A/N: These came back from beta and I wanted to get them out before next week. I apologize for the….cliffhanger? I leave this on. (I don't. I TOTALLY DON'T)

Disclaimer: I don't own Chuck

He found himself slowly coming out of sleep, feeling the most rested he ever had. He felt a weight and warmth on him that, if he had been asked beforehand, was sure it would have bothered him. But in that moment, and all throughout the night, it felt perfect.

He found himself drawn to that warmth and weight. He pulled it closer, pressing himself into it, wanting to get lost in it, and just stay in this blissful state forever. Turning his head toward the warmth, a faint smell tickled his brain as it hit his nose. It smelled like the shampoo, or soap, or something that Sarah wore. That made him smile, but then he realized he couldn't stay in bed forever because he would miss Sarah. "Sarah," he said softly, not realizing how much he had come to crave being around her.

He wasn't joking a few days ago, when he told Molly he was falling in love with her. He wasn't just saying words… it was the absolute truth. His world had changed because of her. His mindset, his hopes, his dreams… they all seemed real and possible, mainly because she made him believe in himself. But more important than all of that, she saw him for who he was, and she liked him for who he was.

Others had liked him for who he was. Hannah had, but while she was nice, friendly, and a great person, he didn't have the feelings for her that he had developed for Sarah.

"I'm here, baby," he heard Sarah say softly.

"Mmm," he replied, smacking his lips. "Miss you," he said to her. He hadn't seen her since last night… when she went into her bathroom to take a shower… wait….

"Chuck?"

Oh… oh shit.

"Chuck, you awake?"

He had fallen asleep on her bed. He was supposed to rub her feet, and he had fallen asleep on her bed. He was an idiot. "I'm sorry," he said softly.

"For what?" she asked. He opened his eyes and there she was. Hair mused from sleep, that just woke-up look, but a look in her eye that was definitely wide awake, and God, did he want to see that every day for the rest of his whole damn life. "Being the most comfortable pillow I ever slept on in my entire life?"

"Your entire life?" he asked, grinning at her, the embarrassment seeping away. How did she do that to him? How did she make everything seem okay? And even if it wasn't, he knew she was there for him, with him…

"My. Entire. Life," she said, punctuating each word with a bop on the nose. "Whatcha' gonna do about that?" she asked, with the littlest bit of sass and challenge in her voice.

He pulled her closer to him. "How long until we have to be up?"

"Oh, we don't have long," she said sadly.

"Then I'm just gonna enjoy this, if you don't mind," he told her.

"I don't," she said holding him tightly. "I rather enjoy it."

They were sitting at breakfast, enjoying their meal and each other's company, when Zondra and Carina sat down across from them.

"Anything happen last night?" Carina asked.

"Yep, Chuck and I slept together," Sarah replied. "Would you hand me the butter?" she asked Chuck, ignoring the dropped jaws of the two women across from her.

"Need any jam or jelly?" Chuck asked, going right along with her.

"Wait, seriously?" Zondra asked.

"Yep," Sarah replied.

"And you two are acting… this cool?" Carina asked. Chuck and Sarah both looked at Carina. "I mean, no offense Curls, but you get embarrassed by so many things, so easily."

Chuck looked over at Sarah. "Do I have anything to be embarrassed about?"

"Not. One. Thing." she said, biting her toast as she finished speaking. She chewed slowly while grinning at him.

"So, a one-time thing, and got it out of your system?" Carina asked, prodding.

"I don't think so," Sarah said, turning to Chuck. "Are you interested in sleeping with me again?"

"Absolutely," Chuck replied, biting a piece of bacon. "I found it to be a truly enjoyable experience."

"He should just move into her room and save on the room charge," Carina said.

"I wouldn't want to invade her personal space," Chuck said. "I don't know if you know this about Sarah, but she's an INTJ. So, to just be around her all the time, when she needs personal time, perhaps, thirty minutes of silence before bed to properly unwind-"

"Don't mean to interrupt, but with the right person, that could be thirty minutes of silent cuddling," Sarah interjected.

"Really?" Chuck replied, grinning at her. "Anyone in mind?"

"Mmmhmm," she hummed. "Please do continue, though. I was fascinated with your explanation."

"I am an extrovert and crave constant social interaction. Sarah, on the other hand, needs her alone time to process. To think about things. To understand what she's experienced, and how those things are going to affect the next day, week, and the future in general."

Carina and Zondra shared a look that Chuck couldn't decipher.

"Also," he said, continuing. "She might need music, or not… or she might need to do something that lets her brain work on things. Workouts, exercise, or even beating a punching bag are great ways to let your mind do its thing while you're physically engaging your body. By letting your mind do its thing, and not forcing it to think on something, it will come to conclusions." Chuck picked up his coffee and sipped it.

"So, you're not sharing a room on the road," Zondra asked. Chuck nearly choked on the coffee.

"Hot-hot. Hot coffee," he said, sputtering. "It's hot," he said, turning to Sarah.

"I know," she said, grinning at him. "Blow on it." She turned back to Zondra. "Oh, we're sharing a room on the road, and we probably will the rest of the time here. So, he can check out of his room if he wants to."

"I am?" Chuck asked, looking at her. She gave the slightest nod, and Chuck turned back to Zondra. "I am," he said.

"Jesus, when's the wedding?" Carina asked.

"Well, pack your stuff and move in, I guess," Zondra said. "If that's really what you two want."

"I do," Sarah said softly. "It's his decision. However, do realize your two's constant teasing has put him in a spot." Carina and Zondra stared at her. "By constantly teasing him, and him not wanting to disappoint me, because of who he is, he's going to move in. Even if he doesn't want to, or is unsure if he should. Because that's who Chuck Bartowski is. He puts the good of others first, sometimes to his own detriment. So now, unlike Stephen Bartowski, I have to make sure, since he has been put in this spot, that he really does what he wants. Not what he's been forced to, or feels he should, do."

"Wait, I'm confused," Zondra admitted. "Is he moving in with you or not?"

"Oh, he's moving in… but I'm protecting Chuck," she said. She looked over at him. "I hope I'm not overstepping my girlfriend bounds, but you mean the world to me, and I am not going to take advantage of you."

"He'd like it if you did," Carina teased.

"Oh, he'd love it in the moment," Sarah agreed, "…and he wouldn't."

The smiles fell from Carina's and Zondra's faces.

"He would question if he was doing the right thing; he would question if I felt forced. I wouldn't," she said, looking him in the eyes. "Whatever happens with us, I want us to do what we want to do."

"I would like to stay with you, if that's okay," Chuck said softly.

"I would like that," Sarah replied. "Let's go get your stuff." With that, she rose, and took off. Chuck got up and followed her, leaving a stunned Carina and Zondra sitting there. The two got on the elevator car together.

"God, did you see their faces?" Chuck asked, turning to Sarah, laughing. The elevator doors slid shut and his lips were attacked by Sarah. It was tender and needy. Full of lust… and dare he say… love? She pulled away and looked into his eyes. "Sarah?"

"If you don't want to-" she began.

"You are not doing to me what my dad did," Chuck said, grinning. "I just don't want to force you."

"Chuck, trust me… I want you with me," she told him. The elevator doors opened, and she led the way, holding his hand.

The rest of the day, Chuck felt eyes on him. And every time he turned, he saw either the back of Carina, or Zondra. Chuck had moved his stuff into Sarah's room, which she was now calling their room. She had insisted he unpack, and helped him, laughing at him as he became embarrassed when she tried to put his underclothes away.

"I always feel like… somebody's watching me," he sang softly. Sarah snorted beside him. "Am I crazy?"

"Probably, you're dating me," Sarah replied, making Chuck laugh. "But, no, those two have been eyeballing us all afternoon. What do you say we get takeout from the bar, and we just go back up to the room tonight? Tomorrow's a big day. The party is tomorrow night, and then we leave the day after that."

"Sure, want me to get the food?" Chuck asked.

"I do, but if I know those two, they're gonna want to talk to you. So the best thing you could do is use the back staircase, and get up to our room and hide," Sarah told him. She shook her head, her brow creased.

"Have I done something?" Chuck asked.

She looked over at him, her expression changing to a soft smile. "No, Chuck," Sarah reassured him. "No, it's those two idiots, and their constant worry about me. I get it, I'm not the dater those two or Molly are… well, maybe I'm as much of a dater as Zondra…" she trailed off, thinking.

"They're worried I'll hurt you," Chuck said, nodding.

"No, they're worried I'll be me," she replied, moving some items on the table around forcefully, frustration clearly on her face. "I haven't been the best when it comes to relationships, and for crying out loud, it's what I study."

"Many people can't see the forest for the trees, Sarah," Chuck said gently. She shot him a look, and he held his hands up.

"Sorry," she apologized.

"Look, all I'm saying is, sometimes you have to go through something to learn what not to do next time. And if that person had been right for you, you'd probably have tried harder." Chuck was silent as she held his gaze. "I see you trying, hard," he said softly. "What you said at breakfast… I felt wanted… I felt… well, I felt like you cared."

Loved, Sarah through to herself. You felt loved, because you are. She smiled at him. "I do care about you. I like you, a lot."

"But do you really, really, really, like me?" he asked, grinning.

"Are you about to sing Carly Rae Jepsen to me?" Sarah asked.

"Only if your good," Chuck replied.

"Oh, so you want me to be a bad girl?" she asked sultrily. Chuck swallowed thickly, realizing this had backfired on him. She laughed. "I'm going to get us dinner. Chicken strips or hamburgers?"

"Uh," Chuck replied.

"Zondra's paying, so why not both?" she asked, grinning at him.

"Sounds good," Chuck said. She winked at him and walked off. He headed toward the back stairwell, wondering if he should have said he felt loved. Because he had.

Sarah opened the door to their room, and walked in, looking around, confused. The overhead lights were off, and there were candles burning. What was about to happen? Chuck walked out of the bathroom, smiling.

"Ah, you're here," Chuck said, a grin on his face. "I think it's time we address the elephant in the room."

"Okay," Sarah said, nodding. "Mind if I put this down?" she asked. Chuck came over, took the food and placed it on the table. He turned to her, clapping his hands together.

"So, there's been something in the air for a few nights, and I know I haven't lived up to your expectations," he began.

"Chuck," she replied, swallowing.

He held up his hand. "No, this is important, and I need to say it." She nodded, pressing her lips together. "So, I have one question: Do you prefer warming, or regular?" Her eyes went wide. "Have you never tried the warming?"

"Chuck," she said in a strangled voice.

"And it's fine, I know you want to shower first." Her eyes went wider. "I mean you even said that was good manners." His lips twitched, and she narrowed her eyes. "God, I wish you could see your face."

"Are you talking… about a foot massage?" Chuck nodded, giggling. She swatted at him, and he dodged.

"I'm sorry, but with everything Carina and Zondra have done the past few days…" He shrugged as he trailed off.

"Hey, I get it," she said, softly, walking over to him, wrapping her arms around him, and him wrapping his around her waist. They held each other close. "I swear I had no idea where you were going with all of that."

"I know," Chuck replied. She lightly swatted his shoulder, but never moved from where she was. "Hungry?"

"Starving," she replied. "So, I eat, shower, and then you make me moan?" she asked, an eyebrow arched.

"That really wasn't fair," he replied.

"Wasn't meant to be," she told him, winking at him.

The next morning, Zondra and Carina sat down at Chuck and Sarah's table. Chuck glanced at Sarah. "We probably need to apologize," Chuck said somberly. Sarah nodded. Chuck turned to Sarah's friends. "If you got any noise complaints last night, I am so sorry." Zondra and Carina's eyebrows both rose as if one.

"Noise… noise… complaints?" Zondra asked.

"Did you get into a fight?" Carina asked.

"No, Chuck had me moaning all night, and I might have gotten carried away," Sarah told them. Their eyes went wide. "God, and the stamina he had… I swear it went on for hours." Zondra made a choking sound.

"Thirty minutes, forty tops," Chuck said, shaking his head.

"That was the first time, and then he switched," Sarah said. Zondra shook her head, like she couldn't believe what she was hearing. "I swear, he would be a millionaire if he sold those services, instead of IT services."

"What can I say, I just like giving people pleasure," Chuck replied, shrugging.

"You two are shitting me," Carina said, leaning in.

"Try it for yourself," Sarah said. "I'm sure Chuck wouldn't mind."

"Just remember to wash your feet first," Chuck said with a grin. "They might be funky, after being in heels all day." Chuck picked up a piece of bacon, and began to chew it sassily.

"Oh my God," Carina muttered.

"I said that a lot," Sarah admitted, a satisfied look on her face.

"Truce?" Zondra said, laughing so hard she could barely speak. Carina was shaking her head, chuckling.

Sarah glanced at Chuck. "What do you say? Have they had enough?"

"You know them better than anyone, is this really a truce?" Chuck asked her.

"It is," Sarah said. She turned to the two women. "Truce," she agreed.

"Well played, Curls," Carina said, wiping tears from her eyes where she had been laughing so hard. "So, the truth, you two-"

"Listen, Carina, what we do, is what we do," Chuck said, gently but firmly. "Now if Sarah decides to tell you our business that's up to her, but I really don't want to be around." Zondra snorted at that.

"Fair enough, Chuck," Zondra told him.

Sarah grinned as she thought about the night before. How he had rubbed one foot for what seemed like hours, and then the other. When he had finished, he left her lying in a moaning heap, chuckling with pride as he turned on the TV, and found some show to watch. She couldn't focus her eyes to watch TV, and she really didn't care what he did. Sarah slowly crawled toward him, noticing the satisfied smirk on his face and realizing how much she loved seeing it.

Chuck seemed absolutely content, as he held out his arm to her. She molded herself against him, as they lay in bed, watching TV. She found herself nodding off, numerous times, and decided to try and watch the show that was on.

"Not an Avengers fan?" Chuck asked.

"I thought it was a movie, with big explosions, in color, not a black and white TV show that seems… well… British," Sarah replied.

"Those are two different Avengers, Sarah," Chuck told her.

"Oh," she said. She braced herself for the explanation, but he didn't say anything else. He was grinning, and she knew he wanted to, but it was obvious that he realized how tired she was, and really didn't care. She watched the male and female lead on screen. "God the chemistry they have," she said, shaking her head. "Are they sleeping together… the characters that is?"

"It's 60s TV, so they can't say they are, but…" Chuck shrugged, grinning.

"You know, some people think we're sleeping together," Sarah told him, grinning.

"We are," Chuck replied. She lightly smacked him, and then cuddled against him again. "Want me to shut this off so you can go to sleep?"

"No, but would you be upset if I just fell asleep?"

"Not at all," Chuck replied, a look of content on his face that made the warmth that had been blossoming behind her stomach spread all over her. It had been a week of people, presentations, and scrambling for the conference, and it all caught up with her. The introvert in her had had enough, and she crashed. But as she fell asleep, she didn't know when she had felt more safe, secure, and loved.

"Blondie," Zondra said, pulling Sarah out of her thoughts. "You okay?" Sarah just smiled and nodded. Carina and Zondra shared a look, and stared at Chuck.

"Hey, thanks for last night," Sarah said into Chuck's ear as the music played. They were on the top floor. All week this had been a reception area, but tonight it had turned into a dance floor, with a DJ. Sarah had to drag Chuck away, as he had seen the setup was all computerized. Chuck had lightly protested, but he didn't seem too upset having to leave the DJ and spend time with Sarah, alone.

"For what?" Chuck asked. "I'm being serious, I didn't do anything special."

"You're telling me you treat every woman you date like that?" Sarah asked, giving him a look.

"No. But first, I've not dated that many, and second, I've never been on a trip in my girlfriend's room like that before-"

"Our room," Sarah reminded him.

"Fine, our room," Chuck corrected himself. "But all I did was watch TV."

"All you did was watch TV?" she asked. "Chuck, you relaxed me, took away the pain and let me just…"

"Be you?" Chuck asked, shrugging. Sarah nodded. "Sarah, that's all I ever wanted. To be with you… being you."

Her eyes widened, her heart caught in her throat. But Chuck missed it, because the song he had requested began to play. "Come on, it's our jam," he told her, his eyes dancing.

I really wanna stop but I just got the taste for it

I feel like I could fly with the boy on the moon

So honey, hold my hand, you like making me wait for it

I feel like I could die walking up to the room, oh yeah

Late night watching television

But how'd we get in this position

It's way too soon, I know this isn't love

As she danced with him and heard the lyrics, it slammed in to her. This was them. Maybe it was fast, maybe it wasn't practical, but it was them. And it worked for them. As she danced, she listened.

But I need to tell you something

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

Oh, did I say too much?

I'm so in my head

When we're outta touch (outta touch)

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

When he wasn't around, she missed him. She had never missed any other guy in her life, ever. She had dated guys for months, and never missed them the way she did him. They continued to dance, and Chuck looked her right in the eyes and began to sing, directly to her.

It's like everything you say is a sweet revelation

All I wanna do is get into your head

Yeah, we could stay alone, you and me and this temptation

Sipping on your lips, hanging on by a thread, baby

Late night watching television

He bounced his eyebrows with the last lyric, making her bubble up with laughter.

But how'd we get in this position

It's way too soon, I know this isn't love (no)

But I need to tell you something

He pointed right at her.

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

Oh, did I say too much?

I'm so in my head

When we're outta touch (when we're outta touch)

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

Sarah nodded at him, but her smile began to fade as one lyric kept playing in her head over, and over. It was wrong. There was a lyric that was dead wrong. She started to say something, when the next line hit, and he looked her right in the eyes.

Who gave you eyes like that, said you could keep them?

I dunno how to act or if I should be leavin'

I'm running outta time, going outta my mind

I need to tell you something, yeah, I need to tell you something

Yeah

"CHUCK!" she yelled. He could barely hear her.

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

"Yeah!" he yelled back.

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

Oh, did I say too much? (Did I say too much?)

I'm so in my head (I'm so in my head)

When we're outta touch (when we're outta touch)

"I don't Chuck," she said.

"Don't what?" he asked, stopping dancing.

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me, too?

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too? (Yeah, I need to tell you something)

"I don't really, really, really, really, really, really like you," she admitted. His face fell, sadness was in his eyes.

"I love you, Chuck."

I really, really, really, really, really, really like you

And I want you, do you want me, do you want me too?

A/N: *sips tea and looks at camera* You're still here….oh. I see. Fiinnnnnneeeee

"Dr Walker!" Chuck said, with faux indignation. "Well, I've never."

"It's okay, I can teach you," she said, grinning. "Remember when you said you were hot for teacher?" Chuck made a choking noise. "Want me to teach you some things?"

"Oh, God," he muttered. She patted his cheek, grinning. "I see we're cranking up the innuendos."

"There are no innuendos on my part, Chuck," she told him, looking him straight in the eye.

*Pulls collar away from neck* Is it hot in here or just me?
