Epilogue: A Brand New Adventure

The last we saw of our heroes they were just transported to a whole new world. In this strange land we find a city with super tall buildings reaching high into the sky. Living amongst these things are many humans and pets alike. Located in this city is a long, gigantic bridge that stretches a great distance. Overlooking the city on a large island in the middle of sea is a statue of a woman holding her hand high into the air. This is Brooklyn, New York or as others may call it the "Real" World. The Marios after experiencing the previous night's events awake the next morning with entirely new lives. They arise with no recollection or memory on who they used to be...

"Good morning honey did you sleep well?" said Mrs. Mario as her husband walked into the kitchen.

"I had the strangest dream." said Mr. Mario. "In it was a magical land ruled by a king and queen with people that looked like mushrooms. How crazy is that?"

"That is strange considering I had the exact same dream." said Mrs. Mario.

"Really, now that is somewhat strange." said Mr. Mario. "Oh, well it was only just a dream. How are you doing today my little adventurers?"

Baby Mario and Luigi looked at their father with a happy smile on their faces...

"Are you excited to start your new plumbing business today my love." said Mrs. Mario. "You've been going crazy talking about it the past week to all of our friends."

"Yep, I got everything finalized so now I just have to get to work." said Mr. Mario. "Catch you later?"

"You got it honey." said Mrs. Mario. "Oh, by the way where did you get that picture of that castle? It looks just like the one in our dream."

"You're right, but I don't know I think a friend I guess." said Mr. Mario. "Well, I'm off."

After giving a kiss to wife and rubbing his sons' heads Mr. Mario headed on off in his truck starting his brand-new job as Mario's Plumbing Services...

"And so, the Marios went on with their lives happily watching their sons grow up into the famous brothers we know of today. Now full-fledged adults Mario and Luigi eventually took on a bunch of different jobs finally deciding to follow in their father's footsteps as plumbers. They opened their own plumbing business dubbed Mario Bros Plumbing becoming the most famous workers in all of Brooklyn. One fateful day while on a job to help fix a women's bathtub drain, they discovered a warp zone that led them back to their original home of the Mushroom Kingdom. It was there that they learned of the princess's capture and set off on their very first ever adventure to rescue her. After saving the princess and returning her to the kingdom's people it was then that the brothers finally achieved their destiny to become the heroes that they were always meant to be.

It was from that day forth come these strange humans from an unknown land be herby hence known as we know and love, the

Super Mario Brothers.

The End.

"Well, that's the end of the story." said Russ T. "Now you finally know the whole truth about Mario and Luigi and who they are. It's something amazing right?"

"Hey Russ, how'd they like the story?" said Mario entering the room with Luigi alongside him.

"Well, what do you know its Mario and Luigi in the flesh." said Russ T. "Go ahead guys finish the rest of the narration off. It is about you after all."

"How is it a-going everyone?" said Mario. "It's a-me Mario."

"I'm-a Luigi here as well." said Luigi.

"We're glad you enjoyed the story and got to know the rest of our origins." said Mario.

"It was a nice-a moment Mario and I shared when we-a found out." said Luigi. "The star spirits returned those lost memories to us a while back."

"Well, were off to bed now as a new adventure awaits us tomorrow." said Mario.

"Farewell for now friends." said Luigi.

The bros headed out of the room and off to bed ready for a brand-new adventure to await them...

"Hey guys, can you do the thing real fast?" said Russ T.

"Sure." said the bros in unison. "Ahem, thank you so much for to enjoying our story. See you next time and bye bye!"

"Goodnight, everyone." said Russ T. as he blew out the candle and left the room.

What a day and who knows what new adventures await all our friends in the Mushroom Kingdom? Until then stay tuned...
