Story Background
Hey guys so for this story I decided to give y'all the true origin story of the Super Mario Bros aka Mario and Luigi. Now there have been many origins stories made
about them from fans and Nintendo did make the Yoshi's Island game that revealed it. I am here to tell you however, that the Yoshi's Island game is only part of it all. The reason why is because you need to answer that if they were born in the Mushroom Kingdom how did they end up in Brooklyn, New York? They did eventually find their way back as adults by a lady's bathtub drain but why did they leave in the first place?
Also, when they did return in the original game how come they have no memory of the kingdom? Since it is a magical land, I'm sure the magic would for sure keep their memories of the place intact. And since they are from there so is their parents and no one in their right mind would send to babies to a non-magical world by themselves. So, their parents obviously went with them which brings up the question of their memories and why they decided to leave the kingdom at all.
