his lungs up to Ddraig allowing him to breathe fire. The prison burnt down but Dai continued breathing fire toward Kamui. Kamui unfortunately too slow to dodge got caught in the fire and began burning. Ryukyu flew toward Kamui and tried to put out the flames but dragon flames could not be easily put out. Ryukyu trying and failing to put the flames out decided to grab him and begin flying to a safe zone with Hawks in her other hand. Dai flew after them but large hands grabbed him. Dai let out streams of intense fire onto the hands. The hands let go of him to try and put out the fire, allowing Dai to fly out of their grasp. Unfortunately for Dai, someone grappled onto him and put him into a chokehold.

Dai grabbed onto whoever was on him and learning from the battle, took a nosedive utilizing the grappler as a cushion. The grappler let go when he hit the ground. When he took a look at who it was, he saw the rabbit hero who was quickly recovering. Dai began pummeling the hero to ensure she wouldn't wake up any time soon. Once he was sure the rabbit hero was unconscious, he took a look in the direction of the fleeing heroes with a scowl.

To his surprise, on a building where Dai was looking, Lady Tiamat was standing on the edge. What was surprising was the fact that she was surrounded by the bodies of the three heroes along with the giant lady. She had a small frown on her face which did not bode well for Dai. He already knew she was upset that he allowed the three to escape and presumably the giant lady as well. While Dai was distracted, edge shot zoomed behind him and retrieved Mirko. He then ran away with her.

He could have chased after the two he could see but they were not a threat to him. This was for him to gain battle experience and for him to be evaluated. The worst part is that he allowed the three with presumably the giant lady making four enemies escape set his evaluation in stone. Not to mention how he had been temporarily knocked out and beaten up. He already felt the bruises forming and the cuts healing. His evaluation was not looking good.

Mc pov

As I walked around a corner, I saw many heroes, police and robots guarding the civilians." Listen up. The city has fallen and I shall soon be hearing from the prime minister. I have no intention of killing you all but if you want to fight I'm more than ready. " as I finished my threat, my clones raised their guns. Screams and cries were heard all around.

" If what you say is true, you wouldn't mind having a chat with me over a cup of tea. " a confident soft voice said. Heroes, police and robots alike made way for a rat-like creature. I instantly recognized him to be Principle Nezu.

'Hmmm, this could be interesting. ' I thought with a grin.
