Once the Gaang had found a secluded spot to figure things out Aang was still hugging Appa as if he would disappear at any moment with Aang saying "I missed you more than you'll ever know, buddy."
Appa just gave Aang a big lick with his tongue making Aang laugh in joy before Sokka looked at the group and said "Look, we escaped from the Dai Li, we got Appa back, I'm telling you, we should go to the Earth King now and tell him our plan about the eclipse. We're on a roll."
Katara gave her brother a hard look before saying "One good hour after weeks of trouble isn't much of a roll."
Sokka just replied "We can build on it. If we want to invade the Fire Nation when the eclipse happens, we need the Earth Kings support."
Dijin looked at Sokka with a raised eyebrow and asked "What makes you think we'll even get his support?"
Toph spoke next saying "Yeah. I don't know if you noticed, but things don't usually go that smoothly for our little gang."
Sokka optimistically replied "I know, but I've got a good feeling about this. This time'll be different."
Katara again gave her brother a hard look before saying "Sokka, Long-Feng is in control of the city. His conspiracy with the Dai Li is too powerful."
Dijin spoke up and said "Your wrong about that Katara. We proved today that Long-Feng's power isn't absolute. If we can prove to the Earth King what Long-Feng has been up to along with the war then maybe we can get his support."
Katara looked at the Lava-bender and said "I don't know Dijin. I think we should just keep flying and leave this horrible place behind us."
Toph spoke up saying "I'm with sweetness. I've seen enough of Ba Sing Se and I can't even see!"
Dijin frowned at the two and looked at Katara saying "Katara, I thought you were someone never to let innocent people suffer but you'd condemn this city to Long-Feng's control?"
Katara eyes widened before she looked down in shame realizing Dijin was right.
Dijin looked at Toph saying "And Toph you're the toughest woman I've ever met and you're telling me you're backing out of a fight?"
Toph gained a hard look and got Dijin's face saying "I ain't backing out of anything."
Dijin smirked and said "Good."
Aang chose then to join the conversation saying "Now that we have Appa back. There's nothing stopping us from telling the Earth King the truth about the conspiracy and the war like Dijin said."
Sokka smiled saying "See, Aang and Dijin are with me how about you guys? It's the whole reason we came here in the first place, we have to try."
Katara placed a hand to her chin and thought for a second before saying "Well, I guess if the Earth King knew the truth, things could change."
Toph had a frown on her face as she turned in Sokka's direction saying "I don't trust the new positive Sokka." Toph then dramatically pointed at the warrior shouting "Long-Feng brainwashed you, didn't he!?"
Dijin couldn't help but laugh at Toph's outburst before the group saw a trio of ships sail by them a few miles away.
Sokka looked at the ships and said "That's probably the Dai Li searching for us, so what's the plan guys?"
Katara didn't hesitate and said "Let's fly."
Toph and Dijin then let out a groan together and said at the same time "Oh no, not again."

After climbing onto Appa and taking off it didn't take the Gaang long before they were near the Earth King's palace.
Appa made a sharp turn in the sky causing Dijin to scream out "Why in spirits name are we flying without a saddle! I feel like I'm going to die at any moment!" Dijin then quickly adjusted his grip on Appa's fur he was holding onto to make sure he didn't fall.
Toph then screamed from next to Dijin shouting "I'm with Hot rocks! Can we please buy a new saddle, riding bareback is terrifying!"
Sokka looked down and saw The Earth King's palace in sight so he spoke up saying "There it is. The palace is just down below us. The Earth King's chamber should be at the center."
Katara spoke up next saying "We have to be careful. Long-Feng's probably warned the King that we're coming."
Sokka looked at his sister curiously and asked "Why would you assume that? If you ask me, I think we're gonna sail right-"
Dijin cut Sokka off saying "Shut up Sokka before you-"
Next Dijin was cut off by a huge round stone disk being launched at them from the palace.
Dijin finished his sentence shouting "Jinx us!"
Appa quickly avoided the stone projectile while Toph screamed "What the fuck was that!"
Dijin had a panicked look as he shouted "Surface-to-air Rocks! More incoming!"
Just as Dijin said a multitude of large stone disks were launched at the Gaang causing Appa to dodge and weave making Toph and Dijin freak out from their spots on Appa's back.
Aang however gained a determined frown as he stood up on Appa's head and looked back at his friends and said "I got this."
Suddenly a huge boulder was sent their way but without even looking Aang just thrusted his arm to the side while bending his wrist.
Next thing everyone knew the boulder shattered into dust before Aang had Appa start to land.
As they were landing the guards down below sent another boulder at Appa but Aang just grabbed his staff and swung it vertically slicing the boulder in half.
Down below an entire battalion of guards had gathered to meet the Gaang head on with the commander waiting to give the signal to attack.
Aang after seeing all the guards gathered jumped from Appa's head and slammed into the ground making it erupt into a multitude of pillars that sent the gathered guards flying.
Appa quickly landed after that allowing everyone to climb down and join in on the fighting.
They quickly ran down the courtyard leading to the palace but soon a line of guards on either side of the group attacked raising their right forearms creating stone cubes the size of a man's head.
The guards then punched their left fists forward sending the cubes at the Gaang.
Aang, Dijin, and Toph stood in a triangle formation and destroyed the incoming projectiles in their own way.
Aang just used his staff to shatter the incoming rocks, Toph raised her hands upwards and bent her wrists diagonally creating pillars that blocked the cubes, Dijin chose to stomp his feet making the ground erupt around him creating walls to block the cubes before he thrusted his arms and hands outwards making the walls surrounding him get launched at nearby guards.
Next, Toph and Dijin raised their knees high in a circle and stomped their feet while rotating their hands in circles as well.
This made the ground start to flip back and forth blocking stone cubes and tripping up the guards firing them.
Toph and Dijin continued to do this while walking forward clearing a path for the group so they could get to the stairs leading to the palace.
While Toph and Dijin cleared a path the others fought off any guards who avoided the two Earth-benders.
Katara used her water to send a water-whip at three guards knocking them off their feet.
Katara realizing the guards were just doing their job quickly shouted "Sorry!" before she whipped another three guards knocking them out as well making her wince
Sokka was throwing his boomerang at any guard he noticed were distracted.
Aang used his staff to block incoming attacks while sending gusts of air at the guards.
However, soon another battalion of guards began charging the group but Toph acted by clenching her fists before opening her hands and thrusting them forward quickly.
The ground under the incoming guards then flipped backwards trapping the guards under the upturned earth.
Katara still feeling guilty for beating up the guards shouted at them as they ran by saying "Sorry, we just need to get through to see the Earth King."
Soon the Gaang made it to the stairs leading up to the palace but a team of guards got into wide horse stances before rotating their arms in circle and thrusting their palms upwards.
Next, two giant statues of badger-moles were lifted from their perches and sent careening towards the Gaang.
Luckily Toph and Dijin acted fast and turned their bodies horizontally before stomping their feet and raising their arms upwards.
The Earth in front of them then created a giant stone dome around the group shielding them from the large statues.
Once the dust settled Katara came running out from behind the dome and started gathering some water from her pouch.
She then waved her right arm forward creating an Ice ramp she skated on before jumping over the moat that was in front of the palace.
As Katara sailed over the moat she gathered water from it and raised her right leg to deliver high axe kick.
Katara delivered the attack knocking some soldiers into the moat before landing in a roll and rotating in circle sending a stream of water at the remaining guards knocking them into the moat as well.
Katara then turned around facing the palace as she gathered water around her shoulders and arms creating a shawl of water of sorts.
A team of guards above her were about to attack but she quickly waved her arm forward making her water wrap around the guard's waists and sent them flying.
The rest of the group quickly followed her and while they crossed the moat Aang swung his staff to create a gust of wind that froze the moat over trapping the guards that were in there.
The group quickly found themselves at the final stair case leading to the palace but boulders were soon being thrown at them by the guards at the top of the stairs.
As guards threw boulders at them from above, more and more guards started to pour out of the palace and run down the stairs towards the Gaang.
Toph and Dijin stood at the bottom of the staircase before turning towards each other and nodding their heads.
Next, they raised their arms high while splaying their fingers open and after a few seconds the ground began to shake before the two Earth-benders slammed the back of their feet on the ground while lowering their bodies and making a pulling motion.
After that the large stair case that the guards were running down suddenly turned into a massive slide making the guards lose their balance and start falling towards the ground.
Once the guards were out of the way Dijin and Toph started to rotate their arms in a circle making the ground under the group erupt and start to climb upwards like an elevator.
As the Gaang climbed upwards more guards slid by them causing Sokka to shout out "Seriously, we're actually on your guy's side!"
Sadly, the guards just kept falling and tumbling causing Sokka to wince and say "Sorry."
The Gaang quickly made it to the entrance of the palace but were soon being surrounded by guards.
Toph and Dijin quickly acted by standing back-to-back and placing their wrists together before they thrusted their hands forward.
The ground in front each of them then flipped horizontally and was sent hurling towards the incoming guards knocking them out or sending them flying.
The Gaang plus Appa charged through the palace doors after that with Sokka shouting "In Here. Come on!"
The Gaang ran down the hallway before coming to a four-way intersection of more hallways with guards coming out of them.
Toph and Dijin once again acted together and crouched down while crossing their arms making multiple pillars erupt under the guards which slammed them into the roof.
Sokka quickly looked around before looking at Toph and asked "Toph, which way to the Earth King?"
Toph angry that Sokka just assumed she knew where the King was just sarcastically replied "How should I know? I still vote we leave Ba Sing Se!"
Next, she raised her arms and bent her wrists before pushing her hands forward which made a wave of Earth that sent a group of guards flying.
Dijin on the other hand raised his forearms creating two diagonal pillars before he punched them diagonally at two groups of guards slamming them into the walls.
Sokka let out a frustrated yell after that before he started to check random rooms looking for the Earth King.
As Sokka checked the rooms the rest of the Gaang was taking care of the guards.
Aang was blasting them into walls or ceiling with his staff, Toph and Dijin were hurling boulders and tearing apart the palace to take out guards while sending them flying, and Katara was using her water to whip the guards or freeze them.
Luckily after fighting off the guards for few more minutes, they had a slight reprieve allowing Sokka to look around before he noticed something over some of the rubble from the fighting.
Sokka climbed over the debris and smiled at a giant elegant gold door he saw at the end of the hall before speaking up saying "Now that's an impressive door. It's gotta go somewhere."
Sokka then ran at the door before launching himself at it with a flying sidekick.
Sadly, Sokka just slammed into the massive door painfully before falling backwards onto the floor.
Sokka quickly recovered however and started uselessly pushing against the door before Aang ran behind him and used his staff to create a massive gust of wind that blew the door down and sent Sokka sliding across the floor.
Sokka rubbed his head painfully before getting up and glaring at Aang shouting "A little warning, next time!"
Aang and the others ignored Sokka before they all stood in a line with their respective weapons and elements held at the ready.
The Gaang then got a good look at the Earth King sitting in his grand throne.
The King wore an elegant green and yellow robe made of silk that went to his ankles, The top half was yellow while the bottom half was green, he wore a green shawl over his robe, the king had various bracelets and some leather cuffs on his wrists, around the king's waist was a gold belt with a gold earth kingdom symbol buckle, around the Kings neck was a gold chain necklace, on the bridge of his nose was a pair of small spectacles, the king had green eyes with brown hair that had a long-braided ponytail, his hair was covered by a round green hat that had the Earth kingdom symbol on it, and on his feet were a pair of silk slippers.
Suddenly Long-Feng showed up out of nowhere and stood in front of the King while a team of Dai Li agents stood in a line in front of the King.
The Gaang just stood their ground while Aang looked at the Earth King and said "Your majesty, we need to talk to you."
Long-Feng turned towards the King and motioned at the Gaang with his hand saying "They're here to overthrow you."
Sokka spoke up saying "No, We're on your side. We're here to help."
Katara spoke up to back up her brother saying "You have to trust us."
The Earth King stood up from his throne and looked at the Gaang with an angry frown as he said "You invade my palace, Lay waste to all my guards, break down my fancy door, and you expect me to trust you?!"
Dijin looked at the group and said out loud "He has a good point."
The King spoke again saying "If you're on my side, then drop your weapons and stand down."
The Gaang all looked at each other before they complied with the King.
Aang dropped his staff, Katara put her water back in her pouch, Dijin and Toph dropped the boulders they were bending, and Sokka put away his knife and club.
Aang then held his hands out showing he meant no harm as he said "See, we're friends, your earthiness."
The Earth King didn't reply instead Long-Feng raised his hand signaling the Dai Li to attack.
The Dai Li thrusted their hands forward which sent their Earth-gloves at the Gaang trapping their forearms and wrists.
Long-Feng just glared at the Gaang before giving orders to the Dai Li saying "Detain the assailants."
The Dai Li quickly moved behind the Gaang and got ready to restrain them further while Sokka spoke up saying "But we dropped our weapons. We're you're allies!"
Long-Feng looked at the group coldly and said "Make sure the Right Hand, the Avatar, and their friends never see daylight again."
The King suddenly gained a surprised look before staring at Sokka and saying "The Avatar?" The King pointed at the Warrior before asking "You're the Avatar?"
Sokka just blankly replied "No, him. Over there." Sokka then motioned to Aang with his head.
Aang just smiled wide and said "Over here" while raising his hands and bending the rocks arounds his wrists away showing he could have broken free at any time.
The King then looked at Katara and asked "Who's right hand are you?"
Katara just looked at the King awkwardly before motioning towards Dijin with her head saying "Actually, he's the Right hand of Omashu, not me."
Dijin like Aang bent away his stone cuffs and waved at the King showing he could have broken free at any time as well.
The King's eyes widened before saying "Wait. Are you the man I've been hearing stories about? The one who protected our city upon your arrival?"
However, before Dijin could reply Long-Feng scoffed before looking at the King and saying "What does it matter, your highness? They're enemies of the state."
The King sighed before saying "Perhaps you're right."
But before anything else could be said The Kings pet bear Bosco walked up to Aang and Dijin and gave them each a big lick on the face.
The King smiled at the display before saying "Bosco seems to like them." The King then gained a hard look and spoke authoritatively saying "I'll hear what they have to say."
Long-Feng just glared at the Gaang but complied with the Kings wishes.
Aang walked forward before explaining things to the King saying "Well, sir, there's a war going on right now. For the past 100 years, in fact."
Dijin walked forward next speaking up as well saying "Indeed your majesty, and the Dai Li has been keeping it a secret from you. It's a conspiracy to control the city and to control you."
The King looked at the two stunned and said "A secret war? That's crazy!"
Long-Feng chose to chime in saying "Completely."
Dijin glared at the puppet master and spoke to the King saying "Long-Feng didn't want us to tell you, so he stole the Avatar's Sky Bison to blackmail us. And blackmail is the least of his crimes." Dijin then glared at Long-Feng and pointed at him while growling out "He brainwashed and murdered our friend!"
Long-Feng turned towards the King and said "All lies. I've never even seen a Sky Bison, your Majesty. Frankly, I thought they were extinct."
The King sat back down in his throne while saying "Your claim is difficult to believe. Even if it comes from the Avatar and the Right Hand of Omashu."
Long-Feng leaned in close to the King and said "These hooligans are part of an anarchist cell that my agents have been tracking for weeks. If you listen to them, you're playing right into your own destruction."
The King considered Long-Feng's words for a few seconds before he looked at the Gaang regretfully and said "I have to trust my advisor."
The Gaang had looks of shock before the Dai Li started to drag them away.
However, Sokka broke free from the agents grip and looked at the King shouting "Wait, I can prove he's lying!"
Sokka then explained saying "Long-Feng said he's never seen a Sky Bison. Ask him to lift his robe."
Long-Feng looked appalled before he said "What? I am not disrobing."
However, Aang, Dijin, and Sokka all nodded at one another before Aang broke his restraints and sent a huge gust of Air at Long-Feng.
The wind blew Long-Feng's robe straight up showing his underwear while also showing the large bite mark from where Appa bit his right leg.
Aang then pointed at the mark while shouting "Right there, Appa bit him!"
Dijin smirked at the puppet master before saying "Never seen a Sky Bison, Huh?"
Long-Feng just readjusted his robe while saying "That happens to be a large birthmark. Thanks for showing everyone."
The King looked at the Gaang with a thoughtful gaze saying "Well, I suppose there's no way to prove where those marks came from."
Sokka just replied "Of course there is."
Aang quickly had Appa lower his head and open his mouth to show his teeth.
Next, Aang pointed at a row of Appa's teeth before pointing at the mark on Long-Feng's leg showing it was an exact match.
The King got up from his throne and looked at the bite mark before crossing his arms and closing his eyes.
The King then nodded his head while saying "Yep, that pretty much proves it."
The Gaang all let cheers of success before the King spoke again saying "But it doesn't prove this crazy conspiracy theory."
The Gaang all let out groans of disappointment but once again the King spoke up saying "Although, I suppose this matter is worth looking into."
The Gaang happy to have at least gotten that far with the King all spoke together saying "Uh-ok, we'll take it, uh, yeah, all right."
Long-Feng unhappy with this turn of events left the room with his Dai Li agents following him.

After the King decided to look into the conspiracy, he had the Gaang released and asked them to show him what the Dai Li have been up to.
This led to their current predicament which was them and the Earth King riding in the trolley towards the outskirts of the city.
Inside the trolley all the passengers looked like gaping fish as they watched the Earth King ride with them.
The Earth King looked at his surroundings awkwardly and said "So this is what a trolley is like. I didn't realize it would be so...public."
Katara looked at the King curiously and asked "So you've never been outside the upper ring before?"
The King gave Katara an ignorant smile and said "I've never been outside the palace."
The King then looked outside the window of the trolley before smiling wide and pointing while saying "Now that's the way to travel."
The Gaang looked out the window and saw Aang flying on Appa laughing joyfully.
The King leaned towards Dijin and asked "if I may ask Right hand, where are we going?"
Dijin looked at the King and spoke seriously saying "Underneath Lake Laogai your majesty. To the Dai Li's secret headquarters."
Sokka spoke up next saying "That's right your kingliness, your about to see where all the brainwashing and conspiring took place."

After traveling for about an hour the Gaang plus the King and his Guards finally made it to Lake Laogai.
Once everyone was gathered at the shoreline, Toph walked forward before jumping upwards and slamming her feet horizontally into the ground while thrusting her left palm forward.
However, the Gaang was shocked to find that the pathway leading to the Dai Li secret Headquarters was now in ruins and nothing more than crumbled earth.
Toph sensing the destroyed base shouted out "It's gone!"
Sokka put his hands on his head despairingly before saying "Oh, don't tell me..." Sokka quickly brightened up though and said "That's ok, still got my positive attitude."
Katara looked at the King and said "The Dai Li must have known we were coming and destroyed the evidence."
The King just frowned and said "Hmm, that seems awfully convenient."
Sokka looked at the King indigently and said "Hey, if anything, this proves the conspiracy exists even more."
The King just seemed to get upset and said in an agitated tone "Long-Feng was right, this was a waste of time." The King started to turn around and leave while saying "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to the palace." The King then marched away with his guards.
Suddenly Dijin brightened up before he shouted "The wall! There's no way the Dai Li could have covered up the Drill and the damage yet."
Aang brightened up as well before saying "Oh, yeah." Aang then Air-bent himself high into the air before he landed in front of the Earth King and said "If you come with us to the Outer Wall, we can prove to you that secret war is real."
The King looked at Aang incredulously and said "No Earth King has ever been to the Outer Wall." The King then moved around Aang while Saying "Now step aside, I don't have any more time for this nonsense."
Dijin remembering how much the Earth King liked watching Aang fly on Appa got an idea as he ran up to the King while saying "If you come with us, this time you can ride on Appa."
The King stopped in his tracks before he gained a small smirk and turned around while saying "In that case..." The king then walked towards Appa while Aang helped him climb onto the Bison.
The Gaang then shared a knowing look with each other as their plan was starting to work.

About ten minutes later the Gaang plus the Earth King were flying on Appa and the King was screaming in both Terror and joy.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh. This is so amazing yet so frightening!" shouted the Earth King as Aang had Appa fly through the sky towards the destroyed Fire Nation Drill.
Toph and Dijin turned towards the screaming Earth King with Toph asking "First time flying?"
The King looked at the two and said "This is one of the most exhilarating yet terrifying experiences I've ever had."
The two Earth-benders just smiled ruefully while saying at the same time "Yeah, we hate it, too."
The King calmed down a little before he looked at the group and said "I have to be honest with you. Part of me really hopes that what you're telling me about this war...Isn't true."
Aang looked at the King sadly and said "I wish it wasn't."
After flying for a little while the Gaang plus the King finally made it the Outer Wall.
Aang looked down and saw the wreckage of the drill before he brightened up while pointing and shouting "It's still there!"
The King looked down and saw the drill as well and he was stunned.
As the King stared at the drill he spoke in a unbelieving tone
asking "What is that?"
Dijin glared at the destroyed machine and said "It's a drill. A giant drill designed by the Fire Nation, to break through your walls."
The King looked at the drill in horror before he held his head down in shame as he said "How could I have been so ignorant and blind."
Dijin gave the King a sympathetic look and said "Don't blame yourself your majesty, blame Long-Feng and his conspiracy to control you."
The King gained a hard look and said "Take me down to the wall. I want to get a closer look at what I have been lied to about."
Aang nodded his head before he had Appa fly down to the wall so everyone could climb off.
Once everyone was on the wall the King immediately went to inspect the drill and the damage it caused.
The King once again looked at the scene with shame as he said "I can't believe I never knew."
Suddenly they all heard the sound of Long-Feng's voice while he came up from a stone elevator with Two Dai Li agents as he said "I can explain this, your majesty." Long-Feng started to approach the King while he tried to explain himself saying "This is nothing more than... a construction project."
Dijin glared at Long-Feng and said "Really? Then perhaps you can explain why there is a Fire Nation insignia on your construction project."
The King glared at Long-Feng as well saying "Yes, Long-Feng, please do explain."
Long-Feng being the snake he was replied "Well, it's imported, of course. You know you can't trust domestic machinery."
The King and the Gaang all glared at Long-Feng none of them believing a word out of the puppet master's mouth.
Long-Feng realizing he was starting to lose ground looked at the King accusingly and said "Surely you don't believe these children instead of your most loyal attendant?"
The King glared at Long-Feng harshly and said angrily "If you were really my loyal attendant, you would have told me about this 100-year war." The King then stood tall and authoritative before shouting "Dai Li! Arrest Long-Feng for High-treason against the crown! I want him to stand trial for crimes against the Earth Kingdom."
Long-Feng had a look of pure disbelief before the Dai Li agents behind him looked at each other and nodded.
The agents then thrusted their hands forward launching retractable metal hand-cuffs onto Long-Feng's wrists effectively trapping him.
Long-Feng struggled with his restraints as he said "You can't arrest me. You all need me more than you know!"
The Dai Li began to drag Long-Feng away after that causing Sokka to cheer and say "Looks like Long-Feng is Long gone!" Sokka began to laugh hysterically at his joke before calming down and saying "hahaha. Oh, yeah, I've been waitin' to use that one."

That night The Gaang was invited back to the Palace and they were currently in the Earth King's throne room talking to the King himself.
The King had his pet bear Bosco resting at his feet as he spoke to the group saying "I want to thank you, young heroes, for opening my eyes. All this time, What I thought was a great metropolis was merely a city of fools. And that makes me the King fool."
The King placed his head in his hand as he shook his head saying "We're at war with the Fire Nation."
Sokka stepped forward and said "That's why we came to Ba Sing Se, your highness."
The King picked up his head and looked at Sokka to listen to him.
Sokka continued speaking saying "We think you could help us end the war."
Aang spoke next saying "We don't have much time. There's a comet coming this summer. Its energy will give the Fire-Benders unbelievable strength. They'll be unstoppable."
Sokka spoke again saying "But there is hope. Before the comet comes, we have a window of opportunity. A solar eclipse is coming. The sun will be entirely blocked out by the moon, and the Fire-benders will be helpless."
Through the whole conversation the King had been sitting forward with his hands clasped together listening intently before he sat back in his throne saying "What are you suggesting, Sokka?"
Sokka just stood firm and said "That's the day we need to invade the Fire Nation." Sokka then paused for second before finishing with "The Day of Black Sun."
The King looked away unsure mostly due to the fact that his whole world was turned upside down not even a couple hours ago.
The King then sighed and said "I don't know. That would require moving troops out of Ba Sing Se. We'd be completely vulnerable."
Dijin stepped forward and said "With all due respect your majesty, You're already vulnerable. Long-Feng saw to that." Dijin then looked at the King seriously before saying "The Fire nation won't stop until Ba Sing Se falls. Look at what happened to my home Omashu for example, many thought it was untouchable like Ba Sing Se but the Fire Nation proved that the city could fall like any other."
The king mulled over Dijin's words while still seeming unsure as Dijin continued speaking saying "Now, you can either sit back and wait for the Fire Nation to come crashing through your walls, or you can take the offensive and show the Fire Nation that they are not the powerful country they think they are."
After hearing Dijin's words the King stood up from his throne and said with a smile "Very well. You have my support." The King then placed his left fist into his right palm the others mimicking him as they all bowed at once.
The King sat back in throne just as the throne room doors opened letting an Earth Kingdom general walk inside the room.
The General looked at the Earth King and said "Your Majesty. I apologize for the interruption."
The General got on his hands and knees and bowed deeply to the Earth King while the King himself introduced the man saying "This is General How. He's the leader of the council of five, my highest ranking generals."
After hearing that the Gaang got a look at the General.
He had black hair that went to his upper back but had a top-knot with a gold earth hair ornament, he had a small pointed beard that went to his neck with no mustache, he wore tan and green metal studded armor on his upper body, he had on leather wrist-cuffs and ankle bracers, he wore tan loose-fitting pants that went to his shins, and since he was an Earth-bender he was bare foot.
The General sat up before saying "We searched Long-Feng's office. I think we found something that will interest Everybody." The General stood up and looked at the Gaang while saying "If you would follow me." General How then made his way towards the doors with the Gaang following him.

After traveling through the many hallways of the palace, the Gaang was led to the library where Long-Feng interrogated them at the Earth King's party.
General How had one of his men bring in a small locked chest with a Dai Li symbol on the front.
As the soldier placed the chest on a nearby table General How spoke up saying "There are secret files on everyone in Ba Sing Se. Including you five."
Aang curious said "Secret files?"
General How's soldier opened the chest and took out a piece of parchment. He then read who it was addressed to saying "Toph Bei Fong."
The soldier gave the scroll to Dijin so he could read it for her.
Dijin opened the scroll and read aloud saying "It's a letter from you're your mom. She's here in the city and she wants to see you."
Toph gained a slightly ticked off look as she said "Long-Feng intercepted our letters from home? That's just wrong."
The solider handed a scroll to Aang saying "Aang, this scroll was attached to your Bison's horn when the Dai Li captured him."
Aang took the scroll and opened it then started to read it saying "It's from the Eastern Air Temple." Aang smiled before reading the rest of the scroll silently.
Katara and Sokka got excited after seeing their friends get letters so Katara looked at the solider expectantly and asked "Is there a letter for me and Sokka, by any chance?"
The solider dug through the chest before shaking his head and saying "I'm afraid not."
Katara and Sokka just looked at each other sadly with Sokka saying "Oh."
However, General How suddenly spoke up saying "But there is an intelligence report that might interest you."
The General then handed Katara and Sokka a piece of parchment that looked like it was a decoded message.
Katara and Sokka started to read the message together with Katara saying "A small fleet of Water Tribe ships?"
Sokka quickly got excited and shouted "That could be Dad!"
Katara kept reading and said "They were spotted protecting the mouth of Chameleon Bay. Led by Hakoda?" Katara quickly got excited as well after hearing her father's name as she shouted "It is Dad!"
After reading their letters the Gaang all sat together in a circle as Aang talked about his letter saying "I can't believe it. There's a man living at the Eastern Air Temple. He says he's a Guru."
Sokka looked at Aang curiously and asked "What's a Guru? Some kind of poisonous Blowfish?"
Aang just ignored Sokka's ignorant comment and said "No, a spiritual expert. He wants to help me take the next step in the Avatar journey. He says he can teach me to control the Avatar State."
Katara smiled at the group and said "And I can't believe we know where our Dad is now."
Toph chose then speak up saying "I know what you mean. My mom's in the city, and from what Dijin read in her letter, it sounds like she finally understands me." Toph then smiled and held the letter close to herself.
Sokka looked at the others before saying "This is all such big news. Where do we even start?"
Katara suddenly looked sad as she spoke saying "I hate to say it, but... We have to split up."
Aang looked at Katara shocked before saying "Split up? We just found Appa and got the family back together."
Dijin put a hand to his chin before saying "I agree with Katara, we each have somewhere to be that requires our attention."
Toph turned towards Dijin and asked "Where are you going, Hot Rocks?"
Dijin turned towards the blind girl and said "I'm going with Aang to the Eastern Air Temple. I promised Bumi I'd watch over Aang until he faces Ozai, til then I will not leave his side."
Toph just whistled and said "Talk about loyalty."
Katara looked at Aang and spoke up saying "You have to meet this Guru, Aang. If we're gonna invade the Fire Nation, you need to be ready."
Aang looked down in thought for a few seconds before looking up and saying "Well, If Dijin and I are going to the Eastern Air Temple, Appa and I can drop you off at Chameleon Bay to see your dad."
Sokka spoke up again saying "One of us has to stay here with the Earth King and help him plan for the invasion. I guess that's me." Sokka stood up and got ready to leave before Katara got up as well and stopped him.
Katara looked at her brother caringly before saying "No, Sokka, I know how badly you want to help Dad. You go to Chameleon Bay, I'll stay here with the King."
Sokka instantly gained tears of joy before he glomped onto his sister while shouting "You are the...Nicest...Sister... Ever!"
Katara just pushed her brother off herself while saying "Easy there, Big brother. Though your right, I am."
After that the Gaang got up and got ready to pack up their things.

Once everyone was packed, they all met up outside the palace at the bottom of the stairs in the courtyard.
Currently Dijin and Sokka were packing up Appa while Toph was finishing getting ready. So now, Katara was hugging Appa and petting his soft fur since she wouldn't be seeing him anytime soon.
Aang also realizing he wouldn't be seeing Katara anytime soon decided he would tell her his true feelings.
Aang turned towards Katara and spoke up saying "Katara, I need to tell you something." Katara pulled away from Appa to look at Aang curiously as Aang continued saying "I've been wanting to say this for a long time."
Katara just smiled innocently at Aang and asked "What is it Aang?"
Aang nervously scratched the back of his head while saying "Katara, I..."
However, Aang's confession was interrupted by an ignorant Sokka who wrapped his arm around Aang's shoulders while shouting "All right! Who's ready to get going on a little men-only, man trip?"
Standing behind Sokka and Aang was Dijin who just face palmed himself while thinking "Spirit's damn it, Sokka."
Just then Toph showed up along with the Earth King.
The King looked at trio heading for the Air Temple and said "Aang, Sokka, and Dijin, I wish you a good journey. Ba Sing Se owes you it's thanks and we look forward to your safe return."
Suddenly a random guard showed up and bowed to the King before saying "Your majesty, there are three female warriors here to see you. They're from the island of Kyoshi."
Sokka who was in mid-climb on Appa suddenly shouted "That's Suki!" before he lost his balance and fell on the ground.
The King looked at Sokka curiously and asked "You know these warriors?"
Sokka quickly recovered and looked at the King confidently saying "Oh, yeah. The Kyoshi warriors are a skilled group of fighters. Trustworthy, too. They're good friends of ours."
The Earth King nodded his head and said "Then we shall welcome them as honored guests."
Aang was about to climb on Appa but Katara stopped him by saying "Wait, Aang." Aang turned towards her before she quickly hugged him tight before pulling back and kissing him on the cheek.
Aang blushed heavily after that while Toph got an idea after hearing Katara give Aang a kiss.
Toph then turned towards Dijin's Direction and said "Hey, Hot rocks. Come here for a sec."
Dijin looked at the blind girl with a raised eyebrow but shrugged his shoulders and complied.
Once he was in front of the girl he said "What is it Toph?"
Toph just smirked and said "Nothing just this..." Toph then grabbed Dijin's Robe collar and quickly yanked him down towards her face.
However, instead of kissing Dijin like she planned her blindness caused her to make the two of them bump their heads together instead.
The two quickly held their heads going "Owwwww."
Dijin quickly recovered though while smiling fondly at Toph before grabbing her waist and placing his hand on the back of her neck making her gasp before he said "Let me try this time."
Dijin then leaned in close and kissed Toph fully on the lips.
Toph smiled around the kiss before wrapping her arms around Dijin's neck to deepen the kiss further.
While this was happening all the men present had their jaws hitting the floor including Aang and Sokka while Katara just had a proud smirk on her face.
Finally, when the need for air became too great the two Earth-benders pulled away from each other and blushed heavily.
Toph then smiled at Dijin and said "I expect you to look me up when your done with Aang's Guru thing."
Dijin smiled at Toph and said "You can bet on it."
Suddenly Katara cleared her throat reminding the two that there were others present making them blush heavily again while also making Toph stutter out "A-anyway, I'm really gonna miss you guys."
Katara smiled before hugging Toph and saying "Me too."
Aang joined in on the hug saying "Good luck."
Sokka on the other hand was just standing to side waiting for everyone to finish but he was suddenly glomped by his sister then everyone else joined in.
Sokka Joined in on the group hug before saying "Great, that's enough. O.k. we all love each other."
The group then separated and started heading towards their different destinations.
Toph started to head into the city where her mom was staying.
Katara headed back into the palace to plan for the Invasion.
Sokka and Aang climbed onto Appa but Dijin hesitated for a second before looking at the palace and glaring at it.
Dijin then looked at the other two and said "I forgot I need to take care of something before we leave. I'll be right back."
Dijin began walking into the palace after that leaving a curious duo behind.

Inside the dungeons of the palace, Long-Feng was currently in a cell sitting on a bed made of straw glaring at the wall.
Suddenly Long-Feng heard someone walk up to his cell before a tray of food with a lid on it was slid through his cell door.
Long-Feng grabbed the tray and removed the lid showing he was given pork buns, rice, and some sweet cakes which was all food that should not be given to a prisoner.
While Long-Feng looked at his meal the Dai Li agent who gave it to him looked at him through his cell door and said "The council of Five and the military are loyal to the Earth King. But the Dai Li remains loyal to you, Long-Feng, Sir."
Long-Feng just smirked evilly before taking a bite out of a pork bun as the agent walked away.
However, Long-Feng suddenly heard the Agent yell in surprise before he heard a loud thud and footsteps started to approach his cell.
Long-Feng stared at the opening through his cell door waiting to see who was coming and he didn't have to wait Long.
Long-Feng's eyes widened when the he saw the person outside his cell before he glared at the person and growled out "What are you doing here, Right Hand."
Standing outside Long-Feng's cell was Dijin and he looked outright furious.
Dijin then glared at Long-Feng and said "We have some unfinished business."
Long-Feng quickly stood up and shouted "Agents remove this man from my presence at once!"
However, to Long-Feng's surprise not a single one of his agents showed up to assist him.
Dijin just kept his glare before saying "Your puppets can't help you now..."
Palace Dungeons 10 minutes earlier:
In the dungeon hallway leading up to Long-Feng's cell were two lines of Dai Li agents on either side of the hallway.
But suddenly they were all surprised when a Dai Li agent was thrown through the door leading to the dungeon.
As the agent lied unconscious the other agents got into battle stances and waited for whoever was coming through the door.
Soon the sound of footsteps approaching was heard echoing throughout the room before the agents tensed up as Dijin walked into the room with a glare.
Dijin looked at the agents surrounding him before saying "I'll give you all one chance to leave and let me do what I came here to do, or you can all die for a selfish man's cause."
The agents didn't hesitate and attacked with two of them slamming their hands into the wall making the walls on either side of Dijin close in and try and crush him.
Dijin just held his hands out at his sides and kept the walls at bay before he glared at the agents and spoke in a deathly cold voice saying "Very well, Death it is."
Dijin then let out a roar of effort screaming "Rahhhhh." before slamming his fists into the walls that trying to crush him. This made them go back into their original state while also making two long spikes erupt from the walls that impaled the two previous agents through their heads.
Dijin clenched his fists making the spikes recede and the agents drop onto the floor before three more agents attacked with two of them launching their Earth-gloves at the Lava-bender while third went to try and grab him up close.
Dijin raised his hands and with precisive timing he caught the Earth-gloves that were launched at him before he quickly turned towards the agent charging him and rushed him.
Once Dijin was in range he grabbed the agent by his face and turned the gloves he caught into magma making the agents scream in agony as his face was melted.
The two agents who launched their gloves stomped their feet before rotating their arms making a wave of earth be launched at Dijin.
Dijin quickly got into a horse stance and made a long chopping motion which cut the wave in half making it pass by him and collide with the wall.
Dijin then quickly ran forward before launching himself onto the wall and pushed off of it to do a spinning roundhouse kick against one of the agents.
The attack landed knocking the agent to the ground and before the agent could recover Dijin grabbed the back of his head and slammed his face hard into the floor making a large blood splatter.
Next, the other agent tried to retaliate by slamming his fist into the wall creating spikes that went towards Dijin.
The Lava-bender quickly acted and rolled across the floor dodging the spikes before he slammed his hand onto the floor making a large earth spike erupt under the agent impaling him.
Next the remaining agents attacked at once slamming the fists together and slamming their feet making a spiral of pillars erupt throughout the hallway to try and take out Dijin.
Dijin just stood up and smirked while saying ominously "You're all going to die down here."
Next, Dijin slammed his fists into the walls and the entire hallway began to melt and turn into magma causing the agents scream in terror since they had no way to escape.
Dijin then smirked evilly at the agents and said "Don't worry Long-Feng will be joining you soon!"
Dijin then made all the magma rush at all the agents present causing them to try to defends themselves but it was useless as the magma quickly engulfed them ending their lives.
Dijin quickly cooled the magma down before he started to bend the hallway back into working condition. He then started to walk down the hallway while saying to himself "Now, where is Long-Feng's cell."
Long-Feng's cell present time:
Long-Feng began to sweat a little as he started to realize the position he was in before he looked at Dijin and asked "What business do you have with me?"
Dijin just had a frown as he said "You killed a good man today."
Long-Feng raised an eyebrow at the statement before his eyes widened as he realized Dijin was talking about Jet.
Long-Feng just glared at the Lava-bender and said "That foolish boy brought it on him-"
Long-Feng was cut off by Dijin who slammed himself into cell door while shouting "Shut your mouth! You murdered him plain and simple!"
Dijin gritted his teeth before saying "I once thought he was a monster not worthy of redemption but he proved me wrong"
Dijin glared at Long-Feng with hate as he shouted "And just when he was about to redeem himself you took it away from him!"
Long-Feng just scoffed and said "As touching as all that is, what are you planning on doing about it? All the cells in this dungeon are made of metal so you can't bend. Besides even if you could you can't honestly think you can just get away with killing me without the Earth King knowing?"
Dijin just frowned before he grabbed the bars on Long-Feng's cell door and said coldly "I admit I can't do all that much besides fight and kill. So, I'm not all that good at covering things up like you."
Long-Feng smirked thinking he had the upper hand but Dijin smirked evilly at him making him sweat more before Dijin said "But did you know that under the metal floor in your cell is Earth?" Dijin slammed his foot into the floor and thanks to what Toph had been teaching him he felt the vibrations of the earth that was covered up by the metal floor in Long-Feng's cell.
Dijin then glared at Long-Feng with as much hate as he could before he said "I at least owe it to Jet to Kill the slimy bastard who put him on his deathbed."
Long-Feng's eyes widened before he started feeling heat erupt under him.
Long-Feng looked down and he screamed in terror as he saw the ground he was standing on begin to get hot and glow red.
Long-Feng quickly jumped onto his bed which was above the ground before he looked at Dijin with pleading eyes and frantically spoke saying "W-wait! We can work together! With your power and My position, we could rule the entire Earth Kingdom maybe even rule the entire Four Nations!"
Dijin just ignored Long-Feng and simply raised one of hands making the ground turn into magma and start to rise.
Long-Feng looked at the incoming molten rock in a panic before looking at Dijin saying "Please! I'll give you anything you want! Women, money, social standing! Just please spare my life!"
Dijin just kept the magma rising and simply said "I told you Long-Feng, I have seen many men like you rise and fall. And just like I promised you..." Dijin looked at Long-Feng uncaringly and said "I'm ending you with my own hands."
Long-Feng just screamed terror while calling out for help shouting "Dai Li, please help me!" Sadly, once again no agents came to save him. "Your Majesty, please save your loyal attendant!" Again no one came to Long-Feng's aid. Long-Feng looked down and his eyes widened seeing the magma was about to reach his bed before he shouted out one last time "Avatar, please save me!"
Next thing Long-Feng knew magma engulfed his feet making him wail in agony before the pain made him fall over. Long-Feng began screaming even more shouting "AAAAGGGH. IT BURNS! SOMEBODY HELP ME! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
However, soon Long-Feng's screams turned into gurgles as he slowly melted and became nothing.
Once Dijin was satisfied he pushed his hands down making the magma recede before he made the cell the way it was save for the bed that was melted.
After that, Dijin began walking back the way he came and when he made it to the hallway he came in from he began walking down a line of grotesque statues of the agents he fought earlier all posed in different forms of terror or pain.
Then just before he left he slammed his right foot down turning all the statues into black sand as he made his way back to Aang and Sokka.

After being in the palace for about 20 minutes Dijin came walking back down to where Aang and Sokka were waiting.
Aang was just sitting on Appa's head waiting patiently while Sokka had a frown and was standing next to the Bison with his arms crossed while tapping his foot impatiently.
When Sokka saw Dijin he threw his arms up while shouting "Finally, what the heck took you so long?"
Dijin just held his stomach while smiling apologetically and saying "Sorry, I think I ate some bad meat and had to use the bathroom."
Sokka just nodded his head while saying "Yeah, I know what you mean." Sokka then shook himself as he remembered a bad memory before looking at Dijin and saying "Anyway, your better now so let's get going."
Sokka then climbed onto Appa and into his new saddle that The Earth King had made for them.
Dijin just sighed and said "Right behind you." as he climbed onto Appa as well while thinking "And here I was finally enjoying not having to fly for a while."
Once the trio was onboard Aang cracked Appa's reigns while saying "Yip, Yip!"
Soon Appa was Air born and the Trio was off to drop Sokka off to see his father while Aang and Dijin were heading for the Eastern Air Temple.
As the trio flew Sokka was relaxing sitting back in the new saddle while Dijin was hanging on the side like usual.
Sokka looked at his friends with a smile before saying "You see, guys? A little positive thinking works wonders. We got the King on our side, we got Long-Feng arrested..."
After hearing that Dijin quickly thought to himself "Well that's half true." as he remembered what happened in the palace dungeon.
Sokka smiled wide before he spoke again saying "And when we get back Suki's waiting for me."
Aang and Dijin both thought about their own girls with smiles while Aang spoke up saying "Girls are waiting for us." Aang then smiled at Sokka and said "Thanks, Mr. Positive attitude."
Sokka just laid back in the saddle before saying "Everything is Gonna work out perfectly. From now on and forever."
Dijin instantly frowned and glared at Sokka while saying "Sokka, I swear by the spirits if you just jinxed us with that sentence, I'm gonna punch you again."
Sokka just got a nervous look before scooting as far away as possible from the Lava-bender while Aang just flew Appa with a happy smile.

Back at the entrance to the Earth King's palace the Kyoshi warriors had just shown up and were kneeling in front of the Earth King.
The Earth King stood in front of the palace with a smile while saying "In our hour of need, it is with the highest honor that I welcome our esteemed allies, The Kyoshi Warriors."
The Kyoshi Warriors raised their heads with the leader speaking up saying "We are the Earth King's humble servants." The Leader then gained a small smirk while no one seemed to notice her amber colored eyes.
